˚₊‧🔪WELCOME TO MY YANDERE BLOG! I mainly make content for my own original characters and occasionally, fandom related stuff. This blog is strictly 16+ and run by two people.

My name is Kiki (She/Her) and I am 18+. I’m the one that mainly provides the art and bots that you’ll find throughout this blog and sometimes, I write headcanons/imagines as well. My writer is Rose (She/Her, 18+) and she’s responsible for writing the fanfictions and some of the drabbles. To make it easy for you to know who's behind each post, you'll see either 'Mun Kiki', 'Mun Rose', or both credited in the tags.

We started this blog because we had numerous ideas for yandere characters. Given my background as an artist and Rose's talent as a writer, it seemed like a natural fit. I'm primarily creating this post to serve as a guide for navigating the blog. I've received numerous asks about accessing the characters' backgrounds, information, as well as questions regarding my bots, projects, commissions, socials, and other related topics. You can use this post as a reference FAQ or as a comprehensive guide to streamline your experience on the blog.

- MUN STUFF: My name's Kew! She/they, well over 21. No triggers. I don't have DID, any attempt to portray it is based on the show/comics.

- MINORS BE WARNED: I'm not going to be super strict about weeding out minors since I don't expect things to get NSFW around here, but the show Khonshu is from does explore some darker themes for a TV-14 show. I dunno. You've been warned.

- GENERAL RP ETIQUETTE APPLIES: Don't make actions for my character without asking, don't assume past relationships/deep history without asking, don't read my character's mind (unless your character is a telepath, and even then I don't know if that works on gods), etc. - GENERAL CONTENT WARNING FOR: Descriptions of violence, religious stuff, swearing, emotional manipulation, a.bleism (especially surrounding mental health stuff.) I’ll try to tag other things as they come up. - FEEL FREE TO REBLOG MEMES FROM ME. It actually helps me remember to send stuff out. You can also reblog art/headcanons, pretty much anything except RP threads if you're not the other party!

- NOT PRIVATE, BUT SELECTIVE: I sometimes don't follow big multimuses back since I have pretty strict tastes in fandoms, and I don't want to clog my dash with characters I don't know. That doesn't mean I don't want to roleplay with you though! As for selectivity, I reserve the right to say no if things just don't click writing-wise.

- SPOILERS FOR MOON KNIGHT EVERYWHERE. There will be untagged spoilers for both the comics and especially the show. I highly recommend watching the Moon Knight TV show if you haven’t seen it! It got me into comic books and made me interested in the MCU. - That said, I haven’t seen all of the content in the MCU, not even a third of it, so I’m sorry if I get any lore details wrong.

- KHONSHU IS AN ASSHOLE. Nothing he says reflects my real views about anything. If he’s mean to you, it doesn’t mean I don’t like you or you’ve done something wrong.

- FOR OTHER MARC/STEVEN/JAKE MUSES: By default, I'll play Khonshu like he's connected to your Marc/Steven/Jake. If you want it to be dimension-hopping shenanigans (which I'm super down to do, especially for ones more heavily based on the comics) you'll have to let me know! All these interactions will be on different verses, and I don't plan to have Khonshu be 'mains' with any muses.

- FIGHTS: With extremely rare exceptions, I'm just gonna say no to fight threads. Partly because Khonshu is incorporeal and really can't be hurt or hurt anyone else directly. Mostly because fighting other muses has always stressed me out. If it's something you really want to do, we can talk about it. (This doesn't mean your character can't attack Khonshu ever, it just means it probably won't work.)

☽ MUSE INFO ☾

NAME: Khonshu OTHER NAMES: Chons, Bloody pigeon, Silly old bird (He accepts none of those) PRONOUNS: He/him HEIGHT: Varies, usually around 8-10 feet tall. WEIGHT: N/A (Incorporeal, like a ghost) AGE: Has existed since the dawn of time, so who knows.

