Maybe not super questionable, but certainly not everybody's favourite - but I have a major, major thing for Richard's 2000s pencil thin eyebrows. They make me go absolutely up the walls and I find him incredibly attractive with them 🤲🏻

Dear Rammstein girlies (gender neutral), I would like to know what your favourite boys' unconventional looks are 😏 Do you happen to like a look from a certain era that some people find questionable or even unattractive? If you do, please reblog with a picture or describe the look in the tags 🌈✨
This is a judgement-free post made solely to admire the handsome Rammstein guys even when they make questionable fashion choices!

Beauty placements in Astrology🌸💄 Part 1
(I am mostly talking about physical beauty in face and body but attractive/seductive placement are completely different topic) These are just the basic common ones.
🌠Neptune, Venus or Moon aspecting ascendant or in the first house. -
Neptune =Their aura is intresting and different. They can be like mirrors to other people and are idolized easily. People with this placement can be invisible if they want to but suddenly have everyone staring at them. They can be bit cartoonish. This can be difficult placement but it can give so much creativity and miracles to a person.
Looks: Can have looks that people deem as iconic. You can see their faces at peoples houses , public places and in paintings and in clothes. Unique but classic at the same time. They look dazzling in photos.
Archetype: Siren that lures you with gentle lullaby and turns into a monster. No one can resist the urge that they bring up.
Celebrity examples-->
//Neptune in the first house/ Conjunct//: Marilyn Monroe, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Nicole Kidman, Eminem, Tom Cruise, Chris Evans, Paris Hilton, Paul Mcartney, Paris Hilton, Bradley Cooper.

Tumblr media Tumblr media
//Neptune sextile ascendant//: Madonna, Beyonce, Leonardo Dicaprio, Keanu Reeves, Kurt Cobain, Monica Bellucci, Christina Aguilera, Sharon Stone, Grace Kelly, Aaliyah, Khloe Kardashian.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They are magical, mysterious and etherial.
🎇 Venus= They are just gorgeous and have such a balanced body and face. People enjoy their company and they can become popular easily. Good placement in every aspect but vanity can occur so it's good to have something where to use that visual/artistic gift even as just a hobby.
Looks: They are very aesthetic and are often used as wallpapers for that reason.
Archetype: Aphrodite who bring pleasure and beauty that you can't get enough of. The senses are overwhelmed and lured you in.

It is well known that Sagittarians make great teachers, lawyers, performers, comedians, artists, philosophers, leaders and musicians. And even with Mercury in Sagittarius, great writers too. So that runs the gamut. So this is a comprehensive round up just in case you missed how multi faceted this zodiac sign actually is, its range is wide. Top of the list are the giants like William Blake who straddles poetry, art and mysticism, and Ludwig Beethoven whose work is monumental and will still be listened to in hundreds of years. But there was  also Oliver Messiaen who composed music  La Constellation du Sagittaire which was his zodiac sign.
Tumblr media
proteusastrologydotcodotuk.files.wordpress.com
Sagittarians make great magicians like Franz Bardon.  He was much less known than Aleister Crowley, but nevertheless regarded as one of the most important occultists of the 20th Century, and still we have Dion Fortune, let’s not forget, who was also a Sagittarian and an acute psychologist. for a modern Sagittarian magicians look to  Uri Geller. Needless to say Sagittarians also make great astrologers like Robert Hand Nik Kollerstrom and Karen Hamaker-Zondag and these are only the known charts.
Dec 2nd, is the birthday of Britney Spears, who in spite of her wobbly personality is still much loved and, when on form, delivers the goods as a performer. But so many Sagittarian singers. Note also Christine Aguilera, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, and Nicki Minaj- who all love to perform. But before them some of the greats of old include Frank Sinatra, Dionne Warwick and thunder thighs (Sagittarius is linked to the thighs) herself, Tina Turner who became the ultimate Buddhist fulfilling the yearnings of her spiritual nature.
There are also some oddball singers Little Richard, Frank Zappa, Ted Nugent and Tom Waits, and there are two outstanding opera stars Maria Callas, whose voice no one can match, and Jose Carreras.
Sagittarians can even be great hedonists crazies who go off piste from time to time, but are still entertaining. There’s Jim Morrison of the Doors, Ozzy Osbourne of Black Sabbath, Jay-Z and wild man Billy Idol. Some Sagittarians in this category can come across with a certain edgy swagger like Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones.
Then there are philosopher teachers, leader and gurus like Osho, Bruce Lee and B.K.S. Iyengar also embody many quintessentially Sagittarian traits as ultimate teachers all offering some form of physical practice yoga and martial arts-which marries the higher and lower self. Iyengar said ‘my body is my temple and the asanas are my prayers’ but he also said, as a true Sagittarian, that ‘honesty is essential’ in teaching. With Mercury in Sagittarius he could sometimes be difficult to understand when speaking. But there’s also wiseacre, Noam Chomsky, who functions in dual areas as linguistic philosopher and political activist, and then there's author who popularises 'Life School' philosophy, Alain de Botton.
