So what got Khazaan elevated from a Fury to begin with? And, added to that, was he always a Fury or was he a Fury made from the soul of a once-mortal? :3

The lore says Least Daemons can transition into Lesser Daemons, but never goes into how or why. For Khazaan, I created a sort of "exalted" subspecies of Fury called a Virago. Viragos, unlike normal chaos furies, stay under whatever god they "evolved" under. Khazaan started in the absolute bottom as part of the scrap hosts.

Khazaan was called Hraiir. He killed and consumed the leader of his Blood Host and it was this act that got him elevated from Fury to Bloodletter. Khazaan dropped the name "Hraiir" and instead took the name of the Daemon who slew and from there kept climbing. If it were not for Skarbrand existing, he would've been the strongest of Khorne's Bloodthirsters.
