Honestly, if I were in the cult classic sci-fi b-movie "The Green Slime", I would just let these things monch electricity and multiply.

Ok, I don't normally do this but I'm posting the theme song to this movie first because it is glorious and you all must hear it.

The Green Slime es una película de ciencia ficción de 1968 dirigida por Kinji Fukasaku y producida por Walter Manley e Ivan Reiner. Fue escrita por William Finger , Tom Rowe y Charles Sinclair a partir de una historia de Reiner.

La película se filmó en Japón con un director y un equipo de filmación japoneses, pero con el elenco protagonista no japonés de Robert Horton .Richard Jaeckel y Luciana Paluzzi .

Después de destruir un enorme asteroide que estaba en un curso de colisión rápida con la Tierra, un grupo de astronautas descubre que accidentalmente han regresado a su estación espacial con una criatura extraterrestre que se alimenta de radiación y puede reproducirse rápidamente a partir de su propia sangre.

Today's arrival is a haul from Amok Time Toys, full of Monstarz figures! Of course I had to grab their newest HUMANOIDS FROM THE DEEP figures, but I also finally pulled the trigger on their figures from IT! THE TERROR FROM BEYOND SPACE and THE GREEN SLIME.

I am very glad I did, as all 4 figures have some excellent surprises. The detail is amazing and so is the articulation, far more complex than I would have anticipated at first glance.

The only real issues I have so far are that I wish the fishmen had elbow articulation and that the sea weed accessories on their arms were easily removable or rotated since it looks kinda silly if you don't pose their arms exactly in the direction that it "hangs."

Otherwise, I love these little weirdos and will definitely have to pick up some of the other figures Monstarz have done.
