To answer your question, Zeke has never fully met Mikasa, he’s only really seen her whenever Levi took her to the parties (and he was never at every party). Also Zeke and Levi’s relationship is complicated and Mikasa never knew the tension that was there since she was just a kid. As to them meeting, I might have something planned heh.

BUT I can say that yes, Zeke does find out about Eren and Mikasa’s relationship (not gonna go to into detail yet but it’ll be mostly nice haha)

in his story, his old professor excitedly told about ratio when he was still in middle school, effortlessly solving complicated mathematical equations way out of his fellow students comprehension and being able to prove an equation even his professor struggled to prove. the entire part is all about ratio and his mastery of math, physics and philosophy and stuff, so based on all this and his entire animations w his lil equations floating around n stuff, i also think kshahrewar would be his darshan. all the studies of math and physics, the engineering and puzzle solving...w the added bonus of his creativity and interest in the arts. yea thats def ratio

It's such an interesting idea! I wonder how different the story would've been! Like, can vampires mark other vampires? (Like would vanitas still be marked by luna?) Would Vanitas be a crimson moon vampire or a blue moon vampire? Would he and luna be the same or separate vanitas? Also, how would noé Play into the story, and would teacher still be a prevalent player? SO MANY QUESTIONS!!

Also, if vanitas was the vampire between them, he would've bitten noé in the first chapter 🤣

As a martial god she's pretty fit just by default but her strengths are mainly in flexibility and endurance!!! Since ascending + regular sparring matches with a certain martial fanatic she's noticably improved in actual power output and is dedicated to striving for more hehe. This isn't the question lol but have an extra tidbit anyway: even as a mortal they've always brushed off heavy injuries (broken bones stab wounds etc) fairly calmly and quietly but splinters/tiny injuries are a massive production accompanied by much pathetic whimpering and hiding away and panicking</3

10) How does your OC handle their mental health? Do they take care of themselves?

Proud disciple of the school of REPRESS THAT SHIT UNTIL U CANT ANYMORE !!!!! On the day to day he tries to keep up an easygoing and upbeat face and leaves dealing with his own issues for later. He's getting better about it but it's still hard for him to connect in the moment with his own deeper emotions and to believe that he deserves the important things he wants and won't inconvenience or hurt others by asking for them. Particularly bad days are spent voluntarily marinating alone to get it (somewhat) all out before they can bounce back- good comforting snacks and indulging in their nonmartial hobbies make it easier too.

What's a trait in others that your character can't stand? Is that because it's something they don't like in general, or do you think it's more a reflection of how they seem themselves/the world?

Yuzu is bold, hot-headed, and always ready to throw herself into the thick of things. She seems like the type who would despise cowards, right? Well, not really. If someone doesn't think they can handle a fight and would prefer to run? Fine. Call that a tactical retreat.

It's indecisiveness that really steams her. Those who can never seem to arrive at a decision, ANY decision. Someone who can't commit to any course of action for any length of time. Perpetual fence-sitters. Whether you decide to fight or decide to run, that's up to you — just make the godsdamned choice.

Ask any merchant of Ul'dah, and they'll tell you how much they love selfless customers. Anyone so eager and willing to part with their gil — especially, supposedly, for a good cause? That must be a gift from the Traders themselves. On the surface, Esca would agree. As she has ambitions that go beyond increasing profits, easily-manipulated individuals are invaluable assets.

At her core, however, Esca cannot stand selflessness. Where's your pride? Your backbone? Your self-preservation? It's disgraceful, if not downright dangerous.

And besides, she's watched too many loved ones set themselves on fire to keep others warm. 4: Worst game you’ve ever played? I'm gonna dodge this a little bit because I like positivity. So I absolutely love Fragile Dreams. I saw the opening video of it years ago and I was In Love. Then I finally found it in a game store and got to play it! I loved it! But also!! It's just not that good to play. The battle system is cumbersome with Wii's motion controls, I remember being quite baffled by the story and frustrated with the backtracking.

But despite all that, I think of it with utmost fondness and I want to replay it for the vibes alone. Maybe traversing through a beautiful ruined world is meant to be a little cumbersome.

5: A popular series/game you just can’t get into no matter how much you try? I have a very difficult time getting into visual novels, unfortunately. I have bought many I know would interest me, but it's just difficult for me to get started (with some exceptions).

