~Sunday Morning~

Au: Roommates

Part: 5

Theme: Fluff

The sun casts it's morning light through the cold glass on your apartment window. You remain still in bed, savoring the quiet moment of a work-less Sunday morning. Although you were thankful everyone had secured the jobs needed to keep the lights on at this place, you still felt what every worker feels during an off day...

Relief.

You smile to yourself and roll to the other side of the bed facing the wall. You mindlessly scroll through your phone, watching funny and sometimes pointless videos with the volume as quiet as possible when (as to be expected) Toga bursts into your room. You groan in slight annoyance and sit upright, placing your phone on the nightstand next to bed. "Dude, can you please stop doi-"

Toga cuts you off with panicked words. It's only then that you truly notice the look on her face. "There's something wrong with the car!"

You end up following her downstairs to the designated parking area where Magne stands next to Spinner and Shigaraki. "Shouldn't we at least try one more time to jump it off at least?" She says to Tomura in a worried tone. He sighs and moves away from the open hood. "We tried it like 5 times already. If you do it too much I'm worried it'll end up causing more harm than good. Let's call a tow company and see which mechanics are open. She nods and begins looking on her phone. Spinner looks up and notices you standing next to Toga. He makes his way over to talk to you. "Sorry, I told her not to wake you up." He frowns at Toga and she rolls her eyes. "It was an emergency, duh. How are we going to GET TO WORK???" She grumbles at him. Spinner sighs and runs his hand through his hair. "Well I already give you ride sometimes. I can help these two as well." Spinner turns his eyes back on you and slightly blushes. "It's no problem to help anytime I can."

You shake your head and frown. "Shuichi I appreciate it but you already helped enough by getting Toga her job. I'll talk to my boss and see if there's anything more that I can do. He's understanding and already adjusts my time for me anyway." Suddenly Tomura speaks up at a distance. "Mr. Kurogiri has a soft spot for anybody that puts up with the excess workload as his assistant but there are a few limitations to what he can do before the Dean gets involved. His last assistant got fired for tardiness. Although they ended up just taking advantage of his kindness after all." Tomura approaches you and looks you up and down before scowling and looking over at Magne. "I'll give you two a ride until that piece of shit is out of the shop. Spinner can continue to give a ride to To-"

A familiar face comes out of the doorway and observes the mess around him. He rolls his eyes and approaches. "I was hoping to have a peaceful commute to the shop yet here you all are, doing what you do best...making an absolute racket of an otherwise quiet morning." Dabi complains. You softly apologize but Toga and Magne instead opt to stick their tongues out at him. Dabi then looks at the car and sighs. "Move, let me see it. I got a little before I need to clock in and there's no reason the skills my piece of shit old man taught me outta go to waste just yet." Tomura nods and moves over slightly. Within minutes Dabi is able to figure out what's wrong with it. While he's chatting with Magne and now helping discuss which mechanic to take it to, Spinner is busy twiddling his thumbs. "Hey uh...I know this is a shitty time to ask this but uh...I uh...I mean, are you free later on? Like free to maybe go to-" You look engaged at the conversation unfolding until Toga and Magne both ambush you in excitement, completely cutting Spinner off from talking.

"Good news! It shouldn't be more than a week!!!" Magne spoke while Toga happily nodded.

After all the commotion ended, Dabi departed to his Sunday morning tattoo shift, Shigaraki went to get caught up on his studies at the college library and Toga was sitting on the kitchen counter while Magne cooked a little breakfast. You were taking your time talking to Spinner about various things out in the apartment hall when Magne stuck her head out the doorway and told both of you to come eat. You smiled and nodded at him to join. Then entire eating was spent exchanging different words of various topics by you and your two roomies. Meanwhile Spinner was nibbling small bites of food never looking away from you unless you looked at him. Here lately you were all that was truly on his mind. He'd felt slightly embarrassed having fallen for someone so quickly but he felt as though you had that effect on people. He'd taken weeks to muster up the courage to tell you what he wanted to say. All that effort down the drain when he was cut off earlier today. His heart remains even more so panicked when he remembers the way Kai looked at you during the party that night.

Competition? Perhaps...

Oh who was he kidding. There wasn't a snowballs chance in hell he could stack up next to a MEDICAL STUDENT at a university. The boy seemed to have it all. Connections due to his father's company, status, good looks, a nice car, and money above all. Spinner became saddened once more at the thought of what would be better for you. His heart just couldn't let him give up. There was no way he wanted to stay 'just neighbors' and he was going to do something about it.

He just had to figure out what first.

"Aahh...this is so well needed." Kaede sighed in relief as she sank herself a little deeper into the water shoulders deep. The steam in the air, the warmth of the bath and having lovely company with her dear one is all she needed right now. At least the love hotel was more than welcome to have this kind of luxury to share. But even so, it still has ways to up the ante a little to make it more exciting in the bath. Perhaps the bubble bath added prior had added a bit of that sweetness in the air, almost like an aphrodisiac. Her flushed face looked relaxed and yet added some heat to her vibe.

Kaede nuzzled her body closer to Shuichi, making sure her skin touched against his own as she looked up to him. "But...I guess it can't be helped here either...looks like it's even hard to resist in the bath too." she giggled, leaning in closer to place kisses and little nibbles on his neck while her hand wandered down his chest. She fully turned her body to now sit on his lap facing him, kissing him passionately as a bit of tongue teased against his lips to slip in to his mouth. She grinded herself against his exposed cock as her eager moans slipped through. "Mmm...let me ride you, Shuichi...I can't hold back on this than I thought I could..."

First Date Headcannons with: Kaede, Maki, Miu, Himiko, Tenko, Angie, Kirumi, and Tsumugi

Warning(s): just a very, VERY, tiny amount of nsfw humor in Miu’s, cause c’mon. Some VERY light spoilers in Kirumi’s. Under the cut for the long post!

☆𝐊𝐚𝐞𝐝𝐞

➼ A musical. More specifically, Romeo and Juliet.

➼ Kaede liked visiting the classics, therefore finding two tickets to the show and inviting you along with her - not even considering the fact that she was technically asking you on a date.

➼ When you pointed this out, she just giggled a little and said that you two could grab a bite to eat afterwards, agreeing that this indeed was a date.

➼ She’s excited, so excited that it chips her nervousness away - especially when you both enter the theater.

➼ She’s mostly quiet during the play, glancing at you every so often, smiling. She’d take your hand into hers and hold onto it almost the entire time, wanting something to hold on to that made her feel safe and secure.

➼ After the musical, you’d both head off to a cafe and eat there, discussing the musical and some other things while waiting in line and eating.

➼ Kaede would insist on paying because “you treated her so nicely today”.

➼ Even though she bought the tickets and those alone were expensive asf

➼ And on the walk home, hand in hand, she’d gather enough courage to initiate her first kiss with you - telling you to look at her and then planting one on your lips.

➼ She’s been wanting to go on a date with you, but she just doesn’t know where.

➼ But she finally (with help from Kaito and Shuichi giving her suggestions) chose a nicely (but not over the top) decorated gazebo overlooking a beach.

