Lake Mendota in Wisconsin is transformed by the changing seasons – covered by ice in winter, and by algae in summer – and a new study shows how these cyclical shifts are putting the lake's bacteria into evolutionary loops. Led by researchers from the University of Texas at Austin, the team behind the study analyzed 471 lake microbe samples collected across 20 years, looking at genetic variations within and between species through time. The data showed thousands of bacteria species evolving through the generations, then evolving back to a virtually identical state as the seasons shifted. As microbes live just a few days, we're talking about genetic evolution crossing thousands of generations within the span of one year.

People are attached to the lies they think of as knowledge, which makes it really hard for them to take in any new concepts.

It is critical to unlearn almost everything we were taught and go back to a clean slate to start all over again, if we are to awaken to our full potential of awareness.

 

The problem is, that people are attached to all this ‘knowledge’ that isn’t true. It has come to define their ego, their purpose and their existence, so getting them to let go of their established belief system, is pretty difficult and in some cases seemingly impossible!

Unfortunately, there’s still a vast majority of people in that state and those that are, tend to be the overly intellectual, led by a left-brain imbalance.

The left hemisphere of the brain, is responsible for logical and analytical thought, but when it functions out of balance with the right hemisphere, which deals with intuition, creativity, holistic thought, compassion etc, it leads to a world view based on scientism, atheism, social darwinism and moral relativism.

A right brain imbalance is not desireable either, as it tends to result in naiveté, solipsism, religious extremism and slave mentality.

A balanced brain is therefore crucial to our ability to identify truth.

The controllers of the world are well aware of this and that is why their mind control strategy is to keep people’s brain out of balance either way: left or right.

Balance is the key to everything in life and understanding our own brain imbalance is a first step in the instrospective journey that this awakening journey requires.

Listen, when Spirit won’t let me sleep, you know it’s serious. Like, I am literally trying to get my beauty sleep, okay? Trying to stay looking this good isn’t effortless, but what happens? THE MOMENT I STIR, before I even open my eyes, what do I hear? Oh, just Ariana Grande whispering in my ear like the siren she is, “Something about you makes me feel like a dangerous woman.” And I’m like, EXCUSE ME?! Spirit, why do I need to feel dangerous at 3 a.m.?! I HAVE A SCHEDULE.

But no, that line keeps playing in my head like it’s stuck on repeat, and I’m tossing and turning, trying to ignore it, trying to go back to sleep, but Spirit is like, “Nah, babes. We’re not done here.” So I’m like, “FINE, WHAT IS IT, SPIRIT?!” And boom, I get hit with the Empress in my mind's eye.

Oh, okay, someone’s stepping into their power. Love that for you. I've been getting this in the collective's energy lately. Great. Can I sleep now? But NO. Spirit is like, “Hold up, May,” and BAM, next thing I see is the Tower. And I’m like, “Oh, cool, so someone’s stepping into their power and DESTROYING EVERYTHING IN THE PROCESS?! Love that.”

I finally fall back asleep, but guess what happens today? Spirit taps me on the shoulder AGAIN. Like, “Hey, May, remember that thing? Yeah, we’re not done.” And I’m like, “FINE, OKAY, WHAT IS IT?!” And guess what shows up in my mind’s eye? THE HIGH PRIESTESS. And I’m like, OH GREAT, so now we’re bringing secrets into the mix. Some hidden truth is about to blow up, isn’t it?

Oh, and it gets better. Spirit starts showing me gray feathers on the floor. And if you know, you know—gray feathers are like, “Hey, you’re about to level up, but also good luck because it’s going to be a MESS.”

I’m sitting here trying to have a normal day, but Spirit won’t LET ME. They’re like, “Pick up your cards, May.” And I’m like, “I’m TIRED. My throat hurts. Can I not have one day?!” And Spirit goes, “Fine, don’t pick them up. We’ll just project them into your brain like a free Netflix special. ALSO, that's throat chakra getting activated and cleaned because someone's about to speak their truth, so you better mention that”

So here I am, LITERALLY SEEING TAROT CARDS IN MY HEAD. The audacity. Spirit starts flashing The Tower again, like, “Oh, you thought we were done with this chaos? Think again.” Then I see The Moon Reversed. Secrets coming out. Deceptions being revealed. Hidden emotions and feelings coming to the surface. All that fun Scorpio moon energy, because of course it’s a moon in Scorpio. WHEN ELSE would Spirit decide to wreck everyone’s life?

