I think about the fact that during the Citadel arc the Jedi left behind multiple clones after they died. But when Master Piell died, they had a whole ass funeral for him while they were still being chased constantly.

And if Echo would've been found alive while Fives was still alive, he would've blamed himself for everything he went through because he followed orders.

There are so many instances in the Citadel arc where Cody is obviously talking to the other clones in the background and my nosy ass is sitting here like WHAT ARE THEY SAYING. WHAT'CHA TALKIN ABOUT GUYS WHATS GOIN ON?

Also trying to keep track of how many people went on this Very Covert Stealth Mission has me sitting with my head in my hands. tell me why they needed a minimum of 9 troopers and 2 Jedi (Ahsoka wasn't supposed to come) 3 Re-programmed battle droids and an astromech. Like what part of Covert Op says "We Should take A Dozen People With us"

I have already made a couple of posts about the citadel arc (most notably, this one, which sums up my opinions quite well), but I just rewatched it and BOY

In that scene where Ahsoka carries Master Piell’s body towards Anakin THERE IS A DEAD CLONE OFFICER IN THE BACKGROUND.

LITERALLY, THEY LOST CLONES IN THE SAME FIGHT THAT THEY LOST PIELL IN BUT THEY ONLY HONOURED PIELL

like fine, fine, you have a beat right now when earlier you didn’t and you can’t very well go and collect all the bodies right now, BUT THE ONES THAT ARE LITERALLY RIGHT THERE????

this, this IS WHY, this why I write even Jedi like Obi-Wan and Anakin with a slight irreverence to clone lives. It’s not overt, but it’s there, in their subconscious

just one note re: Ame's decision in EP 22 from a guy who has been combing through arc 2 transcripts is that she had been trying to get back to Toma the entire arc and gets talked out of it or delayed again and again. Just so everyone remembers the context. Literally through out the entire arc Ame made it clear that she had to get back to Toma, that going back to the cottage was important. And it was.
