NejiTen headcannons pt 2; because yes

Yes, welcome to part 2 of my delulu, please enjoy my head cannons for my OTP. If you need part 1 here it be. part 3 is spicey.

Here are my Tenten Head Cannons and some Neji Head Cannons that don't completely go against cannon (more like add ons to the cannon to add some spice) that I use for my fanfics. They remain pretty consistent throughout (give or take a few characters).

1. Their first kiss was an impulsive mistake 😬. I could see Tenten being overly excited about an achievement, or Neji does a huge favor for her (his love language is acts of service and gift giving) and impulsively kisses him due to be wrapped up in the moment. Especially when they’re like just turned sixteen, so think right before Shippuuden. Neji is surprised, but doesn’t push her away or offers any kind of repulsive reaction. In fact, it didn’t register in Tenten’s mind that she had potentially taken Neji’s first kiss at all (oblivious but hey, still love her). When Neji asked her about it, she had apologized for the sudden action. They both learned it was each other’s first kiss. Because he’s awkward, he keeps to himself that he likes it. Naturally, this happens around Gai, Lee, and maybe even Shikamaru to which they’re all looking at him with a shit eating grin.

2. Tenten’s love languages are words of affirmation, quality time, and physical touch. Words of affirmation we can see in the anime; Neji is the one usually praising her for her abilities (in his own way). She also likes to boast about Neji and his abilities to others since she is…always with him (side note: Even though Rock Lee and Pals/Naruto SD is not really cannon, it more of just a gag show to highlight Team Gai in a comedic light and separate the seriousness of the main story; Neji and Lee both praise Tenten quite a lot in this show. They boost her up so much where she’s like “omg me? Really??”.) Kay, back to how they’re always together; Like, c’mon. You mean to tell me that these two aren’t always together just for training? They definitely spend a lot of their days off together. Whenever something pops up they just so happen to appear together? They could be at a tea shop, a hot spring, lying in the grass at the training fields as Neji meditates or Tenten sharpens her kunai. Hell, Tenten’s hobby is fortune telling, she probably reads Neji’s fortune when she’s bored or if he feels like indulging her. If Neji is running errands, or training with Hinata and Hanabi, he will make time to check in on Tenten afterwards and surprise her with her favorite dumplings or sweets. For physical touch, I can see Tenten hanging off of Neji’s shoulders or holding onto his arm when they are together. She also plays with his hair. Neji being awkward, will do no more than hold her hand in public (but even then he didn’t get comfortable with that until after the war). But also, for me, I think about the dream she had and the final scene with Neji:

It took his touch and his words to get her completely engulfed within the genjutsu. This is the only scene in that whole episode that her eyes are completely dark. She IMMEDIATELY FOLDS TO HIM after all that (granted the build up what her proving and wanting to save everyone with her dream teammates believing her when she claims she’s in a genjutsu but also Neji is alive and I think that’s the first falling point for her, not the saving them part). But thus also tells me that she is completely comfortable with Neji’s touches, probably because when they are alone, he’s casually physically interacting with her and because he’s fucking dead in the main cannon she will miss his touch. shhh let me have this please.

3. They started secretly dating after the second Chunnin exams. I will leave you with this for the explanation:

The way I fucking SQUEALED at my screen when I played this game and saw this. You can’t tell me SHIT at this point. Let me sink with my ship alright? Neji didn’t deny it either. I think neither of them denied it. I will replay the game just because lol. Nothing gets past Itachi Uchiha, we know this.

3. Shikamaru figured out they were secretly dating right away and he hold a great friendship with Neji to a point. I could see him asking Neji outright if his speculations were true; to which the Hyuga would brush him off until he got tired of the Nara teasing him. When he asked Neji why they were keeping it a secret I could see Neji saying he didn’t want anyone butting into their business. But also, in his shinobi mind, if they made it obvious, it could be dangerous for them if they went on missions; but then, Neji slipped up:

He didn’t have to, but he did. And continued to hold her until he was certain she was alright. I also have it written in my fan fictions that Shikamaru and Neji share that genius book smart friendship where they can read each other very easily. It’s cannon that Neji is shit at card games and strategy games, which I wouldn’t be surprised if the Hyuga sought advice from Shikamaru for certain things pertaining to his work and Tenten. Shikamaru also is very good at keeping secrets, so Neji and Tenten didn’t have to worry about him blabbing like Gai and Lee. I also think after this scene, Lee and Gai had confronted Neji about him doting on her after she almost drowned in the water prison. BUT ALSO, this is a parallel to the first rounds of chunnin exams! When Temari threw Tenten across the room, Lee caught her. This time, Neji acknowledges that Tenten is at her limit, saves al of them, and goes out of his way to catch her and again continues o hold onto her to make sure she's okay. And it's expensive as hell to animate scenes that drag on like this, and they chose this panel to drag the animation out for. This slow burn was killing me when I saw this episode.

4. Neji is book smart and Tenten is street smart to balance the partnership. Personally, I love that Shikamaru and Tenten share that “street smart” mentality; in the data books Tenten has a higher IQ than both Neji and Lee. She’s very intelligent but would rather have others do the thinking for her “point and I’ll shoot” type of thinking. BUT 👏🏼IN 👏🏼THEM 👏🏼STREETS she is a menace, which is also probably why Neji is always with her to make sure she doesn’t get into trouble while she’s running the block. I could see Shikamaru and Tenten understanding that which leads to a friendship; so to recap, Shikamaru knows, but understands why they’re keeping it under wraps. He’s like the reminder of when the sent of their relationship is in the air/obvious when they are on missions or in public.

5. Neji felt threatened by Sasuke as gennin when Tenten found him cute. She didn’t verbalize it out loud, but he probably knew she would find the Uchiha cute. Since they were young teens when they first took the chunnin exams, it wouldn’t surprise me that Neji was a bit annoyed that Tenten was looking at him, almost as if “how dare he”. I wouldn’t be surprised if the team had spoken about it; Lee probably complaint about how Sakura liked Sasuke and Tenten probably said she though Sasuke was pretty cool, which irritated the fuck out of Neji. The first sign of jealousy, especially if Tenten was bragging about how cool Neji was for the past year when they first became gennin.

