Ace Attorney Investigations is unbelievably funny for opening with Edgeworth finding a body in his office and having a gun pointed at him, and you think, yikes poor Miles Edgeworth this IS the sort of thing that would happen to him but, wow, what bad luck.

and then the game flashes back to show, buddy, pal, amigo, you have no idea. That actually barely ranks Top 5 of awful things to happen to him that weekend.

more totk rewritten/botw 2 concept wips

im removing the mayoi (frogs in caves) bc i dont like how satori and its aesthetic was turned from something mysterious and otherwordly to yet another collectable-

so im turnign the frog idea into a single thing living in the underground as a counterpart to satori itself- perhaps it resides in a giant tree growing from the ceiling bc i ASLO didnt like how there was that at first cool looking underground tree with all the rumis (rabbit things) but then it was quite literally nothing (again)

this idea is pretty new so i am still working on the details, im all ears for suggestions :P

Would you recommend the new Nikki game to a newcomer that has 0.0% experience with the series?

I dont think I ever really played anything like it (even though I do tend to dabble with just about everything that isn't horror) and I am curious about it.

Also, is it as bad of a timesink, "Login in every day! Play me, play me, play me!" kind of thing as some other gachas are?

#genuinely if you had asked me this like a month ago i would have said yes but the new patch is SUCH a trainwreck #if you start playing now the story will make absolutely 0 sense to you #the current outfits have so many pieces that it’s taking people upwards of 300 pulls to complete one set #and as seen in the screenshot there are bugs that have been just. taking peoples currency.#that in some cases they paid real life money for.#recently there was also a glitch that let you collect a certain currency twice a day #but because all the tutorials suck no one knew it was a glitch. we all assumed it was intentional #and then when they realized they started TAKING AWAY THE CURRENCY of everyone who collected it even though there was NO WAY TO KNOW IT WAS #A GLITCH. it’s so bad bro #i really hope they fix it tbh because i did like the direction the game was headed before this #but rn you should stay as far away as possible lmfao

#kingdom hearts dream drop distance #khddd #symphony of sorcery #scenery #my gif #i originally planned on splitting this set in two and wanted to create separate posts for both sides of this world #but i was surprised that i struggled with that and many of my shots didn't feel distinct enough when i put them all together #dunno how i messed that up so bad since this world has so much going for it #so i had to scrap a good chunk of what i made but i actually think it looks better this way so maybe it's not such a bad thing #sora's side is on the left (except for the last gif) and riku's is on the right #it gives you a better feel for how varied and different these magical realms are #and yeah that's what they're called #anyways i'm so glad this world exists because it's so experimental and different #everything from the visuals to the music and how sora and riku's battle sounds are instead replaced by more music #as if they're composing it themselves #which of course ties into how they must find and collect their sound ideas #it's all so incredible and works perfectly for a game centering around dreams #i hope we can see more unique worlds like it in future games too

I'm sort of mad that they only care about three Inquisition based decisions especially as we won't be using the Keep anymore. Like what was the point of DAO and DA2 if it doesn't even matter in any way in DAV? Like even just one choice each for those games. Something. ANYTHING. Even if it's just background flavour. It's only been 20 years since DAO like plenty of characters are only in their forties now and probably still active. What they did had to mean ~something~. The only blessing is I don't have to agonise over certain choices I made that I was worried about. Downside what was the point lol I am still looking forward to it but can't pretend I'm not a bit disappointed

It's a loss for sure

I can see why they didn't want anyone disclosing details on it, because from what was shared during q&a it seemed a lot more detailed and interactive

And as usual the community council is stuck in the middle, blamed for not doing enough to stop something, again, which is delusional

I feel for them I really do
