LEBANON (RrR)(RNN) — Lebanon continues to bleed. For the first time, the IOF issued mass evacuation of the entire city of Baalbek in northeastern Lebanon, causing massive displacement as residents flee towards safer areas. The IOF has repeatedly bombed and destroyed crossings into Syria, which hinder the movements of the displaced.
Many are seeking shelter in the ancient Baalbek Castle to protect themselves, thinking that they will be safe. Many displaced headed to Zgharta and supposedly safe regions in the north. Massive raids followed, where the IOF carried out several airstrikes on Baalbek and surrounding towns (Douris, Iaat, Maqneh, Shmustar), including targeting oil tanks in Douris.
The head of the Civil Defense in Baalbek received a threatening phone call from the IOF telling him to evacuate citizens. Further, the Chamber of Commerce, Agriculture, and Industry in Zahle was evacuated after the IOF threatened to bomb it in a phone call.
Elsewhere, the IOF continued its raids and massacres in the south, recently carrying out airstrikes on Kfar Melki and Jebchit (Media 1). Martyrs and wounded were reported as the IOF directly bombed a family that was picking olives in Siney in southern Lebanon.
Work to remove rubble continued in Saida (https://t.me/PalestineResist/65591) following yesterday's massacre, where the final toll was 10 martyrs and 36 wounded. In Sarafand, (https://t.me/PalestineResist/65616) the final toll of the massacre stood at 13, including 5 children, and 3 are still under the rubble. The martyrs are from the Khalifa family and the Younis family, who took refuge with them from their town of Saksakiyeh.
Meanwhile, raids on Khiam continued, coinciding with artillery on its outskirts, as the IOF tries once again to advance in the southern valley amidst fierce resistance. The IOF also bombed a car in Bcahmoun in Mount Lebanon, and the driver survived. Another drone bombed a car near Qamatiyeh in the Aley region (Media 6), while a third drone targeted a van with four missiles on the Dahr Al-Wash-Kahale road. An airstrike also targeted Qamatiyeh . Lastly, one martyr and 4 wounded were reported in the suburbs of Sour in southern Lebanon

At least eight people were killed and 21 injured in a preliminary toll from Israeli air strikes on southern Lebanon late on Tuesday, local media reported on Wednesday, as Israeli ground forces clashed with Hezbollah fighters in the border town of Khiam.
The strikes hit the southern town of Sarafand, where rescue workers continued to search for survivors and clear the debris.
After an initial attack, which had levelled several buildings in the area and forced appeals for blood donations from nearby hospitals, and efforts to clear debris were still underway, Israel launched another series of raids, according to local media reports.
"The Israeli enemy raid on Sarafand this evening has, according to a provisional toll, left eight dead and 21 wounded," a ministry statement said.
The strikes marked the second deadly attack on the town since Sunday.

#13: Filastin (Continued) فلسطين
This sheet, again, is filled with streets named after depopulated villages and towns in Palestine. Plenty of park and recreational space in this neighborhood in general. Large roundabout in the southeast area. Qiblah Road القبلة, Bethlehem Road بيت لحم, Assata Shakur Road, Nabi Yusha` Road النبي يوشع, and Boulevard of the Oppressed (BOTO) المستضعفين filter into the roundabout. It's a major roundabout for the city.
We have Amir Al-Mu'minin Road crossing the neighborhood west-east. We have Intifada Way درب الانتفاضة, Gaza Road طريق غزة, Ramallah Road رام الله, and Lydda Boulevard اللد criss-crossing on a diagonal track. Naghnaghiyya Boulevard النغنغية and Al-Majdal Road المجدل become major north-south thoroughfares.
Some of the depopulated towns and villages on this sheet that I haven't already mentioned are:
Huj هوج
Sajad سجد
Al-Qubayba القبيبة
Caesarea قيسارية
Safsaf صفصاف
Bi`lin بعلين
Kafr Sabt كفر سبت

Britain suspending arm sales to Israel as it fights a war of survival reminds me today is the 85th anniversary of Britain firing its first shots (& claiming its first victims) of WWII. It was not Nazis the British killed, but Jewish refugees fleeing certain death for their homeland in Eretz Israel.
It was this day (Sept 2) in 1939 that the Tiger Hill ship carrying 1,400 Jewish refugees - fleeing mainly Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, and Czechoslovakia - was intercepted by the British Royal Navy off the coast of Tel Aviv. The Brits opened fire and murdered three of those desperate Jewish refugees.
The Tiger Hill first sailed from Romania a month earlier, and the Jews on board were already malnourished. After several weeks, several of the refugees came down with dysentery.
When they could finally see salvation - the beach of Tel Aviv - in the only land that wanted them, the British stole that hope from them.
With the Tiger Hill in sight, Jews gathered on the beach to welcome and help the refugees (see photo below). About 200 of the passengers managed to make it ashore and blend in with the crowd to avoid capture. The remaining 1,200 refugees were arrested and confined as prisoners to the Sarafand detention camp.
The British were “merely” enforcing the 1939 White Paper - which was declared to be in violation of their Mandate by the League of Nations. The White Paper was a British capitulation to Arab terrorism and an appeasement of the demands of the evil Mufti to end Jewish immigration to Eretz Israel.
The British enforcement of the illegal White Paper was, of course, not the same as the Nazis who shot, tortured, starved, and gassed six million Jews. However, by closing the gates of Eretz Israel to Jewish immigration when it was needed most, the British helped seal the fates of far too many Jewish victims of Nazi atrocities.
Jewish refugees fleeing the Holocaust being murdered on ships headed for Israel is a story that repeated itself literally dozens of times. If there's enough interest, I'll do a longer post covering the extent of Britain's treachery.

“Ansar, Asklan, Nafha, Sarafand, Al Moscobieh, Megiddo, Gilboa, Al Naqab and other Zionist jails became well known to our Palestinian people in the 1980s. In the 80s we decided in Occupied Palestine that on the 17th April every year, we would mark a day of solidarity with Palestinian political prisoners. From my side, as an artist, I consider this humble album and artwork tools to celebrate the occasion and I present these songs for all Palestinian freedom fighters in Israeli jails and for all Arab prisoners in the jails of corrupt regimes: for those who stand with their heads raised, full of hope, in expectation of a better Arab world” George Kirmiz

Lebanon announces massive infrastructure development plan
The Lebanese government has announced plans to build several major military bases and airports across the country, along with a new rail system and marine ports. The plan includes a major military and commercial airport in Sarafand, a military base in the North, a small commercial airport in Beirut, and 72 simple airstrips throughout the country. Additionally, a major marine port will be built in Hraiche and four other marine ports will be constructed along the coast. The rail system will consist of two high-speed rails, two heavy transport rail systems, two low-speed rails, and multiple metro systems. The plan also includes the construction of 12 military personnel training facilities and 25 regulated weaponry distribution points throughout the country. These developments aim to increase infrastructural reach across Lebanon and enhance public security and safety.
