Can I hug Mutt and Regal?

Well-

Mutt is much more willing for hugs. He loves connecting and socializing- He's such a butterfly and he wouldn't mind a cuddle. Probably the first one who would pick anyone up just for the sake of carrying.

Regal on the other hand- Can't hug him unless he's known you forever or theres a life situation where he'd have to hold onto you somehow. But he isn't a touchy type at all.

Hello again ☆!

I feel like Dadmare and Toxicmare are kinda two in one.

Like there's some days where NM wants to chill out and let his goblins do whatever they want, and there's days where he's the ruthless leader we angst lovers like to imagine.

And, when it comes to the boys with their boss and how it affects them...

Killer : Killer and Nightmare's relationship is odd.

Killer is the king's slave right hand man. He's at Nightmare's beck-and-call, allowing the man to do what he pleases with Killer.

This can heavily affect people outside of their relationship, like Killer's s/o for example.. Say Nightmare was having a good day, and so he let's Killer do whatever his little soul desires, which includes being around s/o. Then, the next day, Nightmare is not having it, and almost kills roughs up Killer, letting the skeleton limp home after to lay in s/o's arms, not saying a thing to their worried pleas for him to tell them something.

Killer's day relies on Nightmare's mood. Like, monkey says, monkey do, y'know? S/o would also be used against Killer more than once.

The night, after Nightmare threatened Killer by saying he'd eliminate the new "distraction" and make sure he'd watch him do it, Killer would hold s/o so tightly to sleep that they felt like they could barely breathe because of it.

He's scared of Nightmare, but he can't escape now. He's way too far in now.

Dust : Dust tends to ignore the man most of the time, as Nightmare has attempted to trick and bribe the skeleton in so many ways.

The only reason why Dust still listens to Nightmare is to have an outlet. Something to spend his extra magic on, give his LV a reason.

Dust is not scared of Nightmare, but he listens, obeys, like a good dog. He even holds pity for the king.

Nightmare has little use of Dust, but it's not uncommon for him to call upon the insanity of the cold-blooded killer.

Oak : Yeah... that's a toughie. It was originally so Oak could feed his people, and keep them safe from other threats.

But... they aren't in the underground anymore. His family and friends have access to food now. Good food. He doesn't need Nightmare's help anymore.

And Nightmare was salty about it at first, but eventually gave in and let Oak go. As long as Oak sends in some cakes every now and then.

Relationship experience!!!

Thought I’d make a post going in depth about all the skeletons past dating experience. Under the cut for some suggestive themes and also because it’s fkn long lol

Sans: he went absolutely hog wild during his college/apprenticeship years while finishing his degree. So he knows his way around a mattress ;). But as far as actual romance goes, sans hasn’t ever gone past a second date, or pursued anyone he actually had a crush on before

Oak: technically he has the same history as sans, but he can’t remember any of it. As far as oaks memory goes, he knows he’s *experienced* but doesn’t actually recall how so so if he ever gets in a relationship it’ll feel like a first time for him.

Papyrus: he’s been on loads of dates and a few short term relationships! All ending up in the friend zone, by him or his date! Papyrus is a romantic and wants his first time in bed to be with someone he’s really serious about. He’s totally cool waiting for that special someone.

Willow: he’s a lot less confident than papyrus, so willow won’t actively peruse people anymore. But his values/wants in a relationship are still the same. Willow is saving his first time for that special someone

Star: he’s had a few long term relationships growing up. Even as a child, Star was a player and would date and smooch his datemates in the cafeteria at school lol. One ex boyfriend Star thought was the one, but they drifted apart when his parents died and he moved in with his aunt to help raise honey. He never changed even after adult hood and has quite a bit of experience romantic and hands on wise~

Lilac: he has the same past history as Star. After the famine, lilac has gone through a bit of a dry spell and hasn’t been with anyone since loosing his leg.

Honey: he has absolutely zero relationship experience despite having many crushes over the years. Honey is pretty insecure about his clingy nature and too shy to make the first step. He is a virgin, but wishes he wasn’t.

Basil: during the famine, basil allied with a bunny monster who he wound up in a relationship with. Unfortunately she didn’t survive, and he will always consider her his first love. Basils a bit more confident than honey and would ask someone out himself if he’s committed enough. He’s cautious about relationships though and only dates those he knows very very well. He’s open to fwb though which is a surprise to many.

Red: he’s had a string of one night stands over the years, but not even a drop of romance. In the underground, things were too rough and dangerous for red to ever see romance as possible. Nowadays while he desperately dreams of finding the one to settle down with, he’s way to worried that he himself isn’t worthy of it. A potential suitor has to chase him

Rust: unlike red, rust actively had to confront his trust issues and insecurities during the famine. He’s still the same prickly guy, just more self aware and assured. Rust has the same dreams as red of finding his soulmate and settling down together for a life of domestic bliss. And he’s unafraid to chase if he meets someone he thinks is worth it.

Edge: he’s always been a romantic, and even in the underground edge was willing to try. Any bedroom experience he has is from past relationships. Edge never does casual. And he always is the chaser. He knows what he wants and he will get it someday!

Noir: he’s just like edge. The famine has not diminished noirs romantic dreams, if anything he’s even more determined to peruse a partner because life is too short to wait.

Mal: he of course has quite a bit of experience in bed. Mal is hot, he thinks other people are hot, and it just makes sense to put that hotness together~ he’s had a few short term relationships after getting to the surface as well, but they fizzled out. He’s kinda meh about romance. If it happens it happens, but it’s not a focus for him

Cash: he has done a lot of one night stands over the years, but he only enters relationships with someone who knows his past, and he trusts implicitly. Cash can be a very jealous partner, so he needs someone who’s devoted only to him of course, and someone who can communicate

Lord: he’s had….. a very bad first time. Lord is scared of touch now after his one and only relationship. So getting to know him takes a very long time. Only long term friends can ever hope to romance this sweetie.

