First released in 1989 for MS-DOS, A 10 Tank Killer is a flight combat simulation focussing on the A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft also known as the Warthog.

Developed and published by Eugene, Oregon based developer Dynamix, A 10 Tank Killer was ported to the Amiga in 1991. A 10 Tank Killer is the first of two entries in this series with it's sequel releasing in 1996 under the title Silent Thunder  A-10 Tank Killer II, the game has also appeared in two compilation releases the most recent of those in 1997 as a part of the Aces Collection Series.

Thunderversary Rewatch Party!

Starts April 4th.

Hey folks, the planning for the rewatch party is at a good stage - we’ve got a timetable that covers one or two TAG episodes and a TOS episode each week up starting the 10th anniversary of S1E1, covering the 60th of TOS in Sept and finishing the 6th anniversary of S3E26 in Jan. It’s a long haul but wanted to make it doable for anyone who wants to go for the marathon and also for people just to dip in here and there.

Would anyone else like to join us to help out? Thinking maybe coming up with ideas for games or challenges or polls etc? Helping out with the manual labour of reblogging the stuff that the host blog is tagged in? That kinda stuff? Drop me a DM if so :)

Have you considered doing a "The Plurality of" post on Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek next gen? If not you totally should. Or at least check it out.

If you're interested, I'd recommend Picard s2 and the TNG comic Perchance to Dream, at the very least. There are also a handful of TNG episodes that I'd recommend because they provide good context for the above, mostly s3e23 "Sarek", s3e26 and s4e1 "Best of Both Worlds", s5e25 "Inner Light", plus maybe s5e23 "I, Borg" and s6e15 "Tapestry".

I doubt this is one I'll go into (because the first season of Picard seems bad and I don't like the idea of jumping into it in season 2), but I'd love to see other people's takes on the Plurality of Picard! 😁