➼ Of course, she chose the day to be one where it was cold enough for not that many people to be there, but not enough for the both of you to wear jackets - instead just sharing a blanket together while sipping down a beverage.

➼ She’d always make sure to give you more of the blanket, not caring if the semi - cold air hitting her skin was uncomfortable, making you her first priority. ➼ Despite what people would usually think, she’d smile a handful of times around you while conversing about different topics.

➼ Then you’d both head down to the beach, just being ready to collect seashells and build sandcastles and such.

➼ Maki didn’t mind the activities, as long as it was with you. Even when you splashed her with water, she reciprocated it - turning the next thirty minutes into an all out water war.

➼ And all in all, when she bought you both a treat to share and you two settled back in the gazebo together, you both agreed that today was one of the best days in both of your lives.

➼ An amusement park.

➼ She’d like all the rides and contraptions that made it work, muttering to herself what tactics and gadgets they must’ve used for each one.

➼ She’d be the one to put her hands in the air during the most intense rollercoasters, loving the thrill that came with it.

➼ But of course, if you don’t like rides, she’ll agree to do some of the games they have there and try out foods - as well as shopping and other forms of entertainment.

➼ She. Pays. For. EVERYTHING. These are some of the times where you get to see her soft side come out, letting you buy whatever you’d like.

➼ Of course, she’d tease you during the date - never crossing your boundaries, though.

➼ She’s confident the whole entire time, nervousness never crossing her mind.

➼ She’d always make sure you’d want to go on a ride or try something before rushing over there, wanting this day to more satisfy you than her.

➼ It worked, but instead of her being less satisfied than you - you both were equally satiated for your love for entertainment.

➼ She does make some sexual jokes during the day like the shape of the hammer in whack a mole looking like a dick I mean come on it’s Miu we’re talking about

➼ She’d want to initiate the date first, but she felt as if anywhere but home would exhaust her to the point where she’d not be able to give you a good date.

➼ So she’d invite you over to her house for a night over.

➼ She’d get Tenko and Angie to help her with decoration, music, entertainment, etc. But she wouldn’t want them there for the actual thing cause yk.

➼ Once you’d arrived, she’d smile (albeit tiredly) and gesture for you to come inside.

➼ “So, what do you wanna do first?” She’d ask, and then she’d proceed to hit you with like a bucketful of ideas on what you both could do together -

➼ So you two settled on making a pillow fort in her living room and then supplying it with snacks, games, some plushies, a few roses (that Angie had put in the bathroom), and some other things.

➼ Himiko then turns on a movie for the both of you to watch, letting you pick (but if you pick a boring or bad movie she’ll subtly judge you keep that in mind).

➼ Eating snacks in a pillow fort while watching a movie with your significant other is a good feeling. It’s an even better feeling when your significant other decides to put their head on your shoulder to rest their eyes a bit.

➼ And so while you were watching the movie, Himiko - she couldn’t help it - set herself on your shoulder to rest after all that work on the preparations and the pillow fort and it’s contents.

➼ After the movie she woke up - like literally once the credits started playing her head snapped up, almost hitting yours in the process - and then she asked what you both should do now.

➼ And so you two drowned the night with a bunch of movies, binge - watching the whole trilogy of the Hunger Games and stuff like that

➼ And finally, as the night ended, you both fell asleep in the pillow fort together - hugging each other like the other would disappear if let go.

➼ You know like one of those acrobat shows at a circus that do all these extreme stunts and whatnot? Yeah

➼ Tenko decided to take you there for fun, just because she wanted to - she had to wait for a long time for tickets to come out, but it was all worth it in the end.

➼ You both got pretty good seats, not neck - breaking and not too far away where you couldn’t see anything.

➼ Tenko would cheer very loudly for a stunt she’d like, bringing you to try to cheer as well.

➼ very exhilarating

➼ Once the show’s over, she’d bring you around the circus to look at animals and play games

➼ She almost attempted to punch a claw machine because it was definitely rigged ➼ She’d buy you a custom made stuffed animal of her and you, saying that you could keep the one of her and that she’d keep the one of you - “just for memories”, she said.

➼ And OH GOODNESS

➼ She’d go around and ask, “Do you want that?” “Hey, that looks fun!” And if you were interested in something? WALLET OUT IMMEDIATELY, ignoring your protests that she didn’t have to do this.

➼ She’s very protective during the date, but she also doesn’t want to embarrass you or herself.

➼ But overall, at the end when you kiss her on the lips for a job well done, she definitely knows that the ‘hole in her wallet’ for you was worth it.

☆𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐞

➼ One of those botanic gardens with a bunch of vibrant, exotic plants and flowers, as well as different butterflies and birds - oh, and good food and souvenirs as well!

➼ She stated that it’s a nice place where you both could relax after an especially stressful week, adding that Atua told her it’d be a good idea to go.

➼ Sure, hiking along the paths was tiring - but you both could always hop onto one of those buses that tour the whole place!

➼ And so that’s what you did - you both went onto the bus as it went around the whole entire botanic garden place, beautiful eye - catching flowers along the path as well as small birds chirping in the crisp warm air.

➼ Angie would smile and say that this was good inspiration for her art for Atua, and that she’d work on the rough drafts now to paint later.

➼ She’d ask for your opinion on the shapes and sketches, always taking your words into consideration.

➼ She loves leaning her head against you as she draws, also glancing out the window every few seconds to look at more flowers popping along the way and the specimens surrounding them.

➼ Soon, a whole page from her was covered in scenery, making you agree that her talent really suited her - even if she said that Atua was the one actually making it.

➼ She then would flip the page and then start to draw you and her in a beautiful background of the garden, butterflies around you two and both of your favorite flowers mixed together (if you don’t like flowers then it’s just hers) planted in the grassy hills.

➼ “We should re - enact this sometime!”

➼ A trip to the pool. Not your run of the mill pool either, one of those private - owned luxury pools in some tropical place that Kirumi owned and only let in people she wanted to in. Fortunately, that included you.

➼ Palm trees were scattered around it, as well as some lounge chairs and a bunch of warm fluffy towels.

➼ Kirumi would put sunscreen on you (no matter how much you protested against it) and then herself - not letting you go inside the pool till she finished.

➼ At first, Kirumi just wanted to watch you. But when you convinced her to join, she came in reluctantly.

➼ There was a diving board there, bringing you to climb up it and cannonball off of it - spinning in the air a bit into the 10 - foot deep part of the pool. ➼ OF COURSE SHE’S SCARED ASF

➼ Once you submerge in the water from jumping - and don’t come back up for awhile - she dives underwater to see if you’re okay

➼ You are, you were just trying to touch the floor of the pool by blowing out bubbles from your nose.

➼ You get an inflatable beach volleyball from under one of the lounge chairs, tossing it to Kirumi in the water, kicking up an intense game.

➼ And then after THAT you two rest for a bit, Kirumi wrapping a towel around you both and getting smoothies for the both of you. Honestly, it’s the best.