Mutt: he has a string of one night stands, fwb, and broken hearts behind him lol. Many have tried romancing mutt, he’s a powerful and handsome monster after all. And many have failed. No one is sure what mutt is actually attracted to in a person, but when it finally happens, they’ll know for sure.

Wine: he’s slept with a few strangers when he was young, mostly just to get it out of the way if he ever needed to seduce a political rival. He needs to know what to do after all~ wine has also had a few fake relationships over the years, no one he was actually interested in. Nowadays he’s more open to the idea of actual romance, but still has yet to meet someone that challenges him the way he needs to

Coffee: he’s demisexual/romantic. He didn’t have any close friends in the underground, so he spent all his life thinking romance and sex wasn’t his thing. If he ever meets the right person though, that can all change ;)

Pop: he’s asexual but not aromantic. Pop has had a few past relationships over the years that unfortunately fizzled out. He struggles keeping his partners interest, and has decided to put romance back on the shelf for now. He hopes he’ll find someone who loves him the way he is now, but he’s no longer actively looking

Rhythm: he’s had a bit of romantic relationship! Most of his brief past relationships over the years were fellow dancers of course lol. Rhythm has quite the busy schedule making dating harder these days, but he’s still down to try for anyone he has chemistry with!

Pluto: his crippling shyness paired with how he always put his career first kept Pluto shielded from any sort of romance over the years. He’s still a virgin, and while he does want a partner, he’s scared his lack of experience will ruin everything

Jupiter: he’s a very handsome monster, so he’s been chased a few times over the years. Jupiter has a couple of ex’s he’s still friends with. His only experience is with them. He’s never been the type for one night stands.

Orion: he used his sexuality as a type of rebellion when his mother tried pushing him into a researchers apprenticeship. He wound up being disqualified for gross misconduct lol. Thankfully that drama is over, but orion is still a wild child at heart. He has a lot of fwb who wish for more, but he’s a very hard skeleton to tie down

Atlas: he has no desire for romance right now. Atlas puts his career first, and any desires he can easily get out with a few casual romps. He has no hardship in finding partners. He’s beautiful after all~ it is possible to romance him, but you have to be VERY impressive. Atlas has high standards after all

Helios: he has slept with exactly one person, his first and only relationship. That ended when Helios ran off with his sister to escape their horrible parents. He’s too busy caring for Artemis to even think of romance now. She worries all the time about him dying alone but he won’t date despite her nagging

Artemis: she’s got a genetic disorder called dimming that really messes up the quality of her life and her lifespan. She’s basically untouchable to most monsters. It’s a shame as Artemis desperately does want romance some day. She’d be pretty easy to get in a relationship as she’d latch onto anyone interested

G: he’s had many casual dates and a string of past lovers, fwb, and hook ups. While they all gave him glowing reviews in bed, he’s rather hard to live with. G needs a patient person to really settle down with

Green: he isn’t a virgin, he took care of that one day out of pure scientific curiosity. Now that green knows what the experience is like though, he hasn’t really put any effort into romance. His life is simply just too busy right now

Charm: oh, he’s basically the countries number one hoe lol. Charm has the highest body count of all the skeletons in the lineup, and has even slept with some famous figures like a few of the royals. He loves the act, but is terrified of commitment. It’ll take someone very patient and gentle to actually romance him.

Sugar: he is ALL ABOUT that romance! It’s all he’s ever wanted in life and is still his number one dream. Now that sugar has a daughter though, he has to be much pickier about who he can date. His child comes first after all, so he can’t go for anyone who shouldn’t be around her.

Sparks: he’s a major romantic as well, always dreaming about the one. Sparks tends to fall in love easily and has had a few rather bad past relationships due to his rose colored glasses when it comes to his current beau. But he doesn’t let that bring him down!

Salt: he’s pretty confident in romance. Salt has had a lot of relationships over the years, and while none of them stayed, they all ended on good terms. He does want to settle someday though and only dates with that goal in mind

Lush: he’s slept with many monsters sure, but his rather intimidating aura makes romance hard to achieve. Lush is lonely. He wants someone to cuddle with, not just (censored). Hopefully he finds someone brave enough to try~

Pepper: he’s the most beautiful skeleton on this lineup. He’s literally a model. Pepper has suitors lining up outside his house almost daily. So this has resulted in his standards being insane lol. He does have experience~ and some romantic experience. He actively avoids dating anyone who treats him like a trophy despite enjoying the attention in the beginning.

Sir: he does in fact run a brothel, so it’s guaranteed he’s got some experience in the bedroom. Romance wise though, he has none. His career comes first and not many are willing to try to chase someone with his job

Weasel: he’s not a romantic, it’ll be surprising id he ever truly commits to someone some day. But he is the enjoyer of carnal pleasures and is great in bed lol. Weasel would only accept a relationship if it’s open at least on his side, preferably for both him and his partner

Butler: he… wants romance but it’s hard for him to admit it. He’s had terrible luck on all his past crushes. They’ve all been people he could never be with. So butler gave up on it ever being possible for him. As like anyone working at a brothel, butler is very experienced in other areas~

Gold: he’ll shout from the rooftops about how someday he’s gonna have his prince/princess charming! Gold is a skeleton full of romantic bones just ready to be swept away lol. He’s rather gullible though and falls easily for fake promises, so his friends and brother are very protective around any suitors making relationships hard for gold. He’s very experienced in bed as a brothel worker~

Flambé: he loves his job at the brothel and won’t let anyone jeopardize it. So it would take a very non jealous person to be with Flambe. But if someone meeting his standards does peruse him, they’ll find a caring, spicy, and LOYAL partner. Flambé doesn’t care if he never finds the one, but if it ever does happen, he’ll put his all into the relationship

Pesto: he used to scoff at the idea of relationships, preferring to enjoy people with no strings attached. But now, pesto thinks that maybe he’d do better with just one he can trust and smooch. He wants the security and comfort of a one and truly, but he’s too insecure about his looks to chase someone first

Lens: he’s a flirtatious drunk, and all his bedroom experience comes from bar and petty hook ups. Being on the run most of his life though, lens has zero romantic relationship. He’s never been in one place long enough for it to happen… until now~ if someone can get past his MASSIVE trust and self hatred issues, they’ll find a wonderful datemate lol

Cricket: he’s very good in bed according to his past partners, but cricket is also someone difficult to maintain a relationship with. He’s temperamental and can be quite sarcastic which rubs many the wrong way. Most of his past relationships went down in flames

Butch: he has had fwb that were almost relationships, but butch never let anyone become close enough to really cross the romance threshold. His job is just too dangerous. Or at least it was. Nowadays he sees the possibility~

Boss: he did in fact have a few relationships in the past! Obviously they didn’t work out, but it gave boss a taste for romance. He does want someone at his side in the future. However he’s a very protective partner, and he’ll drop someone if he thinks they’re a danger to themselves. He can’t handle having to constantly worry.

