Fredric March and Gary Cooper are great in Design for Living but I can't stop thinking about the original casting choices being Ronald Colman and Leslie Howard... imagine that...
#like idk man im not saying it wouldve been a better film im just fascinated by the idea. like what would that have been like!!!!!!#the fact that theres no lubitsch talkie with ronnie is an absolute crime because theyd be fire together#lady windermere's fan is AMAZING but ronnie was made for that kind of charming witty dialogue#i think my life with caroline is probably thr closest to what it wouldve been like???#<- that film is a banger i dont care what anyone says#sorry i know i also said leslie howard but i dont know him that well. but he'd be interesting too!!!!#design for living#ronald colman#leslie howard#fuck off me

The Rolling Stones take a bow for their Clemson, SC Steel Wheels Tour performance on November 26, 1989. I was in attendance with my dear friend Howard. Howard succumbed to cancer 4 years ago. He is an irreplaceable friend and soul.

What did Alicia say?
Nothing. But she is advising him.
So we tell him to take emeritus status.
We've already been through that, but he does nothing for the bottom line so we do have cause.
Howard. You wanted to see us?
Yeah. Uh, I just wanted to say, uh, I brought in the Food Service Union.
Excuse me?
The Food Service Union. They were looking for new legal representation, and I landed them.
You convinced Ronnie Erickson?
Oh, yeah, nice guy. Friend of a friend. $33 million in yearly billing. Just thought you three should know.
