🔪 The Sword: Symbol of Truth, Conflict, and Clarity 🔪
In the world of tarot, the sword isn’t just a weapon; it’s a mirror of our inner landscape. It speaks to the mind, truth, and the sharp edge of clarity that can reveal – or divide. When a sword appears in a reading, it often marks a time to cut through illusions, face conflict, or make a clear decision.
🗡️ The Sword in Tarot 🗡️
Swords make up one of the four tarot suits and embody the element of Air – our thoughts, words, and mental battles. They speak to the journey of our mind, covering everything from raw honesty to the tension we often face with change.
Ace of Swords 🌟 — The light of truth cutting through the fog. This card represents fresh insight and clear beginnings. When it appears, it’s a call to see things as they truly are, even if it requires courage.
Three of Swords 💔 — The sword’s wound. This card is painful but powerful, symbolising heartbreak and necessary endings. Here, the sword tells us that while some truths may hurt, they also bring release and healing.
Ten of Swords 🖤 — The darkest night, just before dawn. With ten swords piercing the figure, it can feel overwhelming, but it signifies an end to struggle and the start of renewal.
💬 Reflect on Your Own Journey
Consider how the energy of the sword has appeared in your life recently. Is there a truth you’re finally ready to face? Or perhaps a mental challenge you’re ready to release? The sword invites us to see clearly, even if the path it illuminates is sharp and confronting.
📸 Card Image for Inspiration
Let this image guide your reflection. Whether you’re facing new clarity, healing, or release, swords in tarot remind us that truth, however challenging, is the path to true freedom.

Here We Go, Year Two of Harmony Healing Hub Blog! Shaina Tranquilino July 24, 2024
I can hardly believe it—Harmony Healing Hub is celebrating its first anniversary! A full year of writing, sharing, and connecting with all of you has flown by, and I'm filled with excitement as we embark on this second year together. Reflecting on the journey, I am deeply grateful for the encouragement, suggestions, and engagement from this amazing community. Your input has helped shape the direction of this blog, and I’m thrilled to share what’s coming up in the next couple of years.
Continuing My New Year's Resolution
One of my most fulfilling endeavours this past year has been my New Year's Resolution to donate to a different organization every month. This resolution has connected me with incredible causes and people, broadening my perspective and deepening my commitment to making a positive impact. I will continue to blog about these monthly donations, sharing insights into the organizations I feel called to support, their missions, and the difference they make in the world.
Diving Deeper into Tarot
Tarot has been a personal passion of mine for years, and I’m excited to dedicate more space on this blog to exploring it. I’m planning a special Tarot Blog Edition where I’ll delve into the meanings of each card, both upright and reversed. This series will be a journey through the Tarot deck, offering insights and interpretations that can aid in your personal and spiritual growth. Whether you’re a seasoned tarot reader or a curious beginner, I hope this series will inspire and enlighten you.
Sharing My Poetry
Poetry is another passion I hold dear, and I’m eager to share more of my work with you. Currently, I publish my poems on Instagram as TheTwilightTalesmith and have a few poetry books available on Amazon. This blog will become a new platform for my poetry, where I can connect more intimately with my readers and share the emotions and stories behind each piece. Expect to see a variety of poems that touch on different themes, emotions, and experiences.
Short Stories and Monthly Themes
A friend recently suggested that I share my short stories on the blog, organized by monthly themes. I loved this idea and am excited to incorporate it. Each month, I’ll choose a theme and post short stories that revolve around it. This approach will not only keep the content fresh and engaging but also allow me to explore different genres and styles of writing. From romance to mystery, fantasy to slice-of-life, there will be something for everyone.
A Realistic Approach to Blogging
While I initially considered dedicating one year each to tarot, poetry, and short stories, I realized that life doesn’t always adhere to such a strict schedule. Inspiration strikes unpredictably, and creativity flows best when it’s not confined. So, instead of rigidly sticking to a theme per year, I’ll go with the flow and write about whatever comes to mind that day. This approach will keep the blog dynamic and authentic, reflecting the natural ebb and flow of my creative process.
Thank You for Your Support
As we step into this second year, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your support, feedback, and engagement. Your presence has made this journey incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to continue sharing my stories, passions, and reflections with you.
Thank you for being a part of Harmony Healing Hub. Here’s to another year of creativity, connection, and growth!
With love and gratitude, Shaina

