We all know that Qiu is and was kinda popular amongst Golden Grove people, so they understand how hard it can be to pay attention for all people around you, just for because of your popularity. You're not guilty for being so cool, yeah.

So, they were okay with you being around less and less, they were okay with some people distracting you from talking to them when they were out and about with you... At least that what they firstly thought.

They didn't mind you being popular at all, but what about you and them? Your time together?

They were staring at you through their window in their bedroom, you were talking with a group of people around you. You were so happy without them around... They had to agree, you were radiant and sparkling with beauty, but they want your company too, y'know?

Autumn didn't quite get when they started to feel overwhelmed with it. Or they were... jealous? They wanted to come over where you were with others and just take you to their bedroom or their hideout and make sure you stay here for a while. Nowhere else and with noone else besides you two. Just being with them for more then half of an hour works.

But of course they wouldn't do that. Nuh-uh. You have your own freedom and they can't just cross its boundaries. So what about a small, a bit of a sulky talk with Qiu when you finally come to visit them? Maybe, if you wouldn't come for quite a time they'll make a favor and come to you instead in a not-threatening-way-possible. They just have to hope it'll solve the issue.

Mainly at the start of your popularity, Tamarack was not against some people coming to you when you where hanging out with her, to say hi to you. It's what a relationship with other people means. That you acknowledge a person whenever you can.

But it was starting to get ridiculous at some point. She didn't know how you dealt with all these people around.

Tama surely didn't mind those who were around you, but they weren't quite sincere all along!

They didn't recognize her as "Tamarack Baumann", but rather as "MC's friend" and it wasn't nice at all.

So, only after a few failed attempts to interrupt them when she was clearly spending time you, Tamarack started to feel even more insecure about herself and started being more quiet. When she was spending time only with you, she was feeling way better, but those... people, kept messing around.

She preferred spending time with you calmly and cozy, without so many different people she wasn't so interested in. But these ones were too clingy and too rude sometimes! She felt like they put her down more and more in your eyes. She was a bit scared about you forgetting about her presence, but she still trusted you.

Tamarack thought through about this and decided to take matters into one's own hands. She'll come to you herself, tagging you along with her somewhere nearby the forest, and ask about spending more time with her and a bit less with others. She just prays it'll be okay with you... Give her a lot of big hearty hugs later!!!

My thoughts on Married in Red+ My general thoughts on Studio Investigrave !

So I really like this game

It was fun to be able to play it on my own with no help from Youtubers and stuff ^^

The game has 1 ending, though you can have 2 different kinds of game overs lol (I'll get to that later)

The mc (Bok-su) and her relationship with the bride (Da-Jeong) is sad , but not shocking lol. You can kind of tell from the promotional art (and the theme of atonement said in the itch.io description) that Da-Jeong and Bok-Su are not on good terms.

I like that Bok-su was able to get her revenge on Da-Jeong. Obviously her way of doing it is horrible, and the groom (Myeong-hoon) being a main part of her revenge is sad, because he had nothing to do with this.

However, I dont feel that bad for Da-Jeong at all. Yeah, two wrongs dont make a right, and people panic, but she essentially ruined Bok-Su's life and reputation to save her own ass, so I really can't bring myself to feel too bad for her.

Sure you can argue that the situations are different, with Bok-Su purposefully killing Myeong-Hoon meanwhile what Da-Jeong did was a mistake, but I personally am a firm believer of getting your lick back, so 🤗..

I also like how the deaths and reactions are the exact same lmao.

The patient Da-Jeong killed was a man, and his mother said something along the lines of like.. "You killed my son" (I dont exactly remember, depsite me literally just playing LMAOO) and Myeong-Hoons mom literally says the same thing/something adjacting to that too Da-Jeong.

Da-Jeong runs off and during her break down says "I didn't do it-", which is what Bok-Su says when shes retelling the story of what Da-Jeong did to her.

Bok-Su had to goal of getting her payback to make Da-Jeong atone and she accomplished it. And the crazy thing is, despite everything that happened, Da-Jeong never said sorry.

She never said sorry. Not when Bok-Su showed up to the wedding, not when the two of them where alone in the garden, and damn sure not when Da-Jeong had "enough" of Bok-Su being there.

