Payne mentions how to bring diversity trought multiple Disney TVA shows like Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur, The Proud Family Louder and Prouder, Primos, Hailey's On It!, StuGo, The Witchverse, Rhona Who Lives By The River and more.

Currently Payne is helping with The Walt Disney Company's potential acquisition of Monica Ray's "Magic Children Doing Things" and Hannah Ayoubi's "Monsters Abroad" from Nickelodeon and Paramount to be considered for potential Disney shows.

she’s always had an amazing singing voice and she knows it too (her daddy wouldn’t let her sing for anything other than church like the toxic father he is 😒)

she’s bisexual with a male preference, her first female crush was on a girl she met at the sandbox. she never did get to pursue that crush though.

she’s dreamt of having a pet since she was little but of course oscar said no but trudy was open to it so they decided on a hamster. that thing died within 2-3 months and she never had another pet again.

i feel like she’s a leo/virgo sun and cancer moon taurus rising, idk why she just gives me vibes 🤷🏾‍♀️

she had adhd but like most black kids, she went undiagnosed and just thought it was nothing (once she meet miles, she started to think differently)

loves her family more than anything, she’s wanted to have a family of her own some day. when’s that day? no one will know…

bebe n cece are the main ones who started her interest in having a family (they’re such cuties 🥰)

she’s athletic but never really did sports until high school, she was a cheerleader and on the track team. (you will never be ready for my track captain n cheer captain penny proud au)

she of course was student body president at one time, she was in most extracurricular activities. she’s real well rounded

her birthday’s august 22, idk if she’s more a leo or virgo so i’ll just put her down w both.

in her near future, she’ll probably be an woman’s rights/human rights activist.

she would definitely love saweetie, flo milli, ice spice, latto n nicki minaj (she’d get hot pink headphones)

she has a natural knack for technology, just never really acted on it. but once oscar found out, he had to make it into a cash grab (penny and trudy immediately shut him down on that idea)

I feel like we need to address the misrepresentation of Autism in the Proud Family Reboot

It’s disgustingly inaccurate to an offensive degree

They treat autism as if its something wrong to have when it’s not. Autism is very common and it’s not a bad thing! All it means is that someone thinks differently than the majority, but this show majorly fails to represent that

The therapist who diagnoses Bebe doesn’t do anything to acknowledge how autism affects him. Instead she focuses on how it affects the parents like most stupid websites do, which I can only assume were the sources of information for this episode’s writing team (derogatory)

The end of the episode even implies that kids with autism have superpowers, which is an extremely offensive yet disturbingly common stereotype. Why the hell do people keep believing in this nonsense?

Not to mention that they don’t even properly show the actual signs of autism in BeBe, nor in any of the kids at the end of the episode. There’s no aversion of eye contact or hesitance to physical touch. Instead they treat BeBe like some inhuman creature that can’t feel fear or pain, and I hate that so much

It’s just really infuriating because I was really hoping that they’d do their research and actually try to avoid misrepresentation, but I guess not… Disney doesn’t care about its autistic audience I suppose

What I hate most of all, however, is that no one is talking about this