➼ Then, at night - APPARENTLY there’s a feature where the floor opens (opposite side of where you both are sitting) and you can watch a movie while on the lounge chairs and in the pool.

➼ And so, turning on a movie, you and Kirumi go inside the pool again to sit back and enjoy the comfort of each other’s presence.

➼ Overall, the day’s filled with sweet moments and a relaxing time - and what a better way to top it off than you both underwater after you dragged her with you and initiating a tender kiss with her beneath the water - nothing disturbing the peaceful atmosphere.

☆𝐓𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐮𝐠𝐢

➼ A convention consisting of anime, game, comic, sci - fi, e.t.c cosplays.

➼ She convinced you to dress up with her, her being Junko Enoshima and you being (insert a character).

➼ She made your outfit and taught you how to impersonate their voice to the best of your ability.

➼ And you both definitely stole the spotlight once you two were there, people complimenting both of your outfits knowing exactly who you were (if they got the reference).

➼ If this was your first time going to one of these, she’d reassure you that she’d stay with you the entire time - telling you that she’d take the lead with any questions and whatnot or what to do.

➼ If this wasn’t your first time, she’d still stay with you - but also let you answer things and make your own decisions as well.

➼ (I’ve never been to one of these so if anything’s wrong here correct me) It was overall super fun with her - as you both did games, talked to other people, recorded some videos to send to the class groupchat - a very much success.

➼ And after the whole event, as you both came out with a bunch of merchandise and souvenirs - one thing was for certain, and that was that you both didn’t regret today at all.

Small bonus:

➼ After she’d cleaned you up, she’d compliment you and say that you played the character well.

Kind of a drabble about adding Miu to my romantic f/os

I've never been so indecisive about adding a (romantic) f/o.

like. I even used to selfship with Wario (even though I never blogged about it. that was one of my earliest selfships).

but...

like...

nggh! on the one hand, Miu is mean, and gross. on the other hand, she's lonely and self-destructive, and I want to make sure she's alright. she's already our friend that we check up on a lot, and got Mikan and Shuichi and Kaede to check up on her too, and we all ended up peer pressuring her to stop turning to drugs or other self-destructive tendencies because she couldn't stop picturing our "sad little faces" (I was touched when Kaz told me she said that. I hadn't asked her to stop doing drugs, the topic makes me feel too awkward, but the others had and I guess with how worried we all were about her, it made her want to work on herself.) But she still seems lonely, and also jealous of a lot of her friends dating each other, especially me and Kaz and Tenko.

so uh, maybe we could fix her with kisses.

(or maybe she'd make us worse? lol)

also, the chaotic potential of adding Miu to the group is hilarious. (in hindsight, the anon that asked me about adding Toko to the group was almost prophesizing 👀).

I've...already got headcanons for her with our kids... I think I trapped myself with this...

like, of all the things to push me to this brink...

(this is so random) have you ever seen Defunctland: The Awful Wiggles Dark Ride?

I found myself thinking about me, Kaz, and Tenko bringing our three kids when they're all still little on this ride (let's pretend it's still in operation, or maybe it got abandoned but it's still there and Kazuichi could get it in working order. So could Miu tbh.)

I couldn't picture us riding this without Miu there as well. We would all enjoy it, mostly because of the kids (I feel like Miu would have the most childlike wonder about it and Kazuichi would still be rambling about the technical stuff an hour later. Especially if it was the broken version where the tvs or rooms would be on/off at the wrong times. Tenko would be the least likely to enjoy the ride itself (which is like me as well, but I've at least got a little nostalgia for the Wiggles), but she's got an excited toddler bouncing on her lap, so she's pretty focused on that.

So after imagining that, I ended up coming up with headcanons about Miu with our kids.

When the first baby (Ren) is born, Miu is the clingiest out of all of us to this baby and keeps saying they're "the spittin' image of me!" (meaning herself). This is false, the baby's bio parents are me and Kaz and they very much look like a combination of us two. Still, we know this is Miu's way of saying she adores this baby. We're not worried about her being unhealthily attached though; she's still pretty busy with invention ideas and always hands the baby back to one of us when she needs to go work on those, or when we ask her to (but only me, Kaz, and Tenko. She glares at anyone else who asks to hold the baby, lol.)

(Pregnancy, and specifically fictional trans woman pregnancy mentioned in next paragraph. Not sure if anyone needs that as a trigger warning, but just in case. I know pregnancy in general can bring up complicated feelings for people).

I was pregnant with the first baby and picked out the name Ren (who later came out as nonbinary). Tenko was pregnant with the second baby, a girl, and picked out the name Aimi. Miu was able to transfer the third pregnancy to herself and become one of the first pregnant trans women in the world (I feel like it is pretty in-character for her to not only try this but end up being successful. Let me dream okay?) She also had a baby girl. We all asked Miu first if she had a name in mind, but Miu didn't want to pick a name and likes most of the names we suggest anyway. Kazuichi picked the name Yoshi. So our kids are Ren, Aimi, and Yoshi.

Not sure when/if I'll draw fanart and write stories for all of this (maybe the Wiggles car ride though), I feel weird about selfshipping with Miu and Tenko even though I'm still writing the fanfic about just me and Kaz (and that fanfic will definitely take a while). But I'm holding myself to ridiculous standards. I can ship with them just because. I also worry about being unfair by focusing on Kazuichi the most, but I know it's okay to have a main f/o.

Kokichi ??? Protag + Kaito Supreme Leader Talentswap (Part 2)

Here's the first part of me explaining this AU concept!

I need a break from drawing stuff so here I am again with the AU nonsense! I kinda sat on this for a while because honestly, I feel that the best stuff I had brainstormed for this talentswap was all in the first two chapters. There's a lot less detail in my concept notes for the next chapters but still some shenanigans going on!

Chapter 3 & 4:

Chapter 3 has the usual double death trope, but with two different killers. I noted that Korekiyo was killed for the first death (by someone also on the Kaito team, to stir up some excitement!). The second death was the leader of the other team, Kaede, who was killed by supreme leader man Kaito with the knowledge that he could dodge execution by committing the murder second. He wanted Kaede out of the picture because she and her team were getting annoying, y'know? Also because he thinks killing is fun.

Most of the focus of both groups' investigations are on Korekiyo's death, with Kaito's group paying particularly little attention to Kaede's death, but Kaede's teammates manage to look just a little bit deeper into it and discover pretty quickly that Kaito has to be the culprit. Unfortunately, they can't do anything about it, and during the trial they try to focus on convicting Korekiyo's killer so they don't die (also because trying to say anything bad about Kaito gets them dogpiled by the other team in vehement denial). After Kaede's death, Angie picks up as leader of their team in her place.

I don't have many notes for Chapter 4, but Kaito does try to pull the second death thing again. This time, though, he targets Kokichi, not knowing Kokichi's the Ultimate Robot (Kokichi has been trying to keep this secret from everyone). After learning this, though, Kaito uses this against Kokichi by getting Maki to implicate him as the owner of Shuichi's lab (the Ultimate Assassin's lab, which nobody claimed as their own), especially since Kokichi didn't claim his own lab as well (Keebo passed it off as an upgrade to the Ultimate Inventor's lab to the group).

