Soooo…
How’s everyone doing?
I’m thinking of things.
In case you aren’t aware, the gorgeous face of my blog, my QUEEN, Kanti Azimuth-Draqoi… is SECRETLY a crossover OC.
In case you didn’t know… I am a HUGE fan of the Ratchet and Clank Game franchise! I’ve been involved with content on it since I was like 7 years old… and it’s the WHOLE REASON that I really got into fandom culture. I would’ve never discovered OCs, fanart, fanfic, etc… without the HUGE CRUSH I had on the MC Ratchet as a kid.
Bringing this back to Kanti… I love her more than anything. She will forever be my favorite OC, and I WANT to keep sharing her beauty with the world, but… BECAUSE she is Half-Lombax, a species from the RaC series… and her FATHER is Alister Azimuth, a character in the Crack in Time game in this series… AND because I LOVE RATCHET AND CLANK WITH MY WHOLE HEART…
I’m thinking of rebranding this tumblr… making it-instead of being a VLD fandom-based art account… A RaC fandom-based art account.
I haven’t decided yet— and that’s why I decided to share this with my… relatively few followers, because I wanna know what you think.
Would you still love me if I rebranded and focused on my true favorite fandom? 🥺👉👈
Let me know… should I stay VLD and Kanti based only, switch to RaC based only with Kanti also being mentioned every now and again…
OR
A secret third option…
Should I change this to a completely multi-fandom blog where I share ALL my art and content like I do on my instagram account? (@rose_art.69 , in case you didn’t know ^^)
Leave a comment or reblog or whatever and let me know what you think!

I have a question that is burning in my soul right now, one that won't let me sleep until I get an answer.
Do Lombaxes have beans?
They're always wearing gloves, and it's been bugging me ever since I started the series back in the early 2000's. What do their hands look like? Are they just like human hands, but covered in fur? Are they like possum paws, where they're all hairless and stuff? Are they (ugh) exactly like human hands, and thus the reason why they feel the need to cover them all the time? Or are they like cat paws, with beans and retractable claws?
I need answers
i google searched lombax hands and was suggested "real live lombax" which was just a stripey house cat. and thats the extent of my research... whaaa have we really never seen a lombax hand in-game? think we need a lombax aficionado to chime in lol
im personally not a big fan of beans, the paw kind and the starchy vegetable kind, but i LOVE the idea of retractable claws... wanna draw rivet w her claws out 😌 want her to scratch someone 😳
oh update: @jessanight commented that you can see ratchet's hands in secret agent clank and the him-in-a-towel skin is indeed cursed

In your comic, what was Klunk's plan after kidnapping Ratchet? His ominous little puppet show made it clear that Ratchet did not have any real say in the matter, but how did Klunk plan to "replace" Clank? Was Klunk intending to assist Dr. Nefarious with Ratchet's very unwilling help, and just keep the Lombax nearby?
I wish I could fully remember. This was one of those "Left open to continue but didn't plan far past the puke joke" moments. It definitely would have had Klunk kidnap Ratchet and get right into some crazy stuff. I think it was going to have Klunk try to use the mind control device from Secret Agent Clank he had used on Ratchet in that game, or graft it to his head more permanently with intent to use it to keep Ratchet under his control.. but in a creepy stalker way. And it would either go down a direction of it not working and Ratchet having to pretend it is while playing house/tea party with Klunk while waiting for a chance to escape/ his friends to come to the rescue (The Comedy route) or a direction where it doesn't immediately work but it is constantly pushing further into Ratchet's mind until he doesn't even know what is real and what isn't anymore! Wasn't he always with Klunk since Veldin? But wait wasn't he not... but wasn't he just kidnapped by the vacuume cleaner? But why would that happen? Aren't they partners? Why would Klunk need to kidnap him?
(AKA the drama route)
I do remember that Nefarious was mostly being reserved for a joke ending where after all the drama is had, think epic final battle moment, Neffy just shows up (Because this is all taking place in Neffys base) and is like "There you fucking are you little asshole!" *Deactivates Klunk and goes back to repairing him* and is so pissed off by the events of the day that he just tells everyone to get the hell out of his house.
