I think as a funny twist it’s going to be revealed the Spying Mannequin is the same mannequin Pomni walked in on while it was bathing in the pilot.

(I forgot I wasn’t in my drafts and posted it)
I’m not entirely sure what the mannequins are, specifically the orange one, but I do have four basic theories:
(MINOR EP6 TEASER SPOILERS‼️)
A) Caine uses the mannequins to study the players, everyone sort of knows about this (except Pomni) which is why Zooble wasn’t shocked that a mannequin just walked up to them out of nowhere.
It would make sense for him to study the players to make his adventures more immersive and to build his NPC’s a little better (“The NPC’s are now 57x more immersive!”).
Not only that but they’re Caine’s “all seeing eyes” that he mentions back in the pilot. So they’re there to stalk the players to make sure they’re not going out-of-bounds, who’s talking to who, and what they’re saying (about him and his adventures).
I believe this is the most likely case out of all of them.
B) The “feral” mannequins are remnants of abstracted players, or just the abstracted players. Maybe it’s what their character models default to now that there’s “no player” in said model.
I don’t believe this one since the abstracted seem to be fully intact AND also wouldn’t their model be their abstracted form? There’s no reason for them to have two models (if you understand what I’m saying)
B.5) The “feral” mannequins are actually players that Caine confused for NPCs.
This one is on the same level as the previous. I do feel like it has happened before where Caine mistook a player for an NPC or vice versa but wouldn’t the players have noticed? They’re a mannequin not a replica of their actual model. Wouldn’t they have been told Caine when it happened to reverse it? If they weren’t a mannequin I can see the argument of the real player being deleted from existence and the NPC being their replacement, but they’re not.
C) Caine is planning on “replacing” the abstracted with NPC’s to make everyone happy. We’ve been getting a lot of him using and experimenting with making the NPC’s a lot like the current cast (The Baron, The Big Tops, possibly Ming)
I believe this one along with Theory A, although It’s less likely to be true. I need to go back and get all the evidence for this one since I find it to be a fun theory. It came from the fact that I’ve noticed we’ve been getting a lot of evil Kingers + Ming (Link for if you want to see my reasons for him) recently.
D) The Mannequins are old developer testing models qbefore they had character customization. Maybe an old developer is trying to each out? Maybe it grew a life of it’s own? Maybe it’s someone before Kinger who tested the game out and got stuck
No evidence for this one other than just some fun thinking. It would be cool if in some way this is canon.

I’m excited for today’s new episode of TADC since it will take place in the Tent, and the place hasn’t been explored much since the pilot.
I’m hoping we will see “The Grounds” in more detail as well. It would be cool to see what the lake and carnival Caine showed at the pilot episode are like.

This is an interesting premise.
My vampires CAN walk into the sunlight but doing so would reveal what they would look like if they aged normally
Younger vampires don’t have much to worry about but older vamps have reason to avoid sunlight as they age. They are still immortal, but their aged, sunlit selves are significantly weaker than their non-sunlit forms. Vamps over 100 years old run the risk of crumpling over, fully immobile, but still conscious

I was reminded that Starship Troopers is based on a book.
For those who have read the book, what are some of the differences between it and the movie?

I would LOVE to see official artwork from DB of Wiz and Broomstick, and maybe DUMMI, Jocelyn, and Ringmaster at a Hatsune Miku concert.

Apparently there was once a Mr. Potato Head car toy that also have removable parts you could switch between it and Mr. Potato Head.
I'm both surprised this was a real thing and that Toy Story 2 never tried referencing it as there was a funny scene in the movie where Potato Head is driving the toys in a car.