6. There was no way Hiashi didn’t pick up on his nephew having a crush. There is also no way Neji did not bring Tenten around his family. There had to have been some interaction with Hiashi where Neji had brought her to the Hyuga compound as gennin, and again as chunnin. I wouldn't be surprised if Tenten watched as Neji trained with Hinata at times and had conversations with Hiashi. For shippuuden purposes, I wouldn't be surprised if Hiashi had brought up Tenten as a potential marriage partner to Neji and his awkward ass was avoiding the topic completely. In Frequency, I have Hiashi bring it up (implying that he has already spoken to his hard-headed awkward ass nephew about it) but in a way where he is directly talking to Tenten, who is there. I believe Hiashi is a character who follows tradition for tradition sake; he is conditioned to do so as head of the clan, but that doesn't mean he agrees with certain things about Hyuga tradition. The fact that he apologized to Neji after seeing his power and understanding why his nephew was angry at the world, he made it a priority to salvage some kind of relationship with his nephew for the sake of his twin brother. When Neji brought Tenten around, he would see that Tenten was some kind of comfort/light for him and decided that Neji should have a choice of who he chose to have in his life and how close; There's a lot of head cannons/assumptions that in order to preserve the Byakugan, they need to inter marry with other clan members, but for me, it's a dominate gene where the eyes change permanently when activated at a young age (low key, fuck how they brought it up in Baruto, Himawari should've had Hinata's eyes and Baruto should've just had the recessive gene). This was another plot hole I wanted to fill and it made sense to me since people were so hell bent on stealing the Hyuga eyes; the clan is very selective of partners but perhaps that is because it is a dominate gene. Sure, they can marry cousins if they want, but I don't see it as a forced marriage situation unless the arrangement is requested for. Hiashi saw Tenten as a great match for Neji, is all I'm saying. Hiashi knew they were secretly dating, in fact he was the on who told them to keep it a secret.

7. Neji's promise to Tenten during the war was of romantic and platonic intentions. He gave her that un-Neji like smile and thumbs up which means he had to had promised her something big in order for him to do that. AND ALSO they had to had been alone when he made her that promise, right? She was the only character who showed that interaction with him. It probably went something like this; Neji and Tenten had a deep conversation about possible out comes of the war, his death, her death, unheal-able damage...etc. I actually see this being a conversation about their feelings and how if one of them kicks the bucket, they would celebrate their life instead of mourning their death (which is hard) but Neji would prefer Tenten to keep his memory alive, not fixate on his demise. Neji probably also promised Tenten to be by her side always and maybe even promised her his heart (idk on the fence on this one but it would go with them secretly dating headcannon). In the video game, you will run into Tenten still in her feelings about Neji's death after the war. She was probably processing that conversation all over again and now that he was physically gone, she had to come to terms with the fact that she was now alone and had to force herself to move forward. I absolutely loathed how Lee was written to have the most emotional reaction and Tenten and Gai just brushed it off a bit. To make myself feel better, Tenten was probably in Neji's arms, crying her eyes out denying that anything would happen to them and then he made his promise to her that after the war, they would be together as fate willed it to; they've been together all this time. I can see Tenten releasing all of her feeling with Neji himself and him trying to comfort her of any overthinking she was experiencing. He also remined her that she is a very capable ninja and can hold her own without him. WHICH SHE DID IN THE WAR. (I'm still salty about Hinata's meat-bag no jutsu and how Kishi was like MMMMMM Neji can go. But then, proceed to make Tenten single and have promotions where Neji and Tenten were displayed as a matching couple with SasuSaku and NaruHina. Then have the audacity to state that he regretted killing off Neji? Fucking tear my heart out, how could he do my girl dirty.)

In my own au, Neji does go through with his promise of remaining by her side. Between my fics Radio (Trigger warning on this one it's a heavy and unfortunate situation of them as ANBU) and Frequency (The sequel of them picking up the pieces).

CHAPTER 1-

Y/N L/N was a normal girl, living a normal life. She had a job, friends and plenty of responsibilities like any other person. She was currently sitting in front of her computer with a black butler throw blanket on her shoulders, naruto themed booty shorts and a fairytale sports bra that didn't cover as much as needed. She was watching her new favorite anime, Tokyo Revengers!

"Gah!! How can Mikey go from cute to smexy in the blink of an eye?!" She said when said male's face came on her screen. He was one of her favorite and most relatable characters. As the episode ended, Y/N looked at the time on her laptop, only to see it was nearly 4 in the morning and she had work later on.

"Crap...... Well there goes my health...." She mumbled as she closed her laptop. She made her way to the mini fridge in her room and took a monster from it. She turned while opening the can only to find her laptop open. "What the-" A sudden blinding light came from the device, interrupting her sentence. "GAH!! MY EYES!" She yelled dropping the monster on the ground. The light grew brighter and brighter until...... It just stopped.

Once it was completely gone, Y/N opened her eyes, only to see she wasn't in her room but in a parking lot. 'When the hell did I get here?' She thought, surveying her surroundings. She looked down to the ground and saw her monster spilled. “AYO MY MONSTER!!!!” She screamed, not noticing the blonde male looking at her confused.

"Um..... Miss?" A familiar voice said out of nowhere. Y/N flinched as her eyes widened hearing the voice.

'That voice........ It couldn't be...... could it?' Y/N thought as she slowly turned around, coming face to face with the protagonist of her all time favorite anime...... Takemichi Hanagaki. Y/N was at a loss for words, while Takemichi was a blushing idiot. The piss blonde male took in Y/N's appearance.

(H/L) (H/C) hair that was (Hair style for relaxing). Her eyes were a beautiful shade of (E/C), almost looking like the night sky with how her eyes shine. He lowered his gaze and found she wasn't wearing much. The shorts she was wearing looked more like underwear and the bra left little to the imagination. The poor boy blushed profusely and looked away as his blush reached all the way to his ears.

'Woah! What the hell?! Why do I feel my pants getting tighter?! I don't even know this girl's name! Plus I've seen Hina in her underwear and was able to control myself!' Takemichi thought as he stood there awkwardly. He glanced at the beautiful girl and saw she was still staring at him. 'Shit! She's still looking at me! What do I do?! What do I do?!' Takemichi thought, panicking. He couldn't understand why he was acting like this.

The way she looked at him made him feel something....... like he wanted her all to himself. As for Y/N, she stood in front of the man in awe. 'Holy fuckin shit! TAKEMICHI HANAGAKI?!?!?! I can't believe this! He looks animated too, which means he's not 3D! WHICH MEANS I'M REALLY IN TOKYO REVENGERS!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!!' Y/N thought while internally freaking out. 'Wait....... I wonder when in the anime I am........'

