He froze up the instant he heard the cowboys voice. Tunner... ohhhh Tunner. It wasn't his universe's Tunner, sure, but it was a Tunner. They were never romantically involved like some other universes, but they were close enough. He remembered how often the guy checked up on him due to his own self-isolating nature.

"H... hiii... Tunner..." Keep it together. He hadn't spoken to anyone resembling Tunner since the one in his universe died. He had no clue it'd be this difficult. Deep breaths.

The fine grains of sand sifts as his weight is shifted onto one side. Though he was moderately dressed from head to shins, shoes were apparently still an optional choice.

“How arid,” he rasps, words akin to a hull's scrape across the ragged seabed. “Ofall the times I revisit, I still cannot understand how land-dwellers stand being in such a dry climate.”

And on a rather perfect day as well. It's freezing outside. And it is an utter crime that we don't seem to have any Hot Chocolate mix stocked in our pantry.

"Wha- " He tried to pull it off with his hands, only pulling on himself instead with a slight hiss. His wingfeathers rustled behind him, repeatedly trying to pull it off before he realized the thin, translucent look of glue.

He glared at it, figuring if he cant just pull it off, hot water might do the trick instead. He'd just shower until the water melted it off of him.

//OOC: Grimsley has SEVERAL catlike traits. I’ve talked about them a bit before but I wanna talk about them again.

His eyes are reflective, which is really only super noticeable in the dark (obviously).

He’ll knead at things sometimes, which cats will often do as a sign of affection or happiness. It can also be a way of marking territory but I won’t get into that-

I just feel like when this man is lounging around, he looks especially catlike. Just like limbs splayed out and shit.

He likes fish. A lot. He hears a can of Veluza being opened and his ears perk up like a dog (or ig a cat). One of his fave foods is sushi bc of this. If the feral cat thoughts took over he would probably just bite into an entire raw fish fillet.

When Grimsley’s feeling hostile or defensive I like to this his eyes become rather sharp like a cats. His hair also appears sharper and bristled like a feline raising it’s hackles.

I’ve touched on slow blinking before, but long story short, cats will slow blink at people when they’re comfortable/trust someone. He does this around people he’s close with (like Burgh.)

Uhh honorable mention to enjoying physical affections around places cats typically like (face, ears, etc).

...I didn't think I would be that, uh, sociable to speak to so many people. Not on first name basis with anyone yet... I guess that's to be expected.

It doesn't seem like we're leaving this cursed place anytime soon, so I suppose the company is welcome...

You must be new. Anyone who has bled out in enough matches will know that our mission is meaningless here.
