Another spoiler for the Sonic movie

Can we talk about the fact that Sonic always seem to copy Ton. Like, you can tell he looks up to Tom.

In the first movie, you could see him copying little things that Tom did. For instance, when they were in the motel, icing their wounds.

Then, in the second movie, Tom tells Sonic important on the boat, which Sonic then repeata to Knuckles.

Then, in the third movie, you got Tom telling Sonic about how his pain hasn't changed his heart. This snaps Sonic out of his anger and allows him to connect with Shadow.

Sonic Movie Spoiler

Can we talk about the way Shadow hits Tom, and Sonic comes running around the corner? And, as Sonic's crying over Tom, Shadow sees himself. Like, the past version of himself where he's crying over Maria.

It was interesting to see Shadow just stop for a second. Like, for a brief moment, Shadow's distraught? Shocked? Upset? For a second, he realizes that he's like GUN. He hurt and took someone important away. And then, Shadow continues to drown in his revenge.

“Madame Odile!”

You set your drink to the side and twist around as best as you can. “Isabeau?”

You finally spot him running up to you through the crowds of people dancing and laughing. You relax for a brief second until you notice his pale face and his wide, worried eyes. You also note that he’s carrying a bundle in his hands. Upon closer inspection, you realize that it’s Siffrin.

You’re immediately on your feet.

“Isabeau.” You tuck your journal away and your drink tumbles to the ground. You ignore it. “What’s wrong?”

Isabeau slides to a halt before you, panting from sprinting to you. “It’s Siffrin,” he manages to squeeze out. “He won’t wake up.” ------- Odile makes a mistake in Act 5, and she regrets it.

So, with my Odile fanfic, I'm going to just going to break it up into several chapters. Mainly because I'm nearing 8,000 words, and I'm nowhere near the end. So, after I grammar check the first part, I'm going to be posting the first chapter today.

You guys need to watch it!!!! It was so funny and Jim Carrey went crazy in this film! Also, Shadow was so angsty and emo, it was hilarious. I might make a post about the little things in the movie I noticed.

You know how Isabeau admitted that he kind of purposefully "dumbed himself down" and that he's actually kind of smart?

How much you guys want to bet that Odile's completely aware of this? Specifically, she always knew Isabeau was smarter than he let on.

Like, she's been keeping tabs on the little things she's noticed with Isabeau. For example, she'll be explaining something complicated, and Isabeau would have no trouble following along. Or, Isabeau would suddenly say something very smart that even Odile doesn't quite understand herself. When she asks about it, Isabeau tries to play it off.