- KHONSHU is the Egyptian god of the moon, vengeance, healing and time, among other smaller things. While he is enormously powerful in theory, he’s mostly unable to affect the physical world without use of a mortal AVATAR, dubbed his MOON KNIGHT. Those who agree to be his Avatar are granted superpowers and near-invulnerability, in exchange for agreeing to carry out his mission: Bringing vengeance against those who harm his travelers of the night.

- Khonshu is also somehow a billions-year-old grumpy baby who flips over trash cans when he doesn’t get his way.

- By default, Khonshu's current Avatar is JAKE LOCKLEY, and only Jake Lockley. But, he can also be played before the events of the show, when he (technically) has the triple threat of Jake Lockley, MARC SPECTOR, and STEVEN GRANT.

- Jake will make occasional cameos on this blog, but I wouldn't call this a dual muse. (You can request him in asks if you want.)

- Normally, only his Avatar (or Avatars of other gods) are capable of seeing/hearing Khonshu, but let’s say this blog is a holy space where he can answer your prayers questions. (In threads, we can always BS a reason your character can see Khonshu.)

- This Khonshu is HEAVILY BASED ON THE TV SHOW, which means he lacks a lot of the harsher history his comic book counterpart has. That said, as a god, he is aware of the multiverse and has at least a rough idea of what his counterparts are up to. You can ask about comic stuff, he just might have a different opinion.

- Some comic lore has been added/built upon, namely his fraught history with his father, AMON-RA. (This probably won’t come up much, but it does inform a lot of how I play the character.)

I won't lie: I have a lot of hot takes and unpopular opinions. In reality, a lot of them may not actually be hot takes or anything, but I have opinions to say about the RPC as a whole.

First things first: I truly believe that communication is seriously lacking in the RPC, as a whole. There are a lot of times when I wonder if things could be settled between people if stuff was talked out between others, privately, of course, to settle things and not turn it into a massive "call out" or a bunch of petty drama. I do think that there are times when call-outs can be useful, however, I have my doubts that every callout out there is needed, and discussing the issue between people is a far better option.

Related to my last thing, I don't think everyone will like one another and that's ok. What isn't ok is creating a call-out or vague post, whatever it might be, to trash-talk the person because you don't like them anymore or whatever else. Just hard block and move on, it's literally not that difficult.

It certainly seems like helping people get around in a community has gone the way of the dinosaurs, in terms of nobody reblogging promos anymore. I also, personally, believe that people become incredibly "cliquish" with others and refuse to accept or help new members of a community get the word out and all because people like to stay close to a certain group. Which I don't think is bad, but I do think more people should spread the word about new blogs and help others find people to write with.

I have grown incredibly tired of the fact that people don't send in memes as well, it seems. Sure, I might have people do it every now and again, but theoretically, memes are supposed to be icebreakers between blogs and characters. I think people need to send more to start interacting with others, otherwise people will just unfollow and never interact because either you or the other person refuse to actually do any sort of interaction with one another.

Speaking of, I don't fully understand the idea of following someone and then never interact with them. I know this can be a two-way street, but I know I've had experiences where I try to send memes or write a starter, and then people never respond or anything, leading to me unfollowing. I'm here for writing and meeting new people, I'm not a "number" for your account, plain and simple.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I despise the "send this to your favorite blogs so they know you love them!" bullshit. In my time on Tumblr, I have seen those go around so many times and yet I know for a fact lots of people, myself included, never receive any of those. I don't think they're needed and I think they really drive the point home about people having "favorite blogs" that they only want to interact with and no one else.

Also, just a small thing to note: Don't be afraid to reach out to me or others if you want to chat, plot, discuss ships, etc. I know I've been told a few times in the past that people think I'm intimidating, mainly because of my writing, and I promise I'm not. I am legit here to have fun and meet new people. So, please, come chat with me if you want to and I will gush about my muses!

