Also, if the siblings have chemistry, they have chemistry. I ship Kaoru and Hikaru. They are twins. I don't ship them because they're twins ( nothing wrong with people who do as long as you don't condone incest irl ) I ship them because it's incredibly obvious that they want to kiss so badly.

The amount of antis in the ohshc fandom actually baffles me- How are you even here when there's canonical twincest AND a shouta character? Who- mind you- is romantically paired with is caretaker who is also his COUSIN. Like it's not even implied, they explicitly state it when he rejects another girl's feelings in one episode. Tamaki refers to himself as Haruhi's father BECAUSE he's in denial of his feelings for her. And Kyoya is basically exploiting the host club members by selling pictures of them to the girls. Like??

Can't be anything else tbh. Heiji is constantly teeing up ship tease bits for the two of them. With some of the things he's said, his feelings being shown to parallel both Ran and Ai at different times, and his own trait of being oblivious to being in love with someone, I genuinely think he's at least a little bit in love with Shinichi in canon.

I remember shipping them hard when I was a teen first watching it on Adult Swim. I was in a silo then. By the time I later came back to the show, I had lots of fan shipping experience under my belt, and I was stunned at how little a presence the heishin had. Especially compared to a ship that always seemed to have the Damocles sword of incest hanging over it.

(Kaito is literally introduced to the detco universe as a Shinichi lookalike, and the first look we get of his dad clearly marks him as resembling Yusaku. Overlooking that took effort imo.)

Can I say that one of the reasons I think Heishin isn't as popular as other Shinichi ships is because of colorism, or will I get publicly executed for that

Would you ever write a Lawlight shoutacon fic?

Absolutely not (edited out the sorry!)

That's a hard pass for me there are a few things I will absolutely not write and they are:

1.) Shoutacon (because, you know, Peadophilia is just nasty and why on earth, even for fanfiction, would I want to subject myself to writing it?) I refuse to read it either 🤢

2.) Scat (I'm not kink shaming here) but, ew. Ecoli and infections and general grossness aside, not my cup of tea. 🤮

4.) A Ryuk/Light or Ryuk/L fic. I've tried this. I wrote 'Mine' and it had a Ryuk/L scene in it and it was an extremely difficult write I certainly wouldn't attempt again.

3.) TopL. It doesn't do it for me and I'm certain a solid 90% of the Lawlight fandom write BottomLight so I'm just going to stay where I am and do my thing 😄 (however I would totally write, and have written, a switching fic)

5.) Incest fics- Self explanatory. Incest is gross I'm not writing about that shit. 😬

So yeah...I stay clear of the above for my own sanity and self preservation. Anything else is fair game though 😊

Some important rules to lay out for requests:

1) Be polite! When you’re requesting and you’re friendly off the bat, I’ll be more likely to be inspired and motivated to finish your request!

2) When requesting, please use my Asks. This allows me to keep things organized, and keep track of what I have and haven’t done.

3) I will close my requests once I’ve reached my Limit of 10, and won’t reopen until the previous 10 have been completed.

4) If a request either doesn’t follow the guidelines that I stated or makes me uncomfortable, there’s a good chance that I won’t accept it and will simply delete it. Please keep the rules in mind when requesting.

5) I will write both Smut and Fluff. Because of this, any fics requested that have underage characters that are the focus will be AGED UP, meaning that the minimum age will be 18. Keeping this in mind, please don’t request any characters that are outright children (let’s say 14 and under) and ask for me to age them up, I will deny the request if so.

6) Please be clear about your request! Giving me guidelines makes the writing process much easier and will help quicken my pace! Not only that, but it allows me to be as close to what you want as possible.

7) While it is my goal to get to all requests in a timely manner, I won’t be doing the requests in any specific order. Instead, I will be writing whatever idea catches my interest and inspires me from the most to the least.

8) If a request is too similar to something I’ve already written, I’ll go ahead and redirect you to the previously existing page so I don’t have to rewrite anything.

9) Due to me being a college student, I won’t have too much free time on my hands. Because of this, please try to be patient with me when requesting and waiting for a request. It may take me a while to post, and I will occasionally take breaks that are indefinite just to get my work completed.

10) Feel free to reblog my stuff, but please DO NOT repost my works! This means no re-uploading my stuff to other platforms. If you think you see any of my stuff on a different website, please let me know!