"U-Um...... Miss? You do realize what you're wearing right?" Takemichi said, causing Y/N to snap out of her trance-like state. She looked down, only to see she was still in her skimpy PJ's. Y/N's eyes widened and tried to cover up when she felt something wrap around her smaller figure. She looked up and saw that Takemichi put his uniform jacket over her shoulders.

'She's so small and cute........ I have to help her.' Takemichi thought as a small amount of blush crept on his face. He loved how she looked in his cloths. Like she was made to wear his stuff.

"U-Um.... Can you tell me where I am... Um?" 'I have to Play dumb for right now until I figure out if this is him from the future.' She thought, nervously. Takemichi was all too excited to give her his name.

"T-Takemichi. Hanagaki Takemichi. And your in Shibuya Japan. What about your name?" He asked, scratching the side of his cheek. 'This feels weird. I'm already going crazy over some girl while I have a pretty girlfriend....'

"Y/N. L/N Y/N. N/N is just fine though." She said as a soft smile spread on her lips. Hina was really lucky in her eyes, having a guy like Takemichi.

'Woah~ Nicknames with a hot chick? Awesome!' Takemichi thought as a small blush spread on his cheeks. Though he was confused as to why no memory of meeting this girl came to mind, Takemichi had an overwhelming need to protect her.

"It's nice to meet you Hanagaki-"

"Takemichi....... Please." He said cutting off her greeting. Y/N nodded with a smile that made Takemichi's heart skip a beat. "S-So um do you live around here?" He asked, awkwardly trying not to look at her out of fear he'll stutter more. Y/N hesitated trying to come up with a plan.

"U-Um....... I-I um...." She stuttered, making the blond in front of her blink in confusion. Finally thinking of something, she thought to kill two birds with one stone. "Hm! I live near Hanma-kun's house. Do....... you know him?" 'If he doesn't then it's before the fight on August third so I'll at least have a time frame to work with.' She watched as the taller male racked his brain.

"No...... I-Is he a...... friend?" He asked, worried he'll lose her already. 'What am I thinking? Why am I getting protective of her already?'

"No. I've seen him here and there. Haven't talked to him much." She lied. Takemichi nodded, hiding his relieved face and sigh he let out. "Well....... I have to go now....." Y/N said and tried to leave but a strong grip wrapped around her wrist.

"Wait!!........" Takemichi yelled, which made the (H/C)ette's eyes widen. "I-I mean um..... How about I walk you home?" He asked, trying to save their conversation. He wanted to know where she lived, but he also didn't want her to leave. ‘Her hand is so soft~’ He cooed in his head. Y/N let out a sigh and looked down in slight disappointment.

"I don't live here....... I'm not exactly..... from here...." She said, making the blue eyed male confused. "Sorry.... But I have to confirm one more thing before I can tell you." Takemichi was needless to say nervous about what she was about to say. Shuffling in his stance the poor man stood awkwardly, waiting for the young beauty to finish her statement. "Do you..... know about time travel?"

Takemichi went stiff. How did she know about that? Was she a time traveler too? Questions rang through Takemichi's head as he tried coming up with a suitable answer.

"I know everything..." She said, making the blond male flinch. Y/N looked in his eyes with soft sincere (E/C) ones as if knowing the pain he's been through, which in a way she had. "I know about Mikey. I know about Naoto, Hina...... I even know about Kisaki and your special ability." She continued while walking up to him. Takemichi stood there shocked and dumbfounded, his thoughts running wild with questions.

"You see," She continued, stopping right in front of him. "I'm..... not from here. I'm from a world where your life is a manga and anime series....." Y/N finished explaining everything as the poor man stood there quietly, trying to process everything he's been told. There was no reason not to believe her. She knew everything….. From his power to the way he “died” in the future. This was all insane to him. Letting out a sigh she finally finished her explanation. "So yeah....... But hey! You saved your girl..... and got ptsd...." She muttered the last part while grinning nervously.

Takemichi was in pure and utter shock. He knew there was something up with her but he wasn't expecting this..... "So..... You don't live next to that Hanma guy?" He asked, making the young girl shake her head. He nodded slowly as a response, still trying to process everything.

"Takemichi...." Y/N spoke up again. Takemichi looked up and saw she was even closer, a determined grin plastered across her face. "If you let me stay with you, I'll help save Hina." Takemichi blushed slightly as he thought for a minute.

'S-She wants to stay with me?......AWE HELL YEAH!!!' He thought before nodding with a determined look. "Alright. It's a deal then." Takemichi took her by the hand and started walking to his apartment. Tho she was a bit scared to see his apartment, Y/N needed a place to stay. It wasn't an option, unless she wanted to live under a bridge like the gremlin she is.

“S-So…..” Takemichi started, “I…. Saved Hina?” He asked. If he was being honest with himself…… he didn't really care anymore… Can't exactly say that out loud but…. ‘Wait…. What if Hina tries to take her away from me? No… no that won't happen…. Right?’ He thought but snapped out of it when a sudden loud clap rang through his ears.

“Are you even listening to me Michi?” Y/N said with a worried look. Takemichi flinched but nodded, not really listening. Y/N deadpanned. ‘He wasn't listening at all…..’ With a sigh, she decided to start over. “Yeah. You saved Hina…… you actually saved her twice….. Technically three times but…. She wasn't the only one that needed to be saved.” She confessed to him, making him look at her.

Takemichi closed the door to his apartment and took his shoes off following the (H/C)ette to the living room. “Wow Michi. I'm surprised it's so clean.” She said, bluntly. Takemichi sweatdropped.

“Was it not in the anime?” Y/N shook her head at his question. This made Takemichi cringe slightly. The thought of having a dirty apartment made his skin crawl. “A-Anyway… this is a one bedroom apartment so…. I can take the couch if ya want-”

“No way! This is your home! I'm the freeloader staying here. I'll take the couch.” She said as she continued to snoop. Takemichi sighed but smiled.

“We can always….. share?” He said, leaning against the wall next to her. Y/N side-eyed the blonde next to her.

“Right…… and what would Hinata think?” She said making Takemichi flinch slightly.

“R-Right….” He said with a sweatdrop. “Still. I wouldn't feel right leaving you on the couch or the floor. That's not my style.” Y/N smiled at this and nodded.

“Hai. We can share then.” She said causing the blonde to perk up. A grin spread across his face as his eyes shined.