6: A game that’s changed you the most? I'm gonna take the opportunity to be a sap and say Persona 4. I hadn't even played it, but I saw art by @manadyne of it on DeviantArt's "newest" at our lord's year 2009, started talking to them because I thought their art was just the bees knees, and I imagine my life would be quite different had that connection not happened. Being friends with them has inspired me to work on my art and they're my biggest enabler on OC things. I genuinely think I would be doing different things right now had I not met them.

my favorite written genre is fantasy (animal fiction in particular) and my favorite film genre is animation!! i adore fiction in general!! i’ve been watching and rereading some nostalgic childhood favorites lately and i’m enjoying venturing into other genres as well! 📚🎞️

he enjoys the fact that he’s growing a tiny human! who’s half him and half edward!! and edward dotes on him which thomas enjoys (as he is unable to escape that need to be loved) but the lack of independence grates on him, and yes i think that this loss of ability/service, something that so much of his psyche is rooted in, would be a big source of anxiety for him. that, combined with a difficult labour has thomas of the opinion that “pregnancy is great. i will never go through it again”

Not ScotFra related (although you’re hooking me into them) but where do you think FrUK would like to vacation at?

I think first of all that where they'd like to go is not necessarily where they end up going. In my mind, Fran is a beach bum, he loves sunbathing and lazing about on the sand by the sea/on a deck chair by the pool of a 5 star hotel while Arthur prefers the countryside. He'd take a little cottage in the Cotswolds over a luxury vacation in the Maldives anyday (something which Fran thinks is insanity) He goes for walks through the hills and forests - not hikes; my man likes to amble (something which Fran also thinks is insanity)

I think it'd be hard for them to choose a holiday without disagreeing and since neither likes to compromise, it would lead to the most idiotic arguments you've ever heard:

"We are not going to the lake District again, Arthur."

"What? And go to Nice and have you take us to a 'lovely little secluded beach' only to get there and find everyone with their bloody cocks out?!"

"I already told you, I did not know that was a nudist beach!"

"You did the second time!"

"Well...you would not have come otherwise..."

Neither of them wants to cede to the other and so they'd end up going somewhere neither of them had initially suggested. I can see them going to visit Al and Matt although I don't know if that really counts as much of a holiday.

If they're feeling particularly grown up, however, they'd probably compromise. One year, they agree to go on Francis' choice where Arthur (still stubbornly wearing his t shirt) sits under an umbrella all day and still somehow manages to end up covered in sunburn. Cue a full day relaxing in doors where Francis can look after his poor burnt husband in air conditioned safety.

Next time Arthur gets to take Francis on picturesque walks through the English countryside that admittedly aren't as strenuous as he thought they'd be. Arthur does inevitably end up carrying him that last stretch back to the cottage because of course he packed completely inappropriate footwear ahsjsjaj

honestly, probably joining the guild. which doesn't sound like a decision that would be considered minor, but it's far from the first time arabella made a commitment to some group or institution only to ditch it once she got bored and she did not mean for it to be the last. you think that you're just joining up with some down-on-its-luck crime ring to perform a few fun heists while you're in the area and then before you know it you've sold your literal soul... oops

11: If they could have any animal or creature in existence as a pet or companion, what would it be? (Assuming said creature would be docile toward them!)

this question sparked an extremely specific memory of some fantasy books I read as a kid, which featured a species of intelligent chimpanzee-esque ape that were often companions to conmen because they liked doing clever little tasks and so were often very good at picking pockets. arabella would have a lore-friendly monkey that does that and they would be best friends

Hi! I feel like you are a Patrick positive blog, so I’ll ask my question here ) It may be controversial, but I think Mr Stump should rerelease his solo album, like , this year. Kinda Taylor Swift style, only no one has stole his rights from him, but , you know what I mean? He can do this with his BAND, it would be magical, I guarantee! Like recently I listened to the new album of a very famous artist I don’t want to name, but the thing was, it’s so meh… repetitive tunes and hooks, lackluster lyrics, vocals that could be so good, but was very average, so disappointing. And then one day after work I got home and treated myself to Soul Punk. And guess what?! I’m fucking dancing in my kitchen, I’m singing along at the top of my lungs, never mind the exhaustion and low spirits I’ve had before. He’s innovative, he experiments with his music and his words, he’s so animated, like, I can totally see him, while I listening to this album.

I’m sorry for the rant, I just needed to get this off my chest, I truly think, this album should be talked about more.

In terms of your thoughts on SP, I totally agree that it is highly underrated. I don’t think it’s a perfect album, but the bops are BOPS. I love how much joy it is bringing you, too!

Patrick has such a rich career of showing how versatile and creative he can be, and I do wish he received that recognition on a wider scale; however, he seems very content with where he is, which is what matters the most.