My friend was helping me get out of corners a lot with the writing and she specializes in kidnapping fics (She was responsible for Klunks little puppet show) and she had written out a script for the whole scene that the puke joke exists in including what would be like... Pages 13-15 if I had gone further than the puke joke:
Nefarious clasped his hands together. “Excellent!”
He turned, gaze blurring past metal walls and corridors as he zeroed on his minions. His eyes shrank to pinpricks as he realized what exactly was in their hands.
Before turning, he lifted a fist and grinned at the mirror. “Finally! I’ll be able to kill my nemesis. With what you’ve stolen from their very own home I will be able to–“
“Those monsters!” He slapped a hand to his chest and hacked. Metal screws flew out of his mouth and bounced off the heads of the minions. “What did they do to my creation!?!”
He lifted a hand, index finger raised to his minions, as he proceeded to upchuck cogs and bolts. The metal chinked against the floor and scattered about the robots feet. When he finished, he straightened and eyed the object in the minion’s hands.
“He’s been turned into an atrocity. Those squishy heroes are horrible! Horrible I say!”
Lawrence puttered to Nefarious’ side, the corners of his mouth curved down in boredom. “Sir, if I do recall you have a photo of said heroes in your holo-diary.”
The butler reached into his vest. “I believe you even titled that page as…ah, Bestie Buddies?”
Lawrence started to pull out a tablet with the words “Neffie’s Diary” inscribed on the back in elegant calligraphy but Nefarious lunged in front of him, eyes wide.
“No!” He faced his minions, back hiding Lawrence and any incriminating evidence from view. “I mean, uh, I don’t have a diary!”
Lawrence rolled his eyes but returned the tablet to his vest and stepped out from behind Nefarious, studying the vacuum-transformed Klunk. “Sir?” he gestured at the minions, who, judging by how they were shaking enough for their innard metal to rattle, were terrified.
Nefarious swiped his baby out of their hands and shooed them away. “‘l’ll fix him and he’ll be back to causing mayhem and terror!” He started to laugh but his system glitched and he froze. The dialogue and music from his favorite movie played from the speaker wired into his mouth.
Lawrence smiled slightly and slapped his back. Hard. He stumbled a bit but continued his laughter. Damn, Lawrence was working out or something cause that hurt.
~oOo~
Nefarious leaned over a work table, goggles covering his eyes to protect them from flying sparks. He held a screwdriver in one hand and leaned over Klunk’s unconscious form. The small robot had the chest compartment open as he worked on cleaning out Klunk’s innards.
He pulled out a chunk of orange fur with the screwdriver and shifted the fur into one hand. “You poor thing you’ve got a lot of hideous Lombax hair.”
He turned around, exchanging the wrench for a small lint brush. It’d be easier to clean out the hair and then work on restoring the wiring. Nefarious pinched the fur between two metal fingers.
He murmured to himself. “If I could feel…would this be soft?”
The robot turned around and his eyes shot wide. Where was Klunk? Metal clacked and he lifted his gaze to spot the little robot turning a corner. Strands of orange hair fell out of his chest and left a trail behind him.
Nefarious crossed his arms and yelled. “You’ll come back when your circuits overheat!” He huffed to himself. “Ungrateful little brat.”
~oOo~
So I know with her cowriting it would have been something awesome:P

jatchet, movie night
(I wanna try and do a lil something with an incomplete oneshot of mine, Reblog this with your own writing, add to the story).
"Alright! We've binged all those, now it's time to binge this!" The ottsel declared, holding a movie case above his head proudly.
Ratchet, Jak, Clank and Daxter were bored that day and decide to binge watch the secret agent clank series. Right now, Daxter was inserting the newest movie that came out.
"I still find it funny that Ratchet here had time out from filming." Jak said as the movie started playing, the lombax rolling his eyes.
"Shut up. I accidentally press the eject button, that's all." He says, arms crossed while Jak snickered. "Whatever ya say, Pretty Boi."
Daxter and Clank shushed them as the movie played, getting slight annoyed at the two's bickering.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scene 1:
Clank opens the door of the apartment after having completed a mission for the agency, finding his friend talking on the phone while writing down notes on his Holo glove, phone nestled between his shoulder and ear while his tail wagged.