When Hayhouse reached out to ask if I was interested in reading a brand-new book on magic and intuition with a unique, catchy name, I jumped at the chance. I’ve been firmly in a witchy vibe ever since starting the writing process for my book series, The Divining Sisters Series, back in 2019, and I find that I only want to read witchy books these days as a result. And this book did not disappoint.
This book has so much magic to offer! Mia pulled me in from page 1 and has immersed me in a magical world that’s been divine to frolic within. She covers topics such as moon magik, divination, astrology, color magik, numerology, reclaiming and healing the witch wound and even the wisdom of water.
This book serves as a gentle guide, intended to assist those eager to delve into a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering a meaningful connection with their inner sage.
Read my review of the brand new book, “IntuWitchin: Learn to speak the language of the universe and reclaim your inner magik” by Mia Magik and see why this is a must have guide to tuning into your inner sage and witch!
This book review is up on my blog on my website healingthrutarot.com linked below
Thank you to @hayhouse for sending over this insightful and magical book and thank you to Mia Magik for writing this healing and magical guide for those of us trying to heal from past witch wounds. This is desperately needed at this time when so many people are awakening and remembering who we are and what we’re capable of!
“What I call ‘IntuWitchin’ is our inner voice and innate Universal connection counseling us to communicate with the Natural world, heal our souls, and take inspired action.” ~ Mia Magik

The Right to Free Thought: Rereading Tarot's Swords
Psst! At the end of this month, I’m opening the doors to Tarot in Community, an online space for queers, feminists, and leftists to learn tarot, and merge it with their work in the world. Sign up for the waitlist here!
On the first day of 2020, I drew the Ace of Spades and The Big Joker. I knew my grandmother was going to die.
There would be other signs to come. It felt obvious, but I hoped I was wrong. I put it out of my mind.
There seemed to be death all around my New Year 2020 readings. I pulled the Ten of Swords over and over again.
Because I had never seen...an unprecedented pandemic, I couldn't tell why. Maybe I was unwilling to think of all it could mean.
But my refusal to think about what was right in front of me did me no good. It helped no one.
Tarot's Swords can bring unthinkable events. They can spur unmanageable conversations, behavior, and feelings.
You pull the Five of Swords, and an ex who dragged you through the mud texts "hey stranger." You find the Nine of Swords and all the terrible memories come rushing back.
You pull the Ten of Swords, and something or someone dies.
There are cards in tarot's suit of Swords that can feel like a bespoke hell. Traditional meanings may itemize Swords' disappointments, but they all boil down to "change"
An unwelcome message interrupts a static silence. A stable mental state, whether comfort or crisis, yields to a less predictable mood.
You grieve what and who you lost.
This is one way to think of the work tarot's Swords are doing.
A change of mood can also be a sign that our environment is safe for big feelings. The reminder that someone who hurt us exists can be an opportunity to set boundaries we didn't have in the past.
Death is life's great and final truth. It'll happen to everyone, and there's nothing we can do to fight it.
Through free thought, by which I mean attention to detail, inquiry, and understanding, we can see that the work of tarot’s Swords isn’t good or bad.
Through free thought, we can see the role systems play in our limited ability to see the truth and accept reality. Our unwillingness or inability to think and scheme freely limits our capacity for action.
It all but ensures that we will act without thinking, and reap the consequences about which the Swords warn.
Swords can cut away what doesn't serve us. This includes ancient feelings tucked away in our bodies like spoiled food in the back of a fridge. This includes being angry at the dead.
Swords shake us up. They make us think. That's their work in the world.
But sometimes Swords just cut.
They don't always feel good.
Out of the four suits of tarot's minor arcana, people tend to fear Swords the most.
Why do we fear the truth? Why do we fear thought? Why do we fear death?
Tarot's Swords show us how pushing away a thought out of fear can keep us from growing.
When we embrace tarot's Swords, we respect that some questions respond better to logic. When Swords appear, we must admit there is more to life than our feelings.
"What do tarot's swords represent?"
This question is common for those new to tarot. The answers are less than satisfying.
Tarot's Swords represent the element of air. It moves quick. It can kick up with no notice.
It revitalizes us, and we cannot live without it.
The actions in the suit of Swords can be piercing, cutting, and even life-altering.
Unlike other suits in tarot, Swords are weapons.
Tarot's Swords align with the suit of Spades in playing cards. This is part of why Swords’ meanings can feel more severe than other tarot suits.
The Spades are the suit of the soldier. They are ready for battle. They won't get too caught up in emotions once they've decided what's right.
This is one of the things that makes tarot's Swords so hurtful. They are full of careless or calculated choices, changes, and words.
There's a tendency to intellectualize our feelings when Swords are around.
Like Spades in playing cards, tarot's Swords can show us the consequences of our decisions.
The predictions of the Spades are less abstract than those of tarot's Swords.
Both Spades and Swords bring the truth to light. Both cut right to the heart, like the image on the Three of Swords suggests.
Harsh truths
Sometimes stagnation feels better than change.
But can stagnation bring you closer to your goals. Can stagnation make you feel more comfortable doing your work in the world?
Can stagnation push you to be a better lover, or a better friend
Tarot's Swords act like wind in our sails.
We may miss what we leave on the shore. Yet we understand that security and possibility can be a trade off.
If we've poured our time and resources into planning this trip, we might as well travel. There's no use in resisting the shifts in environment that Swords create.
Swords bring a different type of change from tarot's Wands.
Wands burst into our lives, causing change before we can comprehend it. Wands are a catalyst.
Tarot's Swords signal change where our egos may have wanted longevity.
Swords force us to communicate. Swords ask us to reevaluate. Swords show us the truth.
Swords can also appear when we are faced with the truth about the world and our place within it.
When we realize our boss has promoted a white colleague over us, yet again. When it dawns on us that most of our taxes go to war. When we accept that a closeted lover may never come out.
These are the realities of tarot’s Swords. Truth hurts.
Change Your Life, Change the World
I'm a child of the Black 90's.
There was a saying that seemed to be everywhere while I was a kid: "you can't be what you don't see." It was so corny.
TV shows, after school specials, parents, pastors, and coaches seemed to all say it at once. "You can't be what you don't see."
But unfortunately, they were right!
If you can't dream it, you can't be it. If you don't see it, it's unlikely you'll think something is for you.
It makes logical sense. This is the problem with making decisions based on feelings alone. That sometimes we must free our mind through understanding the patterns and systems that govern our lives.
Sometimes a theory that helps you understand why you're suffering sets you on the path to liberation.
It can also stop us from mystifying the source of the harm we’re experiencing.
Are you lazy, or does capitalism demand an unjust level of productivity? Are you bad with money, or are wages stagnant?
You can't accept the truth until you admit someone has duped you.
Such thoughts inevitably knock against our feelings in unpleasant ways. It can be painful to take a long look at ourselves.
Thought and change are the blessings of tarot's Swords. One often gives birth to the other.
When we reread tarot's Swords as an opportunity to embrace what’s real, we accept that we are responsible for changing what we cannot accept.
We acknowledge that we cannot move through every day with Wands energy. We can't run around knocking things over and think we'll never have to clean up our mess.
Swords are the suit that alerts us to that mess. Through thought, logic, and embracing change, we can start to reorganize our lives.
Thought gives us the opportunity to ask why something is what it's become.
We are mentally ready for inquiry, theory, and debate when Swords are around. "Why"s seem to be everywhere when you pull Swords. It's your job to answer them.
The power of tarot's Swords comes from honoring our commitment to self-improvement.
With Swords, we can accept when we are wrong. We can change our lives. We can change the world.