After Chapter 4, Kokichi's secret is out. On the elevator ride back from the trial, Angie asks him curiously what he's doing, since he seems distracted. Kokichi says he's making a memory backup of the day so he doesn't forget anything that had happened in case he unexpectedly shuts off; he's running low on power so he's a little concerned he might force shut down soon.

Kokichi's memory backup finishes. The lights go out.

Chapter 5:

Kokichi wakes up in the underground passageway before the Death Road of Despair.

His memories are foggy; he recalls Tenko attacking *someone* after everyone exited the elevator, and then all hell broke loose—Shuichi Saihara, the Ultimate Assassin, had started killing everyone in the courtyard.

But the Ultimate Assassin is trained to kill humans, not robots; Kokichi and Keebo took advantage of this and protected their remaining ally, Angie, before retreating underground.

"I'll try to recover more of your memories."

Keebo interrupts with this as Kokichi takes in his surroundings. He's currently recharging, with Keebo hovering over him as Angie sits nearby. Maki is a bit further away, able to narrowly avoid death because she and Shuichi had been friends—his hesitation served as her opportunity.

This is my only chapter with a clear trial concept, a "murder trick": a murder that is committed in plain sight, yet nobody knows who did it.

Thanks to Keebo's efforts, Kokichi is able to remember that Tenko was first to die while trying to kill Kaito—however, although he witnessed it, he's still missing the memory of who actually killed her.

The rest of the chapter is spent brainstorming ways to enter the trial room while avoiding Shuichi, who's guarding the elevator down. Then comes the trial, where the group debates between Kaito and Shuichi as possible culprits. In the end, Shuichi is found guilty—he killed Tenko in plain sight to protect Kaito from her, and his plan after that was to kill everyone but him and Kaito to end the killing game before he could be executed.

Endgame

Chapter 6 is not the most eventful thing. Having lost interest in the killing game, especially now that one of his closest allies is dead, Kaito does himself in in a locked room thinking it'd be an interesting locked room mystery. Maki sees through it easily and says "he was stupid to the end..."

I don't really know how or if they escape. My only idea was that Keebo invented something capable of shattering the cage wall.

Other fun details:

Himiko, as the Ultimate Tennis Pro, is actually a master at table tennis. She starts off claiming she's not that good at it and people praise her anyway, but as time goes on, her perception flips, and she decides that everyone else just *really* sucks at table tennis. "I mean, I can play this game with my eyes closed while sitting..."

There's no mastermind and the hidden library room doesn't exist at all. Kaito Momota was just the sole source of chaos

Kokichi and Keebo are very gay

So yeah! That's about it. Next up is the DRV3 plays Sburb (with a focus on classpecting) concept, since.. surprisingly-yet-not-so-surprisingly, Homestuck fans still exist and it managed to tie in the poll haha. I'm pretty excited for that one, so I should be writing it out soon!

Kazuichi, Byakuya, Shuichi, Nagito, Hajime, Taka, Sonia & Mondo headcanons with a partner who is the Ultimate Dreamer? As in they have a HUGE imagination and creativity. They always ramble about ideas, are easily distracted/zone out a lot and get very emotional when an idea for a story or art piece doesn't go according to plan? -He’s right on your wavelength!

-He’s got a crazy amount of creativity, too, so he’s right there with you and egging on your ideas!!

-He even adds on to them if you want! He’s got a lot of suggestions for everything

-He also asks for suggestions from you when he’s blocked for ideas on what to build/examine next

-At first he’s kind of offended when you keep getting distracted while he’s talking, but once he realizes it doesn’t mean you’re not interested, he’s cool!

-Has no problem repeating what he said, even if he has to do it twenty times in one conversation

-Kazuichi can completely empathize with getting emotional when something doesn’t turn out right

-He gets the same way when it’s his own creations, so he knows exactly how you feel and how to help

-“Hey, Y/N, don’t worry about it, okay?! We can always try again! Plus, I think this turned out pretty damn cool, anyway...”

-He’s always encouraging you and complimenting all of your works, even the ones you don’t think are up to par. And he genuinely means everything he says

-He’s honestly really impressed with how creative you are

-You’ll probably never know genuinely how much, because the most he’ll say is a “That’s quite an idea, Y/N”

-He’s going to get frustrated at first if you zone out often, so bear with him as he gets over himself a bit

-Once he does get more used to it, he’ll just sigh and repeat what he said. It isn’t much better than before, but at least he’s not rolling his eyes with a snarky reply anymore

-He kind of... nitpicks your ideas? He doesn’t mean it in a harmful way, he just wants to add on in his own way. He’ll add on his own suggestions for a more practical and successful approach

-He’s actually a pretty good listener, though you’ll mostly get hums and grunts as responses as he doesn’t have much to add onto your thoughts

-If you’re a writer, he’s fully willing to proof read your stuff! He won’t say that, of course, but you can tell by how quickly he gives in when you ask him

-She doesn’t mind you zoning out at all! She knows it’s not intentional and she has no problem just catching your attention again and asking where in her sentence you zoned out so she can continue

-Sonia is very observant about the people she cares about, so she can see that you’re starting to get emotional over a piece before you even notice it

-At an instant she’s bringing you water and snacks, suggesting to take a break with her and relax for a bit

-If that doesn’t work, she’ll wrap you up in her arms to comfort you and remind you that even if this didn’t turn out exactly how you wanted, it still turned out amazing in the end, and that is something to be proud of!

Mondo Oowada

-Damn, he’s impressed. How do you have so many ideas up in your head?? He’s astounded with every one tbh!

Kiyo is so logical and grounded that it makes it easier for them to help Kaito understand that whatever it is that Kaito’s upset about isn’t really as horrible as his mind is making it out to be! He also helps to find practical solutions to the problems, and Kaito is very grateful to not be floundering on his own all the time!!!

- Kiyo could do ANYTHING and it would fluster Kaito. I’m talking ANYTHING.

- These two especially love discussing the myths surrounding certain constellations and star patterns. It’s fascinating, and they both love the way their partner’s eyes just absolutely LIGHT UP at the mere mention of it

- Kiyo has age-regressive tendencies, and Kaito is very helpful and supportive! - Kaito can ALSO fluster Kiyo very easily, but in a different way. He knows that genuine verbal affection is foreign to Kiyo, so he makes it a point to say things like “I love you,” and “you’re so pretty,” and “Wow, I’m so lucky to be with someone as smart as you are,” fairly often. Kiyo gets embarrassed like a damn schoolgirl because of it, and often tries to refute whatever Kaito’s saying, to no avail <3

- Kaito is strong enough to lift Kiyo up off the ground, which is VERY strange and nerve-wracking for Kiyo. They don’t mind it, especially because it constitutes their boyfriend giving them a hug, but they’ve never ever been picked up like that before. Slight panik but ultimately very u///////u

- Kaito loves listening to Kiyo hum/sing folk songs. Kiyo enjoys it, too!!