Snipe: he’s had exactly one past relationship, the guy is now his best friend outside his family. Snipe will sleep around to get his needs met, but his paranoia makes relationships and romance very hard for him to maintain. Very very hard.

Bruiser: he’s got a lot of experience romance and bedroom wise~ bruiser however is secretive and needs a lot of freedom. He hates feeling trapped. This makes him come off as untrustworthy. He’s no cheater mind you, but it’s hard always wondering what if?

Ace: considering he’s sociopathic and very hard to control, romance has never really been on the table for ace. And honestly, he doesn’t think he’s capable of it.

Slim: he’s a total man-whore in the streets and sheets, but he’s very shy for actual relationships. Slim prefers his conquests to never meet him again after that one night of fun.

Dice: he’s not very experienced. He’s only been with two people over his life, and both were short relationships. Dice is a pretty private person and harder to get close to. He does crave romance, but sees it as something that’ll happen in the distant future.

Gamble: he is in fact soulbonded and married to his beloved soulmate, crambridge! They have a child, Basker, together and are very happy. Gamble and Cambridge are a package deal only, but it is possible to wriggle into a possible triad if one becomes close to both.

Slugger: she does want a soulmate someday but doesn’t think anyone would want her. She’s uneducated, not exactly a pretty monster, and temperamental to boot. So slug doesn’t go looking. She has a few fwb she sees regularly

Steel: he’s shy and rather oblivious at times. It’s sad because steel had fumbled a few monsters who were crushing, but he never knew lol. He does have some experience in bed but not much.

Gears: he’s a virgin! But he’s not inexperienced in romance. Gears has been in a few short relationships and many dates. He does want to meet the one someday. He wants to save himself for his future soulmate, hence why he’s waiting to pop his cherry

Compass: he’s had exactly three relationships over his lifetime. They fizzled out and compass hasn’t been looking since. Not for any reason, he’s always been the type who prefers his romance to happen organically. He doesn’t want to actively search for it. Compass doesn’t like hook ups

Peaches: he went rather wild for a decade after becoming a young adult lol. After getting it out of his system though, peaches now wants the traditional farm monster way of 1-2 soulmates on the farm with him, and a pack of cute kids running around. He’s very upfront about this with any dates he has too.

Rancher: he’s still in his wild era that peaches went through lol. Rancher is all about the strings free fun right now and isn’t looking to settle. However if he finds the right person, he’ll fall hard. Rancher has always been a closeted romantic after all

Cider: he occasionally “sows his seeds” when his brother drags cider out to party, but on his own he’s never been the type to look for any action. He’s under a lot of pressure from the family to stay at the brewery, so any partner cider does get is scrutinized heavily. Despite being a catch this does make dating hard for him

Barley: he’s a total party animal and has no interest in settling down at the moment. Barley loves his hook ups and would have to be very in love with someone to give that up for them.

Ram: he’s had hook ups over the years, as stress relief and a way to pay for room and board. But absolutely no romantic experience. Ram honestly never considered the possibility. He’s been too busy his whole life surviving to develop a crush. Now that he’s got some security in life though, it’s definitely going to be a possibility soon.

Pitch: he doesn’t like people, and his first time, a drunken romp in an alleyway, kinda sucked lol. So pitch let that cloud any opinion on future attempts lol. It’ll take him crushing hard on someone to ever consider a relationship or bedroom activities again

Moose: he used to have a mate and child in his old au. There was a war going on, and he lost them during an attack. He’s been grieving them for years, but is finally at a place where he thinks he can move on if he meets the right person.

Maple: seeing the loss his brother went through has made maple a bit cautious with relationships. He knows he’s strange to others and has seen what loosing a partner can do. So he’d only date someone he really trusts. Or if they gift him a new chainsaw. Then his soul is theirs lol

Swine: man has probably gone through like a fifth of his town by now lol. Swine is an unashamed player~ while he has had relationships in the past, one particularly bad one has put him off of romance for the time being. He can be persuaded to try again, but it’ll take time

Possum: he isn’t a romantic per se, but he does like the idea of a domestic life with someone. Possum isn’t actively looking right now, he’s comfortable where he’s at, but he is open to a relationship if he meets someone trustworthy. For now he keeps himself sated with some fwb in Steeler. Not Goldenvalley. He’s pretty sure his brother has been with all of them at some point lol

Partner: he likes his hook ups and casual fun a lot. Plus getting a SO would mean needing more space. Partner lives in a trailer. He could afford a little home but that’s a big hassle. He’ll be more open to relationships once he decides he’s tired of the space he has

Rowdy: living with his cousin partner means rowdy has practically no space to himself. And he has to deal with occasionally hearing his cousins “dates” with him. Gross. Rowdy has been throughly put off on dating and hookups until he can get his own space lol. Plus he has no experience with them, and honestly the whole thing sounds stressful. Too many rules involved

Thistle: he loves the idea of some cutie to settle down with and have a kid. Thistle wants that cozy family man life, but on one condition: the partner can’t be from another coven. There’s a tradition where if two members of another coven marry, they have to move to the smaller one as to not unbalance others in the future. Thistle loves his home, but they are one of the bigger covens so he’s at risk of moving if he marries someone else from the Grimm AUs

