DIY Bat Shoe Wings made with duct tape, scissors, white pen, and pen knife.

Make a big sheet of duct tape by laying it out and making sure the creases face different ways so its less flimsy.

Then use white pen to draw out your bat wings template. Use your shoes to mark out the holes. Then cut out the holes with a pen knife and check if they fit. Wipe off pen with a lil acetone and qtip. Lace onto your shoes and ur good to go!

vaeh and cari’s meetings of icarus are so different. vaeh knew icarus since she was little they were birdie to her. so when she saw them for the first time, she instantly recognized the white and yellow jacket. she was so excited to see that her imaginary friend was a real person. and her uncle. gods, she was so happy.

however, cari didn’t have them. they didn’t know about them at all really. they only knew of their magic and the flowers that changed often (yes i’m pulling shit from my fic, shush). so when they saw them, it was like they looked into something- not a mirror- that made you look like you but so very off. they saw themself and flew into a panic.
