When I was attending the Twins of Faith conference back in 2015, the organiser had invited Sheikh Abdul Muhsin Al-Qasim hafidhahullah, Imam of al-Masjid an-Nabawi, to impart some words of benefits for the audience. Here are some summarised points:
🌿 Rasulullah salla Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: ❛By Allah, if a single person is guided by Allah through you, it will be better for you than a whole lot of red camels.❜ 【Riyad as-Saliheen 1379 (Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim)】
❛Better for you than red camels❜ is an allegory for everything that is better than anything else. So keep on spreading the truth and be patient, and do good deeds because perhaps others may follow suit.
🌿 For the sisters who truly want to maximise their efforts to attain Jannah, observe what Rasulullah ﷺ said: ❛If a woman [is consistent in these matters, i.e.] prays her five [daily] prayers, fasts in Ramadan, guards her chastity, and obeys her husband [as long as it does not go against the Deen], she will enter Jannah from any gate that she wishes.❜ 【Sahih Ibn Hibban 4163 | Graded Sahih by Al-Arna’ut】
🌿 Miniscule “unworthy” good deeds, even if it’s the size of half an atom, is still worthy in the Sight of Allah. Rasulullah ﷺ said:
❛A prostitute was forgiven by Allah, because as she was passing by a panting dog near a well, she realised that the dog was about to die of thirst. [So] she took off her shoe, and tied it with her headcover, and she drew out some water [from the well] for it. Thus Allah forgave her because of that.❜ 【Sahih al-Bukhari 3321】
This hadith gives us hope, that even though we have sinned so much, don’t let that stop us from doing good. Always have good thoughts of Allah, and never look down on any good deeds, because anything khayr that we do sincerely for Allah and in line with the Sunnah, are our means to attain Allah’s Rahmah.
Your sister in Deen, Aida Msr ©

City Of Peace
Mymensingh. This city always finds a way to plant a new seed in my heart. I remember almost five years ago I came to Golgonda, in the house opposite of where my Dadibari used to be. There is something so different about this family. It was the day of Eid. Magrib came around and literally everyone in the house rushed to go and pray. I sat there cluelessly until a Fuppi came and politely asked me if I was gonna pray. I prayed after a really long while that day. I had just turned a teenager, and all these new people surprisingly did not make me anxious. Instead I loved every single one of them. The Dada-Dadi who would not let us leave at any chance without eating dinner with them, Chhoto Fuppi who made me feel at home instantly, Boro Fuppi who held my hand in hers the whole time we spoke, the little cousins who seemed like the smartest kids I knew and of course,my favourite member of the family- Hadika Apu. We had so many common interests. She was the one who got me interested in reading, watching anime and K dramas. To this day my bookshelf is colour coordinated just like I saw her do. She had the coming of age movie's protagonist kind of bedroom. At that time she seemed like the coolest person I knew in the whole world. I even used to tell my friends that If i had a girl crush it would be her. And thinking back now, she has so much in common with the guy I ended up being in love with.
She had come home after three and a half months this time. DU took her away from home. The first thing I noticed when I got into her room was how empty it was. "আমার রুম আর আমার নাই" She had said lightheartedly. The bookshelves that once collected pieces of her personality now collects dust. We didn’t talk about how that makes her feel, I don't think it was necessary. Because she has her people to make up for it. It's the way her dad hugs her in front of all the guests when the topic of growing up comes around. And it's in the tone of her Nani saying "হাদিকারে রাইখা যা" when the rest of her family is planning to go to her Dadabari. There was no raising of voices, no unnecessary chaos. Serene is the word that suits them best. And somewhere within that house my heart found a place for itself too. I ended up staying the night. I had to see more of this family simply being a family. Losing patience is a rare occasion for them. A raise of voice seems unnatural here. Even the youngest one in the house gets up for all five prayers. He might get up and join everyone else in the living room in between fard, sunnah and witr. But he still prays. Allah allowed me to pray all my prayers on time while I was there,Alhamdulillah. Which says everything I need to say about them. The eagerness of Hadika apu to get me a prayer mat and hijab at 4 in the morning for fajr made my heart even more soft for her. Any time I spent in her presence didn’t seem like it was enough, I wish we talked more. I didn’t think leaving that house would affect me so much I wouldn’t even speak to anyone for hours after coming back from there. Everyone back at Adu's kept asking what they had done to me back there. But to me taking a nap felt like a better answer.
This visit to Golgonda will surely form the person I become in the next five years or so.

