A Brighter Smile and Fresher Breath: My Experience with DentaTonic Supplements
For years, I'd been diligent about brushing and flossing, but I still felt like my smile wasn't quite as radiant as it could be. My breath wasn't always minty fresh either, and I worried about keeping my gums healthy in the long run. That's when I decided to try DentaTonic Supplements.
Natural Support for a Healthy Mouth
DentaTonic is a natural dental supplement that boasts a blend of carefully chosen ingredients. The website claims these include prebiotics and enzymes that work to improve the balance of good and bad bacteria in your mouth. This, in turn, supposedly strengthens teeth and gums, promoting overall oral health.
Simple to Take and Easy to Integrate into My Routine
I found DentaTonic really easy to incorporate into my daily routine. The one-a-day dosage is simple to remember, and the capsules are small and easy to swallow. There wasn't any weird taste or aftertaste, which was a relief!
A noticeable Difference in My Oral Health
After using DentaTonic for a few weeks, I started to notice a difference. My breath felt fresher for longer throughout the day, and my gums seemed less prone to irritation. Most importantly, I felt more confident about my smile. It seemed brighter and healthier, which gave me a boost of confidence.
Would I Recommend DentaTonic?
Overall, I've been very impressed with DentaTonic Supplements. While it's important to maintain good oral hygiene habits like brushing and flossing, I believe DentaTonic has been a helpful addition to my routine. If you're looking for a natural way to support your oral health, I woulddefinitely recommend giving DentaTonic a try. Just remember, as with any supplement, it's always wise to consult with your dentist before starting anything new.

DentaTonic | Supplements - Health
A Scientific Evaluation of DentaTonic: A Dietary Supplement for Oral Health
Dentists and hygienists recommend a consistent regimen of brushing, flossing, and regular checkups to maintain optimal oral health. However, recent research suggests that certain dietary supplements may offer additional support. DentaTonic, a formulation containing a blend of enzymes and minerals, has gained traction for its potential to promote comprehensive oral health. Let's explore the scientific basis behind its key ingredients.
Enzyme Activity for a Balanced Microbiome
DentaTonic incorporates a trio of enzymes: lactoperoxidase, lysozyme, and dextranase. Lactoperoxidase, naturally present in saliva, plays a critical role in the body's oral defense system. Studies indicate its ability to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria associated with plaque formation and potential decay [1]. Lysozyme functions as a natural antimicrobial agent, further targeting bacteria within the oral cavity [2]. Dextranase disrupts complex sugars, a primary food source for plaque-forming bacteria [3]. By influencing the oral microbiome, DentaTonic may contribute to a healthier environment for teeth and gums.
Potential for Enamel Remineralization
Microcrystalline hydroxyapatite, another key component of DentaTonic, is a form of calcium phosphate that mirrors the mineral structure of tooth enamel. Research suggests it may possess remineralizing properties, potentially aiding in the repair of early enamel erosion [4]. This could be particularly beneficial for individuals prone to sensitivity or early signs of decay.
A Promising Ally in Oral Care
While further clinical trials are necessary to definitively establish DentaTonic's full range of benefits, the scientific evidence supporting its individual ingredients is encouraging. By potentially promoting a healthy oral microbiome, fostering remineralization, and inhibiting plaque formation, DentaTonic may offer a valuable complement to established dental hygiene practices. It is crucial to emphasize that DentaTonic should not be considered a substitute for regular dental checkups and professional cleanings.

A Delicious Defence: My Experience with PowerBite Dental Candy
Maintaining good oral health can feel like a constant battle. Brushing and flossing are essential, but sometimes you crave a convenient and tasty way to support your smile. That's where PowerBite Dental Candy comes in. This innovative product promises to combine deliciousness with oral health benefits, and I was eager to see if it lived up to the hype.
All-Natural Formula for a Healthy Smile
What initially drew me to PowerBite was its focus on natural ingredients. The formula included well-respected elements like Xylitol, known for its cavity-fighting properties, and Calcium Carbonate, which strengthens tooth enamel. Other intriguing ingredients like Green Tea Extract and Peppermint Oil promised additional support for fresh breath and overall oral health. The lack of artificial sweeteners and flavors was a major plus, as I was looking for a healthy and enjoyable way to care for my teeth.
Improved Breath and Reduced Morning Plaque
After incorporating PowerBite into my daily routine for a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my breath. The minty flavor offered a refreshing boost, and throughout the day, I felt more confident about my breath freshness. More importantly, I started seeing a reduction in the amount of plaque buildup, particularly noticeable in the mornings. This suggested that the natural ingredients were effectively supporting my oral hygiene routine.
Convenient and Enjoyable Oral Care
One of the things I appreciate most about PowerBite is its convenience. Unlike traditional mints or gum, PowerBite offers a delightful candy chew that's both tasty and beneficial. It's a quick and easy way to incorporate additional oral care into my day, especially after meals when brushing might not be readily available. The delicious flavor makes it a treat I actually look forward to, removing the chore aspect from maintaining good oral health.