Yarrow: he honestly isn’t sure if he wants romance or not. Yarrow has never had a crush on anyone, and every person he’s close to that his family has tried setting him up with have fallen hard. For others of course, never him. He honestly thinks he must be some sort of romance repellent. He has a little experience in the bedroom out of curiosity, but that as well just seemed lackluster. Yarrow simply just hasn’t met someone that he shares sparks with yet. He needs to give it time

Quill: he’s adorable, but terribly shy and a bit worried about his gear.. down under. (He’s fine anyone would he lucky to have him, quill just overthinks things). Quill has always let his insecurities get in the way of any possible relationships over the years. With his new friends these days, the sweetie has gained a bit more confidence and can be romanced finally. But the bedroom activities will be the biggest hurdle to jump as he’s scared of undressing around others. His first time will be pretty awkward

Crow: oh, he has no issues getting dates. None at all~ crow is charming, handsome and well spoken. He’s had many first dates and a few brief relationships. But none were what he really wants in a life partner. He’s happy to keep cruising through all the cuties out there until he finds the perfect fit ;)

Mango: she only dates humans first. Due to her horrid past (monster) stepfather, she has issues trusting other monsters, especially elementals. Humans however she’s always had a good relationship with. Mango isn’t desperate to get into anything right now, but she’s certainly open to it

Papaya: he’s very chill about the idea of dating. Papaya almost never says no to a first date, he’s so sweet, but he’s rather indifferent to looking for romance on his own. It’s never been something he cared to achieve. If it happens great, if not? Well there’s plenty more out there in life. He’s not the type to sleep around, so has only been with people he was in a relationship with.

Roost: man’s a major romantic, but really he likes the chase more than the actual relationships. He tends to get bored after dating for a while and will drop his SOs once the butterflies leave. Even though he was loyal when he was with them, it does give him a player reputation. And naturally as someone who dates around, roost is very experienced~

Harpy: she wants SO BAD to have a cute little darlin at home to come back to every night. But Harpy is a scarily intimidating monster and her type are the nervous shy baby types. Harpy just being herself is like cutie bug repellant lol. She’ll have to settle for hookups with more brave monsters and humans until she can get her claws in the ideal partner.

Stitches: oh he’s no shy baby that’s for sure. Stitches has game. His cute face paired with his nerdy interests and goofy personality is just irresistible to many. And it doesn’t help that he’s very self aware of this lol. Since getting to the surface, stitches has had a handful of relationships, and he’s still looking! He wants a bestie that he also smooches!

Tinker: he has no experience. In bed and in romance. Tinker has always been too lost in his daydreams and hobbies to make time for either. A potential SO will have to drag him out of his own head before he realizes what he’s missing out on lol

Taffy: she’s a total catch, but taffy puts her career first. So while she definitely had fun over the years, she hadn’t bothered to actually commit to anyone. Now that her business is in a comfortable spot though, she can branch out and maybe find a lover. As long as she gets to stay the boss of course~

Pudding: she falls in and out of love quickly. Always moving on to the next prettier and more muscular beau lol. Pudding does want romance, but struggles to move past the just flirting stage. If someone were to make her take it slow, things could turn out great.

Pearl: Pearl is born royalty, and coming with that are certainly requirements any potential suitor has to have. Pearl takes her duties seriously, even refusing to play around in order to keep the gossip around her at a minimum. She does have many suitors lining up, but Pearl wants to keep working on herself for now before she starts sifting through them

Silex: like Pearl, he’s royalty now and that come with duties. Unlike Pearl, silex decided to go the sneaky route and does get around under a different alias lol. He does want an actual partner someday as well, but given his station he has to be choosy.

Fisher: he’s only had two relationships his whole life. Both ended on good terms, but neither of his ex’s were very adventurous, so fisher feels like he’s quite inexperienced still. And he’s not the type to just sleep with anyone despite his flirty personality. Fisher craves adventure in a SO and so is trying to date someone completely different from what he’s surrounded by

Jasper: he’s a virgin, and no big reason for it. Jasper is simply just young. He’s only 25, which is like the monster equivalent of barely 18. He hasn’t had time yet to explore, and didn’t really date as a kid. He’s very curious about it all and will be quick to jump his first relationship lol

Finn: this sweetheart has a little bit of romance experience, but they didn’t end well. Finn is too nice for his own good leading to people taking advantage of him. He has friends now that thankfully watch out for him. He does really want to meet that special someone someday still though! He’s not giving up yet!

Sails: he’s always let life take the reigns for him, not caring what happens. So following that policy, sails has had many no strings attached lovers. And he likes it that way. If one wants to tie this pretty boy down, they’ll have to take the reigns from life and drive the carriage themself. Sails loves a hottie who takes charge

Hook: he’s a big romantic as well, and has had a handful of unsuccessful past relationships. One ending in a child that hook hasn’t met. He’ll be horrified when he finds out. In the meantime though, he’s still searching for a gentle soul willing to stick with his chaotic *ss

Captain: he’ll only get in a relationship with someone who is his equal in every way, physically and mentally. But for now, captain is fine taking care of his needs through hook ups. His flings never complain that’s for sure~ the only thing they wish is that he’d stay longer ;)

Alden: Al isn’t inexperienced for sure, the second he was an adult he went out to see how everything worked. But now that the newness is gone, he’s happy staying in his workshop making new art. If romance finds him, he’ll snatch it up, but he’s not actively looking

Ollivander: Ollie is still a virgin, but he’s not ashamed by any means. He wants his first time to be in a meaningful relationship, and he’s still a young adult. No need to rush. Ollie is happy to take life slow until it finally happens

Hilda: she’s always been a wild child, and that shows in her pile of past flings lol. Hilda is a hard skeleton to tie down. She loves the freedom of doing whatever she wants in the bachelor life, and her energy is hard to keep up with. It would take a very active SO to get her to commit

Saga: she knows she’s a prize to be won. Saga is beautiful, very intelligent, elegant, and she considers herself a well mannered person. Saga wants to be courted the traditional Drake way by any potential suitor. And she doesn’t care if that means she’s staying single. She’s under no obligation to lower her standards just for a meaningless relationship. Girl knows her worth

Barin: he is completely inexperienced, for no fault of his. Barin was betrothed to another skeleton monster of a different clan since he was a toddler. He was a dutiful son to his clan and parents and avoided relationships for the sake of his duty. Right before the crash though, his betrothed disappeared, and he’s been too busy keeping his clan together to address what he missed, or what happened to her. Magma: she has had a few interested parties try to woo her over the years. However being a single mum to your little sibling is hard work, and magma didn’t want to upset her baby brothers life. Now that he’s grown and things seem stable in ebott, she’s interested in branching out.