"Mhm...yeah, yep, I got it down. See you at 5?" Ratchet said, smiling and nodding before hanging up the phone. Clank was at the kitchen counter, curious as to what his friend had been talking about on the phone.
"May I ask who you were talking to?" Clank ask, causing Ratchet to jump. Seeing Clank, the lombax relaxed, exhaling. "Oh, just you Clank. Didn't know you came in." He said, chuckling slightly.
"I apologize for scaring you, but may I ask what you were doing on the phone?" Clank asked, taking note of the slight (humongous) red blush that appeared on his face and the wagging tail.
Ratchet glanced at the roof, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "Well..." He started, Clank taking note of the rapid heartbeat. "I have a date tonight." Ratchet said, shrugging his shoulders. Clank raised an optic ridge, tilting his helm to the side slightly. "A date? With whom?" He asks. Ratchet's blush deepened slightly. "Jak." He simply said, scratching the back of his neck as he stared down at the floor.
Clank blinked twice. Nodding and smiling, "Good to know ." He said, going over to the couch. "Enjoy your date. Oh, and Ratchet." He added, causing his friend to glance back at him, his brows furrowed. "Have fun." The robot said. Ratchet waved a hand, smiling. "Thanks bud."----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Wholesome. Very wholesome." Daxter said after the scene was finished. Jak nodded, looking over at Ratchet teasingly. "You blush that hard your face looks like a mix between red and orange?" He asked, fully aware of how Ratchet's face was heating up. "I have fur! What do you expect?" The lombax asked, glaring at Jak, who was trying not to laugh. Clank nodded. "Now that you mention it..." Clank started. Ratchet glared at him, pointing a finger. "Don't, please, for the love of all that exist, agree with them." Ratchet said. Before the conversation could continue on and Daxter could join, Ratchet swiped the remote and continued the movie.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Scene 2:

"... how do you feel about me? Really?" Ratchet asks Nefarious, showing a sense of seriousness. It was clear they had particular feelings for one another, but if he was going to risk his reputation and career pursuing said feelings... he wanted to hear it from the robot personally it was worth the risk.
robotic form jerks upwards, glowing crimson eyes all too quickly locking onto the lombax, his sworn enemy, or at least that's how it was until recently. quite frankly, dr. nefarious isn't sure how this whole thing started, one minute they were at each other's throats on opposing sides of the galaxy, until they were finally forced to work together. something inside nefarious changed that day, the adventure leaving him longing for a sense of companionship, something that started as a desire for friendship, that slowly spiraled into something more.
with the robot's eccentric body language and speech patterns, it was hard to keep his own feelings secret, so perhaps it was only a matter of time before ratchet dug deeper and discovered his feelings. right as the mechanical being was about to let loose on him for bypassing his security yet again, nefarious was quickly silenced by the question thrown at him.
"whaaaat? psh, come on, what are you talking about, we're sworn enemies, remember?" the words come out in a nervous tone, exaggerated , trying to make them sound believable. but as the robot stared back into the lombax's eyes, that stern, unwavering look glaring right back at him, nefarious knew all too well he couldn't cheese his way out of this one. he'd been caught red handed.
" ... i uh, oh alright fine." arms come down in a defeated slump momentarily, head lingering downward before locking eyes with the other once more. "i ... i DO like you, okay? find it as believable as you wish, you know how us villains are. but do you really think i'd like about something like THIS?"

It’s Hero Time! Five of the Best-Written Heroes in Gaming
What’s a story without a hero? There always needs to be someone there to stop the evil plot, save the innocent, and more importantly, to play as. Plenty of games have the blank-slate hero that players can project themselves onto, but the most fascinating characters are those that have their own personalities, their own intentions, and it’s simply up to the player to help move them on their own path. There are countless well-written protagonists throughout the gaming world, far too many to list them all here. I’ve collected just a small handful of heroes that I believe are among the most interesting, the most engaging, and the most unique characters whose actions are decided by the player, but have a will all of their own. Enjoy!