“I promise I won't be weird! You won't regret it!” He said, knowing full well it was a lie. Something about this girl in his kitchen, that just dropped in his life out of nowhere, it made him feel things. Way different from how he felt about Hinata Tachibana. Maybe it was the fact they shared a similar ability. Or he could finally talk to someone about his but whatever it was, this girl had him wrapped around her pretty little finger. He watched Y/N move gracefully through the kitchen as if she was made for his home and his home alone.

‘Shes so pretty in the kitchen. I wonder…..’ A sudden image of Y/N pregnant made it's way to his mind. He shook his head, getting rid of the nasty thoughts he was having. ‘What the hell is wrong with me?! I just met her!’

“Ne ne. Can you pass me the Milk?” Y/N said getting his attention. Takemichi nodded and grabbed the milk from the fridge.

“W-What are you making?” He asked peering over her shoulder.

“Alfredo pasta with homemade sauce. I'm sure your used to more Japanese cuisine so I thought to give you something else.” She said shocking the blue eyed male.

“Sugoi. You know how to cook that?” Y/N nodded while she stirred.

“I know how to cook all kinds of stuff. I had a restaurant/bakery back in my world so……” She trailed off while puckering her lips.

After dinner, Y/N got changed in one of Takemichi’s shirts and a pair of his boxers for underwear. It was comforting knowing (thinking) he won't do anything. She and Takemichi laid in bed and just stared at the ceiling.

“So….. I save everyone…..” Takemichi said still trying to process everything. Y/N hummed in confirmation. “And….. who's everyone?” This made the girl sit up in shock.

“E-Eh?! What do you mean?! Have you not met Mikey and Draken yet!?”

“Mikey and who? It's Mikey and Tetta Kisaki I need to meet…” This changed everything for Y/N. She was starting off in the second episode. She sighed and laid back down, a headache forming in her temple.

“Ugh…. Nevermind. I'll tell you in the morning….” She said and with that, the two went to bed. Takemichi holding her tight in his arms and snuggling into her neck.

I just rewatched vote2 and OMGGGG idk if I'm mad at kishi for not getting them together (cuz I know they probably wouldn't be) or just mad that he ended it there and didn't explore narusasu's relationship after all that, but I have so many emotions 😭 I'm just mad that nh and ss got together 🙄 (I wouldn't call them canon, cuz sns love for each other is canon, nh and ss is forced)

Also I love Sasuke so much in this fight that I'm also mad we didn't get to see more of him like this (openly showing his emotions, laughing, crying, being happy for once, accepting Naruto)

I still really liked it in the Anime, it’s just that I wish there were a few things they’d done differently as shown in the Manga. Like Sasuke screaming for sure, he's in so much pain and it's so important to show that, especially considering VotE1 where Naruto was screaming. Now it's a reverse and for good reason.

And nah, there’s no way they’d actually get together in the sense that a romantic relationship becomes surface level text and it’s spelled out for the reader.

You know, I was thinking about this and ‘Naruto’ is a story where Kishimoto used every literary device in his creators’ arsenal in order to show the story. Even in dialogue and text, he still pays attention to how something is said and the timing of it. That’s why, in order to understand a message or to pick up on sub-text, context is so important. That's what makes something 'true'. Characters don’t always say what they mean… in fact, the best characters don’t imo. There’s so much heart in the story and you can see it in the slightest expressions, in body language and Kishimoto definitely has a way of showing what he considers important and what isn’t. 

Brt on the other hand… well, it’s just told. It’s called authorial assertion or fiat in literature. They don’t show us why or how something happened, there’s no justification, evidence for any declarations and don’t even question it, because ‘it is just so because we said so’ and they don’t even know either.

I agree being a Sukuna fan is pretty hard since a lot of G fans are too toxic. I also feel bad for Gege since G fandom always downplay other characters and arcs Gege made for other characters

Being a fan of any character in this fandom that isn't a popular one is an experience, anon, I'll tell you that. Finding people who are more open-minded towards discussing those less-talked about characters or that share your opinions is even harder, lol.

Still, this is the first fandom I've been in where I have a hard time connecting with it at all because man, this fandom really struggles with objectivity and being at peace with where the story currently is. I had to walk away from the bird app because of the way I was tired (and frustrated) about people continually making theories about a dead character's comeback with 0 evidence and being dismissive of the current plot. Like outside of Yuuji and Sukuna, Higuruma is also one of my favorite characters, and even though I don't talk about him much, I'm at peace when it comes to his death. I don't consider it a waste nor do I consider that he could've been more developed. I accept canon and the role he played in the story, because I realize he is just a side character and this is not a story about him. If I want to see a story about him, I could just write one.

I genuinely have no problem with people loving characters nor being insane over their faves (I do that too) but it becomes tiring when you're met with 487283737 posts of the same thing over and over and over again while looking for analyses related to the current going-ons in the plot. Like Gojo had been dead for some time to the narrative yet the fandom still refuses to let him rest even though he found peace in death and I find that ironic because they won't accept his actual characterization, paint the author as a hater (even tho he created him so that argument makes no sense) and believe they know him best, even better than the author. Do they? Are they truly his fans if they can't accept what canon is telling them or fans of a version of him which never existed in the first place? Like real fans accept the fact that he's dead and are not arguing everything in the story is about him. I know that because one of my friends loves him a lot (he's his #1) yet he doesn't belittle anyone, nor does he hate Sukuna and is still keeping up with the story. Normal fans do still exist, even though they are a rarity in this fandom.

I also feel bad for Gege because people are still hating on him simply because he doesn't do what is common in shonen works. If those people are dissatisfied with his writing, then why not just read a work which will satisfy their cravings or write a story they wish to read? Why not read Naruto, a classic shonen where nobody ever dies, everybody gets to shine and has about half a story dedicated to the side-characters and gives them development? It's everything they've been looking for in jjk, and yet they're still reading jjk, expecting it to deliver these tropes which exist in other shonen and then get disappointed when it doesn't. Just because it is marketed at such, it doesn't mean it'll be a copy or a ripoff, or for that matter, that it will follow certain rules or tropes applied to shonen. Every story has its own rules and deserves to be treated as such.

As somebody who had started reading jjk with 0 expectations, I am actually quite enjoying the wild ride that is jjk.

Okay Naruto and Sasuke has officially broken me in terms of MLM ships. I keep forgetting that Naruto is a motherfucking outlier and not the base model.

