Bonded: January 12, 2024 - and in attempting to to acquire her firearm- the mother learned that her firearm had traveled through highly irregular channels, and which she later found out was being presented to her: missing 1 round.

first part is mostly hold music while Cindy told the mother that she was calling Trooper Rozzell - and then Cindy rejoined the call at 7: 48, and then at 10:30 - Cindy reports to the mother the supposed inventory of what Trooper Rozzell had remanded custody of to Sumter County Crime Scene Technician CST GARRITY #A90 of Sumpter County Sheriffs Office, “ your gun, 13 rounds of ammunition, and your black holster”. and that the mother’s firearm was “in evidence” with the following case number :

Audio of mother Retrieving her firearm from Sumter County Evidence, the discovery of the missing round, mother’s interaction with Sgt. Mullins at Sumter County Evidence. Sargent Mullins in Charge examined the firearm in front of the mother. There were *12* rounds present: exposing that there was 1 round missing: all while in the lobby of the sumter county Evidence dept., and was recorded on security camera, per Sgt. Mullins.

Whomever had packaged the firearm: had placed the hollow-point at the top of the magazine, the mother has knowledge that yet this singular hollow-point was located in the chamber when Trooper Rozzell seized the firearm from in her possession: the magazine was full: and topped off after the 1st round had been loaded into the chamber.

The mother had witnessed Trooper Rozzell removing all the rounds from her firearm at the time of her arrest, confirming what she knew to be true, 13 rounds.