Ratchet (Ratchet & Clank series, 2002-2021) How many games does it take to turn a scrappy, self-centred jerk into a noble, selfless intergalactic hero? Eleven games, as it turns out, demonstrated by Ratchet across the entire Ratchet & Clank franchise. In the first game, Ratchet was rude and selfish, obsessed with revenge until his new ally Clank showed him exactly what his revenge was costing him. Over the course of the following games, especially in the Future trilogy, Ratchet grows dramatically as a hero, learning responsibility and prioritising the safety of his friends and home over reuniting with his long-lost species, the Lombaxes. The last of his kind in his home universe, Ratchet is given multiple chances to join his race in another dimension and let the bad guy get away with their evil plots, but he always ultimately chooses to stay behind and save the day. It’s a sharp contrast to how selfish he was in the earlier games - compare that Ratchet to his current portrayal in Rift Apart, which starts with a whole parade celebrating his heroics!
Aloy (Horizon series, 2017-2022) Being the Chosen One really isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, especially if you’ve been raised as an outcast loner like Aloy. In the post-apocalyptic Horizon series, humanity has regressed to its’ ancient tribal ways as giant machine creatures rule what’s left of the lands, and it all falls to Aloy to uncover the secrets of the past in order to save the world’s future. Aloy is a determined and skilled survivor, with a wit as sharp as her arrows, but her hellbent focus on her mission often comes at the cost of neglecting her friends and allies. Horizon: Forbidden West sees Aloy learn an important lesson: you can’t do everything alone, no matter how much you feel you have to. Forbidden West is all about Aloy realising she needs to be able to accept help instead of constantly going it alone, forming a team of allies to help bear her burden of being the key to humanity’s future.
Cal Kestis (Jedi: Fallen Order, 2019) “Trust only in the Force”. That’s the mantra young Cal Kestis lives by, one that has kept him alive in a galaxy that has been actively hunting down his kind for five long years. The Star Wars galaxy is not a safe place to live in, especially for Jedi that have survived the annihilation of their people by the tyrannical Empire. Cal Kestis’ journey sees him confront shiploads of trauma from the Purge, moving on from the death of his mentor and overcoming the constant fear of being exposed. Cal constantly has to choose between staying hidden and safely inconspicuous, or revealing his Force powers to help those in need - and what kind of Jedi would he be if he didn’t throw himself into danger to help the innocent? On the run from the Empire, Cal demonstrates impressive smarts and quick reflexes despite his incomplete training, enough to go toe-to-toe with the deadly Sith Inquisitors and even escape the wrath of Darth Vader himself.
Samus Aran (Metroid series, 1986-2021) I’d be remiss not to include the original video game action heroine herself - Samus Aran, armed and armoured star of the Metroid series since the 1980’s. She’s one of the few heroes that has been around for so much of gaming history while also always being a well-rounded character with actual depth and development. She might look human under all that armour, but after being raised by aliens and acquiring all sorts of freaky interstellar mutations across the decades, you can’t really call Samus a “human” anymore. However, the important thing is, she’s retained her humanity - despite her violent bounty hunter profession and the constant chaos and death in her wake, Samus remains a kind and compassionate warrior, merciful to those that deserve it and saving innocent lives even if it goes against her orders. She might rarely ever utter a single word in her series, but her actions speak for themselves - Samus is as heroic as they come.
Commander Shepard (Mass Effect series, 2007-2012) Saving the entire galaxy several times over takes all kinds, from paragons of justice to cold-blooded renegades. Mass Effect lets you be both. Commander Shepard, leader of the badass Spectre soldiers and captain of the Normandy, is one of the most famous examples of player-decided morality in gaming. While fighting impossible odds and civilisation-destroying ancient aliens, you can play Shepard as a by-the-book cop with unshakeable morals in the face of overwhelming adversity, or as an anti-heroic jerk happy to blast, insult and threaten anyone and anything unlucky enough to get in their way. Regardless of the path you choose, Shepard is excellently written throughout the trilogy - Paragon or Renegade, having the galaxy’s fate on your shoulders will take a toll on anyone, and Shepard is no exception. Will the responsibility put a dent in their heroic resolve, or will it push them from anti-hero to villain?
I hope you enjoyed this small collection of the best-written heroes in gaming! Of course, a hero is only one part of a good story - I’ve written other articles for those that aid them in their journey, and the villains that stand in their way, which you can find here and here. Reblogs and likes are appreciated! Thanks for reading!

