dswsdda2975 on youtube gave me instructions on how to get this Wyll scene! It seems like Nettie might be the main ingredient. This is what dswsdda2975 told me they did (pinned thread) and this is exactly what i did:

Camped three nights alone (only got two Astarion special scenes, third night had no event)

recruited gale, shadowheart and wyll (in this order)

Went to sleep (1 night, got the tadpole tingle dialogue with wyll, exhausted dialogue with companions; also got the cazador nightmare and did not bit anyone)

Went to sleep again (1 night, told wyll I am a vampire, exhausted his dialogue and he mentioned Nettie, got Shadowheart artefact scene)

Also went to talk to Zevlor to hear about Nettie again the next day

Went to recruit Lae'zel

Saved Arabella

Confronted Nettie
