Kinktober day 1: cuckholding
Prompts by @kroas-adtam
Silent film stars stuck in talking cinema light
Read now or read on Ao3
Ivy/pebble/river/lake
Explicit, 2k, warnings for cuckholding, bondage, dubious consent, small threats, gills, and degradation.
“Come on sprout don’t be an attention whore, can’t we dote on sweet little Ivy for a bit?”
Ivys head fell back onto rivers shoulder, whimpering in time with each thrust as river continued to bounce him in his dick. He was flushed deep down his chest, a bright red blush that made him unable to look anyone in the eye.
“Oh Ivy, your little boyfriend is about to explode”
“Isn’t he gorgeous sprout?”
Ivy gave a loud whine, River spilling praises over his shoulder. He sat backwards on his cock, held tightly to his chest for pebble to see clearly.
Ivy really was pretty. Lithe and smooth all over, pale skin that River could suck dark marks into all day if he was allowed. Ivy was truly a gift of a little earth ghoul.
“My pretty little rosebud” river whispered just loud enough for pebble to hear into ivys neck. He was littered with bruises and bite marks, nipples a dark red and puffy, surely overly sensitive but River didn’t want to overwhelm the poor thing.
“I’ll fucking kill you-“ a hand shot over pebbles mouth before he could finish.
“That’s not very nice and you know it” lake said. He had been standing behind pebbles chair, in charge of keeping him tied down and quiet, even if the quiet part was easier said than done, “I’ll have to muzzle you if you don’t learn when it’s not your turn to speak”
“Oh Ivy, your little boyfriend is about to explode” River chuckled. If Ivy couldn’t open his eyes to watch then River was more than happy to describe every detail to him. Pebble strapped down and hard, lake holding his chin in place to watch Ivy come undone on rivers cock. Lakes hands roamed across pebbles body, groping at his thighs and chest in time with rivers movements.
“Ivy looks like he fucking belongs on rivers cock, don’t they just make such a pretty picture together? Think we should keep him all for ourselves” Lake purred, an arm held tightly across pebbles chest to keep him seated.
“I’ll make sure you belong in a morgue” pebble growled.
“Ah ah ah, I’d watch your tone. Wouldn’t want to have to muzzle you would I?”
Pebbles tail lashed angrily, teeth grit.
Ivy doesn't say a word, doesn’t protest, doesn’t claim pebble as his. Just keeps bouncing like he knows better than to talk back. His cock is bright and angry with pre running down the shaft, being held up solely by River, like a boneless doll.
Lake gives a low chuckle, nipping at pebbles ear. His hand falls into his lap so he can get a good handful of him through his jeans, just enough to tease him.
“Oh don’t be jealous, maybe we’ll be nice enough to let you touch our new toy once rivers done breaking him in”
Pebble let out a low growl, pitching into a high yelp when lake squeezes him tight through his pants. Palming him his jeans, half painful half just enough pleasure to keep him on edge, pebble would have clawed lakes hands to shreds if he didn’t know whatever punishment for that would be even worse if he wasn’t just sent back to the pits on the spot.
The thing that doesn’t help is that Ivy is absolutely out of his mind with the attention, loves each time he hears lake say he’s beautiful, that they should just claim him for themselves. It’s really not his fault he moans and blushes at such sweet praise.
River trailed a nail down ivys chest, digging in just enough to leave a raised red line in its wake.
“Didn’t know Ivy would be so easy pebble” River half mumbled to the corner of the room where he sat, half whispered in ivys ear.
His Ivy? Saying that his toy is easy? It’s almost impossible for pebble to control himself, hissing and baring his teeth at the two who couldn’t help but snicker a bit at his tied up state, being groped like he’s an afterthought.
“Don’t fucking listen to them, you’re mine.” Pebble commanded, “look at me”
It was a desperate attempt to get a grip back into Ivy. Just the vaguest hold onto Ivy to make the situation a tiny bit better.
Ivy tried to pick up his head but River had his hand on his chin before he could meet pebbles eyes. He turned his face back to his, luring him into a kiss that’s all tongue and poor Ivy is so fuzzy pebbles request entirely slips from his brain. It’s not his fault he needs to be good for River, needs to let him do whatever he wants.
“Oh baby, do what he says, look at him Ivy” River doesn’t let go of his chin, just turns it towards pebble in an act of almost mock kindness, “moan pretty, say his name”
“Fuck- pebble!” Ivy gasped as River thrusted up into him again, keeping Ivy bouncing up and down.