@veldinstar asked: ❝ oh, yeah? and what are you gonna do about it? ❞ ↪ PROMPTS FOR MUSES WHO ARE LITTLE SHITS™ ! // ACCEPTING!!
"OH! WOULDN'T YOU LIKE TO KNOW!? I HAVE PLANS FOR YOU, LOMBAX!!! SINISTER, DEADLY PLANS!! A LOT OF THEM, TOO!!"
He still wasn't going into a monologue, for whatever reason. Maybe the plans were top-secret. Or maybe he was still fumbling for ideas since Ratchet's most recent and very successful attempt to stop him. Bah—oh well! 187th time's the charm!
"I'D WATCH MY BACK IF I WERE YOU!"

While thinking about the Dimensionator's history I now think its existence was also a highly kept secret from the Lombax public, with only members of the Center for Advanced Lombax Research and the Dimensionator's keepers knowing about it. It makes sense to keep knowledge on such a powerful device a secret, especially during a war, and would better explain how the people of Polaris didn't know about its existence until the end of Tools of Destruction. I like the idea that the Lombax scientists took inspiration from what happened when the Fongoids had time traveling powers when making the decision to keep the DImensionator a secret.
Along with this I also think this would make the fan idea of "Lombaxes only existed in Ratchet's universe before exploring the omniverse when the Dimensionator was made" more tolerable. See in Tools of Destruction, the IRIS Supercomputer stated the war between the Lombaxes and Cragmites ended eons before Tachyon was discovered and though I wouldn't mind that being retcon a bit, at least the thing about Cragmites as I brought up in my Kaden prequel game idea, it still works with Lombaxes in other dimensions. I bet after making a device to open portals to other dimensions, it would make some scientists want to explore and study those dimensions, where some would likely want to stay and live there if they were allowed to.
This would mean that the previous idea and my personal idea of multiple AU Lombaxes existing are both true, as I bet over the eons the Lombaxes that lived in different dimensions would eventually evolve and get different traits to better live there. It would explain how Rivet is different from Ratchet as she looks like she could better survive on a planet with colder temperature.
What are your thoughts on this theory?

“True. But I don’t think they’ve dealt with someone quite like my brother before, or even dared to.” It was no secret that her brother could be incredibly violent when angry. Most people actually did their best to avoid him during those times, afraid that they would become his next target if they dared to stay behind. But not Jim, he would definitely stick around and try his best to calm down the giant. He did seem to genuinely care about them. “And I guess... that’s because he has something in common with my brother and I, a past that is quite similar to our own, and is like a older brother in a strange way. That and, well, he also isn’t a big jerk like most people in the PDF. Couldn’t have gotten a better parole officer than him.”
Honestly, any other person besides Jim would probably been a nightmare. The Lombax had, much like Ratched himself, a lot in common with them and, despite knowing about all the things they had done, didn’t blame them for doing what they did. It was... weird, but not in a bad way.
However, as grateful as she was for this little miracle, the small Nether suddenly found herself sitting up straight in her own seat and going wide eyes after taking notice of the strange PDF vehicle, too. Just what in the world was one of those doing out there with them?
She did not like this for one bit. Something didn’t feel right, and she hoped it awasn’t what she thought it was. “Hey... um, weird question, but does it look like that PDF vehicle is following us? Or am I just finally going crazy”
"Go back to the Netherverse, Progs!" called a voice outside the twins' apartment. A brick crashed through a window before the sound of a cruiser speeding away started to fade in the distance.
Aaaaand that was yet another perfect window for them. Great, just... wonderful. People were really getting bolder by the day. They’ve had so many doing it already that Vendra and her brother barely reacted to it anymore. Honestly, they were just annoyed at this point, and felt the need to go after the perpetrators grow stronger.
“Looks like we’re gonna have to make some calls...” Snorting loudly for herself, Vendra decided to put down the cup she had been drinking tea from on the coffee table in front of her so she could grab one of the other items that was resting on it, her comm-unit. It was time to call her tabby friend she knew and ask him if he come around to help them here.
Because of how often people came around to throw bricks, the twins had created a routine where one of them would go ahead and call Jim to report the incident while the other one would call someone to help them with the window.
And it was pretty obvious who was in charge of what here. The small Nether waited for Sergio to pick while mummering, “Come one... pick up...”

Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles: The Lombax Secret-Part 14
After another long flight, they were able to arrive at the Kreeli Comet. They landed their ship and got out. Clank: "Ratchet! Miss Possible! Ron! Look!"
They looked out at a major obstruction ahead of them. Clank: "Those pirate ships are blocking our path to IRIS." Kim: "Then we need to find a way to get through them." Ratchet: "Come on, let's get going, guys."
They rushed out towards a line of vicious pirates as fast as they could. They kept going through, fighting off one group of pirates after another. At one point, they came across one particular area that seemed like it could be accessed by pirates. Even more so, there were a lot of pirates within the area. Ron: "Whoa, just look at this place." Kim: "I know. There are a lot of those pirates and it seems like we can't go any further." Ratchet: "Hm…looks like we've hit a serious roadblock, for more reasons than one." Ron: "So what'll we have to do?"
At that moment, the Kimmunicator went off. Kim answered it. Kim: "What is it, Wade?" Wade: "I've managed to put together something from that broken holo-guise that you guys just lent me. Check this out."
With a few clicks of the keyboard, an image of a space pirate appeared before them. Ron: "Whoa, that actually looks really good." Kim: "Amazing." Ratchet: "You've outdone yourself yet again, Wade." Wade: "Well, what can I say? I'm a genius." Ratchet: "Now we can use this to get pass that seemingly impossible impasse."
With the use of the holographic pirate, they were able to get past a lot of places that were pirate exclusive. It really was a long stretch with having to get through a lot of those areas. In addition to having to go through one impasse after another, they were also subjected to fighting a few of their large behemoth members. Ron didn't do much to help out as he was running away screaming at that sight of them, much to the annoyance of the others. Although, they seemed to be use to it. Regardless, they fought through all of them and were able to continue through.
The long trek finally came to an end. They were able to reach the supercomputer. Kim: "So this must be the IRIS supercomputer." Ron: "Hm, it doesn't seem to be working right now." Ratchet: "No, it doesn't. How do you turn this thing on?" Clank: "Hm…it appears to have been damaged by the space pirates. Perhaps I can repair its CPU." Ratchet: "Well, if you think you can do it, then go right ahead."
Clank went into the closed off interiors of the supercomputer and began his trek through. Along the way, he ran into the Zoni again. They helped him out as he navigated his way through the entire chamber. It seemed almost impossible for him to continue on, but with the help of the Zoni, he was able to do it with ease. They then came across some shattered remains of what appeared to be a flat disc-like object. The Zoni were able to put it back together with the use of their telekinesis.
After they were able to fix the object, they showed Clank another vision. It was of Talwyn being held at a prison on another planet. Zoni: "She will perish in Zordoom."
With that, they vanished and Clank was able to return to his friends. The supercomputer was able to turn on. Kim: "Look! It's working!" Ron: "Way to go, Clank!" IRIS: "Hello, Ratchet. I've been expecting you." Ron: "Whoa! The computer can talk!" Kim: "That's not all, it knew Ratchet's name and…it's been expecting him?" Ratchet: "Uh…OK? IRIS, what can you tell us about the Dimensionator?" IRIS: "The Dimensionator, created by the Lombax Architects of Breegus Minor. Its creation marked the turning point in the Great War." Kim: "Yeah, that much we know, but what does it do exactly?" IRIS: "Existence is divided into infinite dimensions. The Dimensionator opens a portal to these worlds. The Lombaxes constructed this device to exile the Cragmites." Kim: "So the Cragmites weren't vaporized like many people thought." Ron: "But what about Tachyon? How come he hadn't been exiled just like the rest of his kind?" IRIS: "Percival Tachyon. Discovered by Lombax Trillium Miners eons after the war. He was frozen in an egg exactly where we are now and raised on Fastoon." Kim: "The Lombaxes…raised Tachyon?" Ron: "Hmph! Well that guy sure didn't show any appreciation towards them!"