WELL it may not look like it, but SNS is not even my OTP in naruto. I'm a sasuke-did-nothing-wrong-he-has-nothing-to-apologize through and and through. I recognize that sasuke and naruto are both right and wrong at the same time. A polarizing extremes of ideas. In an idealized story, they would have met in the middle and we should not have to sacrifice all of Sasuke's development just so we can get the "idealized" ending. (which, given boruto's state right now, makes it even more obvious that Sasuke's revolution was need) BUT BUT BUT THIS PARAGRAPH SHOULD BE A STORY FOR ANOTHER SO SHUT THE FUCK UP JEN.

Okay so I do ship sns but it's not my end all be all. BUT BUT BUT even with the above, i still recognize that at the end of the day at least Sasuke still has Naruto despite it all. I mean sure he has Sakura and Sarada. But Naruto tried to understand him. The end game given to him was awful in my honest opinion, but at the very least my point is even I didn't agree with the ending given to him. At least the guy who spent 6 months with him as "friends" and then 4 years chasing him around, has given him as much love and devotion as a shounen series is allowed???

There was something deeply unsatisfying with the Naruto ending. (filled with hypocrisy and back tracking in terms of a lot of people's development) and it stayed me. So I was kinda done with shounen you know.

but boredom is a sin and I watch jjk with bf and even if I was aware of the fandom and sugusato. And yes the bond that they had was amazing and deep. But I just couldn't be on board with it. It wasn't a ride or die situation, you know. So yeah I do like to throw my favorite characters on the nearest dick but no actual TRUE otp you know.

I found myself "You know if Gojo was just given a mere 10% of Naruto's simping powers towards Sasuke for Geto, we wouldn't be here at all."

I just wanna say that I absolutely LOVE Butterfly. It’s kinda the only fanfic I care about at the moment lmao I am LOCKED IN. The story itself is great, all of the characters (even the ones everyone hate rn) are interesting, the writing is phenomenal…I could go on and on.

I have a few thoughts I wanted to get out of my head. These aren’t suggestions (cuz it’s your story and I trust where you’re gonna take it), it’s moreso just kinda be me rambling lol:

Sasuke- I know you’ve mentioned he’s going to show up again later, but I’m so anxious to see the role he’s going to play. I don’t really want it to be a romantic thing with Hinata (I am a firm NaruHina lover lol) but I would love to see him be some kind of a protective friend for her? In my head he and Hinata already know each other; like they had some type of group therapy for traumatized teens or after she was removed from her dad’s care she was temporarily in a group home where she met Sasuke and they got to know each other idk. He knows her story and the pain she deals with, and is able to relate in a sense. So he doesn’t want to see her be taken advantage of. Idk, again this is NOT a suggestion lmao just rambling.

Strength- I would argue that Hinata’s the strongest character in the story so far. Even stronger than Naruto. She’s been thru absolute hell and suffers with severe anxiety and depression. The fact she struggles with suicidal ideations and is still making the choice to live is a testament to her strength. I hope that as the story progresses, Hinata starts to recognize that in herself.

Naruto- love the way you write Naruto in this; the chapters in his pov are some of favorites tbh. As someone mentioned before, I too would love to get a few jealous Naruto scenes. Especially since he’s starting to actually *see* Hinata and recognize his attraction to her. I’m assuming that as the story progresses, Hinata will grow into her own person and become somewhat independent of Naruto (like getting her own friends); is that something Naruto might feel threatened by? Since he does have a selfish streak and is immature, I wonder if he would have an issue with keeping Hinata all to himself.

I think those were the main ramblings I had. Chapter 8 is my absolute favorite so far cuz of the cute NaruHina moment we got. I know smut is probably a ways away but I cannot WAIT till we get to it cuz you are one of my favorite smut writers tbh. Anyways that’s all for now. Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us!

Sasuke- Surprisingly a lot of readers have been waiting to see how Sasuke fits into all this🤭I've gotten some incredibly creative scenarios and prediction from commenters and anons that I've actually added to his role and even moved his entrance up in the timeline😄This is a very interesting scenario and I really, really like it a lot! So many people really want a protective friend Sasuke and I can't say the idea isn't unbearably adorable 💕

Strength- You hit the nail on the head for sure🫡💕Hinata's inner strength is one that's often overlooked, underestimated and underappreciated when compare to more overt forms of strength, or socially constructed ideals of what it means to be strong, and I've really, really been wanting to make a point in the world of fanfiction, specifically the Naruto fandom of fanfiction, that strength is not always aggression, violence and bitchy attitude 🤦🏽‍♀️ because I've seen, for years now, this narrow, short sighted standard of who is strong and who is weak being perpetrated and it's always, always bothered the crap out of me 😤With Butterfly, I'm hoping to open minds and break molds we've been taught to believe are absolute👎🏽but are actually highly subjective👈🏽 I swear, so many of my fics are 'break the mold' type fics, lol, I think I just like to nay say the nay sayers, ya know, shine light on areas and topics that many may make negative assertions and toxic assumptions about while in reality, know very little about the subject matter at all. I think it opens the door for more compassion, understanding and inclusion ️🫶🏽 and honestly, that's what I'm all about.

Naruto- I love, love, love me a Naruto POV 🙈idk what it is about Naruto in particular since I love most make POV but it is soooo much fun being in his head 🤭Butterfly!Naruto and Prey!Naruto are two of my fave Naruto POV's to write in, both are so much fun in different ways 😄For sure Naruto's gonna have his jealousy moments, he's too hot headed and selfish in Butterfly not to🤭Its definitely not out of the realm of possibility that he'll feel some type of way about not being the center of her attention🤔right now, he's the golden boy, he's got the coveted place at her side, he's got exclusive access nobody else has, losing that, well, he might not be too keen on it🤭although, he's been trying to introduce her to his friends and help her with her speech problems, so maybe he'll take it as a source of pride that he's help her find her confidence🤔that's why I love this Naruto 🤭he really can go either way. Like, on one hand, he can be sweeter than cotton candy, some real tooth rotting sweetness, but on the other hand he can be a selfish asshole making scummy choices just to get what he wants😅he gets tunnel vision, and the only thing that matters is reaching his goals by any means necessary. He's just a really fun character🤭

Ramblings stemming from frustration with this fandom sometimes. ( Naruto. )

I know Naruto fandom has always been a tad toxic ever since it started becoming popular and such, but something about these newer fans who are so comfortable with d3ath threats, body shaming, sa threats, and d0xxing other people for the sake of a character. Fandom discourse is truly never that serious and the fact that they’ve become so obsessed with “ratioing” or “owning” other people that they’re willing to say absolutely vile things all for what… some likes? Validation from other gross people?