A Gentle and Safe Supplement
PowerBite feels gentle and safe on my teeth and gums. The all-natural formula hasn't caused any sensitivity or discomfort, which is a concern I sometimes have with traditional mouthwashes or rinses. It's important to consult with your dentist before starting any new oral care routine, but for me, PowerBite has been a safe and effective addition to my dental health regimen.
A Delicious Step Towards a Healthier Smile
Overall, PowerBite Dental Candy has become a valuable tool in my quest for a healthier smile. The delicious taste, the natural and effective formula, and the convenient format have all contributed to making oral care more enjoyable and effective. While individual experiences may vary, for me, PowerBite has been a delightful addition to my dental hygiene routine. If you're looking for a tasty and convenient way to support your oral health, I highly recommend giving PowerBite Dental Candy a try.

please help my scruggly cat
Tommy, Tumblr micro-celebrity famous for featuring/being the muse for hit posts such as ‘father is…evil?’ and ‘my cat can tell when I’m sad and instinctively bites my toes’ and ‘frustrating each other is our love language’ needs a little financial support. Please consider donating to my ko-fi or buying something from my teespring store.
Tommy was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year under dramatic circumstances that involved a week long intensive care vet stay. She has stomatitis (an inflammation of the gums and mucus membranes) that she was on steroids for and the steroids may have damaged her pancreas. Since her diagnosis we’ve had a hard time controlling her blood sugar. Her insulin dose goes up and up. The vet thinks she has a good chance of stabilizing, that diabetic cats can and do live long, healthy and happy lives. She’s only 5. Her 6th birthday is later this month. She’s fighting. She wants to live.
Each insulin vial costs $160. Her prescription cat food is $35 for a 4 pound bag. She’s also on gabapentin for her pain and neuropathy and she’ll probably need another course of antibiotics. She currently goes to the vet every two weeks and the cost of that varies immensely. Basically, she’s a much more expensive cat than she was before and the cost of living for me has risen as well. It’s not an immediate emergency but we need funds. I’m disabled, I have an autoimmune disease that attacks my colon, I have a hard time working outside of the home or even at all because my health fluctuates and my energy levels are low. I’m trying so desperately to get better but for now I’m living in my mom’s house and sponging off my loved ones and tapping into my meager savings.
I know what you’re thinking, the thing people always comment on donation posts about pets, “if you can’t afford to care for your cat, why do you still have your cat?” and as biting as that question is, I know it’s a valid one and I’ve thought about it myself. I still have her because I need her and she needs me. She’s like my soulmate animal. We met when I was 16 and she was about 4 weeks old. There was no way I could have known we’d both be struggling sick moneypits in 5 years. I’m trying to give her the best life I can and she’s trying to give me her best self. I’m her person. I’m home 24/7 so we’re so used to having each other. She brings me immense joy and I know she’s brought a lot of other people joy. If you’re one of those people, please consider giving a couple of dollars. If you can’t afford to, that’s fine. Thank you for reading anyway.
TL;DR: cat sick. I’m sick. please help.

I know you're a snake blog, but I saw you mentioned sugar gliders as being unethical to keep - is that because of their social needs, or is there something else about keeping them in captivity that's unethical? (Just curious - I googled the question but the most immediately relevant result is from an ARA org that opposes keeping animals in captivity ever, for philosophical reasons.)
No worries, I can still help with this question!
The main issues with sugar gliders are that it's nearly impossible to meet their social and dietary needs in a private home. In the wild, they live in large social groups, so unless you plan on getting like fifteen of them, they're not going to get the social structure they need to be healthy and happy. They're nocturnal, so it's difficult for a human keeper to provide that companionship. Their diet is also complex, costly, and notoriously commercial diets marketed for them will often kill them if that's all they get. In the wild, they largely eat eucalyptus gum and nectar. That's difficult to provide.
There are other things - they need large, open enclosures that you just can't buy, they're very fragile and can easily get hurt, and they're messy - but the bottom line is they're just bad pets. They tend to suffer in captivity from isolation, poor diets, and inadequate housing, and that's even without considering how buying one often supports the illegal pet trade.
Definitely animals that belong in the wild and in accredited zoos.

Hello there :>
I really enjoy your content!
I wanted to send in a request with how the cullens would maybe help or react to a reader who's trying to quit smoking? (It's a bit self-indulgent but I need some comfort cause im struggling)
only if you're alright with it ofc !
The Cullens with a reader who’s trying to quit smoking
Hello! I don’t think anyone will be shocked by this since I’ve proven in the past that I don’t do anything but work and play Roblox but I am not a smoker. I’m still gonna try my best to write this tho so hopefully it’s good!