- Nagito will sometimes very shyly ask Kaito to read his favorite mystery novels to him because he loves Kaito’s voice. Kaito doesn’t mind one bit because the lovey covey expression Nagito always makes when he’s listening is absolutely to DIE FOR

Suddenly, a figure appeared on the window, you quickly ran towards it and open up the window immediately, letting the figure in.

It was a purple haired boy, wearing a checkered scarf, it was easy to recognise him with that scarf he's wearing.

Kokichi ouma, the partner of your life.

"Phew!! I actually made it up!! Praise me Y/N!!! "

Kokichi stated enthusiastically, holding both of your hands while swaying them in the air, asking for your praise.

"you actually made it which surprised me but.... Is this really a good idea?"

You couldn't help but doubt about the choice you made. It seems that kokichi denied that thought as he shook his head and comforted you by saying that it's gonna be alright!

"don't worry y/N! Plus, if we didnt made this decision, when will we ever meet in person? "

You all quickly escalated to a big truck and leave the house immediately. It was frightening and exciting experience for you, you immediately started laughing out loud.

You stated out loudly, along with a few laughs as well.

Kokichi couldn't help but let out a grin as well while he saw you having fun.

You both went to the dating spot with a peaceful ride. You were having fun playing cards ,singing, playing games with them, you thought this day will continue like this, peacefully, but you're obviously wrong.

Do you really think you could escape by your parents evil clutches?

It seems that when they realise you were gone, they immediately went out and check , unfortunately, one of the d.i.c.e members were caught by them and were being threatened by them，forcing him to tell the location of you and kokichi.

And now they're right behind the truck, driving their car, honking vigorously , implying the truck to stop.

" Ah Shi- here we go... Don't worry we'll drive as fast as we can to get rid of them."

Said kokichi while checking out the car behind them, letting out a pissed off look on his face.

The truck started to get faster, as your heart beats faster as well, you couldn't even enjoy the cold breeze at that state, it's making you having second thoughts, though it's already been too late.

Should you stop the truck and go back to them like a good guy? But what if you don't? Will they call the police in kokichi?

You thought awhile, and finally , you let out a soft voice.

"... Stop .. stop the car"

Sure enough, you can only choose to be an obedient child towards your parents. With all dissatisfaction ， you decided to hid them in yourself.

Kokichi looked at you, he wanted to help you, but he couldn't, your family just don't welcome him at all. So he kept silence , while the truck slows down...

It was a hurtful scenery, while kokichi and you had to leave each other, while the d.i.c.e members being sad , while you listened to your parents nagging.Holding back the tears, you took the car all the way back home .

When you went back home, you immediately shut yourself in your room, let alone your parents nagging about you and kokichi, you sat in front of the door , weeping, by yourself . You could Vaguely hear those nasty words your parents said about kokichi.

" such a disgusting being, how could they think of such ideas? "

" we shouldn't let them have any association ever!"

" we shouldn't let our child learn nasty things from that ... "

You mumbled, trying to cover your ears, not wanting to hear anything they're saying.

You finally let down tears, throwing all the dissatisfaction out from your heart, tears rolling down your cheeks, dropping to the ground, the tears could not stop dripping , you wiped and wiped but theyre still dripping.

You just wanted to have a normal relationship with kokichi, with the person you love, why is it so hard?

Suddenly, you heard footsteps drawing closer to you, you couldn't see anything fur to your wet eyes, but you certainly thought that it was your parents.

" go away! I don't want to see you guys at all!"

You screamed, while your voice still stays a bit of hoarse. It hurts your throat when you did that, but that isn't comparable on what you've been through just now.

"hey... Hey... It's just me"

You heard a familiar voice in the room, you quickly wiped off your tears, looking around, only to find kokichi standing in front of the window, smiling.

You ran toward him and hugged him tightly , tears immediately began falling down again. He hugged back you too and shuffled his hand into your hair , comforting you.

"there there... You don't have to worry y/N, no matter where are you, I'll always find you, Okay?"

With a rare tenderly tone , he stated, he then kissed your forehead and tuck you to bed.

Maybe it's because you cried too much, you immediately fell asleep, not knowing kokichi had been accompanied you for a long time.

He left when he heard your parents' footsteps and said goodbye to you as well.

Saioumaweek Prompt: Kokichi’s Birthday!

HEY EVERYONE, I KNOW IT’S A DAY LATE, BUT!!! Wanted to write something for Kokichi’s birthday!! 🍰🍇 Just something very fluffy and cute for his special day...

Summary: It’s nearing the midnight of Kokichi’s birthday. He had sent a text to Shuichi for an impromptu hangout, wanting to spend private time with him since they’ll celebrate with their classmates later tomorrow, and Kokichi with his organization later that night! After a fun time at the amusement park, and enjoying some food and cake together... they head back to Shuichi’s house together, where Shuichi gives him a very special gift. And from there, just a very soft moment between the boys...

So basically, just some cute mindless fluff I wanted to write with the boys~ As always, to anyone who gives it a read: thank you in advanced, and I hope you’ll enjoy! ♥ And Happy Birthday once more to the glorious supreme leader Kokichi Ouma!!! 🎉

Running down the late light streets at 11:00pm towards the main Shibuya train station... not exactly what Shuichi expected to suddenly find himself doing. It all had started with an unexpected text from Kokichi 10 minutes earlier. ‘Saihara Shuichi, WHY are you late!!!’ Is what it said. Shuichi-understandingly-was very confused, and responded:

{Txt: Ouma-kun} Huh...? Late??? Late for what?

{Txt: Saihara-chan!} Huh! so not only do you have the audacity of keeping someone like ME waiting; you don’t even remember you were supposed to spend time with me tonight? s...s-so CRUEL, Saihara-chan...!!!

Which was a lie, of course: they didn’t plan to actually meet up tonight, as they were going to see each other tomorrow, anyway; at school where Kokichi’ll celebrate his birthday in the day with his classmates, before celebrating it with DICE later that night. But as always, Shuichi played along, knowing this was always Kokichi’s way of asking him to hang out without directly saying so... so he “apologized” for daring to “forget” their promise, before he rushed out the house like that after getting dressed, towards the train station where Kokichi told him to meet him. He honestly didn’t mind spending personal time with Kokichi tonight; in fact, he was happy about it. They probably wouldn’t have had time to tomorrow, with how busy the supreme leader would be... so a ‘pre-celebration’ together, just the two of them.... he was excited for it.

Once he made it to the station, he comes to a stop before taking a moment to catch his breath. "Hah....hah.... I-I made it..." He lifts his head up to glance around, looking for Kokichi. "I-I don't see Ouma-kun anywhere, though... I'm sure I'm at the right entra-"

"BOO!"

"Ahh!?" Shuichi jumped when he also felt hands grip his sides firmly. He quickly turn ls around to see the culprit. "O-Oh!! ...O-Ouma-kuun! You scared the heck out of me..."

"Nishishi~! Surpriiise!" He giggles, having purposely hidden behind a nearby wall to scare him. "You actually made it in less than 10 minutes! I'm impressed: well....not that I would've spared you long enough to explain yourself..."