“Sweet obedient boy” rivers hand came around ivys front to make a display of grabbing his cock. A small reward for listening.
He’s doing it wrong. That’s all pebble can think as he digs his nails into his palms is that River is touching Ivy wrong.
That’s not how Ivy likes it, not how pebbles toy likes to be touched and rewarded but Ivy, even still, gives a warbled little cry, not the right sound, not the sound he knows so well when he treats Ivy properly.
He can’t decide if he wants to be mad at the two water ghouls for their cruel trick, at Ivy for being play liked a fiddle or for himself for allowing them to touch his things.
“Calm down sprout, if you’re lucky and ask nicely, maybe later River will play with you too” lake teased him, a tone that’s purely mocking. He’s incapable of keeping his hands to himself. Lake continued to stroke pebble through his jeans while watching the little show in front of them. Small kisses trail up pebbles neck, adding a few bruising bite marks just for an added sting, a mixture of moaning and growling coming from every touch.
“Fucking bite me prick” pebble snapped. A harsh pressure blooms in the junction of his shoulder, driving a small yelp from the earth ghoul. Nothing too hard but enough for pebble to shut his mouth for a minute. Lake loves seeing pebble fight against the small grave of pleasure he tries to give him, try to stay mad even when he’s got his hand stroking his cock. Lake has always been a sadistic little thing as most water ghouls all, his suffering drives him mad.
He’s almost tempted to untie pebble just to see what he would do to them.
“I’m close- River please I can’t don’t make me cum-“ ivy almost wailed as he continued to rocket towards the edge with rivers hand on him. He doesn’t want to cum, he doesn’t want to cum on rivers cock, it’s not pebble. His body, his climax, his pleasure, all it was pebbles.
River is respectful, after all if someone had done this to his lake he doesn’t know if he would be able to stop himself from waterboarding them. He cuts it close, takes him all the way and pulls him back right before Ivy tips over.
“Shhh, good boy, did so well on my cock rosebud”
River gave ivy a second to come back to earth before pulling out of him. Lake left pebble tied to the chair to grab a washcloth, one last pointed bit of torture to watch River and lake wipe Ivy down and talk him out of his subspace. River followed every wipe with a small kiss, lake wrapping him up and redressing him.
Ivy was led over to a separate, cushier chair. Not like pebbles which was dragged from the dining room for the added benefit of being able to tie him to it.
“Oh lake what we will do with him” River looked towards pebble who was still breathing heavy, a large scowl on his face.
“Don’t think his nasty attitude will serve him well, we should at least try and calm him down”
Lake walked over towards pebbles chair, rubbing along the indents of where the rope had dug into his skin.
“He likes the pain too much, besides, don’t want to give him any more reasons to be angry”
The ropes were quickly slashed through with a claw, replaced by lakes hands holding his wrists to make sure he didn’t get another lash in.
“Play nice and I won’t gut you sprout”
It’s awful. Pebble would’ve preferred for them to keep him tied till he sobbed about it. They’re sickly sweet at the surface with the undertone of something dangerous while Ivy looks on towards the scene, waiting to see what they’ll do to pebble.
The pair of water ghouls are absolutely tooth rotting, pushing pebble against the headboard to slowly undress and worship every inch of skin they can. He tried to push their hands away from his body before lake flashed him a row of sharp water teeth along with more rope they had kept on the bedside table in case he got out of the first set. The rope burn was bad enough, he doesn’t need any extra.
“Lay there and take it pebble, let us give you a reward for being so good”
Pebble tried to lay back and not lift his head so he wouldn’t have to watch the two start to mouth towards his cock, sharing it between them.
He felt filthy
“Just fucking hurry up” pebble tried not to groan out. He didn’t want to give either of them any satisfaction of giving him pleasure even if his cock was about to leak against his skin as River sucked a mark directly into his hip. Lake kept pebbles legs apart so he wouldn’t squirm, thumbing at his hole as River continued to tease.
“Wanna take our time with you”
“Pretty little cock and you won’t even let us share it?”
Their eyes glowed in the low light, a sirens call that had pebble throwing his arm over his face.
“God I fucking hate water ghouls-“ pebble struggles as he gave a peek downwards. It was a sight he didn’t think he could handle, the two licking up his cock in tandem, acting like they’re just starving for it. River moved to kiss over his dick, trying to make out with lake over the shaft. Wet, drool running down to make a mess in the course hair at the base.