Thank you for requesting and I hope you enjoy!
Edward:
If you hadn’t come up with the idea to quit on your own, he would have pushed you to do it
He wants you to live a happy, healthy life
And he hates seeing you hurting yourself in this way
Unfortunately he’s not the best at doing it safely
He takes all of your cigarettes/vapes and sort of forces you to quit cold turkey
And he doesn’t listen when you tell him that it’s dangerous to do that
Sorry
At least he’s supportive tho
Alice:
She’s glad that you’re deciding to quit
She does her best to help you in whatever way that you need
She doesn’t take away all of your stuff tho
She knows you’re supposed to ease into it
And she never judges you if you relapse
But the thing that she’ll never tell you is that she’s really happy you’re trying to quit because she’s tired of trying to get the smell of cigarettes out of your clothes lol
Jasper:
He never really minded that you smoked in the first place
He just wants you to be happy and if smoking made you happy then he’s chill
But as soon as you tell him about how you want to quit he is your #1 support
He does use his ability a little sneakily here
He can increase your feelings of happiness and suppress your feelings of craving or irritation whenever you aren’t smoking
But he doesn’t take everything from you either
He lets you go at your own pace
He’ll support you no matter what
Rosalie:
She is on board
There’s been a couple instances where you haven’t been able to hang out with her when she’s working on her cars due to fear of the smoke igniting something
And again the smell
So she’s there for you
She starts out by taking everything from you
Edward style
But after she sees how much you struggle and once you explain how it’s dangerous she gives some back
And apologizes
And again she doesn’t judge you if you falter
She knows it’s tough and she thinks you’re strong just for trying to get better
Emmett:
He never really minded that you smoked in the first place
But if you want to quit then he is right there at your side
Another one who lets you go at your own pace, he only steps in to help if you ask him to
And he definitely doesn’t judge
I mean, he struggled like crazy when he first got turned
He knows it’s not easy
And also he will beat anyone’s ass who judges you for it
Esme:
She’s so excited for you
She’s never been a fan that you smoked, and she had asked you a couple times in the past to stop
So yes she is there for you 100%
Again, she lets you go at your own pace
She never judges you
You don’t need to hide or try to sneak around her
She understands
And she’s so proud of you for trying to get better
Carlisle:
Obligatory mention that Carlisle is a doctor
He’s never been happy that you smoked
He’s told you multiple times about all of the health risks
And he has encouraged you to quit multiple times
But he can’t make you quit, and he never tried to
So once you decide to quit, he is prepared
He’s got everything you need
Those nicotine patches, nic gum, everything that could help you wean off
He’s just really concerned about you and he’s so happy that you’re trying to get healthier
Vampire! Bella:
She never really cared that you smoked
In fact she thought it was cool
But then over time she saw how it was affecting your health
And she asked you a couple times to quit
And yes she’s stolen your packs/vapes in the past
But once you decide to quit, she’s there for you
She also just takes all of your stuff, forcing you to go cold turkey
And she doesn’t listen when you say it’s dangerous
So hopefully you’re successful
Or it gets really bad and you have to go to the hospital and then she sees that she was wrong lol

You tap the chewed cap of your pen along the lined paper of a scribble heavy grocery list. Desperately wishing you had x-ray vision to see inside your cabinets and remember what you were in need of, you chew the cap again.
Giggling to yourself every so often at Eddie’s notes on the grocery list. Crossing off items he thought weren’t needed, mostly vegetables he didn’t like. And always making sure you got his favorites. And not, “that healthy bullshit cereal, give me sugar or kill me babe, I will not eat Raisin Bran”

Hey sweetheart can you please get me some candy? I like skittles but you know I love m&ms.. and twizzlers, it’s for the shop. :)
The lady behind the desk chirps a name again, but you are still racking your brain on what else was needed. The soup you had planned on making tonight would be perfect for the chilly weather rolling in. November was coming in like a lion, ferociously cold and temperatures already dipping below zero.
Eddie loved your potato soup, so much that he begged you to make it after another long, grisly week at the shop.
He loved everything you made, even your chili that he doctored up by adding sour cream and Doritos to it. Bon Appetit he would say with a smirk on his lips, a heaping bowl steaming in front of him.
The clerk behind the desk tutted and huffed, the schedule was getting behind.
“Tooty Munson! Is there a Tooty Munson here?”
You glance up quickly at the sound of your name, “shit,” you breathe, “here, yes,” you scramble shoving the list and pen into your purse, buried amongst the gum wrappers and a spilled container of tic-tacs.
The receptionist clicks her papers against the formica counter and holds her nose in the air, as if this job and you were beneath her.
“He’s ready for you now.”
—-
“…alright, Ed, did ya look o’er those applications yet? ‘Tween you D and Mike I don’t think we are going to be able to keep up everything that we got on the schedule.”