Then we have the artists and painters from Masaccio, to Kandinsky, Paul Klee, Jan Toroop to Lucien Freud and the ever controversial, Marina Abramovic. But one mention must go to French artist and teacher of painting, William Adolph Bougereau, His name was tarnished as being too traditional, not  being ‘modern’ enough by Picasso and the art gallery owners who ganged up against him and cast him into the margins of art history as an old fuddy duddy, but he was was as skilled and technically accomplished as any of the Renaissance painters, ran his own school and more hard working and prolific than any of the Impressionists or Post-Impressionists or Cubists.
Then we have the visionary Sci Fi writers  Philip K. Dick author of the stories that made it into film: Blade Runner, Minority Report and The Adjustment Bureau. Dick spoke of visions of the future that have if not come true, then are resonating widely. His imagination was as fertile as any and he worked at top speed even bringing downloads of Gnostic wisdom into novels like Valis. Also Arthur C. Clarke and C.S. Lewis were both Sagittarians. These are the big names in the field whose legacy remains strong.
And the film directors can’t be bigger Fritz Lang, Stephen Spielberg and Ridley Scott who directed some of the best known films in past decades and has just directed Napoleon. But working on a smaller, more intimate scale we should not ignore Woody Allen, John Cassavetes, and the lesser known Argentinian film director, Marco Berger.
And who is the most loved actress in the UK?  Yorkshire born, Dame Judi Dench as talented and versatile as any actress can be. But world renowned actors include Liv Ullman, John Malkovich, Christopher Plummer, Brad Pitt, Kim Basinger, Julianne Moore and Jake Gylenhaal, most of them known around the world not just in their home countries.
Finally the athletes. Sagittarius is a fully developed physical sign – the hybrid centaur- so we have runner Florence Griffiths-Joyner, Donovan Bailey, and Oscar Pistorius, and football player Kylian Mbappe, along with Tennis players Boris Becker and Monia Seles.
See who else you can recognise in the collage of famous Sagittarians and in the list.
And now to end with comedian Bill Hicks, a Sagittarian, capturing the essence of a daily thought in the minds of these fiery, idealistic spirits:
“The world is like a ride in an amusement park, and when you choose to go on it you think it’s real because that’s how powerful our minds are. The ride goes up and down, around and around, it has thrills and chills, and it’s very brightly colored, and it’s very loud, and it’s fun for a while.
Many people have been on the ride a long time, and they begin to wonder, “Hey, is this real, or is this just a ride?” And other people have remembered, and they come back to us and say, “Hey, don’t worry; don’t be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride.” And we … kill those people. “Shut him up! I’ve got a lot invested in this ride, shut him up! Look at my furrows of worry, look at my big bank account, and my family. This has to be real.” It’s just a ride. But we always kill the good guys who try and tell us that, you ever notice that? And let the demons run amok …
But it doesn’t matter, because it’s just a ride. And we can change it any time we want. It’s only a choice. No effort, no work, no job, no savings of money. Just a simple choice, right now, between fear and love. The eyes of fear want you to put bigger locks on your doors, buy guns, close yourself off. The eyes of love instead see all of us as one. Here’s what we can do to change the world, right now, to a better ride. Take all that money we spend on weapons and defenses each year and instead spend it feeding and clothing and educating the poor of the world, which it would pay for many times over, not one human being excluded, and we could explore space, together, both inner and outer, forever, in peace.”
If you think the world is accelerating towards a collective psychosis, you are not alone but it could be a  magnified reflection of our own fears. According to author Paul Levy to recognise that there’s a dream-like quality to reality is the first step to activating your creative higher self, and to use the Daimon- the inner genius or ‘higher’ self- is a way to counter the wetiko mind-blindness that appears to have become virulent in the world. This means taking a ‘quantum’ perspective and Sagittarius is at home with the quantum world and the weird and multiple perspectives and dimensions it brings to bear on the old solidified way of seeing reality.

Come Nightfall tracklist & album notes
[every song & artist referenced in Come Nightfall]
Chapter 1 - Offer
A Change is Gonna Come – Sam Cooke
"While Sam Cooke's track burst into life, my brush tap-tap-tapped on canvas."
Chapter 3 - Date
2. Devil’s Gonna Git You – Bessie Smith A piano in a Bessie Smith song plinked with fervor.
3. Welcome to the Jungle – Guns N’ Roses "If you think I’m going to subject myself to Axl Rose, you’re out of your mind.”