And then for these people to still say they’re the “good part of the fandom” or “the sane part”. It’s almost narcissistic for lack of a better word at the moment. ( not diagnosing anyone or speaking as if I’m some sort of mental health expert. Just can’t think of another word right now because of the headache this phenomenon is causing me as it is becoming much too common. )

They have this obsession with demonizing “the other side.” To the point of making false claims, which is insane. Or maybe they actually believe them? I can’t tell. They just spread whatever makes them feel good about what they like and don’t care about the source.

This is mainly a lame annoyed rant about the Hinata fanbase which have become somehow even worse within the past few days with their weird obsession with trying to get the Boruto artist (I think he works for sp? Unsure as he says most of his art is fanart but he made a like two or three official pieces that were on the official boruto/naruto page.) fired and sending him death threats for I guess just not drawing Hinata as much as they want? Like to the point where they were literally saying she was being “oppressed and bullied” by this artists. It was insane to see in person because you really would like to believe people WOULDNT compare a character not being drawn in a way they approve of to the oppression the people of Palestine are facing but hey, I suppose it’s a competition now to see how much of a bad person you can be for the sake of a character.

Also I know this is not just an issue in the hinata fandom, although the recent need to fetishize how “Asian Hinata is compared to that white girl sakura.” Is irking me a lot more than what other fandoms have done as of recent that I’m aware of. The Sakus seem to be their usual level of delusion and crappy attitude. Which is easy to ignore for me.

Does it sound like I’m making stuff up at this point? Because as I’m writing this I’m seeing just how insane this really is. This *shouldn’t* be real. This *shouldn’t* be things people say without shame. And yet, people just throw their morals for… what, internet points? The self validation that they defended to their favorite character? Who knows.

You might not even read this, I wouldn’t blame you lol. Just me being annoyed with how comfortable people within the naruto fandom have become so comfortable with being bad people.

My only real question is have you noticed an increase of toxicity within the fandom? Do you think this behavior has gotten worse with the ending of Naruto and beginning of Boruto?

I kinda get what you mean. I remember even before the manga ended there was apparently aggressive fights between Narusaku/Naruhina shippers, like the body shaming towards the other ship's girl and so on. And SS also were aggressive. But nowadays it indeed seems worse. I'm not sure if it's because we have new big platforms? Twitter and Tiktok I mean, both have really cancerous fandom spaces.

SS/NH harass official staff all the time, as well as other parts of the fandom. And then they act like victims because some people think Sakura and Hinata are shitty characters lol. Meanwhile they treat real people like shit. I think it might be because everyone makes fun of their ships/girls all the time, because it's so easy, so they become even crazier in trying to compensate, they try to harass the staff for more content for their ship, to get back at the people who say their ships suck. Also because so many popular content creators keep making content on Naruto and Sasuke being gay and Sakura/Hinata being their beards it's also humiliating to them.

Of course, they also need to fight which girl is the best girl. Which girl is less of a single mother for example. XD

"Or maybe they actually believe them?" Considering how many SS have convinced themselves that some moments that happened between Naruto and Sasuke actually happened between Sasuke and Sakura, I can believe them being that delusional.

No because I have witnessed it myself, plenty Sakura and Hinata stans on twitter have that toxic "bad bitch" attitude that they think makes them queens or whatever, they harass people and are extremely aggressive and think female character doing the bare minimun = queen behaviour. It comes off as very childish and narcissistic. No wonder Sakura and Hinata as characters appeal to them.

The Minute I Met You, The Colors of My Life Began To Pour

Since the day he came home and found his father dead on the floor, the only color in Kakashi’s life was red. Everything else was dull and muted; washed out and pale, like his father’s favorite sun-bleached yukata. There was only red. Like his father’s blood. Like Obito’s blood. Rin’s blood. Minato-sensei and Kushina-san’s blood. The sharingan.

If it wasn’t for the blood-red eye in his head, Kakashi might think himself a ghost. Though, there was red on his hands when he looked at them, and his ANBU mask had red, so sometimes he was less of a muted reflection of what a person was. Sometimes he was more of a blood-soaked specter, hunting Konoha’s enemies in the darkest hours of the night.

On good days, sometimes he saw green. Sometimes, there were eyes like a clear sky, and hair like sunshine, but those days hurt. Neither lasted, and it wouldn’t be long until there was only blood and the same washed-out colors again.

Then, one day, there was brown. Brown hair like the fertile soil he remembered his father showing him, and tanned skin that shone like bronze, even under the flickering streetlamp.

“ANBU-san? ANBU-san? Do you need me to get someone from the hospital?” Without fully registering what the man in front of him had asked, Kakashi shook his head. The only thing he needed was… was… he didn’t know. The man was still talking, his voice quiet and soothing, and Kakashi felt himself relaxing. He didn’t want to close his eyes; what if everything faded away again?

Kakashi woke up in the hospital, alone. They told him he’d been poisoned; he remembered the senbon, and wandering Konoha in a daze, and sitting under a streetlamp. He remembered the man with hair the color of life, and skin like bronze, but the staff wouldn’t tell him anything.

The day he was discharged from the hospital, the Sandaime dismissed him from ANBU. Kakashi wanted to be upset. Maybe, though, there would be less red.

Not even a week later, Kakashi captained a mission with one Umino Iruka, a man with hair the color of healthy soil, and tanned skin like bronze. A man whose laugh made the sunlight shine brighter, whose smile made the trees greener, who breathed color into Kakashi’s world through the simple act of existing. And there was red.

Leaving ANBU didn’t mean there was less red, less blood. It meant that the blood came not only from Konoha’s enemies, but from her people as well. From Iruka. Their medical nin assured Kakashi that Iruka would be fine, but Kakashi still felt fear gnawing at his insides.

Never before had he wanted to stop a fellow shinobi from doing their job, but Kakashi had only just met Iruka. Colors had only just started to come back. The devastation he’d feel if something were to happen… It wasn’t normal to feel this much about someone he didn’t know. It wasn’t right, or fair, to place so much on Iruka without him knowing or asking or accepting. That didn’t stop Kakashi’s knees from going weak with relief when Iruka announced he would become a teacher.

Kakashi would find another source of color in his life, besides Iruka. He would. Now he just… had more time to look.

It seemed as if the world disagreed. Time and again they would run into each other; shopping at the market, taking walks, at the mission desk. Iruka would smile at him, and ask how Kakashi was. And Kakashi, always, without hesitation, would respond. Sometimes they would eat dinner together, because Kakashi could never bring himself to say no.