2 new unique lanterns in DC Comics
For a while now DC has been doing a Green Lantern story featuring an old villain named Starbreaker, a cosmic vampire that feeds on energy, INCULDING emotions. While he has fought other heroes before like the Flash, his roots are connected to the Green Lantner corp., and in this current running story he has not only teamed up with the Sorrow Lantern (AKA the Grey Lantern of Sadness) but has been making his own corp. by recruiting Fractured Lanterns (long story) and making people their own unique lanterns powered by emotions outside of the normal spectrum in order to enact his own agenda. Its pretty evil as DC once again temporarily prevented Razer and Aya from having a romatic moment together.
According to this YouTube short DC Comics not only has a Disgust Lantern now (as I mentioned before, and now sporting an orange like colored outfit) but also 2 new lanterns that embody Envy and Jealousy, Envy being a yellow like outfit and Jealousy being I think Magenta.
I couldn’t find what the two other lanterns can do, though it seems like similar to how the Sorrow Lantern’s mere presence can make people sad to the point of crying, the Jealousy Lantern can make other so jealous they are willing to attack their allies as seen by Amethyst attacking Carol Ferris.
While an interesting idea, I just hope after this story DC will tone it down on the new lanterns, as along with the Envy and Jealousy lanterns being odd (I’m also not liking their and the Disgust Lantern’s outfits) there is only so many lanterns they can make. Along with changing the Disgust Lantern into a Brown colored outfit, the only other new lanterns I would be okay with them making are a Silver Lantern powered by Happiness/Joy and a Beige Lantern who I see representing Apathy which I have mentioned before.
Don’t you agree?

With the new Donkey Kong game changing the origins of Pauline and some events I know about the DK timeline, as well as how Nintendo stated (again apparently) that Mario and Peach are just “good friends”, I wonder if they are trying do a soft reboot the Mario timeline/franchise?
With how long Mario has been around and all the good and odd games that have come out since, I honestly wouldn’t blame them if they wanted to try and do this to streamline things a bit or make things less confusing.
Maybe they thought fans would be okay with this, similar to how the Legend of Zelda series has several timelines and they seem to have fun figuring things out and how BOTW seems to combine everything.
If Mario had to be rebooted what would you want to change?
I do like the theory of Wario and WaLuigi being brothers that got separated at birth.
I also recently watched this Ask Mario video that teased at the idea of King Boo being the ghost of Bowser’s dead brother. It would be funny if Luigi’s enemy turned out to be related to Mario’s arch nemesis.
Maybe to make everyone happy Nintendo creates some kind of "Marioverse", since multiverse storylines aren't going away anytime soon. This way everyone can be happy if they ever do decide to reboot things.

I know the How To Train Your Dragon franchise is all about dragons, but what if that universe had other mythical creatures in it?
What if in one scenario there is a story where after all the dragons (at least in Scandinavia) went to the Hidden World, it was revealed their presence was making another race of creatures hide the entire time, but now that the dragons are gone, they try and rule.
Imagine seeing Hiccup and the others fight such a threat without their dragons. Maybe one of them inspires a nordic myth in the process.

If HISHE ever does a video on the Gotham TV series, there was an episode where Joker played Russian Roulette where he played 3 times to intimidate one of his allies who thinks he should be leader.
In HISHE have that end with him well... getting a "GAME OVER", and we see a series without his influence.