“Well that’s because you told me you’d “send your boys after me” if I didn’t. Yeah, right.” He playfully tugged on his cheek, emitting a giggle from the boy. “So what would you like to do? I don’t imagine there’s many places still open tonight...”

“Lots of things! Like going to the amusement park: it’s still open. That’s why I wanted you to meet me here at the train station. And then after that, you’ll treat me to a fancy dinner and allow me to take over your bed when we go back to your house in the end! I’ll be my birthday midnight by then, so you must do everything I wish without no complaint~!”

“I-I see...” He slumps his shoulders, giving an exasperated smile. “Well then, you certainly got a lot on your agenda already, hmm? So the amusement park, then dinner, and then you want to stay over my place...” His smile brightening, he gives a nod. “Sure! That all sounds good to me: whatever you’d like to do Ouma-kun, we will do it.”

“You mean it!?” Beaming, Kokichi does several happy hops. “Yaaay~! That’s why Shumai’s the best! O-kaaay, let’s hurry down the stairs: our train will arrive in 5 more minutes!”

“Oh-!” Grabbing Shuichi’s hand, Kokichi rushes them down the stairs so they could make it down to the line they need to ride. Minutes later, their train did arrive, where they grabbed a window seat. They simply chatted about whatever, admiring the view of the city lights after exiting the train tunnel. It reminded them of the times they’d sometimes take walks together along the beach shore, where they could admire the skyline nearby at night. It was one of the times they could feel most relaxed, without a care in the world...

Once they got off the train, it was only a short walk until they reached the amusement park. While it was still expectantly pretty lively with people, it wasn't nearly as packed as it would be in the daytime. "Alright, Ouma-kun: where would you like to ride, first?"

Without missing a beat, he explains: "The roller coaster!!"

"..Eh?"

That frozen smile on Shuichi's face makes Kokichi laugh, a mischievous gleam in his eyes as his smile widens: "You heard me!! The roller coaster! Ohh I can't wait for Shumai to scream his lungs out!"

"W-W-Wait, wait, wait! C-Can we not ride something more uh....m-milder like the Ferris wheel or some-" Kokichi starts dragging him to the direction of the roller coaster. "thiiiing?!"

"Norpe!! Wahahaha!"

"Ouma-kuuun!!!" While Shuichi wasn't afraid of roller coasters, they still weren't exactly a ride he'd choose to get on compared to anything else. But for Kokichi, he'll get on it.

"Waaaaaah!!!"

"Yaaahoooo!!!" One screaming in exaggerated delight, and the other in distress, they were zipping through the air with how fast they were going. "We're going so fast, Saihara-chan!! Don't you love it?!"

"Noooo, I don't!! I don't at alll!!" He screams out, literally wrapping his arms around Kokichi as best as he could, as if holding on for dear life.

"N-Nishishi, hah hah haaah! You sound so funny when you scream, Shumai!!"

"D-Damn you, Ouma-kuun!!"

Kokichi cackled even more, cheeks turning a slight pink when Shuichi held onto him. This made coming here and riding the rollercoaster all the more worth it, now. Once the ride was over, Kokichi merrily steps off the ride without a care in the world. "Woo, that was fun! Right, Saihara-chan?"

"Guuuuh...." Meanwhile, Shuichi was blue in the face as he slumped over a nearby bench. "Y-Yeah. Sooo fun...." ("Thank god I didn't eat yet...") He thinks to himself...

"There, there...” He slowly strokes Shuichi’s hair, feeling just a little bad for him. “I have to admit... I didn’t expect you to actually get on with me. I guess you really do know better than to disappoint me, hmm?” He smiles, clearly joking. “But that’s a lie: Shumai was being so brave for me... it makes me happy.” There was a sincere touch of softness in his tone. He then leans his head up a bit, so that he can plant a soft kiss to Shuichi’s cheek.

“Ah....” Shuichi gasped softly at the kiss, cheeks now turning a warm shade of pink as he nuzzled his head slightly against his hand. “O-Ouma-kun...” It made his heart flutter in his chest, and to hear that he could make him happy like that. Anything was always worth it to make Kokichi happy... “I...I-I’m glad that... it made you happy! Even if, well-felt my life flashed before my eyes several times-I-I guess I also... had fun riding it, still...”

“Nishishi... good...” That made Kokichi just as happy to hear. Already, he was having fun on their little date. It made him wonder if Shuichi even saw this as one, knowing how oblivious the detective can be. Giving Shuichi’s head a few more pats, Kokichi hops out his seat. “Alllright! Time to get on more rides!! We’ll spin super fast on the teacups, bump into each other super hard in the bumper cart rides, and-”

“You’re seriously trying to kill meeee!!” And riding the many different rides at the amusement park, they did. While they didn’t actually spin super fast on the teacups (which Kokichi playfully “threatened” to do several times, resulting in very amusing Shuichi yelps as Kokichi’s hand was gently smacked each time), they still had a fun time on them; along with the bumper carts, swing rides, the games at the booths and arcade section, enjoying treats at the snack booths.... by the time they decided to get on the Ferris Wheel as the final ride for the night, they were fitting several bags of stuff they bought from the item shops, and prizes won at the game: including a giant white cat plushie Shuichi won for him at a shooting game. Even if he insisted Shuichi win him one of the best possible prizes as a worthy ‘tribute’, he didn’t expect him to actually try multiple times to get a high enough score to win him that cat plushie. It made him swoon.... he’d definitely treasure it.

“Wooow....” Kokichi leaned up from his seat a bit to observe the view of the amusement park below and the skyline in the distance. “So pretty....!”

“Yeah...” Shuichi looks out the cart’s window, admiring the scenery, too. “I’ve never really been here this late, before: I never thought the view from the Ferris wheel could look so pretty.”

“Makes you all the more happy I dragged you here, riiiight~?” He snickers, looking towards Shuichi with a smile. “I had a lot of fun, and was spoiled tons as I deserve to be! And don’t forget, we’re not done just yet: you still owe me a 5-star dinner aaand your bed.”

“Yes, yes...” He playfully rolls his eyes with a chortle. “Trust me, I didn’t forget. And I will still do all that for you: happily so.” He nods, smiling softly at him.

That smile, and hearing just how happily Shuichi will indulge and spoil Kokichi so much like this.... it made a deep blush spread on his cheeks, feeling his heart bounce around in his chest. “You’re the best, Shumai.” He flashes him an even brighter and bigger smile: one as genuine as the gentle tone he told him that in... and before he knew it, he was moving to sit next to Shuichi, so that he could lean his head against his shoulder, closing his eyes in content. “Mmm....” Until the ride is over, he just wants to stay just like this: enjoying the warmth of leaning against his beloved’s side....

Shuichi’s smile warmed when seeing Kokichi lean against him like that. Then when gazing down at their hands.... they were so close together, just barely touching. Maybe... it’d be okay to do this, he thinks to himself: to go and... rest his hand gently on top of Kokichi’s, intertwining their fingers together.