Experience:

I've been roleplaying since I was 13 with friends, mostly OC's and started roleplaying on Tumblr in 2012. I've done mixes of Canon and OC characters as well as instances of what I am doing with Molly in Hazbin or most muses on one of my Owl House blogs and fleshing out characters more than what is currently present in canon. i just love writing and writing with other people adds to the fun

Preferred Roleplay Type:

As long as I have something to work with I don't have much of a preference type though I tend to do smaller para style like around 3 paragraphs or so

Pet Peeves & Dealbreakers:

-They are probably mostly standard such as godmodding or someone trying to tell me what to do or how they want me to write (those weird oddly specific requests that have a fetishy undetone come to mind, I got a lot of those in the owl house fandom on my Willow blog). -When people come to me wanting to start a thread and then not contributing at all to the plotting. It isn't a deal breaker but it is easier when people are at least upfront of "hey i want to write with your muse but i dont really have any ideas right now can we see what we come up with?" cause i get like that too rping is partnership, you don't have to have a huge plan but having some ideas in mind already is nice or at least telling me otherwise helps us get rolling -callouts and witch hunts, cant stand them, if you wanna warn me personally about someone that's fine, i'll look into them and decide for myself but i wish people would please tag their callouts/witch hunt kind of posts -im shipping trash but i dont like when shipping is expected off the bat even with canon ships, like talk to each other make sure you're both on the same page about it, i dont expect it and i don't want it expected of me, i like plotting or seeing how characters develop whether they're romantic, platonic, enemies, familial, etc

Best time to write:

I work retail with a choppy sleeping pattern and have a scattered schedule so mostly when I have the time and energy or when I wake up at random at 5 am or something

QUESTIONS FOR MUN

2 . Do you listen to music while you write? If so, what do you like to listen to?

I am about to sound so pretentious. If I do listen to music then it varies but I find classical of any kind can really get my motor going. I don't have a particular favorite but I'm really loving Vivaldi lately. I love pianos the most and violins and cellos and harps are lovely.

3. Are there any particular aus or plots that you’d really like to write?

I want to write about Dija actually Ascending to Super Saiyan status in my fic. Now I need to write the fic!

I want to write about him entering his second junior world martial arts tournament. He won his first one by being more skilled than his opponent and his second is the same way. However I'm trash at fight scenes and I really need to get better at them so I'm using this as motivation to do so.

I want to write about Dija's time at Capsule Corp before he was adopted and moved out. He was a sickly child and just really discovering that his body didn't fit him the way it should. To resolve this, he went on a quest for the Dragonballs.

I want to write about him attending a school of majority humans and how him having a tail and being considered a beastfolk was.

I wanna write cute, soft, happy things with his adopted parents.

And NGL, I wanna write some good romance or even erotica with this character.

There are so. Many. Plots. I want them all!

4. What are some of your rp pet peeves?

People misusing you're/your, there/their/they're, it's/its. Typos happen and disabilities exist and you know what? It's legit not a big deal tbh. I just notice and not everyone speaks English as a first language.

Overly decorated posts annoy me to no end. I see no point to it. I'm here to read and write. On a more practical note, my dislike stems from the fact that I have shitternet and loading a ton of graphics is annoying and lags me out if I'm actually searching someone's blog for their response.

Rody, Mina, Momo, Ochako (mun and muse is more picky with this one -- really depends on chemistry between the muses), Kyouka, Iida, Shinsou, and whoever else he ends up having chemistry with. Hell, one time I shipped him with Toga. LOL.

DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?

Yes. Please do not just force a ship on me or my muse. It needs to be discussed OOC before trying the ship out. I also cannot promise that it will work out between the muses because Katsuki is picky.

ARE YOU SHIP-OBSESSED OR SHIP MORE-OR-LESS?

I'm fine with writing threads that don't involve ships. I'm not sure if I'd call myself "ship-obsessed." There's more than just ships. I like writing platonic threads, Katsuki talking to his teachers/mentors, and him even fighting enemies. Though, with certain characters like Izuku or Kirishima muses... he will likely lean more towards shipping.