In terms of him re-releasing it TS style, I can totally see why you’d want that! It would be fun to see the ideas the rest of the band could bring to SP and how Patrick would re-work things himself.

I will say, though, that I’m not sure if it’s something I personally want - solely for what it represents.

SP was created during Patrick’s time alone, grieving, and figuring himself out. I don’t think I could ever be convinced that Patrick was truly happy then, and the hiatus as a whole still represents a dark time in FOB’s history. While it’s one thing to showcase and celebrate that growth now (more SP in the medleys, please!!!) it would be a whole other thing to revisit that time and bring the band into it.

Patrick and Pete also regard the work done during the hiatus in a separate and almost sacred category, as well as viewing FOB as a “relationship.” To use their own metaphors - it would almost be like bringing your partner to help your affair-partner move into your house. Like, that’s pretty messy, haha!

By NO means am I saying I don’t fully respect your desire for an updated Soul Punk! Since you shared your thoughts, I thought I’d share mine :)

Sorry about the late reply haha, but I'm absolutely thrilled to hear you enjoyed reading my last ask!

About RGGJo (I've been been calling him a variant of that for ages too, but if I ever slip up and call him Jou, it's out of habit; I like to differentiate them by RGGO and 7's different official romanizations lol), I'd actually say it's not at all hyperbolic to describe him as relaxed. If you ever have a moment, I think going through his voice lines is one of the best ways to get acquainted with his character in a short time! (Article might be a little rough, I basically speedran it all in a day just to show you lol; also a lot of them are uh........ let's say borderline flirtatious)

That said, it is much less apparent before the timeskip. To go on a bit (or a lot) of a tangent, I think that kind of relates to something I've noticed about their relationship with authority. Which is to say, it feels like they have a tendency to walk on eggshells with regard to authority figures. I think that might be the single most consistent thing between their characterizations.

You do see that directly with Arakawa, of course. It's something established really early on for both of them. You can tell right away from Jo's sheepish look when Arakawa walks in on the yubitsume fiasco or RGGJo freezing up when Arakawa walks in on the equivalent scene that he's someone they genuinely seek approval from as an authority figure. And, y'know, 7 has that micro-interaction with Arakawa only needing to put a hand on Jo's shoulder to stop him, whereas RGGO has Mitsu directly stating that the only person who's able to calm him down when he's on a rampage is Arakawa. Honorable mention to the substory where Ichi stops RGGJo from killing some guy by saying it'd put Arakawa in a bad mood.

But I think the clearest example sort-of-outside of Arakawa, one that's more insightful with regard to authority in general (since you could say of course he respects Arakawa specifically), is actually from Ryuji's RGGO story. There was a fair amount of confusion, right, because it's canon to the console timeline, but they hadn't implemented the Arakawa Family's 7 sprites, and they used the RGGO ones. So the funny thing is, I could tell right away that everyone was supposed to be their 7 selves based on characterization

I did take the time to look over all of RGGJo's voice lines from the link you provided oh my god you weren't kidding about making quick edits i checked the log date and you were making changes just a few hours ago, bless you and your work fr and yeah no, his voice lines definitely give off a different feel from Y7Jo (and definitely no joke about the more 'flirtatious' lines- evidently as someone who's mostly perceived Y7Jo it's jarring to say the least. Not that I'm complaining, it's incredibly interesting to see the difference)! It's almost funny to me how different their personalities seem, I wonder what made RGG decide to conceal his more 'playful' personality..

In regards to his relationship with authority- or I guess I want to talk more specifically about with Arakawa- the backstory each Jo has offers different avenues for explanation as to why he's so readily obedient.

I have to make a disclaimer right now and say I'm not totally caught up on Ichi's RGGO story (I stopped just after their fight on the rooftop), so maybe more background to Jo is given. Nevertheless, for RGGJo, his reasons for being obedient aren't exactly clear aside from respecting Arakawa's influence/power (as noted by his irezumi, I'm pretty sure). On that note though, I haven't seen the bit from Ryuji's story- something I'm definitely going to look into once I get some time this week (and it's neat that the Jo's are distinct enough from each other that you can discern which iteration it's supposed to be despite the sprite used: I'm excited to see that for myself!).

Inversely, the context that Arakawa has been taking care of Jo's son offers a more concrete form of an explanation as to why he's compliant. It's not bad to assume I think that Jo genuinely respects Arakawa's authority, but it's that added context that adds an extra layer to his behavior.