Rufus popped out and let out a raspberry. Rufus: "Tachyon!" IRIS: "When he learned of his origins, he set out to bring back the Cragmites." Ron: "He's going to do what!?!" Kim: "Isn't he aware of how dangerous that is?" Ratchet: "Obviously, he couldn't care less." Kim: "IRIS, do you know where the Dimensionator is?" IRIS: "An explorer named Max Apogee relocated it to Kerchu City." Kim: "Max Apogee…Talwyn's…dad…"
Just then, IRIS began to shut down. Ron: "What…what's happening!?!" IRIS: "Power cells functioning at 8% capacity…8%…" Ratchet: "No! Wait! Where did the Lombaxes go? Why did they leave me behind?" IRIS: "Thank you for visiting IRIS. Please don't forget to validate…"
IRIS ceased functioning completely. Ratchet was left despondent. Ron went over to try and comfort him, but Ratchet didn't seem to want him to. Kim: "Guess we'll have to find out the rest on our own." Ratchet: "Yeah…seems like it…we need to get to Kerchu City." Ron: "Rightio, Ratchet! We need to get our hands on that Dimensionator…" Clank: "Hold on a moment. A wormhole device is too dangerous for anyone to possess." Ron: "Um…OK? So…what do you suppose we do?" Clank: "Well, first off, the Zoni mentioned to me that Talwyn is in trouble. We need to make our way to Zordoom; that is where she is being held." Ron: "Uh…you OK…Clank?"
Kim checked on the Kimmunicator. Ratchet: "Uh…right…maybe you should listen to your real friends instead of your imaginary ones." Ron: "Whoa! Time out! Since when did Clank start having imaginary friends?" Ratchet: "Since Stratus City, now, come on, let's get out of here!"
Ratchet was about to walk out. Ron just stood by, Kim was still checking on the Kimmunicator. Ron: "Hey, wait a sec, Ratchet!"
Ratchet stopped and turned back around to face Ron. Ratchet: "What is it, this time, Ron?" Ron: "Uh, let's just humor Clank for a bit. Let's say that he's right about the Zoni and Talwyn being held at this Zordoom place. We should head over there and rescue her or…you know…check…to see if…she…actually…is…there…?"
Ron made a nervous grin, Ratchet stared back at him with an irritated look on his face. Ratchet: "Ron, you're being ridiculous; like more than usual." Ron: "Ratchet…" Kim: "I say we go for it. All in favor of heading for Zordoom?"
Ron and Clank both raised their hands, Kim did the same. Ratchet: "(grunt) Fine! We'll heed what Clank said and go to Zordoom!" Kim: "If it makes you feel any better, I'll have Wade do a scan on our way there to verify if Talwyn is actually there."
Ratchet seemed even more aggravated. Ratchet: "Whatever!"
He then continued towards the exit. Kim folded her arms and shook her head as she looked back at him with an angry look on her face. Clank: "Thank you both for standing up for me. I know what I am saying is very unorthodox, but I assure you that what I have been saying truly is sincere." Ron: "Hey, don't sweat it, Clank. I believe you. I mean, you being wrong about anything is almost as unusual as…as…" Clank: "You missing Naco Night?" Ron: "Exactly!" Kim: "I also believe you, Clank, especially the parts about the Zoni. Wade has been picking up on a number of unusual readings for a while now. They've been happening around the same time that you have been mentioning the Zoni; this can't be a coincidence." Clank: "Oh, but it is not; I am positive that they are from the Zoni." Kim: "And you have every right to say that. I would be surprised if these readings weren't from them, otherwise…where would they be coming from?"
They seemed perplexed as they thought for a while. They then returned to the ship along with Ratchet. They got back into it and left for their next destination.

Ratchet and Kim Possible: The Lombax Secret-Part 14
As soon as they returned to Murow, Ratchet pulled out his "Mr. Coolguy" disguise and rushed back to the arena with the others. There, they fought through several more challenges. They were much tougher than the previous ones. There were a lot more enemies to fight and the battles seemed much more time consuming. They were eventually able to finish all of the challenges and defeat all of the enemies.
After the battles, they were approached by Qwark again. Qwark: "Outstanding work, stranger I've never met before." Kim: "I would so hold that against you if you didn't have a good reason for saying that." Qwark: "Yeah, great. And now for the fruits of you labor: 1 holo-pirate disguise that's been broken since just recently but I'm sure that someone you might know would be able to do something with it and a copy of my new exercise book-Body by Qwark! So now even the blonde boy can have the calves of a champion." Ron: "Been there, done that, don't need it anymore." Ratchet: "OK, enough! Did you call us here for a reason, Qwark?" Kim: "Or are you trying to get us killed again?" Qwark: "Aw, can't it be both?"