4. Booze and Bules – Ma Rainey 5. State Street Rag – Louie Bluie 6. West Coast Blues – Blind Blake He tripped over himself explaining the origins of Detroit blues (Ma Rainey! Louie Bluie! Blind Blake!) and the birth of twelve-bar blues, whatever the hell that meant.
7. Lohengrin: Prelude – Richard Wagner “So what's on the menu for tonight?” gesturing with my head to the tiny stereo. “Wagner, to celebrate my being done reading that freak Nietzsche?”
8. Clair de Lune – Debussy 9. In the Garden – Emile Pandolfi 10. Piano Concerto No. 2 in C Minor, Op 18: Adagio sostenuto – Sergei Rachmaninoff “You know what it reminds me of?” I said, patting his knee. “Debussy. With a little Emile Pandolfi zhuzh to it. Or like if Rachmaninov woke up one day and decided to write something a little more understated.”
11. Blue Velvet – Bobby Vinton "You know I like your recs.” “Except Bobby Vinton.” “Fifties trash," I said with a dismissive shrug.
12. Bella’s Lullaby (From “Twilight”) – Carter Burwell “It’s a lullaby. Your lullaby. I wrote it for you.”
Chapter 5 - Party
13. It Had to Be You – Bing Crosby “The last real birthday party any of us had was for Emmett in 1945,” Edward said. “I believe Bing Crosby was on the top of the charts.”
14. I Want It That Way – Backstreet Boys “So,” I said, “Backstreet Boys, huh? Nice.”
15. End of the Road – Boyz II Men Alice knew my secret. As an avid Boyz II Men fan, we’d jam out to 90s boy bands in the car on the way to the mall. It was the only way Alice could get me to the mall.
16. What a Girl Wants – Christina Aguilera Christina Aguilera’s “What a Girl Wants” began to play in the background. Alice danced near a cluster of flickering candles while she snapped a picture of herself.
OCTOBER
17. Thriller – Michael Jackson Red solo cup in hand, I sat beside the radiator. Observing the sky of drunken college kids dancing, chatting, flirting above me. Listening to Michael Jackson's “Thriller” for what seemed like half an hour.
18. Teenagers – My Chemical Romance Angela had confessed her love for My Chemical Romance on the car ride over, but she was never a classic rock fan.
NOVEMBER
19. You Go to My Head – Frank Sinatra Frank Sinatra’s voice chased me down the hall. The cold tickle of Edward’s lips sing-whispering “You Go to My Head” had done it. So soft, so sweet, so irritating, so real, too real, stop, Edward, leave me alone—
DECEMBER
20. Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas – Frank Sinatra 21. Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas – Bing Crosby 22. Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas – Tony Bennett
Chapter 12 - Hunting
23. Hammer Smashed Face – Cannibal Corpse “‘Hammer Smashed Face’.” “What?” “Cannibal Corpse?” “What?” “I’m, uh. I’m sorta into metal now.”
24. Everybody (Backstreet’s Back) – Backstreet Boys 25. Say My Name – Destiny’s Child 26. Smells Like Teen Spirit – Nirvana Not only did the glovebox contain emotional support picks from childhood that didn’t remind me of my ex—Backstreet Boys’ Millennium, Destiny Child’s The Writing’s On The Wall, and Nirvana’s Nevermind, among others—but also a cannister of prerolls and ‘shrooms I’d inherited after the death of Ang’s stoner phase.
27. Still – Geto Boys I flipped the radio on and fiddled with the dial until I found something lively, loud, and safe from memories of him: Geto Boys rapping about picking out our victims when the time is right—
28. Still D.R.E. – Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg The truck became quiet enough to hear the soft plinking keys of “Still D.R.E.” over the radio.
Chapter 13 - Friends
29. Hey Ya! – Outkast While Jacob babbled, he bobbed his head out of rhythm to Outkast’s “Hey Ya” whispering over the radio.
30. Bennie and the Jets – Elton John The list became longer as quickly as daylight retreated from the garage. No way could we accomplish everything in one summer. [...] Backpacking through China, seeing Elton John live, breaking Kenenisa Bekele’s world record, falling madly in love.
Chapter 14 - Adrenaline
31. By the Time I Get to Phoenix – Dorothy Ashby Dorothy Ashby’s harp plinked in the background.
SATURDAY
32. Hips Don’t Lie – Shakira A poster of a bikini-clad Shakira crinkled under my weight.
Chapter 22 - Family, Part 2
33. Who Am I (What’s My Name) – Snoop Dogg Snoop Dogg rapped softly between choruses of girls singing his name. Jake groaned. “Old rap? You’re on this again?”
34. Complicated – Avril Lavigne Avril Lavigne’s “Complicated” played quietly. I resisted the urge to turn the dial.
35. Doctor Jazz – Jelly Roll Morton Truth was, I fell in love with Edward. Period. Not just the trivialities, like the song he loved to drive to (Jelly Roll Morton’s “Doctor Jazz”), the books he loved to read aloud to me in the meadow (Marcel Proust’s Swann’s Way), or the movies we watched on rainy days (Shakespeare adaptations, mostly).
