So....why am I obsessed with characters that are missing their arm??. Literally love these characters so much and now Link might have been added to the list! I'm stoked to see what the sequel brings to the lore and all the exploration we'll get

and yeah, this guy kinda looks like Link :P his clothing is basically a blue hylian tunic and his head is based off of mine. so he’s kinda my LoZ caricature

I’m not sure how many people know this but if you choose to do the Happy Mask Salesman’s sidequest in Ocarina of Time, you have the option of showing the first four masks to Zelda (and she makes a cute noise, like a laugh or a surprised sound)!

It might not seem like a big deal but I think it’s a cute aspect of the game. The fact that she’s one of the NPCs that they gave dialogue to for when Link wears a mask is actually kind of interesting. Because if you’ve played OoT, you know that you have to go through the courtyard undetected to speak to Zelda, and sometimes it can be really tedious.

This means that Link cares about Zelda so much that he’d risk sneaking past the guards– and possibly getting caught –in order to show her something as simple as a mask. There’s no way that he’s unaware of the chance of getting caught, and if you’ve ever been caught by a guard while playing the game, you know they treat him kind of bad and literally throw him out. 

But he’s willing to risk it just so he can see her smile and hear her laugh. And if you think about it, he’s taking a break from collecting the Spiritual Stones– which he needs to save Hyrule– so he can do something that’ll brighten her day. He cares about her much more than you’d think.

this is actually a really neat idea!!

1. My irl friends. they really make me feel included and they are just amazing and are there for me whenever I’m feeling down

2. Legend of Zelda. it’s a really amazing series that I just love. I’m just amazed at how it’s grown even just in my lifetime of 18 years!!

3. My mother. she’s so supportive and just a wonderful human being who is just amazing and she just always shows her love for me

4. My church. I belong to the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (“Mormons”) and while I’m made fun of A LOT, the people are amazing and just about all of my friends come from me going to church. I can see myself become a better person as I follow the principles taught. I’m more patient, and while I honestly struggle with anxiety, I have a really supportive group there that helps me to feel true happiness through it all

5. Marcie. While I guess she would go under friends, she’s more than that. She’s just so amazing and she’s so strong and capable and sweet and funny. but yeah :)

basically my thoughts on the sequel as of now^^

BOTW Sequel Theory Talk

Since yesterday, I have SO MUCH ideas in my head what could be or happen with this sequel. 

We saw less, I know. But what we saw was impressive. 

1. The green Flow?

It reminds me of the activate-color from the tower and shrines a bit. The divine beasts were found in the ground and with the slate, we had a wide range of ancient sheikah technology. The arm who attacked ganon (?)/Corpse idk and the maybe ability from Link had the same color. I believe it is something related to it.

2. Is it under the castle?

In Botw, we got to see that around the castle, they were those…towers who you cannot climb. And yeah, they found a lot sheikah things in the deep ground. I can imagine after some reconstruction of Hyrule, Zelda got the idea (or found papers) about more details and wanted to explore. 

3. The corpse

It had a slight touch of the priest from the shrines. But also a lot of Ganon. This can maybe the source of all evil. Or we should think in this way. 

4. Link’s arm

We all know Zelda lost her powers with finishing the game. But they need those powers to seal the evil away. The hero did a splendid job, so I guess why not choosing him? OR and I like the idea a bit: It’s something that possesses him. 

5. Zelda as accompany

After the end of BOTW, it made sense. She talked something about “the reconstruction will take a lot of time” and yeah… she isn’t the type of just being the queen. I believe she has other ideals, so why not accompany Link and getting news first hand?

6. Zelda as a playable character

I personally don’t like the idea. I mean, she lost her powers and she seemed to not have a weapon. But yeah, there is a way it could happen.

7. Two different sights of the story

I really like the idea we have to play Link AND Zelda to get the full story. It is like an A and B Side of the game. We see Zeldas View and Links. Would be interesting in my eyes.

8. Maybe we saw the beginning of the new game?

I don’t think we only will see Link and Zelda in this sequel. It follows BOTW. It would be natural to see familiar characters like Sidon, Teba or else. And when this happen with the let me call it “New awakening of ganon”, they need a new team or so to defeat. 

That’s my random shitty theory talk for the moment. :3

thanks for helping!! I tried to start out with a circle and triangle (cranium and nose) and add detail, but I probably positioned them in the wrong spot so I’ll try to make the forehead bigger next time :))