The entire group glared at him. Qwark: "Uh, kidding! I found this in Tachyon's underwear drawer." Ron: "Ew…!"
Qwark had pulled out a screen of sorts. Qwark: "Thought it might be a clue."
On the screen, there was information regarding a supercomputer known as IRIS. It is said to know nearly an infinite amount of things, but it was being held at a place known as the Kreeli Comet, which was currently occupied by space pirates. Kim: "Hm…a supercomputer that contains information on pretty much everything." Ratchet: "Perhaps IRIS knows where the Dimensionator is." Kim: "Let's go."
They were about to leave. Qwark: "Wait! Take me with you!" Ron: "Huh? You…want to come with us? Like seriously?" Qwark: "YES! I can't do this undercover work anymore! I'm not a superhero…I'm just a hero!" Kim: "I highly doubt you even made it that far." Qwark: "Oh! How am I supposed to survive without some sort of endorsement deal!?!" Ratchet: "Whoa, take it easy, big guy. Maybe you can be a superhero; you just need to stop being so self-absorbed…and whiny." Ron: "And pompous." Kim: "And cowardly." Qwark: "You…guys really think so?" Kim: "Well…it could be a start." Qwark: "You're right, this is not the time for vanity; it's time to show the Universe how amazingly awesome I really am. I'm sorry, you guys; I hope you never have to endure the pressure of saving an entire galaxy. Wish me luck."
Qwark exited the arena. The group stood by, stunned for a bit. Kim: "Uh…did Qwark…actually agree with us…about something for once?" Ratchet: "I'm…just as surprised as you, Kim. Come on, let's get out of here."
And so, they exited the arena.
They made their way outside and went back toward the ship. Just then, Ratchet stopped and turned back around after noticing something. He spotted Kim staring out towards the ocean. Ratchet walked up to her and stood by her side. Ratchet: "Kim…you OK?"
She didn't say anything as she continued to stare out at the ocean. Ratchet, for a brief moment, wasn't sure of what to say next, but then remembered something. Ratchet: "You're…worried about your parents, aren't you?"
She dropped her head as her sulking confirmed what he asked her. Kim: "I…I hope they're doing OK. This whole mess must really be putting a lot of pressure on them since they decided to do this. Ratchet…do you think they'll make it through this?"
He looked away from her as his eyes rolled from side to side a little. Ratchet: "To be honest…I'm not really sure…I'm hoping that they will. Kim…your parents wouldn't want you to worry about them…anymore than…they wouldn't want me to feel as though this is all my fault. But…I can't help but feel responsible for their suffering…much like how…you can't help but worry about them." Kim: "Ratchet…no…you didn't cause any of this. Despite how it may seem, there isn't any reason why you should be blamed for any of it. I never believed that you should…and I never will."
Ratchet was about to say something but couldn't find the words. Kim: "And you're right, my parents wouldn't want me to worry and I already knew that, so…perhaps I should…put it out of my mind and not worry so much…for their sake…they would want me to continue on regardless…and that's what I'll do."
She then turned her head and faced Ratchet. Kim: "I'm going to continue to help you through this…I won't leave you…no matter what…you can always count on me."
She smiled a little. Ratchet was silent for a brief moment but then he spoke under his breath. Ratchet: "Kimberly…"
They edged closer towards each other almost as though they were about to kiss. Ron stood near by, watching them from a distance. Ron: "(whispering) Yes! That's it! Do it!"
Before they had their chance, they stopped themselves. Ratchet: "Oh! Uh…well! Heh! We…we'd better…get going." Kim: "Uh, yeah, uh…of course…let's go!"
They made their way back to the ship. Ron had an appalled look on his face as they walked right passed them. Ron: "Awww, man…"
Clank was seen standing near Ron, he was concerned for him. Clank: "Do not worry, Ron, that day may come in time."
Clank walked off. A tense look then grew on Ron's face. Ron: "No…it will! I'll make it happen if I have to!"
He went back to the ship with the others. They got back in and left the planet.