It’s truly torture to pebble. He rather be punished physically than have to stay still and watch this unfold. River could’ve pinned him to the bed and fucked him with no prep and pebble would’ve preferred that to whatever this is, and he’s damn sure River and lake knew that.
“Shit- just suck it properly you fucking fre-“ pebbles snark was cut off by a breathy moan when lake suckled on the tip, eating up every small sound that’s forced out of him.
Everytime pebble opens his mouth he’s met with on of them pulling off to whisper a bit of praise to calm him back down again. Good boy, learning so fast!
Lake grabbed River by the hair to finally push pebble dick far into his mouth instead of continuing to tease him.
Pebble immediately becomes sweet and docile once he can feel rivers gills flutter around his cock. They’re soft and silky, almost luxurious feeling against his sensitive skin and pebble almost can’t handle the sight of lake fucking rivers mouth, holding him down so his gills flex and constrict with a soft moan.
He can’t continue to be mad when his brain fizzles out over rivers mouth, over how River just lets himself be used. They’ve got him in the palm of their hands.
“Oh fuck- that’s it”

Rolling out the Red Carpet for the Cinema branch!!
Hello,hi, it's me that one person who makes the funny videos and thinks she can draw(she cannot) Inspiration hit me in the middle of my film studies course while watching Vertigo by Alfred Hitchcock and I thought "what if I made my own LCB branch where every sinner is based on a movie I've watched in my film class (and just general classic Hollywood cinema) and so I did it! The branch is currently VERY unfinished,as I add a new sinner each week for every film we watch in the class,so lemme introduce you to the guys that I've at least doodled so far(awful art incoming lol)
First up,we need a manager,or should I say, director(get it, because it's based on movies?) anyway here's Dorothy! If it wasn't obvious, she's based on the Wizard of Oz,She may or may not have come from the Outskirts and now she's running around with these sinners, and her little dog too! Oh and her red slippers(boots now,IG lol)? Those have a use, clicking her heels 3 times allows her to bring her sinners back to life!
Our guide is Glinda! Also based on Wizard of Oz,I have....not drawn her yet! But she is ultra hands off,she mainly communicates by sending Dorothy letters in bubbles,oh and did I mention she's a color fixer? ...yea I probably should have started with that
Now onto our actual sinners, don't ask me about major plot details about them,I haven't worked it out yet,
Sinner #1,This is Chaplin! Based on Modern Times by Charlie Chaplin, this guy is more of a fusion of the two main characters of the movie since uhm...neither of them have names and frankly their stories are both so intertwined that You could easily mix them together so here we are. They are the most comical of the sinners,I have described them as having a lot of cat like behaviors to a degree, and they are selectively mute(silent film lol) They have a white board they write on like it's Lethal Company and they have Heelys(mainly for the funny)
I haven't uhm.....finished sinner #2 yet because everytime I try to draw him my art style makes him look like the Pringles mascot lol but it's Kane! Kane is based on Charles Foster Kane from Citizen Kane by Orson Welles! Right now currently he's like "god I'm in a company of all women...AND CHAPLIN" He's rich like....richer than Hong Lu rich,he does seem to offhandedly mention something Rosebud and it seems almost like he's searching for it...wonder what that could be?(Btw go watch Citizen Kane, I'm not telling you what Rosebud is)
Finally out last Sinner at the moment: Sinner #3 Judy based on Judy from Vertigo! Yessir this is the reason for the branch, her source got my imagination spinning (she may or may not be mine and Amia's favorite atm of the branch) I would have made Scottie a sinner but......I hate his ass and need him exploded and not in the cute way(JUDYYYYYY YOU DESERVED SO MUCH BETTER GIRLLL) Judy is also 20x more fun as a character than Mr. "I'm gonna stare at women for 70% of my screentime" Honestly I could gush so much about her but I won't to keep this brief... essentially by the end of Vertigo Scottie convinces her to change everything about herself to turn her into his lost love/obsession Madeleine (ai know there's more too it but uhm....Go watch Vertigo, I'm not spoiling the movie)[PS, Ignore the doodle in the corner, that was from an idea that Amia's OC Tessie and Judy would get along well]
Tomorrow we'll actually have Sinner #4 who's gonna be based on someone from the movie Sunset Boulevard ( I don't pre watch these bc my attention span actually increases so much when I analyze movies for Limbus)
Anyway I'll keep updating you on the Cinema branch their tag is "LCB Cinema Branch" if you want everything in one place oh! And feel free to draw my lil guys if u want, just @ me or tag me or something. uhm don't ask about their weapons or colors or anything I haven't thought that far ahead yet lol
#slothpower#LCB cinema branch#limbus company oc#Amia's actually drawn Judy before but I wasn't gonna post that here I'll let them do it#If Limbus was more popular I'd so try and get extra credit for this like “look at me and how media literate I am”#I think I've made poor Amia watch more classic Hollywood cinema than they ever considered over this branch

Ensoñaciones líricas sobre Joseph Cornell:
-Cajas poéticas: Homage to the Romantic Ballet, 1942; Nouveaux Contes de Fées (New Fairy Tales), 1948; Untitled (Butterfly Habitat), c. 1940. On a moonlight night in the winter of 1835 the carriage of Marie Taglioni was halted by a Russian highwayman, and that ethereal creature commanded to dance for this audience of one upon a panther’s skin spread over the snow beneath the stars. From this actuality arose the legend that, to keep alive the memory of this adventure so precious to her, Taglioni formed the habit of placing a piece of ice in her jewel casket or dressing table drawer, where melting among the sparkling stones, there was evoked a hint of the starlit heavens over the ice-covered landscape.