She never said sorry, not even when she pointed the blame onto Bok-Su. In fact, Bok-Su repeats a line that Da-Jeong said to her when (I'm assuming so anyway) the incident happened. Da-Jeong told her that she didnt have anything to worry/be mad about.

The ending of the game, obviously, isnt really a happy ending. Bok-Su gets her revenge and makes Da-Jeong go through what she did but 10× worst. So sure its happy for her,but its still horrific lol

Which is why I love endings for the games that Studio Investigrave makes. With the exception of Cold Front, all of the endings across all the games arent truly happy ever after kind of endings.

With Dead Plate, Rody either has to kill Vincent after finding out his ex was killed and turned into food by him AND after he tried to do the same to Rody.

Yeah Rody makes it out alive, but theres still a horrible and traumatic incident that happened. He knows why Vince did it, and was able to get rid of him, but it doesn't erase the fact that Manon is still dead. (Or with the other ending he leaves the restaurant and never find Manon, because shes in the fridge "missing".)

With Elevator Hitch, the cycle repeats for Protag. When he finally gets the chance to leave the Elevator and the building, hes stopped by some..guy ?? (Who looks like an alternate lmao) and is convinced that he needs the job. The exit doors then open up into the elevator again. He never leaves that building, and is probably stuck in a time loop.

With Eloquent Countenance, Angelica either gets the ritual redone on her by the cult, or is stuck in the cult with the knowledge that shes not the only one in her body. But that she shares it with an angel pretending to be the dead wife of the cults pastor.

Yeah, she lives, but she has to wait until Forcas can fully save her from her possession by said angel. The ending, like Dead Plate and Married in Red, is horrific.

And then with the other ending of Cold Front , if you push Winnie off the stairs, he dies in the crash and Auggie takes his place. It's a happy ending for Auggie, sure, but he never gets the closure or the realization that Winnie was never the wicked and mean person he made him out to be in his head. Its disturbing how content he is with it, with the fact that his former best friend is dead and how he replaces him.

But yeah, erm... the game was fun, 10/10 ^^

Bravo to you for choosing not to let Rem be forgiven so easily. Honestly I've never been a big fan of Rem as a character, sometimes her endless pandering and obsession with subaru just really annoys me instead, and I've never understood people looking at her doing all that and then saying “Wow that's so hot I'm so jealous of Subaru!”

As for the ones who want her deeds to be easily forgiven by everyone, my personal guess is that they all only care about her body and the unheathy way she forces herself to act like the perfect waifu just for Subaru's sake, but subconsciously they can't stand the shit she did either, so they secretly want their favorite waifu to be a perfect being without flaws. But to me, isn't it essential to love a character and accept their flaws as well? They did wrong things, but there's no doubt THEY did them anyway, and that is part of what makes them who they are. Another thing is that forgiveness has to be earned, we're not cruel, coldhearted, or closeminded for not forgiving someone who hurts us. So I too agree with that anon who thinks WHDAA cast need to to beat some sense into Subaru on way too forgiving and tolerating the people who have hurt/killed him.

But now that you've decided to do that, beware of those rabid Rem stans coming after you and I'm worried that their harassment goes overboard and affects your personal life

I will say — I believe that Rem and Subaru’s canon dynamic is one of the most intriguing and multifaceted dynamics in the entire series. Their parallels regarding their insecurities and family members, their mutually codependent tendencies, the way they run the risk of becoming each other’s perfect enablers, the genuine sense of love and affection that runs parallel to the unintentional toxicity fostered within their relationship — it’s all really interesting stuff. In fact, exploring their dynamic through the lens of outsiders (including amnesiac!Rem) finally getting to peer under the hood is one of the main reasons I wanted to write a react fic at all.

As for why people like her — honestly, I think it’s kinda easy to guess? She’s a very cutely designed anime girl, she’s incredibly well-voiced, her insecurities are genuinely relatable, she’s got a super awesome oni power-up transformation, her morning star lends itself to some of the best choreographed action scenes in the series (or at least Season 1), she appeals to the whole “submissive maid” aesthetic that she knows Subaru finds attractive (and that also appeals to the target demographic of Re:Zero specifically, let’s be real here) — and frankly, there are so many scenes in anime where characters we’re supposed to like do fucked up shit that it’s not difficult to just…gloss over the whole “tortured the mc for several hours” part of her character. It’s understandable, especially if you’re not an insane person who spends all their time hyperanalyzing the anime they’re a fan of like I am. I don’t think it’s really that far of a leap for her to develop such a massive following, she was basically designed to be as popular an anime waifu as physically possible.