And let me tell you, the cards they’re showing me? WILD. We’ve got:

The Five of Swords Reversed – Oh, so people are trying to apologize now? Trying to fix what they broke?

The High Priestess – AGAIN. Like, we get it. You’re intuitive. Secrets are coming out. Cool.

And then Spirit is like, “Oh, you thought that was it? HAHAHA NO.” I’m seeing the Death Card in my head now. Transformation. Endings. Cleansing. 2025 is a Year Nine, babes, which means ENDINGS EVERYWHERE. Relationships, jobs, homes—whatever isn’t working for you is about to get YEETED out of your life.

I’m also seeing VERY specific things. Like:

Someone’s moving abroad. Packing up and leaving everything behind.

Someone’s going through a massive identity shift. Could be someone coming out, transitioning, or just finally being their authentic self.

Someone’s breaking free from toxic cycles—buying their first house, gaining independence, all that empowering stuff.

Breakups. Oh, there are SO MANY breakups. But also apologies, reconciliations, confessions. Fights turning into love, love turning into fights—basically, everyone’s life is a telenovela right now.

And Spirit is like, “We’re clearing the clutter, babes. Making room for 2026. You thought 2025 was a new chapter? No, this is the BURNING of the old book.”

And here’s the kicker—Spirit isn’t even NICE about it. They’re like, “You’re stepping into your power, or you’re getting DRAGGED into it. Your choice.”

So yeah, this is your message. If you’re feeling like your life is an absolute circus right now, congratulations, you’re on track. Embrace the chaos. Step into your Empress energy. Burn it all down if you have to. But don’t you DARE sit there and pretend you didn’t see it coming, because Spirit has been sending you signs for WEEKS.

So anyway, I’m lying there this morning, stirring awake, and the first thing I hear in my head is “Something about you makes me feel like a dangerous woman.” THAT LINE. ON REPEAT. Ariana Grande is now living in my brain rent-free. I was like, “Spirit, PLEASE, let me sleep!” And Spirit said, “No, because we have MESSAGES, babes.” So I gave in, rolled over, and started channeling. And here I am. BUT WAIT, THAT’S NOT EVEN THE BEST PART. Guess what? Someone TEXTED ME TODAY saying they THINK THEY SPOTTED CLAUDE. YES, MY BABY. They saw a cat matching his description in another town. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH 😭😭😭😭💕💕💕💕💕 You KNOW I’m waking up at the crack of dawn, throwing myself into my car, and zooming to that town tomorrow morning. this is how you build your OWN beliefs from scratch

beliefs are the foundation of creating the life you desire, along with your inner conversations and emotions. this is why it is important to examine all the beliefs you have in every area of your life, especially those about people and yourself, to see if they align with your natural self, which is your divine self.

i said "own" because we picked up beliefs from the people we were surrounded by as children, having no choice at that time but to accept them. however, the idea is that you always have a choice to choose or create your own beliefs that align with your true self and will shape a whole new reality. if you want to build your beliefs from scratch, you need to:

identify the old beliefs – you cannot change something you are not aware of.

unlearn the old beliefs – ask yourself if they are true for you or if they align with your truth.

list the "new" beliefs – form beliefs that are true for you, true to your divine self.

act on the "new" beliefs – behave in a way that is more aligned with those beliefs.

persist – continue to choose the new beliefs you created moment to moment, even if the situation remains the same.

i definitely recommend having a journal when practicing unlearning beliefs that don't serve you, as it makes you more aware of them, making it easier to remove or replace those beliefs. doing shadow work is one way to deeply investigate what is happening inside you, why you believed the old beliefs, where they came from, how to make peace with them, and how to let them go.

once you have chosen those new beliefs, you must perpetuate them every day, especially when a situation challenges you—particularly your emotions—to choose that new belief for you to experience a new reality. because you cannot just list them and then forget about them. your behavior should match these new beliefs until it becomes natural for you to think and act in that way.

to truly experience this whole new reality you desire, persist in your new ideas, new beliefs, and the thoughts and behaviors aligned with those ideas and beliefs. it may be uncomfortable at first, but that is also just a belief. if you find it hard to attain, as i said, doing shadow work will really help you. this is just a reminder that you always have a choice. always choose what is aligned with your natural self.