After Iruka, it was easier to let people back in. Gai had never left, and Kakashi found himself responding more to his self-proclaimed rival. The first time Kakashi issued a challenge, he thought Gai was going to dehydrate himself from crying so hard. After Gai there was Tenzo again, then Asuma, and Kurenai, then Genma, Raido, Anko… and still, Iruka. Even after Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura, Iruka was there.

It took Kakashi a long time to realize what it meant. Almost as long as it had taken for him to learn that looking to Iruka for vibrancy in his life wasn’t wrong; it meant he was in love. Only hours later did he realize that Iruka turned toward him when they sat together. Iruka’s face lit up when he saw Kakashi. Just like Kakashi did. Perhaps… Perhaps Kakashi brought Iruka’s world color, too.

“Before I met you, colors were dull and muted, unless they were red,” he said. “There was so much red, but then you were there.” Kakashi’s side was pressed against Iruka’s as they shared a bench, and Kakashi spoke into the night. That wasn’t what he wanted to say, but the words wouldn’t come. “Colors are… Life is brighter when you’re here.”

Neither of them spoke, and Kakashi felt frozen, stuck. Something wrapped around Kakashi’s hand, and it took him too long to realize it was Iruka’s hand, warm and gentle and calloused, twining their fingers together. A soft sigh that sounded fond as Iruka shifted to rest his head against Kakashi’s shoulder.

“Life is brighter when you’re with me too, Kakashi.”

Hiiii, Ard! thanks for being interested in my opinion xD I'll start with THE question hehe

10. OTP Who could that be...? 🤔😅 I'm going to use this opportunity to finally make a verbal statement about why i love my otp so much. I started watching Naruto as an experiment in 2022 (at the ripe age of 28) and the land of waves arc got to me: Haku's death (and the way Zabuza used him -yes, i have beef with that guy) got my empathy involved, and Kakashi-sensei charmed me by being incredibly cool AND mysterious. The mysterious part about the origin of his sharingan intrigued me the most: what do you mean "a friend gave it to him"??? who is this friend? where is he? are they still friends? All those questions needed answers. So i learned about Obito Uchiha (mostly through fanart). Then i cried my eyes out watching Kakashi Gaiden and stalled the war arc as long as i could because i knew what was going to happen, and by then i’d already fallen in love with them beyond reason.

Before anything else, this ship is so powerful because separately Kakashi and Obito are incredibly well-written characters. Yes, they complete each other and share their arc till the end, but nevertheless, each of them is autonomous, believable, complex, and deep. They are both the main dish. So the dynamic, the bond they establish between them feels true and natural. One has this sunshine personality, is kind, caring, tenderhearted, and fun; the other has too much to deal with for his age: being a genius will mess with your pride and sense of worth, but not with your tiny, pure, brave heart. Kid Obito and kid Kakashi are so precious, you wanna shield them from everything that is wrong with the world. And then tragedy №1 and tragedy №2 happen that push these two boys to realize they were supposed to be each other’s lifeline. Obito got a head start over Kakashi though. When Kakashi finally sees Obito for who he really is, the sacrifice is already made, leaving Kakashi attached to his lifeline that goes nowhere. 

Tragedy №3 crushes their souls one more time and marks the beginning of the horrendous paths they take: Kakashi drowning himself in guilt and the violence of ANBU missions; Obito being groomed, brainwashed and manipulated into a gruesome conspiracy that perverted his ideals. And despite everything that happens next, they still hold on to their lifeline (the shared sharingan serving as the visualization). They are loyal to each other in their own ways. Kakashi lets his memory of Obito guide him and help him live, while Obito never seeks vengeance or takes the eye back. He even goes beyond imaginable and saves Kakashi’s life one last time. 

They were written to be tragic, but they were also meant to be special. If only Kishimoto had more sympathy and allowed Obito another chance. Those two precious boys could start all over. And this time, post war, their respect, longing, sorrow, adoration, grief, regrets, hopes would be shared, and the love that had struggled to grow for so long would finally be in full blossom.

3. Favorite villain

(No worries, sweet anon, i don’t consider Obito a villain xD) The key villains like Madara or Danzo remind me of middle-aged men who get hung up on conspiracy theories and start believing that they have the world figured out. So they are more annoying than scary to me. And a villain should be frightening, i think. In the ninja world this would be Orochimaru. He’s an egomaniac, a sensible madman, who is deceitful, merciless, and cruel. We were shown such atrocities, so much abuse, torture, and physical pain inflicted on innocent people. And for what? I’m not sure i fully understand his motives: was it out of fear of death? Or is this just him doing what he loves? He IS the worst, and yet, by the end of shippuden he turns into a comedy bit?! Seriously?! This is all kinds of wrong xD But the facts remain, he is a good villain, creepy and scary.

To lighten up the mood i'll attach this scene from Rock Lee and his Ninja Pals that shows the funniest wtf-ish way to defeat Orochimaru xD (now i wonder what else Kakashi can do with his water jutsu ..)

It’s my Shang Qinghua superwhump fic with an overlaying plot that evolved from a one shot I had written one morning over coffee before work a few years ago. I never anticipated it growing into something of this scale. Through this fic, I’ve been able to explore certain characters and their motivations and behaviors in ways I wouldn’t in other stories. It’s great fun for me <3

My good old insert-OC Dominic and his adventures in Skyrim, transmigration gamer style. This one is a story I’ve been working off and on for YEARS and I still have so much planned for it. I’ve barely even started m. The fact i have gotten so many comments on this fic along the lines of “I don’t even go here (skyrim) but I love this story” is mind boggling. I hope my writing was able to inspire someone to play the game at least once 👀

Plus, Dominic as a character is just so much fun to write. And, gratifyingly, I have been told he’s also very fun to read.

The fact that this story, too, started from just a one shot of a vague idea I had one day and somehow snowballed into this absolute monstrosity that so many people love is what I live for as a writer. So many people nuts enjoy reading about sick baby Kakashi tumbling blindly through his own time travel fix-it, and it breathes life into me every day.

Plus, the amount of people who have raged at me for making them cry with this one specifically is how I survive in this cold and cruel world 💖

12. What's a headcanon you have for this character?

I mean... considering Mito doesn't really have a canon characterization, everything about her is made-up anyway, so that's kinda difficult to answer when her entire personality is a headcanon. Especially because I write her however I need her to be and that can differ widely from fic to fic.

