It's both. I first got it from a show I used to watch and got inspired by it, so I searched it up to see if it was a real thing, and it is. Basil (also known as sabja or tukmaria), if used in the medical field, has many healthy benefits too, but in this story, I'm using it to show the nasty side effect.
