Crowley Falls Again
What are you having for breakfast? I’m having bacon and ANGST!
Started as a fun competition on @goodomensafterdark and now my wheels be turning for another comic book series that’s vibing the 90s angry goth vibe a la The Crow.
Goodness GenX, someone give us a hug!
Ps: I’m aware I misspell quite a bit in my art. My brain goes PFFT when I’m in an art fervor, so apologies for the bad grammar!

Love how people try to make Tim out to be the intense one and Dick to be the one to bring levity to situations, and there is definitely an argument to be made that they’re both intense people and they can both bring levity to situations but if you’re going to assign one to each of them, guys… their canon dynamic looks like this:

I really hate that Huntress has been written out of Batman comics and The Birds of Prey. She was a pretty big character in the ‘90s who had really good dynamics with Bruce, Tim, and Dick, and it feels weird that Dc has just forgotten about her.
I miss her Older sister vibe that she had with Tim. Having this older vigilante that didn’t agree with Bruce. showing how Tim interacted between the two was entertaining.
While I wasn’t a huge fan of Nightwing and Huntress have a romance, It made sense.
Having pretty substantial roles in comics like robin 3 cry for the huntress, and a Pretty huge role in No Mans Land (where Bruce was such a dick for no reason) and after Batman/Huntress cry for blood, she just was forgotten by Batman writers.
If it wasn’t for Gail Simone bringing her into The Birds of Prey, I think Huntress would have been forgotten completely.
And in that run we do see Huntress interact some more with Batman, but it’s very little and their dynamic is different.
I just miss her as our lovable outcast that has a unsteady relationship with the Batfam.

get cheesed, little man.
there’s two possibilities: either bart threw the cheese or wally did it as a joke and then proceeded to get lectured by four different people about how stupid that is. Thad is betrayed. How could you? (Mel’s bracelets have a moon for Thad n a sun for bart since bart is her sunshine and Thad is her moonlight (sorry Owen)

Something I don’t see people talking about enough is how Bart Allen and Max Mercury both got the thinking in pictures autism

They were literally made for each other in a mentor/father figure way.

Okay. Hear me out.
The Aftermath: heartbroken, angsty Crowley finds himself navigating the slums of New York City, meeting the worst of the worse. He finds a human he can trust who reminds him why he’s not unworthy or undeserving of love. Crowley slowly accepts the world is worth saving, even without Aziraphale.
MEANWHILE, Aziraphale becomes obsessed with perfection and reinvents himself as the most powerful Archangel heaven has ever known to help bring forth The Second Coming. Desperately trying to forgot all that was before otherwise the painful memories of lost love will annihilate him.
But Muriel won’t let him forget and their innocence and kindness reminds Azirphale who he was and how he deserved love and never needed anyone’s approval of that love, not even God’s.
*huff puff huff puff*
No? No good?
FINE, just enjoy this Fanfic inspired by my grungy, angsty 90s graphic novel phase.
(How are the 90s so long ago?)