“....!” This made Kokichi open his eyes in surprise, darting down at their intertwined hands, before looking up at Shuichi. He was tempted to tease the heavily blushing boy who didn’t dare look Kokichi’s way, for being surprisingly bold like that. But for once, he wanted to spare Shuichi and not fluster him too badly. So to reassure him he’s okay with this... he gives Shuichi’s hand a soft squeeze, intertwining their fingers together just a bit more, before he closes his eyes back once more, an even bigger smile on his reddened face.

“Ahh...” A sea of relief washing over him, he also closes his eyes and leans a bit more against Kokichi, too. He also wanted to enjoy this moment as much as he could before they would have to eventually get off. He almost wouldn’t want the ride to end... neither of them did.

After they left the amusement park, it took a moment to find a restaurant that was even still open at this hour. They eventually did, and while it wasn’t some super fancy place or anything... Kokichi didn’t truly care about that: just being able to eat with Shuichi was good enough for him... they still enjoyed some great food together, and the detective even bought him a to-go cake that they could enjoy together later at his house, which Kokichi was very much looking forward to.

Once they arrived at Shuichi’s home, they quietly made their way to his bedroom. An impromptu sleepover: the perfect excuse he can give to his aunt and uncle when they’ll surely wonder why Kokichi is suddenly there in the morning. Having brought no change of clothes made for the perfect excuse of him grabbing some of Shuichi’s pajamas to wear, instead. They were notably a little big on him, but why he was all the more cozy in them. He’d tried not to pay attention to how much it made his heart flutter just wearing his beloved’s clothes.... and while Shuichi would be too shy to outright say it: he thinks Kokichi looks cute in his clothes, especially because they’re a bit oversized on him.

Shuichi also took a moment to change into pajamas as they sit at his coffee table. The container of the blackberry lavender cake Shuichi bought them sits in the center, and he made them cups of tea to go along with it. He cuts them both a slice, serving Kokichi one with a smile. “Enjoy.”

“Thank you~! I totes will!” He chimes, uttering a hum in delight at how delicious it tasted, along with the honey green tea Shuichi made them. As they were eating, curiosity couldn’t help but make him ask: “So! Saihara-chan definitely got me a present, right? Where is it, where is it? I wanna see!”

“Of course I did.” He nods with a smile, before chuckling. “It’d ruin the surprise if I told you before showing you, wouldn’t it? It’s still in the bag I was going to bring to school tomorrow, since I planned on giving it to you during the party. But since you’re already here... might as well just give it to you tonight, yeah? After we finish our cakes, I’ll show you it.”

“Okaaaay!” While he was usually impatient when he really wanted something, Kokichi gives several excited nods. From how that sounded, Shuichi must have gotten him something good. No: he knows it will be good, because it’s from Shuichi. “I can’t wait! A worthy present for a supreme leader of evil like me.... perhaps I’ll promote you to a higher rank in my organization if the the gift really wows me, hmmm?”

“I love the implication I was one of your subordinates to begin with. But wow, a higher ranking one, huh? What an honor: then I hope the present will be impress you well enough, ‘Boss’.” He plays along with a laugh, Kokichi laughing with him. He truly does hope Kokichi will love it, though: as he wanted to make it something extra special.... when they were done cleaning and quietly cleaned their dishes, Kokichi got comfy on Shuichi’s bed as he saw him go into his closet to pull something out. “Here is the bag containing your present.”

“Oho!” Giddily, Kokichi sits upright on the bed, excitedly kicking his feet in the air. “Present time!! Let’s see what Shumai has bestowed upon me!”

Smiling, he nods and hands Kokichi the gift bag. “Here you go. I... really hope you’ll like your gift. And since it’s past midnight now... Happy Birthday.”

“Thanks, Saihara-chan! And yeah, I’d better: if you’d wish to survive but that’s a lie, of course I’ll love it! Shumai never breaks my high expectations, after all!” He snickers, emitting a shy giggle from Shuichi. Without taking a second longer, Kokichi reaches into the bag.... and his eyes widened in surprise. “....!”

In Kokichi’s hands was a journal; a handmade one. The cover was a deep purple color, and made out of soft leather, complete with a thin strap to be able to close it once tied. In the lower left corner of the journal, ‘K.O.’ was engraved in gold lettering, symbolizing the initials of his first and last name. Kokichi slowly coursed his fingers down the fabric of the journal, admiring its soft touch. Shuichi had been nervously standing in place as he saw Kokichi examine the cover. “It’s a journal....! A-A handmade one. I thought, if I made one myself... it’d make the gift feel all the more special to you.”

“A handmade one, huh...” Shuichi had actually made this for him. To make his gift feel all the more special: Shuichi put in that much effort... for him. “Ah...” Feeling his cheeks burn, it was hard to ignore the loud pounding his heart. Just when he thought he couldn’t fall for the detective any harder than he already does: he’s proven wrong, once again.

“S...So... what do you think?”

“The cover feels soft.... I like it. And my initials being engraved in gold... nishishi, you truly are aware just how much of a big deal I am, huh? As expected from my beloved Saihara-chan!” He cheers, smiling brightly at him. “I love it! And you know that’s not a lie!”

“Ahhh....!” His eyes shining in delight, relief instantly washed over him as he clasped his hands together. “O-Ohh, I’m so happy to hear that, Ouma-kun: so happy that you love it! I thought you might like the soft leather and gold letters, heheh... ah, but there’s more-!” Now sitting down close to him, Shuichi gestures: “Open the journal and look at the inside cover. I left a...l-little surprise for you!”

“Ohhh?” Curious, Kokichi does as told and opens it to look at the inside cover. There was a small note inside, also written in golden letters. It reads:

‘Ouma Kokichi’s very own personal journal! One befitting of a supreme leader, I hope? Hahaha: in all seriousness, I hope that you love it, Ouma-kun. Happy Birthday, and may today and the following days be great to you... my beloved supreme leader.’ - Shuichi

“...............” The expression on Kokichi’s face froze. Eyes widened, he purses his lips, stifling a sharp gasp that wanted to leave it. He felt his cheeks burn even worse than ever, not being able to help the small whine that leaves him. “Nnnnghh....” From the heartfelt message, to Shuichi calling him his beloved supreme leader: that officially obliterated Kokichi, feeling like his heart was going to explode. “K...Killing me with something so damn sappy.... d-damn you, detective!!” He points an accusatory finger at him, feigned look of irritation on his completely red face. “How dare you!? This is treason!”

“H-Hahaha! That doesn’t even make sense!” He laughs, feeling his own cheeks darken. He shyly darts his eyes as he scratches his cheek. “I-I just, um... wanted to leave you something nice that you could always read whenever you use this journal. To ah... put a smile on your face...”

“So damn cheesy...” Yet there was nothing but fondness in Kokichi’s tone as he said that. Shuichi being so cheesy like that, was exactly what he loved so much about him. Carefully placing the journal down beside him on the bed after he curiously flipped through the empty pages.... Kokichi goes to wrap his arms tightly against Shuichi in a big hug, burying his face in his chest. “...I love the message: really, I do. It makes me so happy. My beloved always makes me so happy...”