Whoever thinks time has changed, so should Islaamic legislations.
The Sheikh Saalih Al Fawzaan - May Allaah preserve him, said:
"Whoever thinks time has changed and that the legislation of the Book (Qur'aan) and Sunnah is past and (thus) a legislation is to be brought to suit this current time, just like they say; (then) this is apostasy (abondoning) from the religion of Islaam"

If you're going to greet your neighbours or relatives personally with the onset of Ramadan, then don't visit them empty-handed. Greet them with a box of dates. I've intended to do the same so I couldn't resist myself from sharing the suggestion, إن شاء الله
Our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said,
“The most excellent pre-fasting meal of the believer is dates.”
Source: Sunan Abī Dāwūd 1399
Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani
Let's plunge into this holy month with a good deed. By doing so we can earn a few rewards, InshāAllah. We can check on our neighbors and fulfill their rights which is a huge deal in our deen and in the case of relatives we can maintain and strengthen our ties of kinship. We can revive the sunnah of our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). And for every date that is consumed by them during this month, we can earn the reward for feeding a fasting person, bi'idnillahi ta'ala. In addition to all this we can encourage and compel others to follow suit and thereby earn a share of reward, InshāAllah!
Allah سبحانه وتعالى says in the Qur'an:
وَتَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِ ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ
“And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allāh; indeed, Allāh is severe in penalty.”
Surat Mai'dah, 2

Where Is Allah?
Where Is Allah♥ Allah SWT Exalted Above The Heaven♥ Above The 'Arsh♥ Allah Is Close To Creation By Knowledge♥
where is allah according to quran
It is proven in the Quran and Sunnah and by the consensus of the Salaf that Allah is above His heavens over His Throne (as befits His Majesty), and that He is the Exalted, Most High. He is above all things, and there is nothing that is above Him.
Praise be to Allah.
Is Allah above the Throne?
It is proven in the Quran and Sunnah (prophetic teachings) and by the consensus of the Salaf (early generations) of this Ummah (global Islamic nation) that Allah is above His heavens over His Throne (as befits His Majesty), and that He is the Exalted, Most High. He is above all things, and there is nothing that is above Him. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
{Allah, it is He Who has created the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them in six days. Then He rose over (istawa) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). You (mankind) have none, besides Him, as a Wali (protector or helper) or an intercessor. Will you not then remember (or receive admonition)?} [As-Sajdah 32:4]
{Surely, your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in six days and then rose over (istawa) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty), disposing the affair of all things.} [Yunus 10:3]
{To Him ascend (all) the goodly words, and the righteous deeds exalt it (i.e. the goodly words are not accepted by Allah unless and until they are followed by good deeds).} [Fatir 35:10]
“He is the First (nothing is before Him) and the Last (nothing is after Him), the Most High (nothing is above Him) and the Most Near (nothing is nearer than Him).} [Al-Hadid 57:3]
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “You are the Most High and there is nothing above You…”
There are many similar verses and prophetic narrations. But at the same time, Allah tells us that He is with His slaves wherever they are:
{Have you not seen that Allah knows whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth? There is no najwa (secret counsel) of three but He is their fourth (with His Knowledge, while He Himself is over the Throne, over the seventh heaven), — nor of five but He is their sixth (with His Knowledge), — nor of less than that or more but He is with them (with His Knowledge) wheresoever they may be.} [Al-Mujadalah 58:7]
Allah has combined mention of His being above His Throne with mention of His being with His slaves in one ayah (verse), where He says (interpretation of the meaning):
{He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six days and then rose over (istawa) the Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty) . He knows what goes into the earth and what comes forth from it, and what descends from the heaven and what ascends thereto. And He is with you (by His Knowledge) wheresoever you may be.} [Al-Hadid 57:4]
How is Allah close to us?
Saying that Allah is with us does not mean that He is mixed with (or dwells in) His creation; rather He is with His slaves by His knowledge. He is above His Throne and nothing is hidden from Him of what they do. With regard to the verse (interpretation of the meaning):
{And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge).} [Qaf 50:16]
Most of the exegetists said that what is meant is that He is near by means of His angels whose task it is to record people’s deeds. And those who said that it means that He is near explained it as meaning that He is near by His knowledge, as is said concerning how He is with us.
This is the view of Ahl As-Sunnah wal-Jama`ah (followers of prophetic guidance), who affirm that Allah is above His creation and that He is also with His slaves, and they state that He is far above dwelling in His created beings.
With regard to the denial of all Divine attributes as voiced by the Jahmiyyah (a deviant sect) and their followers, they deny that His Essence is above His creatures and that He rose above His Throne, and they say that He is present in His Essence everywhere. We ask Allah to guide the Muslims.
And Allah knows best.
Allah Is Exalted Above the heaven

