Most white skinned people are those from Europe. Britain, Spain, French, Portugal and more. People from these Countries settled through Trade after Columbus mistakenly found the Sea-Route to America, when he wanted to get to India. Hence the local population at that time were named "Red" Indians, because we Indians are normally dark-skinned. Right? Those Bastards thought they found India "Oh look! These Bastard-Indians are red-skinned. Maybe it is another Race. Lets just call them Red-Indians. Then there are Black-Indians. We can use them all and kill them, then increase our Population and take over the Country completely"

Racism started then itself.....

Then they celebrate 4th of July as Independence Day... Who got Independence? The local population?

From whom? Technically speaking, most Americans are Successors of their British Ancestors.

Did the indigenous people of the then discovered America get Independence? NO!

Why do you even celebrate that day?

Little Poolverine headcanon that shortly after they started dating, Wade starts noticing that Logan has two alarms, one at 5:30 am and another at 6:00 am. Since Wade knows Logan usually gets up at 6 to start his day, do some chores and prepare for construction work, he wonders what the 5:30 alarm is for. He brings it up to Logan at times, who inevitably brushes it off and eventually Wade thinks nothing of it. Turns out, Logan has an alarm 30 mins before his waking time just so he can have 30 mins morning cuddle time with Wade. Often times, Wade is still sound asleep at this hour so he's not exactly aware that THE WOLVERINE wakes up 30 mins or early before 6 am just so he can show his unbridled affection to his amazing boyfriend (and soon-to-be-husband). Logan would wrap his arms tighter around Wade, kiss him on his forehead or his face or his shoulder or basically anywhere he can reach. He'd rub his face on him, maybe inhaling more of Wade's scent, all the while purring softly as he gazes at the other man lovingly, like he can't believe he's able to live this life all because of Wade motherfucking Wilson. Wade only finds out because he woke up early and pretended to be asleep to see what Logan was up to during those times. That's all, thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

I think everyone needs to experience technology in a rural area at least once in their life. I'm talking out in the boondocks, where the lines between modern and old blur in ways that almost make you believe that something else exists out there with you. Where your phone will register 5G in a spot 50 miles from any semblance of civilization but still won't load anything. Where the office computer is fully updated to the latest windows and hardwired into the internet and won't run certain programs, but only in the afternoon. Where the cell service cuts when a storm rolls overhead, and the phone lines at your work will randomly stop for a few minutes on a sunny day and IT can't figure out why so you all shrug and move on until they're working again. In a place where the home wifi router has to be wrapped in tinfoil otherwise turning on the desktop causes Netflix to stop working on the TV. Where the jokes about an entity living at your office feel a little too real, where no one truly believes in the paranormal but take the superstitions a little too seriously. Don't run this program at 4:50pm. Ask the computer nicely and it may just load what you need. Knock on wood if you joke about the phones going down today. And whatever you do, never run the microwave and the printer at the same time, even though they're on seperate circuits. We're about to head into the winter months, are you prepared? It changes your relationship with technology I think, when you've been to a place where the standard of reliance has to follow the whims of an ancient aura in the air.

in the nicest and most non-confrontational way possible. i feel like some of you think that anything that isn't directly openly spelled out for you within a story is "missed potential" or "unexplored." like. sometimes there are implied narratives. sometimes the point is that you as the reader are supposed to think and draw your own conclusions and participate in the story. the writers not directly spelling every little detail out for you doesn't mean that the story is poorly written or missed its own plot details somehow. PLEASE.
