I used to think I was a lesbian because I found most men disgusting. I eventually realized I was bi, and have since dated plenty of men and had great experiences. And a decade later I still prefer women. I just can’t connect romantically with men. I can feel very fond of them, but that spark just isn’t there. It’s wild how some people think attraction to men will always be stronger.

I’m the same way. I can only connect with women intimately. not men. & so i prefer women. I’ve met guys that were good to me but something just never clicks like it does with women.

(SOME) BI/PAN/OMNI PEOPLE ARE GOING TO HAVE OPPOSITE GENDER PARTNERS (SOME OF THE TIME).

Like, it's literally baked into the definition.

It's also just statistics. There are only so many same-gender people that are 1. attracted to the same gender 2. open to relationships with bi/omni/pan people.

So some of us are going to end up in hetro-appearing / passing relationship. That does not erase our queerness.

Pride season is approaching and if I hear ANYONE speak poorly of bisexual women with boyfriends/husbands I’ll pop all your tires okay thx for listeninggg <3