Wayne’s eyebrows are raised as he looks over the bifocals perched on his nose. He had been scouring over the schedules and the books for the better half of the afternoon since lunch hour—trying to figure out how to swing their overloaded schedule.
It wasn’t that they couldn’t do the work, they were simply short handed. After Boom closed his doors in Hawkins, he had recommended to his regulars that they travel to Bridgeport to Master Mechanics to see Eddie and Wayne. Business was booming, and the Munson’s could barely keep up.
Early on, Wayne and Eddie decided they would only be open until noon on Saturday’s but now with the packed schedule, they worked til almost dark every night of the week, including some Sundays.
Wayne rubs his short nails through his scratchy mostly white scruff, “we can’t have these boys workin’ like this, they’ll quit on us before you can slap a tick.”
Eddie was leaning against the doorway, a bottle of Coca Cola held limp in his hand, a greasy rag stuffed in his back pocket.
“Yeah,” he yawns, stretching out his back, “let’s hire ‘em all, we need the extra hands, or I’m gonna need an extra back.”
Wayne grunts in confirmation. The highlighter squeaks as it’s drug across the phone numbers on the applications, “I’ll call ‘em first thing in the morning,” he straightens up his desk and shoves the papers into a drawer.
His glasses clink as he folds them up and lays them next to a picture of the newlywed Munson’s. He leans back in his chair, the leather crinkling beneath his worn coveralls, “I’m callin’ it for the day,” he exhaled, staring up at the ceiling, “it’s been one helluva week and I’m shot, tell the boys to go home to their wives.”
“and you too,” he points, “go take care of your wife, Ed, tell her I hope she starts to feelin’ better.”
Eddie’s curls bounce as he nods his head, completely drained from the week, shit maybe he was getting sick too? “she went to the doctor today, probably just the flu, Max told her it was going around.”
“Well then,” Wayne says, standing up and clicking off the table lamp, “take tomorrow off and rest–
both of ya, hear me?”
“Don’t need to tell me twice.”
—
Eddie’s tires crunch on the ice and hard packed snow of the driveway, a silent serenity, meaning he is only moments away from holding you in his arms, seconds away from kissing your lips, and if he was lucky, minutes from eating something delicious to fill his grumbling stomach.
He throws the truck into neutral, killing the engine and tossing the keys around his finger. Tracks from your Jeep tires lead into the garage he had built last spring. A huge project that your friends were paid in beer and a bonfire when it was all finished.
Thrusting his sore hands into his canvas coat, he ducked his chin into the zipper and braved the asthma inducing gust of wind to the front door as it whipped through his curls.
The house was oddly quiet, only the hum of the refrigerator making any sort of sound. Usually when he came home you’d be playing the radio, or talking on the phone to Max or Nancy, greeting him with a pop of your head around the wall in the kitchen or from the hallway, the prettiest smile put on your lips.
“Princess?” he called out in endearment as he untied his boots and put them on the shoe rack. His coatwas already hanging on its hook, usually next to your purse but your purse was thrown onto the arm chair, and your shoes were in the hallway like you had walked right out of them.
He undid the buttons of his work blues, letting them hang at his waist like a mechanic cape. Socked feet trudge down the carpeted hallway, you must not be feeling any better, probably too exhausted to make it out of bed.
But Eddie was wrong.
You were perched on top of the comforter, coat still on but unzipped staring at the door waiting for his arrival, fuzzy socks on your wiggling toes.
“Hey, handsome,” you said, trying to keep your pitch even.
“There’s my girl,” his velvet voice wrapping around you like a hug as he crossed the room and sat on the edge of the bed, reaching for your left hand and kissing the finger that adorned the prettiest ring he’d ever bought, “how’s my beautiful wife?”
It had been five months since you said I do. A June wedding in your own backyard, filled with friends who had served as family for years, gathered by your sides.
“I forgot the potatoes,” you say blankly, a weird little smile on your face.
Eddie sits down next to you, rubbing your thigh back and forth and letting out an exhausted yawn, “That’s alright, I can make us some grilled cheese if you’re up for—”
“I was looking at my grocery list, and couldn’t remember what I’d forgot.”
Eddie’s confused, but wants to reassure you that its no big deal, he’s a grown man he can certainly make supper for himself and his wife. “Sweetheart it’s okay, don’t beat yours—“
“Can’t make potato soup without potatoes.” And this time you laugh, kind of whimsically and in disbelief.
His brows turn inward, still he just keeps reassuring you that everything is fine, “It’s okay Tooty, seriously. Let me go make you some—”
And for the third time tonight, you interrupted him, “doctor said that’s normal.”
He’s exhausted and is honestly more confused than he would like to admit, “what? The flu?”
“No, no. “ you say, a twisted little smirk on your face, “forgetting things, throwing up in the morning, being exhausted… totally normal.”