Tremor: despite his shyness, tremor has had a lot of luck with romance. He’s a total catch and many recognized that easily. While the relationships eventually fizzled out, they left him with a clear idea of what he wants in a future partner. He’ll make his future soulmate a very happy guy/gal.

Gem: he’s an absolutely gorgeous monster, and the attention certainly never let him be lonely, despite his best efforts lol. Gem has some experience in the ways of love, but hates being treated like a prize to be won. He wants to choose his partner now, and won’t let anyone chase him first.

Fossil: unfortunately he inherited the unsightly genes in the family, despite gems insistence that fossil is handsome as well. Fossil knows what he is. What I think the skeletons would do to celebrate the holiday! It's a bit late but do I care? Nope!! Very self indulgent for me specifically 🫡

Vanilla: He's the type of skeleton I think who would pretend that he doesn't remember what holiday it is. If you asked him about it, he'd scratch his skull and ask "I wonder what's up with today?" And then dismiss it. He'd chalk everything up in order to further confuse you, all the way until he can get you alone. He's not a skeleton of much effort, but he would wait till it was night time to reveal what he made. Let's say you got him something. If you did, he'd blush and thank you, of course. He would just pretend to be confused up until it's night time. He'd take you to Grillbys and that's when he would show what he did. He asked Grillby to make a Valentine themed meal, and he'd present you with a small figurine. It would be a cute little charm, something that you can carry around in your pocket! He just wants to see you smile the moment you realize that he was messing with you all day, and he'd be grinning like a cheshire when the two of you can enjoy the cozy night

Cyperus: Oh boy he's been looking FORWARD to this day! Ever since he learned about it, he planned for the perfect day. He's the type to wake you up with a delicious breakfast of pancakes or waffles topped with whatever fruit you prefer and whipped cream. Then, he'll take you out on a day trip of him presenting you with all sorts of gifts! If you happen to surprise him with gifts of your own, he gets all flustered but tries to play it off to appear cool. He's flattered, of course, but it would also probably end up with him claiming that he needs to up his game and then that'll lead to a spiral of the both of you playfully being competitive. He has a big ol' box of chocolates for you and he's trying to coax you to forgive him with promises of taking you out to eat with no expenses worth worrying about. He's more of a stay at home guy, y'know? But he'll try to make it up for you

Pitch: If Cyperus was excited, you can say that Pitch is twice as much. He's the type to go with a theme, decorating your bedroom while you're out and about with roses upon roses decorating the place. He would prepare a home cooked table of delicious dinner and desserts galore, wearing his most beautiful red outfit. He's not going to say sappy things to you since his actions speak louder, but he would say that he wishes you a Happy Valentine's Day as he offers you things like your favorite perfume/cologne, a mug, and the like. If you got him something like a red scarf or purse of some kind, you can bet that he'll wear it and treat it well <3

Powder: He never really heard about Valentine's Day, up until knowing you, but just as expected, he's sappy about it. He would mark a date with something exciting like a theme park that's happening nearby, preparing a day where you two can run around and win games before exchanging kisses on the Ferris wheel. He would prepare a whole set that he hid for you until later in the day, a bouquet of flowers, a small plushie, and candy of your preferred taste. He would just be all over you, hugging you and holding your hand whenever you two can

Stretch: He's so sappy it's almost ridiculous. He made sure to buy TWO bouquets for you. He would have gotten you both matching animal pajamas and bought treats from Muffet to prepare a cozy Valentine's Day. He would buy you things a little less traditional, like things that are more specific to your interests. He also was able to make a little something special for you, but he'd wait until later that night. He would have it tucked within the snacks, waiting for you to find it, up until you found the little box. Inside is a handcrafted phone charm with your engravings, adorable beads to match your phone and a little honeybee at the end. He wanted to make you something, and he'll be stuttering trying to explain that he hopes you like it. I think the best chance you'd have is giving that skeleton a kiss on the cheek or something as simple as a hug to shut him up

Saint: What the hell is Valentine's Day???? It's been so long, he totally forgot what it was. Even with reminders, he actually had to be reminded the day of Valentine's Day from his brother. He wouldn't tell you that he forgot what day it was, but you would be able to tell. Nonetheless, you prepared a small decorative box filled with sweets and snacks, which would only make him feel more bad since it was so thoughtful. He managed to make a small letter sharing some of his sweet thoughts of you though, and he actually manages to find out that he didn't need to panic so much. He forgets a lot, but he totally forgot that he made a cardigan for you but had it tucked away to prevent it from being damaged! In the end, the two of you were able to prepare a nice walk together in the forest, admiring the scenery as he offered you flowers he picked along the way

Lunar: Sure, he struggles remembering these things sometimes, but he's a Papyrus! And Papyri want to make your day special. He would have been working on a handcrafted necklace and bracelet especially designed to your taste, and the day would be spent with him and you making Valentine themed sweets for the two of you to indulge in with things such as chocolate dipped strawberries, and rice krispie treats. He'd light a few candles and he'd present the jewelry to you afterwards, the two of you sitting on the porch as you both talked and had a more quiet but still romantic day. With what flowers you ended up keeping after they started to wilt, he would help you grind them and mix them with clay in order to make beads for later too

Carmine: He's been planning today for a while, and so he planned only the best. A romantic dinner with music at the restaurant? Bam. A warm bath prepared for you that has rose petals and candles? Bam. A bed prepared with silk sheets and the softest of fabrics of a blanket? Bam bam bam. He would place a gift box on the bed for as you finish showering, and it would have your favorite flowers with it. A small letter of only the most poetic, sappy things would be on there, and he would pride himself in being the one to walk you to your bed and provide a lovely robe for you to wear. He wants to pamper you, and yet he would struggle accepting ANYTHING you provide. However, if you happen to find out what his favorite perfume scent is? He'll wear it everywhere he goes, and he'll brag about who got it for him.

