This is something that's always annoyed me. Why are some so allergic to the concept of a cruel/mean/morally gray/evil Thor?

This is about Twilight of the Gods (I was searching for more stills and info, lol), and some being even pissy about GOW!Thor. Myth!Thor's favorite hobby is killing Jotnar and is known for his anger issues.

Sabine is deeply unimpressed with my shernanigans.

Tried to give her a bubble beard again but she still just kept eating the bubbles 🤷

Bubbly beanie baby.#She has since been blow dried and is now a fragrant ball of fluff #I can never take enough photos of my little babies. The world must know how precious and ridiculous they are.#Rosie is due home from the vets in an hour!! Her anti-puppy op went well apparently! Hopefully her recovery is speedy #My poor baby belle had a horrible time when she went she was neutered. The op went wrong first time and she got an infection later on #It was dreadful for all of us! I am really worried about how Rosie will cope but I'm pretty sure it will be far better this time.#Gotta make sure Sabine is extra nice to rosie while she is healing! And make sure Rosie doesn't jump on too much furniture

Do you think if the Shatterverse variants ever see Sonic again, they'll be slightly more protective of him? Like hovering around him almost constantly and assuring his safety without telling him and not letting him hit the ground if he falls etc.

The last time they saw him, he was weak and faded and dying. Never again.

yes, it was the nicest nest! it was high up, surrounded by a meadow and a stream filtering into a lake, a forest stretching around it all, eventually merging into a jungle biome in a not too far distance. of course it was all still makeshift, but it was theirs.

they were there for a while, everything quiet and serene, lulling them into false sense of security. for a while, it genuinely seemed like it could all be over, like they could finally breathe. like they could really stay and settle and be okay. like it's alright to just be.

and maybe for the first time in a long while, they felt like they could stretch their wings.

maybe they ran around and giggled. maybe they made fires and cooked warm meals. maybe they toiled soil and planted seeds, readying for a future.

maybe they ventured into the nearby jungle, and found a birb friend, an incredible rarity and a proof of life, of something winged surviving and maybe even thriving here.

maybe one day, scar woke up to grian gliding freely through the sky, wings catching the marvellous glow of a sunrise.

maybe there was sheepish, much-needed preening, and cuddles, and kiss-pressed laughter. reasurrances and teases and everything else that goes along with it.

maybe scar stood at the edge of a little cliff, safe over water, spreading his tattered wings as grian stood by his side, eager to experiment, to see if he can still glide.

maybe they had some breakdowns and tears, inevitably curling against each other, breaths heaving and sobs hitching, but ultimately they were safe through all that hurt, tucked into each other's hold.

and maybe there was confusion and confessions (ahem mimic arc), and much needed late-night talks, and sun-naps, and little joys taken whenever they presented themselves.

maybe there were actually so many steps towards healing.

—and everything got taken away in an instant.

I like to think Jing Yuan once hated being teased with little nicknames by the others in the High Cloud Quintet, especially of 'A-Yuan', out of embarrassment in being treated as the youngest of the lot.

Nowadays, he desperately wishes to hear that very nickname the most, if only once more, by his ( now former ) friends. No matter how impossible that may now be.

nona the ninth is kinda like what if the world was so new and delightful and full of wonder. what if you lived on the brink of the apocalypse and destruction was imminent but you just felt lucky to have people caring for you every day. im into it

#gtn is fairly precious with its worldbuilding but there is this pretty clear sense of a post apocalypse setting + generalised dread #and htn really pulls back the curtain re: the space colonialism by placing us in the middle of it and of course there's augustine speech #and then to have nona give us this totally new way of seeing the world again (i'm maybe 20% in i have my ideas abt who nona is)#bc there's nona's narration and then the audience's knowledge/awareness of the violences at all edges of the text oh it is quite good #every locked tomb book is it's own little universe.#the locked tomb

When asked if he has a favorite sibling, Taru would always switch between each of his youngest siblings. He loves the three of them so much! However, his favor does unconsciously tend to veer towards which of them happened to spend time with him most recently.