“Babe?” He moves to touch the back of his hand to your head, wincing when he realizes that he’s probably freezing.
“I was so scared the last time,” you whisper, teary eyed, “terrified.. I didn’t know what I was going to do, but now—.”
Eddie reaches for your cheeks, holding them softly, his eyes searching yours, desperate to figure out what the hell is going on, “what am I missing here? It’s normal to have… the flu?”
“No, it’s not the flu,” you finally admit, looking up at him and rubbing the back of his hands with your thumbs,
“Eddie, I’m pregnant.”
—
You could fill an empty pool up from the tears that sprung from Eddie’s eyes that night. He was overjoyed, holding you tight while he wept into your hair. Kissing your belly and whispering to the baby. Small streaks of tears flowing down your swollen skin and the faded scar across your lower belly.
Each month that ticked by, Eddie’s worry only doubled.
The day after you had found out, he woke early. Watching as your chest rose and fell as you slept soundly in the original mock up of his hellfire shirt.
It was threadbare, cotton worn so thin it was practically see through— but you claimed it as your own back in the early days of your new relationship, hands on your hips and the infamous pout on your lip as you playfully argued with him about how it was now yours.
Dusk painted the diamond covered ground from the fresh snow over night. Falling as delicately as his lips allover your skin. Soaking up the dainty noises from your throat when he carefully slid into you, tears spilling from both of your eyelashes, love filling the room more sweetly than it ever had before.
The soft cotton of the blankets hugged your curves, and he exhaled a breath he didn’t know he was holding as he gazed down at his beautiful— now pregnant— wife.
His sweet Tooty, carrying a gift more precious than gold.
Kissing your cheek—he dressed quietly, scribbling a note on the bedside table about going into town for a bit, but to just relax in bed until he got home.
-
You were having a dreamless sleep, not even sugarplums could dance in your head with the overwhelming exhaustion that your body was trying desperately to catch up from.
Something cold then silky smooth brushed against your cheek, and a velvet voice sang a little good morning greeting into your ear. Your loving husband. Pressing sweet angel kisses behind your ear and on your eyelids.
Your bedroom was lit with the glow of a warm sun in the afternoon light. Playing a yellowed hue of warmth across your comforter, pulling the caramel color from Eddie’s curls and making his eyes look like a dreamy cup of coffee swirling with creamer.
His lips hug yours, both smiling into one another. Heart swelling more than your toes would in the months to come.
C’mon, got a surprise for you, princess.
The spare bedroom that was once a room for band equipment, then Max’s bedroom for almost a year before she eventually moved in with Gareth and Will, now held storage, was completely organized, and held a wide array of items.
A crib, brand new and still in the box, a pack n play, a swing, every box of diapers ranging from size 1 - 5, baby gates, outlet covers, fancy locks for cabinets and drawers, rubber bumpers for sharp corners and edges of tables.
A bookshelf full of baby books, how to’s for new parents, nursery rhymes by mother goose, books suggesting baby names and their meanings, and a guide on how to quit smoking.
Tucked into the corner of the room by the bookshelf and near the window, was a rocking chair.
“Eddie,” you gasp, running sleep from your eyes, “wh-what is all of this?”
He’s smiling ear to ear, trying to curb his enthusiasm a tiny bit. “I might have gotten a little carried away.”
Turning towards the shelf you see a plastic sack, full of candy and bubble gum, and mints. “Edward Joseph Munson.”
“Don’t scold me, mama,” he jokes, grabbing onto your hips and kissing your hairline, “I’m just spoiling our baby.”
God you loved this man, he’d break his neck to give you the world. He was the most loving husband, and now you got to see him step into a new role. One completely foreign to you both, only have shared the idea for a few moments before it was ripped away.
You lean into him, holding him tight and working your nose into the crook of his neck. “You’re gonna be the best dad, Eddie.”
He doesn’t hide the tear that slips down his cheek, just lets it slide and collect under his chin, his voice is quiet when he asks, “you really think so?”
“I know it.”
—
Wayne and Karen followed behind the new family in his pickup all the way home from the hospital. They were going to stay for a few days, help you both get adjusted to life as parents.
Karen and Nancy had filled your freezer with casseroles, soups and fresh bread. It was a hot July day when you were scheduled for the c section, and when it was all said and done four days in the hospital was more than enough and you were ready to be at home, snuggled up with your new family.
It was a battle of which Munson man could shed the most tears. Eddie and Wayne were both wiping away tears for hours. Overjoyed with emotions that everyone was healthy.
“No you don’t,” Wayne said as you reached for the back door to grab the diaper bag, “you go right inside and get comfy, get them legs up!”
You do as your told, leaving Wayne, Eddie and Karen to carry the load in. The hospital stay was overwhelmingly sweet, but you knew Eddie was itching to get back to normalcy, still not liking the way he felt cooped up in the hospital even though it had been years since you both had the horrifying visit.