Rus: Not the best of planners, he managed to actually prepare a Valentine's Day you both can work with. He would take you to your guy's favorite restaurant and then go to the movies with you, watching whatever genre you liked. He still manages to surprise you though, pulling out a set of earrings that are of wonderful quality while the two of you enjoy walking around a scenic area. It's a more lighthearted, sweet date than anything for Valentine's, but the both of you exchange gifts and end up having a matching necklace the both of you can wear wherever you go.

Razz: Not one to consider gifts to be the most strong expression of love, he would prepare a day of going to somewhere like a botanical garden since he knows you would like that. Taking you to get pampered and refreshed, he would then offer the two of you to go to grab a bite to eat with a candlelight dinner. The surprise you can expect from him though, is a treasure hunt. Hell lay items around the house he managed to clean for you, and he would end up surprising you with a sudden presentation of tickets for the two of you. He's heard of this beautiful place, somewhere that involves some traveling, but he knew that it was somewhere you've been wanting to go. He would practically preen when he sees your excitement, growing even more preen when he earns a kiss

Cash: The skeleton decided to make sure that you got to experience a spa day for Valentine's Day, the both of you talking shit as you're both being pampered. After, he would outright take you to the mall, and the two of you would go on a spending spree. The things that were bought cannot be listed, since he just made sure to get whatever caught your eye. By the end of it, you would've assumed that is the end of it, but no. He would act like it was, but as soon as you got home you would see what he prepared in the kitchen. A bouquet of just purple and orange flowers, surrounding a heart shaped box of slices of cake, and romantic music playing on the speaker the moment you realize what it is since he had it set to play. The rest of the night is you and him devouring the cake and watching movies, cuddling.

Wine: Imagine the most romantic, stereotypical date for Valentine's Day. He's worse than that. Flowers upon flowers would surround you, the house cleaned to perfection and lit with candlelight while you both enjoy a fettuccini plate with garlic bread and wine. The bedroom has petals on the floor, and on the bed he has two glasses for the two of you to indulge in for drinks. He bought desserts to your liking, and he and you both watch crappy romance reality TV while talking mad shit, lounging in self indulgence so much it blends into hedonistic pleasure. He's a heavy romantic who speaks words of poetry and romance, showering you with sincerity. He struggles and outright denies gifts most of the time, until you discovered his favorite chocolate. White chocolate, something no one has seen him touching. You somehow managed to also discover his favorite jewel, which you managed to get ahold of as it decorated a crystal ball music box. You've never seen him more flustered, or hear his voice crack such as today.

Coffee: Oh he's so sweet. The two of you did DIY craft couple tasks together for the first half. For one activity, you exchange the same canvas and collaborated on a painting. For another, he had the honor of drawing you as the two of you ate ice cream on the couch together. You figured out his love for sanrio, so when you presented him with stickers for his sketchbook, a plushie, and a hoodie, he was practically in tears with joy. To finalize the day, he surprised you by covering your eyes before the two of you were in a gazebo that had a table for you both to sit at. He prepared a classic, simple dinner with snacks and desserts, but it was fun since it allowed you both to also make your food as you went along. He managed to also present you with a small bouquet of flowers, all having to do with flower symbolism, but he refuses to tell you.

Dust: You didn't think he would bother, let alone remember what today was. However, it was to your surprise when he silently approached you with a bag. He stands there awkwardly, waiting for your approval, and he's met with one when you carefully offer a hug. He practically clings onto you and the both of you experience a silent holiday where you both manage to stay away from everyone. You both order takeout, look at the photos together that he took, and fall asleep in a pile of pillows and blankets that you managed to make. He wasn't sure you would like the gifts, but he was happy when he found out that you did. He also managed to be surprised when you offered a book that you thought he would like, along with a satchel that was red in color and had small patches on it you sewed down. When Coffee was small, still in stripes with his thumb in his mouth, he would get the overwhelming urge to run away. He can't recall why, really. Despite knowing the rules that his mother had given him, one day, he ran. His brother ended up finding him an hour later, sobbing silently as he wandered, lost, in the snowy woods surrounding Snowdin. Wine, barely a teenager at the time, had dragged him back home.

The feeling never dissipated, though. If anything, it worsened. And growing up underground, there isn't really anywhere to run, anyway.

On the day of his mother's remembrance ceremony, when he was 10, the itch got worse. Yet, he didn't run and let it simmer as he stood, empty, next to his brother, staring down at the urn.

Over the next few hundred years, as Coffee grew older, the itch never went away. When the resets started, the itch got unbearable. Yet, with nowhere to run, stuck in that damned cave, he remained.

Then, he and his brother were sucked into a different universe. A kinder universe. One where Wine wasn't Captain, Coffee wasn't a soldier, and the sun was in the sky. And with the sun hung freely in the sky, Coffee suddenly had everywhere to run.

Does question why his brother doesn't use his height to his advantage to be more seductive... But no!! It's the fact he has some secrets and he doesn't want his baby brother to know about just yet...

Regal?... Well, the height would be a bonus... Being tall has its quirks-- But the fact he feels ill without smoking, scents of sweets make him crave the subject at hand, and his lanky body is difficult to control at first? He actually hates it and he tries to find some source of familiarity by trying to get back into his old routines... But when his own body twitches for nothing yet something else entirely, well... He's finding it hard to control and realizes many things his brother is phased through daily.

The drowsiness, the sickness in his chest, his bones shake if he doesn't concentrate to still them... How certain foods will cease all his symptoms for a limited time. Regal never realized how hard his brother works to keep himself going daily. He ends up with new insight for his brother.