Buuut in my heart I know this woman is extremely shameless. I headcanon the Uzumaki to be quite laid-back and open-minded in all manners, especially the sexual, and Mito brings that with her when she moves over to Konoha. She may look all poised and well-behaved but she will walk up to Madara and look him in the eye, telling him in not-so-subtle words what she and Hashirama had been up to the night before just to watch him squirm.

I know this to be true and I am more than willing to fight Kishi about it.

Along with that, I think she's a gremlin of a woman. Mito causes mischief wherever she goes just because she can and because she's bored, and no one suspects her except for those few people who know her well enough.

Also!!! Zero self-preservation instinct when it comes to seals! That woman shoved a whole-ass Bijuu inside her with an experimental seal and I refuse to believe she actually calculated the risk. Unless Kishi actually mans up and writes the scene of her sealing Kurama, I will simply continue believing that she looked at the big, mean, grumpy fox and went "I will show that fucker who's boss". In my heart, she's more of a crazy scientist than Tobirama.

20. Which other character is the ideal best friend for this character, the amount of screentime they share doesn't matter?

Tobirama!!! Am I biased? Yes. Do I care? No. They should be sealing besties!!! I need them to do all-nighters in Tobirama's lab and come up with seals beyond human comprehension, beyond any ethics and morals. These two would fuck around and find out and it would be terrible horrible no good for literally everyone else but they sure would have the time of their lives. I know Tobirama didn't come up with the Edo Tensei all of his own, I know Mito helped him! No one can convince me otherwise, come and fight me Kishimoto and be prepared to lose!

2. Favorite canon thing about this character?

Everything? He's my favorite character, literally just remembering how great of a character he is dragged me back into this hellhole of a fandom after I told myself I would never return here lol

I love his personality, his history and what made him who he is now, his quirks, his design... I think if I have to pick a favorite it's how caring he is. Kakashi acts so aloof all the time, but he cares deeply.

He claims he has no one left anymore but Gai is there, Tenzou is there, Asuma is there, the other Jounin are there - and he cares a whole damn lot for all these people for someone who claims he has no one anymore. He disobeys Tsunade's - his Hokage's!! - orders to help with the Sasuke retrieval because he cares about his team, damnit. And he shows how much he cares for his Genin over and over throughout the series. Because those who abandon their friends are worse than scum and he lives by that til the end even after the whole Obito-shitshow during the 4th war.

He's just. Such a big softie on the inside at the end of the day, despite everything, and I love that about him.

(Also, his design fucks. He's the only Naruto character who actually looks like a ninja. He's the shinobi of all shinobis Imo.)

7. What's something the fandom does when it comes to this character that you like?

... You should've asked the opposite, that would've been easier to answer.

Okay, I love how much Kakashi whump there is. He canonically went through so much shit in his past - and it continues getting worse!! - and the fandom looks at this man who's already on the ground and goes "Is anyone going to kick him while he's already down?" and doesn't even wait for an answer. Yes, he deserves a relaxed and happy ending!! But I greatly enjoy whump and angst and the Kakashi fandom certainly delivers.

Also, I love it when the fandom gives him Lichtenberg scars! Not only because they look cool af, but more importantly because I love it when fandom ads consequences to jutsu experimentation! Yes, show me what could go wrong when experimenting with raw lightning, no matter that it's his natural element! These shinobi should have more scars anyway, and in that regard the fandom doesn't disappoint :D

I haven't been in this fandom for years now, and i wanted to check out this again and wow, is still the same. I feel like, is okay if people don't like sasusaku, i can even see why (everything was wrapped very quickly at the end). But to say that real sasuke fans shouldn't support sasusaku, or that if you really love sasuke you should hate sakura is a reach. I understand if people think he was wronged by the narrative and he deserved better, but this fandom treats sakura worse than the villains. If sakura was really a bad person, sasuke would have just .... choose someone else. She was just in love with a boy who was really traumatized and in pain. She wanted the best for him, is not a big deal. Is sakura a flawed character? Yes, she is. But so is sasuke and i still love him because i can empathize with him and see how much he was suffering. They both have a lot of good and bad things. I also can understand if people don't like sakura, but why is her hate always about sasuke? "she should have moved on", "she abused him", "she doesn't deserve him". Like, why is bad loving someone.. everyone in naruto is allowed to not move on from someone, but she has to. For her character to be better, she needs to stop loving sasuke. The hate that sasuke get is from people who pretend they care/like sakura too. Like, is okay if people don't like the canon couples, that's totally fine. I'm not a fan with a lot of things after 699 either. But, the fact that a lot of people think that you can't be a real fan of a character because he ended up with someone you don't like is ridiculous. SS couldn't have happened and i wouldn't care, sasuke would still be happy with other person and i would be happy for him. That's all I ever wanted for him. Same with sakura. Can they just let it go? More than 10 years and fans have made it all about shipping. that's.... the only thing they care about. There's so much more about sasuke and sakura than them being a couple. I like them both, a lot, they are my favorite characters and I enjoy their dynamic, but seeing how people treats them makes me feel like staying away from this fandom was a good decision... sasuke and sakura relationship is actually wholesome... I don't understand why everyone is so obsessed with making them seem like they are miserable with each other? Is because they think they would have chosen someone better for them? As if sasuke and sakura didn't have other options , they just didn't want to.... idk i feel like people take this shipping stuff too serious. sasuke having a family again is nice :/ even sasuke fans trash him, "bad father", "bad husband", like damn, i thought yall liked him?, is really sad. Also, is like, they hate sakura so much they don't care if they also end up trashing sasuke in the way of it. Just because he is with someone they didn't want to doesn't mean he is unhappy , how miserable are they? The fact that sakura extremists have this same mindset and is because she just... didn't love naruto back? She didn't do what they wanted for her? That Kishimoto didn't make her say: "i'm going to beat sasuke up! i'm not the same anymore!" or some cringe girl boss shit?, as if sakura would ever do something like that to him. Some sakura fans dont even understand her character, they just use her for ships and sadly they don't understand sasuke either. And he is only a prize (this happens with every sasuke ship tbh). But is funny because... sakura also is a prize for a lot of shippers that hate sasuke. SS gets in the way of so many people.... maybe that's why they are so hated. man, sorry for the ranting but since 2014 they are on the same discourse.... like damn, this naruto shit was really serious after all lol ..After seeing all this i still don't think i could ever hate SS anyways... is the antis and their fans that actually suck.