Bags and suitcases are carried in and set into your master bedroom to be unpacked later, bottles and diapers are stacked and put into their respectable places. Karen starts warming up the chicken casserole she had prepared earlier that day. Wayne fussed around with the new dishwasher that he and Eddie had installed the month prior.
Throughout the commotion you had fallen asleep, legs propped up in the recliner, but you woke to the sound of the front door closing, and there he was.
Eddie was holding them both, large hands cocooned around their swaddled little bodies, crooked into each of his arms. Something he was nervous about but slowly getting the hang of, the nurses told him he was a natural, and Wayne wept into Karen’s shoulder when Eddie introduced the twins to their grandpa.
His normal obnoxious voice was murmuring low and quiet like a soft lullaby so as not to stir awake the sleeping little babies.
He looked at them both, adoration and tears springing into his eyes. He had never seen anything more beautiful in his entire life. How he could have helped make something so small and delicate, he wouldn’t understand. But, he didn’t need to.
A boy, born first— with his dark eyes and brown hair, and later the little girl, almost identical to his Tooty, and just as stubborn, both already wrapped around his fingers.
He murmured their names, and caught your eye as he said it, a smile so wide on his face that you were sure new dimples would bust through his cheeks, and you only heard the end of what he was saying.
If you would have told yourself five years ago that you would one day own a home, get married to and have twins with Eddie Munson, you would have laughed on the spot. That loud mouth jackass of a guy you had once regretted letting move into your home, had moved right into your heart and never left.
The demons inside you both were finally at bay, finding solace in one another in more ways than you had thought possible. Being loved by Eddie was everything you had thought love should be like.
And you pinch yourself to make sure it's real, and each and every time, it is.
“…babies,” he says, a smile on his lips and tears in his eyes as he looks over at you, his family, “we’re home.”
The end

Resisting an intense craving can be challenging, but there are effective strategies you can use to manage and overcome it:
Pause and Reflect: Take a moment to pause and assess why you’re craving something intensely. Are you hungry, bored, stressed, or just tired? Sometimes understanding the root cause can help you address it more effectively.
Distract Yourself: Engage in an activity that takes your mind off the craving. This could be a hobby, a workout, reading, or even a walk. Keeping yourself occupied can help reduce the intensity of the craving.
Use the 10-Minute Rule: When you feel a craving, give yourself 10 minutes before acting on it. Often, cravings will pass on their own if you can just delay the impulse.
Drink Water or Herbal Tea: Sometimes, drinking a glass of water or a cup of herbal tea can help you feel fuller and reduce the intensity of the craving.
Practice Mindfulness: Use mindfulness techniques to observe the craving without judgment. Recognize that it’s just a temporary feeling and remind yourself of your long-term goals.
Chew Gum or Eat a Healthy Snack: Sometimes chewing gum or having a healthy snack like fruits, nuts, or yogurt can help satisfy your craving in a healthier way.
Change Your Environment: If possible, change your surroundings to help break the craving cycle. If you’re craving junk food while watching TV, try moving to a different room or engaging in a different activity.
Visualize Your Goals: Remind yourself of why you want to resist the craving. Visualize the benefits of sticking to your goals, whether it’s feeling healthier, fitting into your clothes better, or achieving a personal milestone.
Seek Support: Talk to a friend or family member about your craving. Sometimes, just sharing your struggle can help you feel more supported and less alone.
Reflect on Past Successes: Think about times when you’ve successfully resisted cravings in the past. Remind yourself that you’ve done it before and can do it again.
Keep Healthy Options Handy: Have healthy alternatives readily available so that if a craving hits, you can choose a healthier option instead of giving in to the junk food.
Allow Yourself a Small Indulgence: If the craving is overwhelming, allowing yourself a small portion of the desired food can sometimes help satisfy the craving without derailing your goals completely.
Remember, it’s okay to experience cravings, and learning to manage them is a skill that takes time and practice. Being kind to yourself and staying focused on your goals can help you navigate these challenges more effectively.

oral hygiene practices
maintaining healthy teeth and gums is crucial for many reasons:
prevents tooth decay and gum disease. regular brushing and flossing remove plaque, a sticky film of bacteria that can lead to cavities and gum disease if not properly managed.
maintains fresh breath. poor oral hygiene can cause bad breath (halitosis). brushing your teeth, and tongue, and using mouthwash can help keep your breath fresh.
reduces the risk of systemic diseases. there is a strong link between oral health and overall health. poor oral hygiene can contribute to conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and respiratory infections.
saves money. preventive care is often less expensive than treating dental problems. regular check-ups and cleanings can help catch issues early before they become more serious and costly.
so, let's look at some key practices to help maintain your smile.
ੈ✩‧₊˚ brush your teeth twice a day. use fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush. brush for at least two minutes, making sure to clean all surfaces of your teeth.