Last anons here mix TarotTabloid readings and also completely ignore the ones she did in 2022.
About FS: she said that it will be a foreign girl, with dark skin or just overall has dark features (like dark hair), she will be educated with the college degree, and will help him setting boundaries. People will not like her at first, but then it will change. All that was said not about Alba. Again TarotTabloid wanted to do an update reading (and also include the part about FS and Lisa relationship), but lunatics started harassing her and she didn’t publish it (special “thanks” to people because of whom a very talented tarot reader is gone).
For CE and Alba reading she got Tower (+ other cards, but I remember that the Tower card was the last one). Please, anons reread those last readings about CE and AB.
She mentioned several times that AB is not FS (also other tarot readers did the same, I am completely shocked about this outcome). And now a thing is happening that I was worried about: people are squeezing AB into FS readings.
I don’t want to go down on a level of shitting AB, but let’s look truth in the eyes, she doesn’t match FS description except having dark hair and being foreign.
Also a little note: if you are still in contact with TarotTabloid, please, tell her that she is missed 💖 she was the first tarotblog because of whom I started getting into tarot. And also her readings about Ghosted was accurate. And from what I see from the first reviews of Pain Hustlers, her reading about it not doing so well will be accurate too.
I have zero idea what the hell Chris is doing…it’s still sad that things went that way.
Thank you for clarifying those readings anon. I've reached out to tarotTabloid but never received anything back. She was harassed so bad because of the first reading. A lot of tarot readers i followed for royals and CE have left.
Tarot blogs are gonna put her in FS place because it makes reading easier to process when there isn't a 3rd person involved. I've seen it with Harry and Meghan, and it was weird.
As far as wth CE is doing, he doesn't know, just that he has to prove everyone wrong.