IMPORTANT: ;-; The comfort of my rp partners is key.

What is your OTP for your character(s)?

A whole bunch, I should probably make a list… Oops.  Some will not make it to the list, and be kept a secret.

How large does the age gap have to be to make it uncomfortable?

Ages will depend on the character and verse at the mun/mod’s discretion.  Final Fantasy XIV, many of its characters are in their 20s and 30s or physically are in that range.  As an example, Miyuki is 19-21 in one verse and as Sarangerel (FFXIV verse) she is in her 20s.  Miyuki is around 19 in her Banana Fish verse (In that verse, nsfw is the last thing on Miyuki’s mind).  If we are playing flashbacks to memories in pre-established pairings, I will age down the characters as needed and nsfw will not appear.

Ten to fifteen-ish years tops for those over the age 18 and 21.  I do have a character that has a thing for older men.  She is 26-28.  For immortal characters, it really depends on their physical age and the headcanons.  I also want to keep things comfortable.

Four-ish years for anyone in the 18-21 area, again over the age of 18.  I am looking at you in some of your verses, Miyuki T8<.

It gets tricky in the 17-19 area, so I steer clear of nsfw.  This also includes fade to black.  Eiji is considered an adult in Japan at 20 years old and Ash is considered an adult in the US at 18.  For that pairing specifically, and anyone paired with Ash, I steer clear of nsfw.  That is the last thing on Ash’s mind and for Eiji’s.

Two years for anyone 17 and younger.  I steer clear of nsfw.

Does one have to ask to ship with you?

Yes, or I won’t know if you wish to ship with me.  I’d love it if it just happens in a meme one day, but otherwise I’m oblivious.

I would like to get to know my partner a bit more before we do though.  However, I am very shy and guarded.  I roleplay f/f, nb/nb, f/nb, m/nb, and m/f openly, but when it comes to m/m, I usually do that with friends because I am inexperienced with writing sex between men.  However, when it comes to nsfw headcanons, that is a different story.

Are you ship obsessed or ship more-or-less?

It really depends…?  In the past, I was obsessed with shipping, to be honest.  Now, not so much.  In fact, I generally like bickering and crack to happen.  Keep me on my toes, I’ll do my best to do the same.

Are you multi-ship?  

For the most part, but for some characters on this blog, I am no-ship or single-ship.  My partners can have different statuses when it comes to shipping.  I’m also interested in polyamory between characters if all muses are equally loved.  While that may not happen in real life, I’d like to dream.

What is your favorite ship in your current fandom?

I ship a lot of things in the fandom and see potential ships, however, I love rarepairs and crack ships.  I am OC x Canon trash, but I am OC x OC and Canon x Canon friendly.

Finally, how does one ship with you?

I need advice

There is a rper in my fandom who writes with and is respected by a lot of my mutuals. I used to write with them, but was put off by their interpretation. It was very aggressive and very much 'I hate all these other canon muses my canon muse is the best and deserved to be in the spotlight more'. Writing with them very much feels like I constantly have to capitulate to their stances and humble my muse for them.

One day I saw them making posts one after the other shitting on my character in canon, as well as other characters that are favorite characters of mine, and I softblocked them.

Several months later they follow me again, and keep liking my posts, commenting on my stuff, and sending me memes. I ignored all of them. But they keep doing it. They also comment on my ooc interactions with my mutuals (who are also their mutuals).

I do not know what to do about this. Should I softblock again? Hard block? Or speak with them about it (if so what do I even say).

Normally I would just hardblock, but in the past I have seen them make vagueposts to the effect of "they don't write with me BECAUSE THEY ARE SENSITIVE AND CANT HANDLE MY TAKE". Since we share so many mutuals, I don't doubt for a second they would tell anyone who was curious enough to ask who they are talking about.