ੈ✩‧₊˚ floss daily. flossing helps remove plaque and food particles between your teeth and under the gumline where your toothbrush can’t reach.
ੈ✩‧₊˚ use mouthwash. an antimicrobial or fluoride mouthwash can help reduce plaque, prevent cavities, and freshen your breath.
ੈ✩‧₊˚ maintain a healthy diet. limit sugary foods and drinks, as they can contribute to tooth decay. eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables can support overall oral health.
ੈ✩‧₊˚ stay hydrated. drinking plenty of water, especially fluoridated tap water, helps wash away food particles and bacteria.
ੈ✩‧₊˚ avoid tobacco products. smoking and chewing tobacco can lead to gum disease, tooth decay, and oral cancer.
ੈ✩‧₊˚ replace your toothbrush regularly. change it over every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.
ੈ✩‧₊˚ visit your dentist regularly. regular dental check-ups and professional cleanings are essential for maintaining oral health and catching any issues early.
i know that i am only reinforcing what your dentist is already telling you - but my purpose is to provide easy information and further reading resources that may teach you something new. by incorporating these practices into your daily routine, you can keep your teeth and gums healthy.
unfortunately, i know many people who ignore simple health facts (for a multitude of reasons). but this is not the way! looking after your health and your body is so important!

Cross-posting from my Patreon and my newsletter!
Welcome to this new, hopefully regular way for me to attempt to organize all the questions folks might ask about me or my work. I'll do my best to answer them, and I have a healthy backlog of these to get through! I'll still dig through my inbox on Tumblr here, but I just don't spend a ton of time here, and it's not the best way to get ahold of me.
ANYWAY, more after the cut (because I don't want to gum up your dashboard with a long post)
No holds barred, no IP or people off-limit: You can do a graphic novel adaptation of anything (or anyone's life story). What (or who) are you choosing?
With that in mind, I wanted to write and draw a book about an alternate universe Wanda in middle school having to navigate the quagmire of pediatric mental health services through the American public school system on top of figuring out her reality-warping powers. Like, what would the challenge of developing the tools for self-affirmation look like for a middle school girl who can change reality at will or by accident? How can she figure out and center what’s real or not if reality itself is literally malleable around her? How would she confront the emotional and physical gauntlet of being a tween when a mental health spiral could upend the fabric of the universe? That sort of thing. The whole arc of it was inspired by seeing how difficult it was for my little niece, who has similar brain issues to me, and her mother try to get adequate mental health support services for her in school, even with an IEP. It's a doozy of a process!
Anyway, the timing just didn’t work out. I’m just too tied up in projects I’m excited about at the moment, which is such a nice problem to have, honestly!
Thanks so much for your question!
If you have any Office Hours questions for me, feel free to drop them here anonymously or through my website contact form.

In order to truly improve oneself, I had to learn what I did/didn't do that stood in the way of growth... and face it. Not what others did to stand in my way. Not what my environment was doing to hold me back. I had to learn the underlying structure of my own coping mechanisms and dismantle each individual gear/cog/bolt until the whole thing could tumble. And that was scary... because those were my emotional support coping mechanisms that withstood the test of the traumas that built them. Also, I'm sentimental and a magpie, so I'll hold onto the things that work, even if I only use them once (or I used to, anyway; it's gotten better-ish). Taking them apart seemed to go against all instinct... except I didn't need them anymore. Once, they were beautiful, protective strategies that aided my survival and helped me through truly heinous experiences. Now, they were rusty structures gumming up the works, because I outgrew their necessity.
Old me would venture into "self-improvement" journeys often, and always meet the first real obstacle with avoidance rather than courage. I had to learn the hard way that the rough patches and dark legs were to be endured if I were to move forward. Instead, I would loop, burying fear and grief underneath the conviction [denial] that "Healthy = Easy". Except I had to get to Healthy, and my foot was nowhere near the first step into that state. The once-beautiful guardians of my soul were now rusting piles of illness blocking forward progression. Clearing the path to improvement meant sitting down and learning how to undo what I built on self-preservation instinct in a massive hurry. It brought up memories of why I built it in the first place and what it protected me from. It made those memories feel like active threats to my psyche even though I was physically so far removed from those environments.
The hardest lesson I needed to learn from looping through the self-improvement track over and over again...:
I could not move forward until I unburied my grievances and came to terms with their sources. I could not go anywhere until I dismantled what I had built because of traumas. I could not become that "best version of self" until I realized the cage I built around myself for protection was now a self-imposed prison I needed to let myself out of in order to feel the sunlight on my face.
Make sure that your journey to self-improvement is not, in fact, a burial of your grief. That graveyard will come to life and haunt you every time you try to move forward, and you have to truly lay it to rest in order to move on.

The Hidden Eros in Oral Care
Heart health is directly related to the quality of one’s oral hygiene.