If it was for a limited time; Both brothers would end up closer together, finding new respect for the other they always looked down on. Regal always thought his brother was simply lazy; Not suffering silently. Mutt always thought his baby brother was too serious; But after seeing how harsh his own work force is; He sees why Regal has chosen to close up...

Undertale Sans - Usually, Sans would not do this. But there's someone that has the power to convince Sans to do it and that person is himself, but drunk. But Sans is not really fighting. He's dodging until his partner gets super mad. Sans is humiliating everyone as no one can land a hit on him somehow. Papyrus has to physically drag a fuming Undyne out of the room before she starts to break things in the house. Sans is taunting everyone the whole time, having fun.

Undertale Papyrus - Everyone regrets that decision after Papyrus and Undyne destroyed the hell out of the living-room, and then the garden. None of them wants to give up, and since none of them can beat the other, the attacks are intensifying. Asgore goes to separate them at some point and times out the both of them.

Underswap Sans - He's growling like a gremlin, trying to move Toriel out of the way with all he has. But Toriel has a shield and intends on staying right where she is. Blue is so frustrated, clawing the shield like an enraged animal. But the thing is that she's a boss monster and he will be tired before her. Blue realizes too late after seeing his brother laugh that all of this was just a big trap to make him tired so he stays in place during the Christmas dinner. HOW DARE.

Underswap Papyrus - He carefully avoids the mistletoe every time. Unfortunately, he forgets about that later in the evening. The second he steps under the mistletoe, he gets tackled at full force by Alphys, who camped there all evening. Poor Honey passes out from the fright, in shock.

Underfell Sans - He beat up the hell out of Alphys and was so proud of himself. Until that little shit went to snitch to Undyne at least. After that, Red is a lot less confident and decides to run for his life. Undyne runs after him. Undyne won't stop running after him. Someone save him, he doesn't want to die, please!

Underfell Papyrus - Well that's boring. He was ready to fight with Undyne but then Undyne decided to assassinate his brother and leave. Now no one wants to fight with him anymore. On one hand it's for sure flattering his ego, on the other hand, you're all cowards! Stop hiding and fight him already!

Horrortale Sans - He looks at his S/O, ready to fight. Uh. Did he do something wrong? Oak gives his S/O puppy eyes and then gives them a slow headbutt to ask for cuddles. He accidentally knocks you out by doing so and he feels terrible about it.

Horrortale Papyrus - Jerry came at him all puffed up and everything. Willow got confused and kind of scared, so he just summoned a huge bone and hits Jerry in the face at full force, knocking him out. What the hell. He didn't even know Jerry survived the famine before today. Why did Monsterkind take Jerry on the Surface anyway???

Swapfell Sans - He sighs. That's the twentieth time Rus comes to try and win a fight and the twentieth time Nox completely humiliates him by yeeting him back into the pond in the garden. Nox is sitting on a chair under the mistletoe, a cup of coffee in his hands. He didn't move the last two hours. No one can reach him. He pretends he's bored and all but he's actually having fun.

Swapfell Papyrus - He's not the best at fighting, despite wanting to win so bad. He got humiliated so far by Undyne, Alphys, Napstaton and even one random Flowey that was just passing by. It got worse when his brother decided to play. He thought Nox would let him win because he's baby, but Nox has no mercy and now Rus is just angry. He doesn't care how many times he will have to take a swim in that pond, he's going to come back and attack his brother. Nox can't last forever! ... Him neither, he realizes after the fifth bath in the pond. That's fine! He'll crawl! He's going to win!

Fellswap Gold Sans - He can tell Alphys is drooling, wanting him so bad to come and fight her. But Wine has other plans. He knows fighting her will please her. So he decided he would not please her and wait for her to explode and attack him so he could humiliate her and show everyone he didn't need that stupid mistletoe to show he's stronger than all of them. he's patient. He knows she will attack any moment.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He just wanted a kiss from Napstaton but now Napstaton is chasing him in the whole house with four chainsaws, one for each of his hands, as Coffee is running for his life, screaming his brother's name at the top of his lungs. He's terrified. He didn't get the memo about the fighting game.

I love bugs and have known to catch moths and spiders when my family is too scared of them(I've also caught and released mice but that's a story for another time). Also, the Papyri are the best, they're just so cute, no matter the AU 🤭.

Papyrus : Oh! So you want him to go bonkers! He can deal with fish(after all, he's best friend with one), he can deal with cats and dogs and everything else, but bugs? Why's it got to be bugs? You can gently push him into a weird-animal-loving perspective by showing him the pretty moths and playful lizards, but good luck getting him to hold a spider or a millipede.

Cobalt : Woah, those are so cool! Can he hold one? He seems interested at first... until he feels their little legs trailing up his bones. With all of those tiny feet speeding up his arm and latching onto him for balance, Blue is instantly disinterested. He'll love them from afar.

Honey : He likes taking you places to go find said animals, even if he naps in the car the whole time. Hey, Y/N, go place a bug on his chest. Cue the loud screeching followed by falling out of the car.

Red : Surprisingly, he's more into it than you, which is odd because usually he only acts like it even though he's scared of his shadow half of the time. He points out lizards that were too quick for your eye, camouflaged bugs hiding in trees, and the odd fish out in the water.

Rus : Lizards, insects, spiders?! You're almost perfect for him! Even though he's usually too lazy to pick his fatass up off his bed or the couch- if you tell him you're going hunting for little guys, he's on your heels. He wants to go, please? His hands grab your shirt everytime he notices you going near the door while holding a small container. Where are you going, s/o? He's wants to come too.

Pup + Coffee : Unless it has four legs and is fluffy, Pup wants nothing to do with it. I'm sorry, but he's not the best fit for this one, and neither is Coffee. Coffee is more willing to let your stickbug hang out on his finger, but Pup freaks out at the sight of a ladybug or a butterfly. For someone who's supposed to be your scary guard dog, Pup sure is a wuss.