-Apariciones de tendajón de María Negroni (en el medio Marcel Duchamp) en Elegía Joseph Cornell. Un rosebud una frágil familia de signos un tiempo perdido en el tiempo un juguete de trapo un memento un gran pájaro sabio.
-Una definición de las cajas del propio Cornell: "Perhaps a definition of the box could be as a kind of ‘forgotten game,’ a philosophical toy of the Victorian era, with poetic or magical ‘moving parts,’ … that golden age of the toy alone should justify the ‘box’s’ existence” (Cornell Papers, The Art Institute of Chicago)
-Stills de la película-collage Rose Hobart (1936). Eclipse, azul de eternidad, corte de mujer. Dice P. Adams Sitney sobre el cine de Cornell: "Two principles of cinema emerge: that facial expression and gesture are its essential language and, more crucially, that the coming of sound has destroyed the immanent spiritual music of films. In this difficult time for cinema — the era of the sound film — the “poetic and evocative language” can appear only in “evanescent fragments” and their “realms of wonder” are necessarily mediated by the memory of silent films." (Visionary Film: The American Avant-Garde, 1943–2000)

Steamboat Willie (1928)
2024 had opened with the greatest rejoicing among fans of Disney and old school animation. After 95 years, the earliest version of Mickey Mouse is now in the public domain and is owned by the public. Immediately after midnight, YouTube account "Corridor" uploaded the iconic Disney short "Steamboat Willie" and as of this writing, the video has 376,000 views and is sure to go up. I thought I would celebrate by reviewing this 7 minute masterpiece which shows the inception of an American icon.
The cartoon opens with the famous shot of Mickey commanding a steamboat down the river, although without the permission of his boss, the giant Peg-Leg Pete (although without the Peg-Leg). Mickey is forced to do his chores while Pete's parrot taunts him. The steamboat picks up a bunch of animals including a cow and a goat. Minnie is also picked up and the two have fun playing music when the goat eats sheet music of "Turkey In The Straw" that Minnie brought aboard. The fun continues as Mickey and Minnie play the animals like musical instruments, using a duck quack, the cow's teats and a bull's set of teeth. Pete discovers the jam and orders Mickey to peel potatoes, again with the parrot taunting over him, but Mickey throws one of the potatoes to shut the parrot up, ending the cartoon.
"Steamboat Willie" is every bit the piece of film that is found in every montage celebrating the cinema of the 20th century. Mickey at the helm of the Steamboat is as iconic as Charles Foster Kane whispering "Rosebud" or Rick Blaine saying "Here's looking at you kid". And yet, the animation is primitive, the music by future Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies composer Carl W. Stalling is generic and the dialogue is unintelligible. All of that can be excused due to the art of animation being in the developmental stages and that it was the first animated sound film. Taken for what it is, "Steamboat Willie" resonates with people of all ages just for the very idea that it was Mickey Mouse's debut to the world and that's what really matters. It's the same thing with "The Jazz Singer", despite being the first full length talkie, it is really a mediocre film, and had it not been for the history, no one would care for it. If anything, the flaws are actually the most fascinating part.
