fun little thing for all you TimeToys (the Doctor x the Toymaker) fans...the Toymaker has a teddy bear on one of his shelves that looks awfully similar to the one Six keeps in his coat pockets. fanfic fodder, anyone? 😉

ignore the not so brilliant quality but THIS SCENE WAS SO GAY they are so into eachother and I cannot talk about it enough. I'm never getting over this. the Toymaker absolutely considered it for a hot second there he WANTED to go with him he DID. and fourteen being the gay little alien he is WANTED him to go with him. LOOK AT THEM. I swear if the Doctor had continued talking the Toymaker would've been convinced and they would've been travelling the stars together playing games across the universe 🥰

So for context, this is from a fan fiction that I wrote last year (18th June 2022 to be exact) and I had no idea what was going to happen in the actual episode so I wrote down what came to mind. The speech involves The Doctor asking The Toymaker to come with him and in a rather romantic way too.

Genuinely wasn't expecting Fourteen to offer up companionship in the episode. Proper shocked. Consider my fiction the alternative Doctor speech with a Happy Ending...well sort of.

It's the first known DoctorMaker (Probably not the official pairing for these two dorks but that what I came up with) on AO3.

Basically it's what happened when a certain dancing video featuring Mr Tennant and Mr Harris popped up on Twitter. Twas a rather inspiring video as it brought fourth this little beauty.

At first I wasn't so keen on my hard work (I'm a slow writer, nothing was planned and thus I was winging it throughout - Thank you Dyspraxia!) I considered it cringe until I reread it several times and now I think it's rather good.

It's part of a series of stories that needs to be expanded on. It is not an abandoned project as I have certain ideas floating around the old noggin'.

Not only did the Doctor offer to travel with the Toymaker, playing games across the cosmos, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MASTER, but he ALSO left the Master JUST LAYING THERE on the top of UNIT tower. By the end of it, there were TWO WHOLE DOCTORS and NEITHER of them stopped to pick my poor little cringe-fail off the floor. They either assumed he got folded into the box with the Toymaker or decided to leave him there, and I don't know which is worse. The Master’s going to complain SO MUCH about this, and it'll probably be his evil backstory for a little while.