But then, that clash can become…a little uncomfortable if you’re writing a story where “Rem tortures Subaru” is a major plotpoint, and if you don’t want to reevaluate their entire relationship, it makes sense to find a way to just — get the characters to move along, much like a lot of the irl audience does.

But I really like toxic characters and angst and complicated relationships and all that fun stuff, so that’s what I’m gonna focus on. —Also Rem is WORSE in the LN. Girl starts fantasizing about whisking Subaru away while he’s practically comatose from shock (second Arc 3 loop) and then also makes a comment like “even if he had tried to assault her in her sleep, she knew she never would have resisted” like GIRL??? The idea of not tapping that insane well of potential drama is ludicrous to me lmaoo— especially because I really don’t care about maintaining the status quo ;)

(Also frankly, anyone who would start seriously harassing me over whether or not I share their opinion about a fucking anime girl is too pathetic for me to care about. I honestly don’t think I’ll get that big of a response — especially not on Tumblr “Gay Website” Dot Com — but even if I do…I don’t care, lmao.)

OK SO FIRST OF ALL. I wouldn't even blame MC for cussing him out because they only got a glimpse of him for a couple times for clarity and he was still vague.

And well, I think the nobles and Kings would feel different based on their relationship with Solomon vs. MC in the first place. I think there's a couple Kings that didn't have a close relationship with Solomon like that so their feelings with MC wouldn't change. That being Mammon, Leviathan (iirc), Lucifer is a nope most likely, and I'm pretty sure Belphie met Solomon because he taught him how to roll dice but at the same time....the timeline seems a bit off with that? Idk. Satan would feel conflicted, Asmodeus too because I mean Solomon WAS his first love. Beelzebub is neutral, but he'd probably prefer MC over Solomon due to his focus shifting.

Nobles wise I think the one who would most have an eternal conflict is Sitri because he's been calling MC by Solomon's name this entire time. He would implode at this point.

I'm not even sure of what the other nobles would think. It would be a mix of confusion and reassuring MC they wouldn't be pushed aside.

As for any uh threesomes? I think Asmodeus is the only one to match that energy and personally that ain't for me. Lol. I'll leave it at that.

sam would just smoke weed and do some painting till mc came back. would definitely be inspired to paint mc though so they can def exchange presents when mc returns, fun! they might seem unaffected on the surface but they'd stick very close to mc once together again. the drugs just kept them from launching an entire search party lol.

thirteen doesn't care that much; it's something they do too for months at a time, so it'd be hypocritical to have any strong feelings about it. would send a lot of selfies with a little "?" over their visor every 4 hours or so. once mc is back, they're not too different, might pat the mc on the head and seem touched by the present (also how did they know? thirteen doesn't talk lol, maybe mc saw their amazon wishlist). their hugs are brief and rare, but mc would get one.

I finished watching lady baseball show last night and I have a lot of thoughts!! Some of them controversial?? Perhaps lol. Let's see!

First and most importantly, I really enjoyed the show! Anything critical I say is said with love lol. Overall it was a good show!

I loveddddd Clance. Clance and Max's friendship was everything to me (probably a post of its own but straight/gay friendships hold such a special place in my heart). I love them, they were so so so good I want to protect them at all costs. Clance was so wonderfully witty, she was cracking me up the whole show.

I also adored Lupe and Jess. If it was up to me Lupe would have been the mc of the Peaches. She was such an interesting and complex character who exhibited growth throughout the season and I loved every scene with her. And she's hot but that's not the point.

Jess too! I would have loved more time with Jess, I also ate up all of her scenes. And she looks like a butch version of my wife so she was also hot but again not the point. I'm not saying for sure that some Jess/Lupe fics could be coming, but... I'm not not saying it either.