“!” A surprised gasp left him when Kokichi suddenly hugged him tightly. But then he instantly returns it, smiling warmly at him. “I’m so happy that you do.... and that I always make you happy. I always want to, since... when I’m with Ouma-kun, I’m always happy, too.”

“Heheh...” Nuzzling his face into his chest, he lets out the happiest sigh. He was so happy, it was nearly overwhelming: a feeling he wasn’t used to... but loves it so much. “Good... I’m glad.” And as he nuzzled his chest, he could hear Shuichi’s heartbeat. It was so calm, so soothing... he wants to just stay in his arms all night. “Thanks so much for the gift, Saihara-chan: I’ll treasure it forever and ever.... and because I’m so nice, it’s only fair I give you a special reward as thanks.” Feeling his heart suddenly pound faster, he was admittedly incredibly nervous about doing this. Would Shuichi even like this for a reward? Would it make him uncomfortable or upset? Before those anxious thoughts started playing in his head, Kokichi quickly buries them. He wanted to do this: for so long, he’s wanted to. While a bit reluctant to, he breaks out of the hug.... so that he can gently cup Shuichi’s chin, making him look directly at Kokichi. that hand would then go to cup his cheek. “Here.... for my beloved detective.” And as he slowly leans up, closing the distance between them further and further... there’s a special kind of love and warmth in Kokichi’s eyes, that he would never give to anyone else. Those eyes slowly come to a close... and after a quick pause, right before their lips touch... he closes the distance between them in a soft kiss.

“....!” Shuichi’s eyes had widened when Kokichi cupped his chin and leaned in closer. He really was going to kiss him... something Shuichi always wanted to do with him as well, but he never thought it would happen. And that look Kokichi gave him as he did lean in, and eventually locked his lips with his... made Shuichi’s heart burst with warmth and happiness. A soft hum emitted from him as his eyes also came to a close. He leaned his face in just a bit more to press his lips more against Kokichi’s. Kokichi returns the gesture by also pressing his lips firmer against his, gently stroking Shuichi’s cheek now. The kiss felt so nice to them both, finding the other’s lips so soft. It made them not want the kiss to end anytime soon.... and even after that kiss was over, their faces stayed very close to each other’s. “Ouma....kun....”

“Shumai...” Their foreheads touching, he gently nuzzles his. “...Now give me one. As...another special gift for me. Spoil me some more...”

“...Of course: happily so.” Without hesitation, Shuichi closes the distance between them in a kiss this time, lips pressed more firmly against Kokichi’s. Kokichi lets out a very satisfied sigh in the kiss, slowly positioning himself to sit on Shuichi’s lap as he throws his arms around his neck. Shuichi wraps his arms around Kokichi’s waist in turn, soft sighs and pants emitting from the two as they gently peck each other’s lips. And they kissed each other again... and again.... just enjoying the feel of the other’s lips so much they didn’t want to stop. It was until they literally needed to catch their breath, do they finally break away. They exhale and pant deeply, faces heated and hearts pounding like crazy. “H-Hah....ahh....th-that, um... th-that was nice...”

“Nishi....s-shishi....” Kokichi nods his head in agreement. “Mm... it was. I’ve always wanted to kiss my beloved.... and if he’s okay with it... I want to kiss him whenever I want, even after my birthday’s over.”

“Heheh.... of course I’d be okay with that. Since I...I-I....” The look in his eyes grow much more loving as he softly whispers: “....I love you so much, and: I want to be with you. K....Kokichi.....”

“...........................” For a moment, Kokichi had to question if he actually heard that. That he heard Shuichi say he loves him... and called him Kokichi.... “A...Ahhhh....” Oh it killed him so badly, he immediately buried his face in Shuichi’s chest once more, needing to take a moment to deeply exhale and calm down. Everything Kokichi wanted... was happening in one ight: on his birthday, no less. It made him emotional, needing to fight back actual tears that dared spring up i his eyes. Tears of nothing but absolute happiness. “Shumai... truly can surprise me all the time, h-huh...? Inflicting a fatal combo attack on me like that....”

“H-Hehehe....” Shuichi was honestly surprised he confessed, too. But in the heat of the moment, and being so full of love for the boy... he couldn’t hold it in any longer. He just had to finally tell him how much he loves him. “S-So...um.... would you like that?”

“Dummy...” Sniffling, he looks back up at him. The smile he gives him is so warm... the warmest smile he’s ever given to someone. “Of course I would. You’d have to be out of your mind to not wanna be Shumai’s boyfriend. Since, well....you stole my heart.... and I always want to be with you, too. I-I.... love you, too. Shuichi...” Saying it so bluntly was so embarrassing... but he was happy to finally be able to say, how much he loves him, too.

Shuichi could feel himself grow emotional as well when Kokichi accepts his confession. “A-Aww, Ouma-ku....K-Kokichi.... and... I’m so happy!! Th-That you feel the same! You ah, a-also stole my heart...!”

“Mmhm...” Though before he could die from how flustered he was, he suddenly exclaims: “N...Now cuddle me! The birthday king demands it!” And after placing the journal safely on the table, he gets under the blankets, patting the spot next to him. “Come, come!”

“H-Hahaha, alright, alright! Here I come-!” After taking a quick moment to turn off the lights, Shuichi crawls into bed with him, too. He then goes to shyly, but happily wrap his arms around him, pulling Kokichi close against him.

“Ehehe~! Shumai pillow obtained!! And he’s not allowed to let go of me the whooole night!” He giggles, beaming up at him.

“And letting go of you, I shall not.” He giggles as well, softly cuddling Kokichi. It makes the happiest little noise leave the supreme leader, who snuggled up even more in his arms as he cuddled him back. It felt like Heaven in Shuichi’s arms... he felt so warm, so happy.... so safe. A combination of things he never thought he’d feel in someone’s arms. Waking up as Shuichi’s boyfriend in the morning... he was already looking so forward to waking up. But for now: he’ll enjoy being cozy in his beloved’s arms. A soft yawn, one hand goes to stroke Kokichi’s hair as Shuichi mumbles: “Alrighty... let’s get some sleep. You’ve got quite an eventful day later in the day, after all! I hope your birthday will continue being a great one for you.”

He hums happily at he hair strokes, nuzzling thee back of his head against his hand. “Mmm...! I’ll get some sleep, yeah.... and thanks, Shuichi: totes! You already made it feel like the best birthday ever. Thanks again for coming out with me tonight: and for the prizes you won me, the journal... everything. Let’s have lots more fun later!”

“Heheh. of course, Kokichi: Everything was worth it to make you happy. Yes...! Let’s... but for now: goodnight...sw-sweetheart.”

His heart leaps when he calls him his sweetheart, looking at him with love-filled eyes. “You’re so sappy... I love it. Goodnight, my beloved Shumai~! And thanks again....” And with one last kiss they give each other, the two get comfier in each other’s arms before eventually drifting off to sleep.
