I use Spine (professional version)! I'm pretty sure it's the same program the Twst devs use for the chibis; I decided to try reverse-engineering 'em basically because my license was just sitting around gathering dust, and I thought it'd be fun practice (this was before I tried to rig Meleanor's cape). it is an industry-standard program and, unfortunately, is priced accordingly, so it's a bit expensive if you're not planning on using it professionally -- there is a free trial, though I think you can't save/export anything in it? BUT it is truly excellent and can do a ton of super cool stuff, plus is genuinely just fun to mess around in, so I 10000% recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting into 2D rigging!

FAKE SOULMATES!!!” and then “well i just can’t WAIT until you find your REAL soulmate, i’m having SO MUCH FUN with mine!” it’s like when someone walks up to you and tells you that someday someone will change your mind. and you watch everyone around you get happy and comfortable and settle down with one other person in a tight-knit way that you don’t understand and they’re in shock and disbelief and they stare at you weird when you point to your best friend and tell people that you live together

Recreating Radar's bear, Tiger

Part 4 (finished bear on next post)

I painted the mouth of the muzzle and blended the tone into the sides that didn't get covered with apoxie sculpt. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to paint the nose because while more recent photos of Tiger show very little coloring on it (left), the in-show nose has a more brown nose

After a few days I did decide to paint the nose with the appearance of some wear

The whole muzzle got a final coat of sealant (mrsuperclear matte)

Now the eyes gave me probably the most trouble. I originally bought a multipack of eyes but they were too small and I didn't like how domed most of the glass safety eyes in red were; 50s teddy bear eyes are a flatter disk shape moreso than semicircle. So I looked for rounded glass cabochons(?), and the initial ones I bought were wayyy larger than I thought so I bought two more sizes and one of those was a good fit. (This whole waiting on the correct size took like three weeks)

The eye was sanded so the paint could stick, and then I glued (e6000) a nose from the multipack (and a piece of scrap fabric to cover it) to the back. The glue did peel off some of the paint but round two had it looking how I wanted

The bear already had a hole where the previous eye was so I attached the backing and it was on to sewing him closed!

Tiger does not actually have a tail so I flipped this bears inside out. He then got stuffed (his heart containing his original stuffing is inside) and sewed closed. He got the final touches and ribbon tied on and he's done!