Alright my controversial (or maybe not idk) take: I wasn't a big fan of Carson/Greta...whoops. idk I just didn't think they had great chemistry, it felt like a lot of telling rather than showing. They were supposed to really like each other but a lot of their scenes together they kinda just seemed annoyed/mad at each other 😬 idk sorry to my fellow lesbians I have failed you.

My conspiracy theory is that if the show was supposed to be multiple seasons then Greta/Carson was never meant to be end game and it was actually Carson/Max end game but idk that's probably not realistic with the times but I mean. At least they seemed to actually like each other don't kill me lol

Another big reason why I think Greta/Carson doesn't work well is because their relationship isn't reflected in the game. A huge component of sports shows/films is the sport being a reflection of real life, especially the relationships of people involved (see for more: my obsession with tbitb coxstroke). Baseball is the perfect game for this because it has an incredibly important dynamic/relationship within the game: catcher and pitcher. It absolutely baffled me that they didn't have the main couple be the catcher and pitcher (cough Carson/Max, cough). And tbh? Maybe not romantically, but Carson and Lupe's dynamic was far more interesting to me than Greta and Carson, because I got to see how it matter on the field. Greta and Carson barely played off each other in the sport, it was mind boggling to me.

On a similar note, I loved whenever the show was focused around baseball. I feel like they kind of lost that in places, and whenever we'd get back to an actual game where we'd get to see them play I'd be like "man I love this!" What can I say, I love a good sports film!

Sometimes the pacing of the show felt off to me. Like certain plot points they'd squeeze in and resolve pretty quickly even if they felt like a big deal, while others felt drawn out longer than they needed to be. Idk, writing a first season of a show is probably hard so I get it, just something that bugged me in a "I see so much potential, it just needed a little more tweaking" way.

As a fan of the og movie too, it was cute to see the little nods they made to it throughout the show. I kept having to explain them to my wife cuz she hasn't seen it lol (like when they started singing in the last episode my wife was like "...what is happening" lmaoo)

I think those are my main points. Anyway I enjoyed it and I'm sad it's over. Mwah I love you lesbian baseball show, I wish you had lasted longer so I could find out if my conspiracy was right. The end.

Lucifer is more offended that she didn’t tell HIM of all people. Thoughts swing and swirl as he tries to figure out why, just why she felt he couldn’t tell her. He forbids any thoughts of comparing him to his father, forcing a contrastive turn to the idea.

He is nothing close to his father, and while he has his flaws like the rest of his brothers, he doesn’t think she, his daughter, should be scared enough to come to him about her love for Diavolo’s-

Heir. Oh.

It makes sense. Being the lover to an heir could be..challenging.

He eventually confronts her about it, but makes sure she knows she isn’t in trouble. He merely worries.

She dejects, denies, even pulls moves he himself does when her pride won’t allow her to speak. But of course, he sees it loud and clear. With some gentle probing, swallowing down his own pride to show his concerns in spite of what she might think, finally she relents. A little teary eyed, but relents as he feels a worry knaw at his side.

Instead, Lillie throws him for another loop when she lets out that the reason she was scared wasn’t personal towards him, but more the reason of her being half human. Her reasoning is that no one, absolutely not a single demon, soul in devildom would be happy to hear that the future to the throne is with a half human of all things. They already send so much looks, so much insults towards her and her siblings’ way that it’s no question it wouldn’t triple the moment she shows herself as the partner of her favorite demon.

Lucifer bristles. If he wasn’t getting flashbacks to Lilith the 1st the moment his daughter was hiding something, he certainly is now. Besides, MC gets sneers and glares wherever they go when with the boys or kids, so he doesn’t doubt her worries are for nothing.

But everyone knows that the one thing Lucifer Morningstar, once prince of Heaven and now a Lord of Devildom, prides himself the most on is keeping his family safe. And his daughter is the top of his list on that.

In short- Lucifer tells Lillie to “fuck the haters” but in his “Lucifer” way of things. Tells her he’s proud she’s considering things in a responsible light but urges her to not let her relationship ever fall from it. And finally- he AND Diavolo will deal with the people if they decide to get a little too rowdy about it.

As for the Heir. It’s no surprise Diavolo knows, in fact he laughed the moment Lucifer brought it up to him in private and shared how he would love Lilith as a daughter-in-law! Hell, he already considered her so despite his child’s insistence that they aren’t ready for that yet.