Hazbin Hotel season 2 news and thoughts
Last week Vivziepop lived up to her promise and we got a lot of news related to Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss during SDCC. Along with obvious new merch, she revealed that the first episode of Helluva Boss season 3 will be airing in September, but with a twist.
It sounds like the season 3 premiere of HB is going to be a remake of the pilot, as apparently the original is no longer canon, which raises a few questions involving the season 2 premiere but I’m sure the remake will go over that and fix some stuff that the pilot didn’t go over well or wasn’t a thing at that time. I also bet this remake will show us more of the specific events that led to them accidently shooting that child and taking him to Hell where they just kill him anyway. There is an old fan theory saying Loona lied about the kid being the target so what if they have to again try and kill that child’s mother too? Whatever it will be I am warning you now that I’m not going to watch and review it as I’m still taking a break from canon Helluva Boss stuff.
Of course the biggest news was for Hazbin Hotel season 2, which while short did give us the release date of October 29th, 3 months from now. That falls on a Wednesday BTW which is odd since episodes of HH season 1 aired on Fridays, and Halloween falls on a Friday this year making this decision odder. Either way I just hope that they don’t release 2 episodes per week like they did last time or release have the season in 1 week.
I don’t mind that we didn’t get a long trailer about season 2 as after the leaks a few months ago, and how apparently 14 seconds of new footage got leaked on Tik Tok around that time, I rather they not give us much info on the season until maybe a week before the season airs. That or they just post small random stuff once a month till then.
Besides we did get some news about season 2 anyway that I think can hold people over till then. One obvious fact is that Charlie and Vox are going to clash, which I already stated before here and there but one big new fact that was revealed is that new character Abel is being voiced by Patrick Stump from the band Fall Out Boy. If you want an example of what he sounds like look up clips of the Star vs the Forces of Evil character Ruberiot.
Another fact revealed about Abel was that he is a rockstar in his own way and not like his father, as the two are different in many ways. I think it would be funny if he is/was part of a boy band or is basically a parody of singers tween girls would be a fan of and is what stars are like before they get into trouble/hit rock bottom that a lot do face at some point.
The same fact also states that Abel wasn’t Adam’s favorite son, which would be intriguing IF IT WASN’T FOR THE DAMN LEAKS! Yeah I got tricked thinking a HH leaked clip was a fan animation, but now I got 2 mini theories about this statement that I can’t say until the season airs. That is unless people are okay wiht me posting about them if I don't put tags in the post. Message me to let me know if you are okay with this.
We also got news about characters like how there might be a song where Katie Killjoy and Angel Dust OR Blitzo and Angel Dust sing together. I betting it will be the first one as Vivzie did confirm Killjoy will be in season 2 more and I don’t think they are ready for a Hazbin Hotel X Helluva Boss crossover yet.
The VAs for other characters got revealed too, like how the long awaited fan character Baxter will be voiced by Kevin Del Aguila. I remember someone predicting this a while ago and from a clip I watched of him as himself where I think he was a bit nervous, I think he a nice fit for Baxter. Hey as long as they do make Richard Horvitz voice him later on I’m okay with this.
While on the topic of Baxter I do recall Vivzie wanting him to sound like Reducto from Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law, who was voiced by Stephen Colbert. With the sad cancellation of The Late Show maybe she could get him to voice him for an episode. Baxter is a scientist so maybe an experiment causes his voice to change mid-season or for just an episode. Such an event could make for a fun subplot and be an excuse to have other people voice the characters for a bit like giving Katie Killjoy her original pilot voice back or having Lucifer sound like Mark Hamil’s Joker.
Zeezi, the giant kaiju Overlord, will be back and will now be voiced by Alex Newell, who I don’t voiced her in season 1 as I didn’t see her name appear in the credits of “Scrambled Eggs”. Admittedly I never thought about who could voice Zeezi till now but Alex Newell wouldn’t have come to mind, but I bet she will still do a good job as I am curious to see what Zeezi will be like in the show. Looking up some clips I found out Alex identities as non-binary, so does this mean Zeezi will be non-binary too, or do you think Alex would be okay voicing a character who could possibly be preferred as a singular gender in the HH universe like their role in Glee?
We also got news on newer characters. One is named Prick, voiced by Andrew Durand. Some people are saying he is going to be that cactus sinner seen in backgrounds of episodes and I can see that. I don’t think he will have a big role in the series, and I think this guy is going to be hired by the Vees to do something for them in a HB Striker like role.
Then there is one called the Speaker of God, voiced by Liz Calloway. Given the name I agree with other fans who think she is going to be a character that outranks Sera and Lute, and in charge of telling people messages and decrees from God. This character also confirms the theory that God is MIA in a way, likely doing something big and can’t be disturbed and its likely most of Heaven don’t know he is out doing something.
I can see this character being a possible antagonist, as I could see them doing that trope where some messages from God are really their thoughts and has been manipulating things to her liking for some time. I can also see a funny Wizard of Oz like scene where it’s reveled the Speaker was really a single or few of the archangels in disguise trying to run Heaven while God is MIA and had to play this role as maybe usually such archangels don’t make people in Heaven confident enough.
I can also see a character working as a goal for Charlie. Like I said before after season 2, I can see Charlie again trying to convince Heaven to approve her redemption program but over the series has to convince more and more people to do this from Sera, her angelic aunts and angels like Gabriel, and Jesus till eventually getting to God. In order for Charlie to reach God she needs to get to the speaker first, but not before handling the previously mentioned angels.
What are your thoughts on all of this news? Was there anything I missed?