Allah Almighty Exalted Above the heaven

PODSERIES: AVOIDING HYPOCRISY – PART 2 OF 8
The last blog was discussing the aspects of minor hypocrisy, which can be found within muslims. These are the people who misinterpret the teachings found in the Holy Quran and the Hadiths of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, in order to suit their own desires while claiming to follow the righteous predecessors.
Ignorance is dearer to them than gaining beneficial knowledge. Even if they obtain some knowledge they cherry pick which things to act on and which things to ignore. These people have been described in the Holy Quran as those whose knowledge does not profit them. Chapter 62 Al Jumu’ah, verse 5:
“…and then they failed to live up (act on their knowledge) to it is that of a donkeyladen with books...”
Doubts and desires have taken hold of their hearts so they give priority to the temporal world over the permanent hereafter. Their intentions are nothing except to gain the material world even when they perform righteous deeds. They fail to remember the famous Hadith found in Sahih Bukhari, number 1, which clearly advises that one will be judged according to their intention. They behave like the righteous yet, will find no righteous reward on Judgment Day. They prefer pleasing people over obeying Allah, the Exalted. They fail to understand that when one aims to please Allah, the Exalted, He will protect them from the displeasure of people, even if this protection is not obvious. But if a person chooses the obedience of people they will not protect them from the displeasure of Allah, the Exalted.
A sign of hypocrisy is being two-faced. This is the one who changes their behaviour in order to please different groups of people intending thereby to gain some worldly things. They speak with many different tongues showing their support to different people while harbouring dislike for them. They fail to be sincere towards people which has been commanded in a Hadith found in Sunan An Nasai, number 4204. If they fail to repent they will find themself in the hereafter with two tongues of fire. This is confirmed in a Hadith found in Sunan Abu Dawud, number 4873. Chapter 2 Al Baqarah, verse 14:
“When they meet the believers, they say: “We believe,” but when they meet their evil companions (in privacy), they say: “Surely we are with you; we were merely jesting.””

Joblessness is a disease that kills mental, intellectual, and physical capabilities. As a matter of fact, it is inevitable that human beings should move and work; if they are deprived of work and activity, their brains become beset, their intellects become exhausted, the discipline of their minds becomes weak, and devilish insinuations and malicious thoughts take control of their hearts. Evil and wicked intentions may occur to them as a result of the depression that befalls them due to their joblessness.
In order to be cured of this disease, the affected youth should develop interests that suit them like reading, writing, trading, or any other occupation that can stand between them and unemployment and which are capable of making them sound and useful members of their communities, whether they do the work for themselves or for others.
Book : Youth's Problems
Issues that Affect Young People Discussed in Light of the Qur'an and the Sunnah

Where Is Allah?