As for the protective bit- Yep. Now that he knows, he tends to watch them a little too closely, asks questions that has Lilith scolding him, and of course, glaring at the heir anytime he catches them in the halls of RAD together. He lets Lilith be an adult of course and make her own decisions, she is 21 after all, but he makes it known to the heir that if any harm came to Lilith because of them, or she cries their name in a way that’ll break his heart and have his unworldly powers rearing its head for a bite at them- he won’t care that they will be his future ruler anymore.

He’s also happy to have them as his in law too he supposes.

I'm still on Neverland after the Wendy Bird Fell, so no wonder I ended up grieving again my lost OTP and fav character

Rewatching the Tinker Bell films with my 4-year old cousin (Lydia really hit it home lol), and I keep on thinking how this franchise was my first exposure to mix signals (I mean, not just in shipping, but in general), with how they kept on implying Terence and Tink's romance, but not fully committing to it until it was unfortunately cancelled... like c'mon right? You had Rosetta and Queen Clarion have cute scenes with their boyfriends, but Terence did not even speak. My inner ten-year old self is still angsty about this ship baiting. If y'all just want a representation of girl and boy just being friends, Tink with Clank and Bobble is right there! Ship what you want, but Terence was obviously framed as the love interest, and then they just did nothing with it!

Terence went from having these cute special scenes highlighting his bond with Tinker Bell since the first film, to a background character who doesn't even exchange a line or share a frame with his apparent (to the very least) best friend; Look, he was barely in GFR, but he was the first and last character Tinker Bell spoke to in that movie, and was part of the squad hanging out in the end; his presence and absence were addressed properly with respect to his character and relationship with Tink.

Afterwards... he was just there for a little fanservice in a few seconds. They started the mix signals or ship baiting by SotW when Tink looked at him at the start, and how Peri asked her about them (where she did not even deny if they're dating), yet Terence was with less than a minute screen-time and no spoken dialogue. It's just sad yk (Jesse McCartney was still credited tho lol).

I get that they had to expand the stories and characters somewhere else and he was really too kind of a character who already solved his conflict with the mc (where I think many could see as a mary-sue even tho he had his flaws and fights with Tink), but as the very least, bff character, he was just sadly overlooked. Like, why is he barely there in Pirate Fairy?? The whole movie revolving around his best friend literally is about his expertise lmaoo The writers had to throw away an already established talented dust-keeper fairy just for the plot they wanted like how they did with the concept of winter fairies in SotW.

In the end, maybe some people just don't like or care about him (which is sad, bc how could you not??), or/and the writers just wanted to focus on the girl group (or maybe Jesse's talent fee is too big who knows? haha) ... I mean, it's still good they left it open-ended, so people can ship and interpret it however they want (no wrong with that esp. since the franchise is towards a younger audience and promotes friendships more). My disappointment just mainly comes from the erasure of Terence's importance in the later films. They could have just done what GFR did; he's just a supporting character, but he was still treated as one of Tink's friends. He didn't deserve being shoved aside especially as one of the fairies who originated from the books, and her best friend.

Now, excuse me if I'll watch Lost Treasure for the nth time.

It's so funny going back through the episode when the MC talks to Phil for the first time. Then you talk to Jake about it, and he's all mad then you remember that Phil was not only talking mad shit about his sister, Phil then turns right around starts hitting on the girl he likes and is trying to protect like Jake had so many reasons to hate that mf lmaoo

Oh yeah, and honestly Jake’s got a point. Phil is kinda unlikable lol at least in the first chat we have.

Phil thinks too highly of himself, from believing that Hannah would want to do the 🐝🌸🚀🍾 with him just because of relationship troubles and the whole “I give everyone the exact amount of respect I think they deserve” thing. He’s egotistical and I think Jake notices that.

Also, I think there is something else Jake could be jealous about, and that is the fact that Phil can actually have a relationship with his sisters when Jake could not. And yet Phil still treats as least one sibling pretty poorly for something she does not really understand. I think that would make Jake dislike him more, since he’d give anything to openly talk to his siblings and have an actual bond with them. Perhaps Jake would see Phil’s behavior as taking for granted what he has.

And as I say that, it’s kinda interesting how they both have two sisters, a nice little parallel isn’t it?
