Cake Mix Sugar Cookies are a quick and simple treat made with a cake mix base. They're soft and chewy, making them ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 box of yellow cake mix. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and yellow cake mix in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed. Put the cookie dough in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes to make it easier to work with. Put the sugar powder in a small bowl. Put cookie dough on your hands and roll it into 1-inch balls. Coat each ball in powdered sugar by rolling it in it. Place the cookie dough balls with the coatings on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Leave some space between them so that they can spread out. After the oven is hot, bake the pies for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops have a few cracks. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and put the cookies on it to cool for a few minutes. Then move the cookies to a wire rack to finish cooling. Put the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and peanut butter in a different small bowl and mix them together until the mixture is smooth.