Oral care and professional dental hygiene such as deep cleanings (especially as you get older) and brushing your tongue and the roof of your mouth daily favorably impact your heart health and the spiritual energetic emanation of your heart energy and body scent. That, coupled with pelvic circulation, the divine capacity to shake any fibroids and other toxic debris out of your own body, is also important to your quality of scent. Now your energy can flow better.
Increasing the health of our heart is important because it pumps and pulses our blood to other organs and provides our body with cleaner oxygen. Our heart is important for many less-than-obvious reasons as well. It is the only organ that supports us in radiating more peace, love and joy out into the world. So if you care about your heart, you must also care about your teeth and gum tissue, something I wish I would have learned when I was younger. But quality teeth and gum care are not about having perfect teeth as marketed in Western society, but about healthy teeth and gum tissues and thus healthy circulation of our heart energy.
Well-sourced meat (especially for more athletic people who *enjoy* meat) is okay as long as they regulate and stay aligned with healthy digestion which of course impacts quality of scent. If f you eat meat, you must be more meticulous with self-care which needs to stated and taught more I find.
I am a Scent Priestess among many other roles. Healthy scent/pheromones are part of my core values.
I believe as women, as female-bodies people, scent has to become one of our strongest senses and personal allies because of its ability to support us in drawing precise conclusions or making clear decisions through scent-tracking. How someone or something smells provides us with deeper intelligence and wisdom about a person or an environment, who and what is good for us and working in our favor.
Also, the quality of one’s health and the quality of one’s scent, are all inextricably linked to their quality of sex. If you love openhearted high-quality sex, if you love creativity and creative energy, creating new body and life narratives, meeting your goals and dreams, you must also adore self-care and spending time tending to your body, not putting yourself last. You must also embark on a journey of finding pleasure in opening up your lymphatic pathways and sweating regularly as well as touching and massaging aloe/oil/body butters into your whole body.
The ability to experience enthusiasm, ecstasy, natural bliss, instrinsic beauty, prophecy, and the like occur with more ease when you feel good, and smell good because your energy is unlocked and flowing. The flow of energy also keeps your signal for deliberate creation strong and available.
The quality of your flow of energy is the only thing that truly creates your reality.
The systems of oppression and repression we live in that de-magnetize and de-sacralize the feminine inhibit us from discovering real pleasure and erotic energy in most things we do, like in our oral care. Opening up your mouth wide and caring for your teeth and gum tissue, doing hip circles as you slow-brush your tongue, knowing how this care also contributes greatly to your confidence and sexual wellbeing, may start to feel delicious and even a bit erotic overtime to you with more tending, conscious opening like undressing slowly while soft gazing at your lover, and getting your mouth healthier, happier, or more sensitive to pleasure. If we want to cultivate the big chi needed to create the world we desire to see, we have to be willing to show up more creatively and erotically in nearly everything we do.
We have to become women again, Gods, dripping with big desire, even while brushing and flossing our teeth sometimes. We must become women, Goddesses who wear little to no chemicals, make high-quality oil tinctures by hand and beating heart, smelling like love, tasting like love, emanating more love and beauty into the electromagnetic field. This is how we create projects, art, or other dreams that have a heartbeat, where we don’t have to beg consumers to buy or purchase, but the work is so valuable and rooted that its own pulse will circulate it around in the world and into the global marketplace on our behalf.
Yes even inanimate objects, gestated properly, can carry a circulatory system. Mm. Amen.
—-
When you are ready to cross the threshold of waking up from the amnesia and egoic dream state you were groomed to live in, please know it is not all pleasure all the time which can lead to spiritual bypassing and hedonistic insatiable parasitic energy, like attracting a lover who doesn't really care about you and lowkey only really wants to fuck. None of this melody of love work is about getting stuck in pleasure because some of the transformative emotions are not pleasurable to experience.
The Feminine
The light is expanding which means that we too have to expand in order to hold more light. This is what awakening looks like. But a true awakening to light and wisdom in this dimension actually is a great descent into the human body--moving us out of head and down into our pussy, sex/creative energy center, and psyche on Earth which will bring up and out anything that is not true like vomiting in a ceremony, including the ugly, the uncomfortable, and the hard, which may likely bring heartbreak, pain, loss loneliness, etc. and reveal other blind spots and shadows one has been numbing or hiding from. But it will be also illuminate profound unmet layers of beauty because what's also true is that waking up is an ongoing internal work of resensitizing ourselves to experience real pleasure -from the subtlest, softest, benevolent, whispering touch of the wind to the firmest most passionate hand-full-of-pure-ass-grip under a moonlit sky and allow our range for pleasure to widen and expand on all levels like the universe, even in our oral health and oral...care. These are also ways the body naturally regenerates and create more meaningful experiences.
“Scent Priestess” is one of my favorite chapters in The Melody of Love series. 🫀🫀🫀
