kill the narrative that The Acolyte didnt perform well compared to other Disney shows. The other shows were based on established characters and already had a dedicated fanbase and audience to start with. In contrast The Acolyte introduced us to a completely new era of Star Wars in live action with new original characters. And against all odds, it still performed well. Don’t be misled - The Acolyte is not a failed project. The real failure lies in Disney's reluctance to take risks and allow original ideas to flourish.

It's deeply unsettling when you talk to a man and realize that they don't navigate this world with the same constant fear for their lives that women do. Ask a woman about her worst fears, and she'll likely mention things like being murdered by a man, being raped, or being kidnapped. But if you ask a man about his fears, he'll rarely mention living in fear for his life because of women.

This difference is a reminder of the reality that women face every day. From the moment we are old enough to understand the dangers, we are taught to be cautious to protect ourselves, to be on guard. The fear of men becomes an intrinsic part of our existence, a shadow that follows us wherever we go. It's not even an abstract fear....it's a reality rooted in countless stories, news reports, and personal experiences.

And you know what's more chilling? the realization that, unless society undergoes profound change, this fear will continue to be an inescapable aspect of womanhood, from the moment we are born until the moment we die!!!!

I hate that this is our reality. I hate that for so many women fear is a constant companion. We deserve a world where we can walk without fear, where our lives aren't defined by the actions or potential actions of men! We deserve to be free and happy