As for the terrariums, almost all of them would be chill with them. Until you ask where Fluffy the tarantula went, the sound of a skeleton freaking out over your 8-legged friend being somewhere in the house. Whether the worry is for themselves or the spider, that's for you to figure out.

Underfell/horrorfell: collars were seen as both a type of armor and job title. Certain collar styles were only allowed to be worn by the guard with special designs going to higher positions. Some collars represented working classes like the farmer folk or construction. Underfell monsters today have mostly done away with collars and they’re rarely seen anymore

Swapfell/Lustswapfell: collars were a symbol of wealth in swapfell. They were beautifully adorned and only worn by the elite, or the monsters who the rich and powerful “owned”. A plain collar was basically an admittance that you were so far in debt to someone you might as well be an object. Brutal. Fellswap red:collaring like in underfell was more of a job title indicator, but there was less emphasis on protection and utility. And they tended to only be worn by non-combatants as a way of saying “I’m not looking for trouble”

Fellswap gold/ lustgold: collars represented ownership/protection. The collar came with the coat of arms of the monster overseeing its wearer. If the collar is really frilly and dainty looking, it also represented a claim/outward bond between soulmates. With the elite, a lacy collar is given as an engagement gift

Lustred: collars were like gang wear. The color of the collar told every one what area you’re from. And not wearing any collar meant that you’re unaffiliated and anyone can take a shot at you.

Lustfell: collars represented ownership as well, but purely in a relationship way. Often richer stronger monsters would collar their mates as a way of flexing on others that they’re taken. Often the monster with the harem wore a collar as well, matching their soulmates/parters, but with one detail changed to point out that they’re the leader.

These are the only AUs that actually used collars for social reasons. Collars in any of the other AUs are just a fashion statement

Man, what a pro, they walk into this with knowledge you'd never expect, will have you in and out before the Game Master could even be a little shit and make it a challenge (as if, they would chuckle, nay, chortle even): Black, Sans, Aster, Blue, Wine

They're such a newbie at this it's so painfully obvious it's kind of endearing, honestly. They haven't had their innocence tainted just yet by escape rooms but it doesn't matter when they're holding onto you like a lifeline: Stretch, Rus, Thistle, Chestnut, Coffee.

Walks in with the biggest fucking ego you've EVER seen that you can't help but want to watch Karma come for them. And just you're luck, you picked the scariest room and that "tough guy" persona melts away as soon as they scream and deck one of the actors in surprise: G, Red, Edge

Oh I sure do! I have plenty, but with such a kind request for Powder, I can write some down here while I'm working on a writing for Stretch! As a treat, I'll even add two other Sanses teehee

Powder:

- He wasn't sure what it was when he first met you, but he was quick to detect that you were someone he wanted to befriend.

- His guard is lowered in your presence, and he's content with this information. After all, you're just so...good to be around

- He is a bit more protective of you than he realizes, especially when he sees you talking with someone that he doesn't like

- Every small, minuscule touch you give is something that sends jolts through him, and it excites him. He tends to even find ways just to feel contact with you

- He doesn't notice how shy and nervous he gets around you, but when it's pointed out he'll act like it's nonsense. He's just so giddy around you and shy, his confidence wavers in your presence

- Please, if you're stressed about something, he'll handle it for you. He wants to take care of you, pamper you even with words of affirmation. No one as wonderful as you should feel incompetent or bad about something when you simply need someone to support you

- He's oblivious to how he feels for most of the time up until he realizes that he likes you, but he won't take initiative since he doesn't want to scare you or ruin anything. He won't even mention soulmates to you, let alone comment on things that could imply that he's thinking about you romantically

Carmine:

- He's very in tune with his emotions and when he felt that first wave of attraction, he thought that something was wrong with him. His soul just tugged right against his ribcage and he knew something was off

- He's more guarded around you because he doesn't like losing control of his emotions, and he tends to keep his distance at first since that's his biggest defense. However, when you are around? His stress feels lighter and his body feels fuzzy

- He's the quickest to be defensive for you about something, protective to the degree he is with Rus. His soul tells him that it can trust what you say, and he's willing to listen to his soul on the matter. Even if he throws quick quips at someone, he'll intimidate them in order to make someone not bother you anymore

- He's already standoffish about touch, but the first time your hand placed itself on his shoulder in consolation and concern, that feeling was there again and he feels nervous about how addicting the sensation is. He won't ever pull away, but he won't initiate it and he gets more unsure when it's not just the two of you

- He wants to know more about you, try to figure out why he feels so good around you. He's so oblivious even if he's one of the quickest to detect that you clearly have a sway on him and his emotions. He won't bring up soulmates to you, but it's something he analyzes so hard about

Razz:

- Like Powder, he's going to find ways to stop you from getting overworked. He'll scold you if you push yourself too hard and he'll finish tasks for you even if you insist that you can do it yourself. He's capable and subconsciously he feels that he should show you that fact as a way to let you rely on him more

- He felt disoriented when meeting you, as if you were a balm to the chaos of his soul and mind. He always falters in your presence and you have the ability to suddenly get him to listen

- He made it obvious he wanted to be around you, going so far as to outright shove the other Sanses in order to get closer

- A touch from you is a breath within his nonexistent lungs. Not quite a jolt, but something that feels cold and warm all at once. He's addicted to it, and he's much more open about touching you when he can and when you allow it. He's almost needy

- He's been made fun of for being on his best behavior when you're around, but he was quick to realize why he feels this way around you. He's not as obsessive about why he feels a certain way in comparison to Carmine, even if he denies it for awhile, and so he's able to guess that you're...his. This is why he wants to be good for you

- He will be outright nasty to anyone that bothers you, confronting them and demanding that they apologize. You don't deserve that treatment, and he's going to make them see that

- He's definitely the jealous type, but he gets embarrassed about it since he already struggles with how he feels so much for you. He won't ever confess his feelings unless you coax it out of him, and even then he's frustrated with himself. Still, he'll apologize if he sees that he's upsetting you. He's not the best at it, but he'll try. For you.
