Heroes & Villains The DC Animated Universe - Paper Cut-Out Portraits and Profiles
The Floronic Man
Jason Woodrue had been an experimental botanist who devised a formula that transformed him into a dryad-like humanoid.  Woodrue gained the ability to mentally control plant life.  He came to hate mankind seeing it as the enemy of a healthy and sustainable ecosystem.  He renamed himself The Floronic Man and began a campaign of eco-terrorism.
In a tale that may or may not be part of the official DCAU continuity, The Floronic Man teamed up with Poison Ivy.  The two had abducted a scientist who had determined a means of transforming humans into plant-based lifeforms.  Using this information, the two set out to release a cloud of spores that would gradually change all of humanity into floral creatures that the the pair could then rule over.
Batman and Nightwing ended up pooling forces with Harley Quinn in their efforts to locate Ivy and Woodrue before these spores could be released.  They almost did not succeed, but at the least minute Harley pleaded with her friend and managed to convince Ivy not to go through with the scheme.  A distraught Floronic Man was detained and locked away at a secure facility for metahuman prisoners.
Actor Kevin Michael Richardson provided the voice for this version of the Floronic Man, with he villain appearing in the animated feature, Batman and Harley Quinn.

I feel like we need some kind of funky dark magic underworld adventure starring Jason, Jason, and Jason. One's host to an ancient demon, one's died and come back, and the other's the demigod scion of the Olympian gods. The villain revealed to be at the root of whatever it is they're investigating should be Jason Woodrue.

Ma'alefa'ak, the people would like to know your top 10 monsters from less to most boink worthy, you're allowed 3 honorific mentions and no Johnstantine monster forms
in the spirit of Ma'al ranking the Green Lanterns, here's Ma'al's random opinions on most characters that pop up in DC top 10 monsters lists:

for the three honorific mentions:

Ma'al doesn't have a "top 10" because "nobody tops me unless I tell them to" and his opinions on who's most boinkable are susceptible to change from his mood, the vibes, the weather, the seasons, the alignment of the stars, etc.

“#I really like the idea of the rouges crossing paths when they were still normal people, #I especially love the idea of Mr. Freeze not really being a big time supervillian, #he only went on a rampage that one time and everything else is for his research, #And I like the idea that Poison Ivy pretty much hates the entire human race, #except for like 3 or 4 people who she absolutely adores”
I’m Back at it with Mr. Freeze (ft. Poison Ivy)
first part is here
-Of all the people Victor had ever met, none were quite as unpleasant as Jason Woodrue.
-Victor was never a violent man, ans perished the thought of physical altercation, but within 1 hour of knowing Woodrue he began to contemplate punching him square in the face.
-They had been paired at Goth Corp on a project, trying to create a way for crops to survive unexpected  cold fronts, possibly even create a way to grow crops on the cold of Mars.
-It was greatly rewarding work, luckily socializing was not required with, Woodrue, Victor could do his work, pass his notes to Jason, and they never had to speak to each other beyond an explanation here and there.
-Victors saving grace was Nora, of course. Things between the two of them had started out choppy, he was not exactly charming by conventional standards and knew exactly nothing about ballet, and Nora was not well versed in cryogenics, but what shared is a mutual respect and tho they didn’t understand all the time, they listened to they other and made the effort.
-After a time, Victor stopped seeing Dr. Woodrue all together at work. The man refused to come out of his lab and Victor had to mediate with him exclusively through his lab assistant, a bright young woman named Pamela Isley.
-Victor liked Pamela. For one, she didn’t radiate malice like Woodrue did, and she was a genuinely pleasant person, if a bit drawn in, but the same could be said for him.
-Victor and Pamela became fast friends, and he even invited her over for diner with he and Nora. It was a fun evening of the three of them had, each a genius in their own respect, both scientifically and artistically.
-They laughed, they debated, they had many bottles of wine. Victor had had few nights as enjoyable, and he and Nora looked forward to a long friendship with Pamela.
-And come Christmas time, Victor and Nora invited Pamela to be one of Nora’s brides maids at their wedding.
-But it wasn’t to last. Eventually Pamela became distant from Victor and Nora, she would barley say a word to Victor at work. All she seemed to want to do was get back to Jason Woodrue’s side.
-Victor had at first thought he and Nora had made the girl feel uncomfortable somehow and tried to apologize, but in a brief moment when he could talk to Pamela she waved that notion away and said that she was simply vary busy working with Jason.
-Now Victor had never been a paranoid man, but he did pay attention to details, and one thing he knew for sure was that Pamela never referred to Jason Woodrue as anything more then Dr. Woodrue.
-Victor would kick himself for crushing the thought later on. For not a week later Jason Woodrue would be arrested.
-Victor’s hands shook with fury as he read the news report. “Goth Corp Scandal: Botanist Brought In by The Batman!”
-Woodrue, the devil, had been using his research grant to conduct illegal experiments involving a spores, and He had been using Pamela as his personal guinea pig. The article then went on to claim the he was apprehended by the urban legend human sized bat but Victor had stopped reading at that point.
-He and Nora went almost immediately to the Hospital, to see Pamela. The doctors there told them that in what ever altercation that resulted in Woodrue’s arrest, Pamela had been doused in some chemicals that shocked her system and sent her in to a coma.
-Jason Woodrue managed to avoid jail time though. A local psychiatrist by the name of Strange got him off with an Insanity plea. Stated that Jason was criminaly insane and should be sent to Arkham instead. Victor was beside himself with indignation, but he couldn’t argue with the doctors prognosis on Woodrue’s mental state.
-What ever the case, Victor and Nora visited Pamela in the hospital for a time, until she was moved to a different facility. The doctors refused to tell them where. Victor tried to press the issue but ended up getting a man in a suit coming to his home in the middle of the night telling him to stop asking questions.
-Victor wished he had stood his ground, but he was just one man, and even he felt like he had gone over his head.
-If you ask Poison Ivy about the Rouges of Gotham City, she will tell you that they’re isn’t a single head among them that she wouldn’t gladly mulch in to plant food.
“Except Victor. Victor is a sweetheart.”
-Of course she would extend the same exception to one Harley Quinn, but Harley is an exception to many rules in Ivy’s book.
-On Christmas Day, after Ivy takes Harley out to see the big tree in Cathedral Square and they do some light crime. They visit Victor in his lab.
-Despite his new cold exterior, Victor is always glad to Pamela and Harleen, provided they do not touch any of his equipment.
-And they drink many bottles of wine, and they debate, but they do not laugh as much as they used to, too much has happened to them for that, thankfully Harley has enough laughter in her for 5 people. But mostly, they have a fun evening all three of them, each geniuses in their own respect.

It goes to show you really can't tell shit about a person from the content they make. Neil Gaiman introduced Pamela Isley's body being exploited by her male mentor as part of her tragic back story. Turned out whole time he was a rapist.

Just watched the latest episode of Harley Quinn, and It took them 5 seasons, but they finally detailed Poison Ivy's origin in this continuity, and it was incredible. The King Shark subplot was kind of dumb, but this episode's focus on Poison Ivy getting revenge on Jason Woodrue for not only ruining her reputation, but also locking her in a room to die was just so satisfying. I wasn't expecting it, but this episode managed to give a deeper connection between Pamela and Frank. The ending shot teasing that Jason Woodrue has transformed into Floronic Man was equally well done. I'm curious how this'll play into the season overall.
