I toasted mini tomatoes in the oven and put it in a blender to make a sauce. Didn’t add any sugar or dried herbs but it tastes very sweet and flavorful!

i need a reality cooking show where there’s a neurodivergent guest judge for every challenge and the task is to make a standard household dish while catering for their preferences and needs. like it’s not competitive, the people on the show are just regular humans trying to make spag bol without actually adding tomato, or chicken wraps but they can’t use 50% of regular toppings because the very apologetic twenty-year-old on the panel will feel sick if you so much as mention avocado

and it would be a feel-good show where the guest judges are like thank you so much now i get to enjoy pizza for the first time!! i’ve never liked it but you’ve been so considerate and now i get what all the fuss is about this is my new fav food :D

Ok. So about his hands. Orcs in that world have naturally colored red hands and hair normally (there are exceptions of course). And their god magic runes glow red on their blue skin. Because of these things many races thought them to be blood thirsty violent people. Really their natural magics allow them to find and grow plants easily. Making them the first race to practice farming and ranching. Even though they showed up quite some time after the elves did.

Most orcs do have great strength and stamina though because of how tough the plants they do eat are. Thus leading to sort of play fighting and wrestling to attract mates.

I have a slew of digestion issues & the thing that consistently helps me most is also really simple: daily salad. I’m so serious, if you have digestion troubles please just buy a tub of pre-chopped butter lettuce & a tub of spring mix (with NO SPINACH because that goes bad fastest & will ruin the tub) & get yourself some deli meats & a few dressings you like & make yourself a salad every day. It’s so annoying that it works. I take a handful of the two boxes of leaves & shred up some lunch meat & squirt some dressing on it & I’m done. If you wanna get fancy you can throw some other stuff on there but most days I’m busy or tired or lazy & two handfuls of leaves/turkey breast/leaf sauce & I’m done & I feel better day to day. Just give it a try for a week you’ll thank me.