Back in 1928, "Steamboat Willie" was the warmup feature for a now lost film called "Gang War" starring Jack Pickford (brother of Mary) and Olive Borden. The audience were blown away by Mickey Mouse, for the sheer brilliance of the cartoon as if it was other worldly. Also, the fact that "Gang War" was another early talkie that most likely was devoid of a musical score and the dialogue tended to be bland and inaudible. The film was panned by critics calling it another cliche flick. The critics had all the kind words for the cartoon preceding the feature which was more revolutionary. The audience demanded "Steamboat Willie" be repeated and the rest is history. I wonder if a copy of "Gang War" will surface and if it will find a new audience who might be receptive due to its association with "Steamboat Willie". Maybe, maybe not.
What will come from this new public domain status for early Mickey Mouse? Much like the plays of Shakespeare or the art of Leonardo Da Vinci, there is an audience willing to put their interpretation of the classic character in their own art, literature or parody. 2024 and beyond should and will be filled with endless possibilities.
9/10

In a development that has sent shockwaves through the ivory tower of film criticism, BTS member Jin's infectiously catchy single "Super Tuna" has not only dominated music charts worldwide but has also landed itself in the unlikeliest of places: the Oscar conversation. Yes, you read that correctly. The song, a playful ode to, well, tuna, has left esteemed reviewers scratching their heads and reevaluating the very definition of cinematic achievement. "This isn't just a song, it's a profound meditation on the fleeting nature of aquatic life," gushed Roger Ebert's ghost, somehow materializing to weigh in on the phenomenon. "The lyrical depth of lines like 'worldwide handsome, catchy like no other' is simply unparalleled." Meanwhile, renowned film critic Pauline Kael, resurrected from the great beyond for good measure, declared, "The way Jin seamlessly transitions from a smooth baritone to a playful falsetto during the chorus? It's pure Hitchcockian suspense! You never know what's coming next!" The parallels drawn between "Super Tuna" and classic cinema are nothing short of hilarious. Comparisons abound to "Citizen Kane" for its exploration of the elusive nature of fame ("worldwide handsome" serving as a stand-in for Rosebud), and to "The Godfather" for its portrayal of the cutthroat world of the Korean fishing industry (a thematic reach even the most ardent K-Pop fan might find difficult to swallow). The potential Oscar nominations for "Super Tuna" are a source of much debate. The most likely category seems to be Best Original Song, but whispers of a groundbreaking push for Best Animated Feature have also surfaced. After all, the accompanying music video, featuring Jin in a series of flamboyant fishing outfits, is a visual feast that rivals any Pixar masterpiece. Of course, there are those who remain unconvinced. Film Twitter, a notoriously grumpy bunch, has erupted with cries of "sacrilege" and "the death of cinema." They argue that "Super Tuna," while undeniably catchy, lacks the artistic merit and thematic weight typically associated with Oscar contenders. But who are these joyless souls to rain on our parade? "Super Tuna" is a testament to the power of music to transcend language and culture. It's a song that makes you want to dance, sing along, and maybe, just maybe, book a spontaneous fishing trip. Isn't that what art is all about? Perhaps the Academy Awards should consider a new category altogether: Best Viral K-Pop Hit. After all, if a song can single-handedly boost the global tuna industry (sales have reportedly skyrocketed since the song's release), surely it deserves some awards recognition. So, what do you think, dear reader? Is "Super Tuna" the next "Parasite" of the music world? Does it deserve a place on the Oscar stage? Let us know in the comments below, and remember, if you disagree, well, that's just tuna-believable. #BTS #Jin #KPop #Satire #SuperTuna

Nose Breathing Science vs. Snake Oil. AoM podcast guest Michael Easter does a deep dive into the nose breathing craze that’s taken over parts of the online fitness world. I admittedly bought into the nose breathing thing shortly after my podcast interview with James Nestor. I even had a period where I taped my mouth shut. Michael’s article takes a more nuanced approach to nose breathing. Turns out, there’s some truth to the hype, but it’s not the miracle cure some gurus claim. The article breaks down when to breathe through your nose (like during easy cardio) and when to let your mouth do the work (intense workouts). It’s a quick read that’ll save you from wasting time on breathing fads that don’t do much. Wisconsin Death Trip. I was reading an interesting article on Wisconsin supper clubs in this month’s edition of The County Highway newspaper, and it randomly reminded me of a book by Michael Lesy that I read back in college that still haunts me today: Wisconsin Death Trip. It’s a collection of late 19th-century photographs, paired with newspaper