John really enjoyed doing puzzles with you, to him it was like you were taking interest in his work. As well as drawing, he’ll be working on traps, while you’ll work on a coloring book.

He does his best to spend as much time with you as he can, but often he can’t do as much as he’d like. His cancer limits him immensely.

He wants to make a scrap book with you, so you’ll always be able to remember the time shared. He’ll even make you toys in his workshop, he thinks handmade gifts are far more meaningful.

Amanda is like an older sister, checking on you when John is busy.

Whether or not you choose to continue his legacy is up to you, he’ll be proud of you either way.

Forever his little puzzle piece, he’ll always be watching over you, and leaves you with everything you need to live a long happy life. That’s all he could ever ask for.

My Saw agere headcanons cuz I’m bored and I love Saw!

Mark Hoffman:

-Definitley a caregiver, I feel. I don’t think he’s a regressor at all. He’s definitely more of a strict caregiver. Like one of my friends said, he’s mean but in a dad way. If you’re whiny and bratty, he’s so…idk how to describe it. It’s so funny. You could throw a whole tantrum and then after a while he’ll just look at you and go “Are you done yet? 😐”

Amanda Young:

-Regressor! Regresses to about 4-5, I think. She’s very clingy and needs attention. Also very rowdy, probably. Wants to make friends but isn’t really in the situation to do so, so she’s upset about that. Is kind of ashamed of her age regression.

Lawrence Gordon:

-Caregiver. Omg. Literally my caregiver. He’s definitely very strict. Lots of rules and none of them he will ever bend or be lenient on. He shouldn’t have to tell you something twice. He’s not mean, he’s just very responsible and firm.

Random little addition: I want to steal his clothes. Like. That man is 6’0 and chubby (not saying that to be mean or anything I’m literally considered obese). His shirt would be baggy and comfortable.

Adam Stanheight:

-Toddler. He’s like two years old. He takes terrible twos to the next level. He is SO sassy and SO whiny. Will pout and give the silent treatment when he doesn’t get his way. But he’s also very clingy and needy and touch starved and will start sobbing if you don’t give him affection exactly when he wants it. He really likes snuggles. Also likes playing with animals. He plays pretend a lot. His favorite thing to do is play with his stuffed animals and pretend he’s a vet.

Peter Strahm:

-Also a caregiver. Another strict one. Prefers littles who are more calm and peaceful because dear lord this man needs a break. Cannot keep up with hyperness, I’m sorry. He’ll do his best to take care of you, and he does great, but please just let this poor man rest. 😭

-She regressed even before the events of Saw

-Mostly a trauma regressor, especially after her first test

-Her and Adam like play dates

-Trauma Regressor

-Regresses basically everyday, he is very often in that headspace and it’s rare for him to be big for longer than a couple hours

-His cg is Lawrence, and Lawrence is the only person he’s comfortable with

-Being with Lawrence makes him feel very tiny

-Play dates with Amanda

-Definitely nonverbal when regressed

-80% of the time he is a cg, taking care of Amanda, and is very good at it since he took care of his sister so much

-When regressed it’s mostly because he’s thinking about his sister and all the childhood memories, and getting sad about his sister doesn’t help much

-Sometimes he lets Lawrence care for him, if he’s feeling extra small, cuz Lawrence just can’t resist taking care of a little

-He switched between either nonverbal or very very very verbal

-Doesn’t really know what agere is, he just knows that sometimes Mark feels small

-He’s good at handling it, not perfect but then again no caregiver is

-Enjoys listening to Mark babble

-The only ones the littles feel safe around other than their cgs is John

-He wanted to be a dad so badly

-He especially loves caring for Mark and Amanda they’re his kids now

-Adam is only under his care if Lawrence absolutely can not take care of him and it’s no longer than a few hours

-He started regressing around when the fire happened, he didn’t understand it at first but it provided an escape for him

-During his test with Brit when they were the last two he actually regressed for a bit before they did the last test

-All Brit has to do is say “baby” in such a sweet and caring voice and he’s instantly small

-Loves loves loves taking care of Mallick

-After he accidentally regressed in the test she realized just how much she loved caring for him

-When they both recovered they moved in together and she takes care of him all the time now

Adam (Saw 2004) agere hcs!

