My heart absolutely melted at this moment and I'd be lying if I said I didn't say I teared up at this scene, this whole scene. It was absolutely beautiful. Beautifully written and beautifully performed. That soft voice Red uses just for Kitty, is my favorite thing.

Their love is so pure, classic, and well, golden.

First time I saw this part, and every time since, the theme song for DuckTales immediately plays in my head. 😂

I think it’s possible that Jay is Brooke’s son and not Jackie’s. The framing was ambiguous enough to imply he’s Jackie’s kid but they had no interaction and Kelso said something along the lines of Jay has his dad’s looks and his mom’s brains, but no name. Jackie was never dumb like Kelso by any means, but Brooke was framed as a bookish, kind, emotionally mature character compared to Jackie, and since children of legacy characters seem to have to be a hybrid of their parents, it would explain why Jay isn’t AS vain as his parents and seems more openly emotionally mature/sensitive? I could be totally wrong but it seems plausible.

I am disappointed at the series cancellation, but can’t say I am surprised. The writing has been on the wall for a while, and Netflix gonna Netflix (cancel an up and coming series with a dedicated fan base after a handful of seasons, just as it’s hitting its stride).

I never, ever thought a T70S reunion or reboot would happen and so I am so happy and grateful for every unexpected moment we got (even if I wish we got more). The headcanons and the fanfic will live on, forevermore.

The opportunity to go back to Point Place, Wisconsin one more time

A glimpse into Eric, Donna, Jackie, Kelso, and Fez’s futures (+ Red and Kitty too!)

Confirmation that my OTP got their happily ever after ❤️ and the chance to see them on-screen as married partners and parents (#otp: mom and dad)

Introducing new characters to care about and play with

“That ‘90s Show” s2e8 (2024)

A mostly laugh-free episode, the weakest in a long while.

Red being afraid to fly seemed out-of-character. Plus, it led to nothing of consequence. All the airport stuff felt like filler.

And very little that happened at the house party was interesting, either.