I just have one question: is the beach pap walk still planned? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣// that tarotblog did say there would be one last thing from abla involving chris that would be terrible for his name and after that theyre done. im not sure if i believe in tarot but she has been right about everything so far. If this one is true i hope its the papwalk, because then were absolutely sure its PR, not sure if it is gonna be in CR though
Just one? 😲 There are so many doors left in my Chris-tmas calendar 🤭 but I think her racist army will come back 😬

There is someone in your life that feels lonely without. This is someone that has taken your love, friendship, and time for granted. In the past this person wasted your time and led you on. Now that your focus is elswhere they yearn for what you used to give to them.

The Magician (Reversed)
The Magician is a Major Arcana card, depicting the first step in the Fool’s journey. Beyond the infinite potential of the Zero lies One. It is the pro-active mastery of Self.
While upright, the Magician is whole, bold and resourceful. It is the primal energy behind taking action. Able to access and harmonise tools from all the four elements (water - emotion and intuition, fire - passion and courage, air - intellect and communication, earth - environment and resources), the Magician is capable to transform and alchemically transmute scraps into feast: lack into abundance, conflict into resolution, failure into opportunity.
However, reversed Magician warns about action that stems out of ego. This card asks you to reflect. Are you actions - or lack thereof - coming out of fear? Do you feel helpless, disillusioned, not capable? Do you feel stuck in an optical illusion? Are you trying to manipulate the situation - are you feeling manipulated? Are you having a hard time to notice the tools at hand? Do you not trust your power to transform your struggle into growth?
Reflect on the four elements and take stock of the tools that you have. Evaluate which ones are helpful, which ones are unhelpful. Consider how your emotions and friendships are supporting you currently and where your gut feeling is taking you. Try help yourself feel less stuck by doing something creative. Try acting out of (self) love and not out of fear. See how you communicate, to yourself and others, what you want and need. Recognise the ways in which you are rational and also the ways in which you can think out of the box. Acknowledge your ability to take care of your physical self. Ensure your surroundings are comfortable.
While you might feel ungrounded, uncertain or even fearful, the reversed Magician is here also to remind you: It is within your power to find a mirror, hold it to yourself and examine your reflection. It is magical, indeed, to examine things inversely. If you notice yourself lacking something, it means you actually carry it within yourself. You might be externalising these skills, qualities, talents and resources and attributing it to others instead of yourself. That is because we tend to perceive other people as mirrors of ourselves. In others, we notice the things that are important to us.
Reversed, this card asks you to acknowledge that your perception is not objective. You might be negatively biased in the way you perceive yourself and your capabilities. If you notice yourself doing that, test out a different interpretation. If something in your life feels broken and disintegrated, rearrange the pieces and glue them together into a collage. It is up to you to reconstruct the story and rewrite the narrative toward transformation, solution and growth.
The Magician is like a lightning rod. The Magician collects the energy from the four elements - within and beyond sensing - and grounds it, harmlessly diverting it toward a tangible goal. While directly in touch with the Divine and the infinite possibilities, the Magician is also very realistic and practical.
Therefore, when reversed, this card reminds you to also be realistic. Eventually, everything always resolves itself. You too will soon be upright. Until you feel so, use this energy as an invaluable resource: your Self is teaching you about the Self.

🗝️ The Cup: Vessel of Emotions, Intuition, and the Soul's Overflow 🗝️
In tarot, the cup is more than a mere vessel; it represents the heart, intuition, and the profound world of our emotions. The cup carries water – the element of the soul, fluid yet deep, soft yet transformative. When we draw a cup, we're being asked to listen deeply to our inner voice, to connect with the nuances of feeling, and to honour the wisdom that flows within us.
🌊 The Cup in Tarot 🌊
The Suit of Cups reflects our emotional landscape, relationships, dreams, and inner desires. Let’s look at how a few cards bring these energies to life:
Ace of Cups 💧 — The seed of love and intuition. This card brings the first touch of emotional awakening, a gentle invitation to open the heart and let love or inspiration flow in.
Five of Cups 🥀 — Embracing loss, finding new hope. While it’s often seen as a card of grief, it reminds us that healing begins when we acknowledge what has passed and allow space for what can be.
Ten of Cups 🌈 — Harmony, fulfilment, and joy. In this card, we see the soul's dream realized – a true sense of belonging, emotional wholeness, and connection.
🔍 Reflections for Your Path
Where in your life are you being called to open to deeper emotional truth? Are there feelings you’ve set aside that need to be embraced and honoured? Cups remind us that while emotions may be powerful, they’re also sacred and lead us closer to our authentic selves.
📸 Card Image for Inspiration
Let the imagery guide you as you reflect on the power of vulnerability, the wisdom of your heart, and the beauty of true connection.