Imagine a future Rick and Morty episode having a scene or premise where someone ends up in a universe where Jerry and Beth had a 3rd child.
Yes I know about the Gravity Falls reference in the one episode, but I'm talking about a non twin scenario, unless this actually happened in a Rick and Morty comic.
If not, I wonder how that would change the family dynamic? I feel like a "Middle Child Morty" would have even more problems than he already has.

There is a kind of pasta nicknamed "angel hair" and it gives me a funny idea for a HH/HB joke where we found out the pasta got the name as an angel (for some weird reason) cut off and turned part of their hair into food to feed some ancient humans, and that is where the pasta got the nickname.
Now whenever the angel is around, people either make or try not to make/laugh at pasta jokes made towards her. Maybe it doesn't bother the angel as we find out they are crazy.

With San Diego Comic Con starting soon, we will be getting Hazbin Hotel season 2 news soon as implied by Vivzie herself, so I just wanted to again post some of the things I think and hope season 2 will be like.
Yes while I can see and hope season 2 will mainly focus on the Vees as the season's main antagonist, I'm fine with the season focusing on other characters and antagonist too, especially new ones such as introducing Helsa von Eldritch and her family, as well as an angel who I see doesn't fully agree to Charlie's redemption plan and Lute manipulates her so she can get revenge and continue killing sinners.
When it comes to the Vees role in the season, I'm hoping one of the reasons they get more involved with the hotel staff is because when Charlie gets back to her redemption program she (finally) realizes that as long as Angel Dust works for Valentino he can't be redeemed, so she tries to find a way to break his contract with the moth man, angering the trip. Like I've said before this is something that should have been tackled a bit back in season 1 during "Masquerade", so season 2 should definitely have that be a main plot point. It would be a great way to learn more on how deals work and also be an excuse to learn about how the Overlord system works.
Also while the Vees are going after the hotel staff because of things like revenge against certain people and to prove their superiority over the princess/royals of Hell, I'm really hoping their main goal will be revealed to be that they don't want to stop the Hotel but OWN it. Charlie is basically running a one of a kind charity where sinners can stay at the hotel for free while trying to get into Heaven or aid others into getting in, and with the Vees being business people I definitely see them wanting to own it and turning it into a place of profit, especially if during season 2 all of Hell (not just Charlie and the hotel as I've previously theorized) learns redemption is possible from Emily and Sir Pentious. Course I could see the Vess making it so that Charlie, Alastor, and Angel would work for them, which in the Vees POV would be a nice bonus.
During the S2 finale I can see the Vees (mainly Vox) offer Charlie a bitter sweet deal where while they would own and be the faces of her redemption program and she would be serving them basically forever, she would still be achieving her dream in a way by helping people get into heaven and Angel's contract with Val would be terminated making him a free man which is very tempting for Charlie, especially that last part as she told Angel throughout the season she would free him. Of course I can see the plan failing thanks to Val, as he doesn't want to give up Angel Dust, leading an opening where the hotel staff find a way to defeat them, which I can see leading to Valentino being killed. I see Valentino as the most expendable of the Vees, so I can see his death being a good way to advance the stories of characters like Angel Dust and gives a reason for Vox and Velvette to want to destroy the hotel/hotel staff in later seasons.
Then similar to the season 1 ending, the hotel staff celebrates only to be followed by a few unique twists like either Charlie finding out Sir Pentious got redeemed (if not revealed beforehand) but also Charlie runs into her mom Lilith (or "Lilith" to remind people my belief in the Imposter Lilith theory) which could be the main story of season 3 and kickoff other events for season 4 and hopefully a season 5.
Do you hope to see these things happen in season 2 of Hazbin Hotel?

The new Helluva Boss short made a King of the Hill joke by referencing the pocket sand meme.
This isn't the first time such a joke was made in this franchise, as there is a scene similar to this in Hazbin Hotel, meaning someone who works on both shows must be a big KOTH fan.
Speaking of which with King of the Hill airing new episodes soon, I wonder how they feel about their jokes being referenced in the series?