I know my blog is more popular than them and it wouldn't lose me followers per se, but that's also why I feel scared to do anything that would set them off. Because suppose they do badmouth me to someone, it might turn my followers against them and I don't want that either.

Maybe I am overthinking it.... what do you think I should do?

Seeing anyone badmouth other muns' versions of a canon character (vaguely or otherwise) would be a surefire way to earn a softblock from me at the very least - although if they're that vocal about things like that, I'm not sure I would've followed them in the first place.

I get that you don't want to start anything and I definitely empathize with that. Confrontation isn't ever fun. Because I tend to be passive about things, I think what I might do is retroactively alter my guidelines to say something to the effect of, 'While I appreciate everyone's right to have their own takes on the character I write as and the other characters in the show, if you excessively trash talk them, then I'd prefer we don't write together" or something along those lines. Then I'd make a post about altering my rules, and I'd probably go ahead and blacklist the person in question. If blacklist isn't effective enough, I'd consider more extreme measures from there.

And really - if you do decide to hard block them - if they bad mouth you and it backfires, then that's on them, not on you. Their decisions are their own. That's like blaming yourself if someone throws something at you, it misses, and bounces back to hit them instead.

Before we get to our usual housekeeping though, the mod team would like to reiterate these important points from November's newsletter. Despite our insistence that they be read, we found ourselves repeating them throughout the month as if no one had read them at all.

Important Reminders (Read ALL of them - for real this time)

If you submit feedback, particularly about another person's behavior, please exercise patience before sending us another feedback form on the same subject. When you entrust handling a topic to us, we usually contact the person in question in private and then monitor their behavior afterwards to see if they have taken the suggestion to heart. Some change takes a little while, and positive change and growth within members should be encouraged.

BOUNDARIES: We’ve received some concerns about boundaries not being respected. It can be easy to dismiss someone asking for certain jokes to stop as playing along or joking themselves, especially in a group as big as ours. Remember that even if people are friendly, it does not necessarily mean you are aware of their limits. If someone asks for conversation or jokes related to their muses to stop, oblige them. Conversely, if you are the one asking for others to stop making certain references pertaining to your muses, or so on, you should be specific and firm in order to ensure your request is taken seriously. The same applies to establishing boundaries according to your comfort with thread content. If something makes you uncomfortable, tell your partner directly. Come to the mods if behavior doesn’t change.

RESPECT: Similar to the above point, be respectful when you talk about other characters, especially if someone is writing them in TOA. Remember: every character is someone’s favorite, so don’t go trash-talking them outside of private DMs. The caveat to this, however, are villains. If you choose to write a villain or some other antagonistic character, be prepared for both muns and muses to hate your character. That is the point of their role in the story.

SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS: When submitting an application, submit the whole application. This includes the whole character info section. The mod team does not like having to hunt this information down on your blog. Also make sure that your stats page is linked. If submitting a google doc, submit it as a clickable link so that the mods can open it on mobile. The application has been updated with a reminder.

CANON COMPLIANCE: This is a reminder that muses in TOA should remain canon-compliant and avoid venturing too far into Original Character territory. Per TOA rules, “[your muses’s time in Fódlan] should not change their canon plotline much, which ensures that castmates from the same game always have a static reference point for their muses.” This also means not changing fundamental aspects of who your character is in canon, including but not limited to changing species, changing identities, changing canon lore and how said lore works, and granting them special powers otherwise unavailable to them outside of TOA’s rank chart.

NEW - CLAIMING MUSES: It's fine to be excited about grabbing a new muse, but be aware that you may not be guaranteed this muse, whether it's because of your activity, the application, or that someone else reserved the muse before you had the chance. For this reason, we generally discourage pre-emptive talk about claiming a muse or discussing a muse as if you've already been accepted. The same goes for creating picrews. It's fine every once in a while, but if it's almost every day for weeks, this is excessive and can turn others off from wanting to pick up this muse for fear of stepping on toes. Remember: you have no claim over a muse until the masterlist has officially processed an acceptance.