(ft. cg lawrence :> also in my brain adam got out and eventually him and lawrence reconnected)

- adam trauma regresses due to the bathroom, as well as unresolved childhood trauma

- he has two modes: 3yo and 6-8yo. his regression to 3yo is always involuntary and mostly impure, whereas his regression to 6-8yo is mostly involuntary and largely pure

- when regressed to 3yo, he’s usually nonverbal except for asking for lawrence, and he always needs to be physically holding onto lawrence in some way (he’s scared that if he doesn’t, lawrence will leave or slip away - the abandonment issues come out very strong when he’s small)

- he has random crying jags and is much more susceptible to panic attacks than usual

- he likes being in lawrence’s lap while he works, wearing lawrence’s clothes that fit him big, and having music on

- when he’s asked his age he sticks out three fingers

- very pouty. when cuddling he needs to get physically close to the other person with as much skin to skin contact as possible

- being this little allows lawrence to take care of him in ways adam would never otherwise allow, like getting him to eat by cutting up his food into little shapes or doing the airplane

- the first times he regressed, it was alone in his room during ptsd episodes, and he just lumped the experience into “weird things that happen now bc of the bathroom”

- but then it happens in front of lawrence, and he tries really hard to hold onto being big, and eventually runs away - lawrence, of course, does research and stumbles across age regression (in a medical journal about trauma reactions or something like that..)

- the next time it happens in front of him, lawrence is adequately prepared, and talks adam down. the rest is history

- when he’s 6-8, adam is hyper-verbal. very active but also very quick to get moody (and storm off and slam some doors)

- the best way to deal with this is to be firm but gentle. if you start threatening and punishing, he gets violent (as violent as a 6 year old can be.. this mostly involves throwing toys and banging his head) or shuts down completely (lawrence learns this the hard way), so he needs someone authoritative but calm

- there are no bounds to the toys he likes. hotwheels, doctor play sets, princess gowns, it’s all fair game

- such a fan of horror movies and spooky things

- this is the headspace that most easily lets him communicate what he needs, because when he’s big he’s way more reserved, and when he’s younger he can’t verbally express things

- big on physical touch and likes to cling to sleeves and shirt hems

- lawrence calls him “sweetheart” and “sweet pea” and when he’s very small, “baby”

- adam usually calls lawrence “lah” because he can’t pronounce lawrence’s full name, but sometimes lawrence gets a “papa”

i think amanda is 8-10 ish when she regresses and doesn’t really need a caregiver but she still seeks out john a lot for like comfort

adam on the other hand is tiny baby and needs lawrence when he’s little. he can’t really take care of himself at all

Notes: Hello, anon!! You didn’t specify if you wanted little Adam or little reader, so I’m gonna do little Adam because I personally headcanon him as an age regressor!

Contains: Little!Adam Stanheight x Caregiver!reader

Warnings: None, I don’t think.

Adam regresses to about 2-3 years old, in my opinion. He’s a very whiny and bratty toddler regressor.

Very demanding little guy 😔 if he wants something, he wants it NOW, and he’s going to annoy you until you give him what he wants

Clingy!! Although he’ll never say it out loud, he loves being held. If you say anything about it or even playfully tease him for it, he’ll give you the silent treatment and he’ll get super embarrassed

HATES naps. Do not make him take naps. He will hit you with stuffies.

He really likes coloring. He colors you pictures all the time. Please hang them up on the fridge, it’ll make him so happy.

He also really likes going outside and taking pictures. One of his favorite activities is going outside, taking pictures of random bugs, and then naming them.

He has so much energy. He needs to get outside at least every once in a while to let it all out. But almost every time you guys go outside, he does something not so smart and ends up getting himself hurt.

BIGGEST crybaby whenever he gets himself hurt. Even if it’s just a small scratch, he’s clinging to you and crying and asking you to make it better. And then afterwards he’ll act like nothing happened and like he was so tough.

(Pretending the events of Saw went differently and Adam and Lawrence both survived) If you ever need a babysitter, Lawrence is probably your best bet. He probably wouldn’t be a good long term caregiver for Adam, as Adam needs a lot of attention and is very hyper and Lawrence is just. Not down for that. But he’s a good babysitter! Adam does NOT like it when Lawrence babysits him, though, because Lawrence has RULES and ENFORCES them. Lots of rules, in fact. Adam is NOT chill with that. Adam HATES rules. He likes to stay up a minute past his bed time just to rebel in his own little way. You rarely ever even notice and it annoys him.

Overall, 10/10 baby. Love him very much. He’s such a silly goose.