clippings, that detail bizarre deaths, crimes, and cases of insanity. The juxtaposition of eerie images and stark reportage creates a fascinating, unsettling portrait of old-time small-town life that belies the rosy image of it we often have in our heads. It was hard out there on the frontier! Sense Energy Monitor. Back in May, I installed a Sense Energy Monitor on the electrical panel in my home. It analyzes your electricity usage in real time and uses AI to figure out how much electricity your devices are using. The information I got from the monitor helped me save some money on my electricity bill this summer. For example, I learned our pool pump was using a whole lot of electricity, so I put it on an automated schedule so it’s not running all the time. I also discovered some phantom loads I didn’t know about. My only complaint is that the AI isn’t super good at identifying appliances in your home. It still hasn’t picked up one of our AC units, and it’s mislabeled our oven as a dryer. But if you’re looking to see how your household is using electricity, I think it’s a solid investment. Citizen Kane. Last week, our family watched what many cinema buffs have called the greatest movie ever made: Citizen Kane. It lives up to the hype! 80+ years later, it’s a knockout. The camera angles, non-linear storytelling, and lighting were innovative at the time of its release in 1941 and still feel interesting and compelling today. Orson Welles’ portrayal of media mogul Charles Foster Kane’s rise and fall is mesmerizing. It was fun talking to the kids about how Wells based the story on the real lives of William Randolph Heart and other tycoons. 13-year-old Gus really enjoyed the flick; 11-year-old Scout was less taken with it; but both stayed engaged in the desire to finally figure out what “Rosebud” meant. Rosebud! Quote of the Week Every man has some peculiar train of thought which he falls back upon when he is alone. This, to a great degree, molds the man. —Dugald Stewart Help support independent publishing. Make a donation to The Art of Manliness! Thanks for the support! http://dlvr.it/TDCLmV

In the cavernous soundstage of Nebula Studios, nestled on the dark side of the moon, director Orson Welles IV peered through his camera at a figure straight out of history. The set was a breathtaking reconstruction of the lunar surface for the remake of the greatest science fiction story ever told: "Citizen Kane of the Stars."
The protagonist, a mysterious astronaut named Kane, was a fusion of classic cinema and futuristic vision, donned in a spacesuit with an iconic gold-tinted visor. He was the heir to a mining magnate who had claimed the asteroids, a reclusive genius whose name was whispered across the star systems. The question on everyone's lips was not "Who is Kane?" but rather "What is Kane?" — for rumors hinted that he was more than human.
The opening scene was silent save for the soft whir of cameras and the distant echo of cosmic winds simulated by the studio's sound system. Kane stood solitary amidst the artificial crags and craters, his figure casting a stark shadow on the faux regolith. The clapperboard snapped, and Orson's voice cut through the quiet. "Action!"
Kane began his monologue, a soliloquy that reached out to the void. His voice, modulated to resonate through the helmet, spoke of a rosebud — not a sled from a snow-swept past, but a spaceship, the first vessel to break the bounds of the solar system. The rosebud was a symbol of his lost innocence and the unquenchable thirst for exploration that had driven him to the stars.
As Kane recounted his tale, the cameras zoomed to capture the reflection in his visor, a montage of memories playing out across the mirrored surface. Viewers would see a young boy gazing up at the stars, a fierce young man taking the helm of his own destiny, and finally, a titan of industry who looked out over his extraterrestrial empire with a mixture of pride and insatiable longing.
The climax was a revelation, as the crew set up the most ambitious shot of the film: a tracking sequence that followed Kane through the labyrinthine corridors of his lunar palace, a nod to the famed long take of the original "Citizen Kane." But as Kane reached the inner sanctum, where his most prized possession was said to be hidden, the script took a twist — inside, there was no material treasure but a window, a portal to the universe beyond, reflecting the true desire of Kane's heart: not to conquer, but to belong.
As the final line was delivered, Orson called "Cut!" with a satisfied nod. The crew applauded, knowing they were part of cinematic history, a tribute to the past with eyes fixed on the future. The film promised to be a masterpiece, merging the legacy of Earth's cinema with the boundless possibilities of the cosmos.
The lights dimmed, and the stars seemed to twinkle in approval as Kane's tale was etched into the annals of science fiction, a story that transcended time and space, a narrative of humanity's endless quest to understand the last frontier. The tale of "Citizen Kane of the Stars" was, after all, the tale of every soul that ever gazed upward and dreamed.