Chapter 24 - Deviations
36. Voice of the Soul - Death “Death is okay,” Edward answered without enthusiasm. “Get real. Death is awesome.” “As if you would know?” “As if you would know,” I retorted. I pulled it out from the Pre-Owned bin. “Look at this. Tell me this album cover doesn’t scream ‘expertly curated collection of badass metal ballads’.”
37. Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds – The Beatles Posters covered the store, from The Beatles’ Sergeant Pepper’s to handmade CDs ~ Buy 2 Get 1 Free! signs.
38. Beyond the Cemetery – Cannibal Corpse “When I finally get around to exploring the genre beyond Metallica—” I waved the CD case “—these guys right here. Or, ooh, maybe this. Cannibal Corpse. Tomb of the Mutilated. Wow. Yikes.”
39. Meditation, Op. 42, No. 1 – Tchaikovsky, Leonid Kogan “Okay. Are we done casing the joint or what? Do they have it?” “At the front—under lock and key. Now the issue becomes a matter of price.” “Soviet violinist dude has a price?” “A steep one,” said Edward, “and warranted, being among one of the greatest violinist 'dudes' of the twentieth century.”
40. They Can’t Take That Away From Me – Frank Sinatra “We may never never meet again, on that bumpy rooooaaaaad to love.” “How can you be so casual about it?” “Still, I'll always, always keep the memory of…” He spun me around; my sopping shoes squished. “The way you hold your knife, doo-doo-doo doo doo-doo…”
Chapter 25 - Fate
41. Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door – Guns N’ Roses “I’m not concussed.” To prove it, I rattled off the date, the sitting president, and the names of all the guys in Guns N’ Roses.
Chapter 27 - Volterra
42. Orfeo ed Euridice, Wq 30: Dance of the Furies Over the machine’s growl, I could feel the pulse of the frantic string instruments of Monteverdi’s L’Orfeo in my seat—Alice’s unsuccessful attempt at getting me to calm the fuck down.
Chapter 28 - Verdict
43. Maramao perche sei morto* – Trio Lescano (*NOTE: not referenced by name) Music burst from behind the thick antechamber doors, some upbeat Italian swing music on vinyl that sounded straight out of the 1940s.
44. As Time Goes By – Billie Holiday Buoyant plinking piano notes of Billie Holiday’s “As Time Goes By” spilled down the long hallway, filling the somber, imposing space with life.
45. You’re as Pretty as a Picture – Al Bowlly A female server flashed me a dazzling smile, offering her tray of fancy desserts. Some upbeat Al Bowlly song pulsed in the background. Like a statue reanimated after a broken spell, Edward bared his fangs at the enemy.
46. What a Wonderful World – Louis Armstrong We rose above the murder and death, but “What a Wonderful World” still followed us over the tinny speakers.
21:32
47. The Devil Went Down to Georgia – The Charlie Daniels Band* (*NOTE: not referenced by name) "I happen to know the devil holds fiddle battles in exchange for souls."
Chapter 31 - Postmortem
48. Bein’ Green – Van Morrison Leah stared at the portable speaker playing Van Morrison’s “Bein’ Green”, one of Harry’s favorite songs.
49. Bring It On Home – Lou Rawls Lou Rawls played in the background. I choked on a chuckle remembering the way Harry used to dance in that lame dad way of his—the pumping of his arms, the slow shoulder shimmy, the hip bump he’d do to Sue to make her giggle…
EPILOGUE: PRELUDE
50. Vermilion, Pt. 2 – Slipknot

Pizzicato Five: the international playboy & playgirl record
Tumblr media
25th anniversary
By 1998, Pizzicato Five had settled into the perfect groove: they had found their voice and niche as leading purveyors of the Japanese indie-pop/Shibuya-kei scene, were regularly releasing some of the most interesting and stylistically original music anywhere, and had also established their signature look, incorporating their love of 60s ye-ye, 70s funk, soul, and disco, and 90s hip-hop and house into the now iconic throwback looks ripped from the pages of Petticoat and Queen. This mid-90s period was their most fruitful, with almost one studio album released every year that decade (not to mention the countless remix and best-of compilations, and EPs) -- when genius burns, it positively scorches. At their height, right on the cusp of the end, they released the international playgirl & playboy record.
Pizzicato Five were one of the very rare and lucky Japanese groups to have a cult international following, with the indie label Matador distributing their music beginning with 1994's Five By Five and Made in USA, a compilation record, before finally doing the group justice enough to release albums mostly unchanged. Thus, the international playboy & playgirl record became, simply, Playboy & Playgirl for the U.S. release, coming out seven months after the original in the spring of 1999. By many hipsters' account, Shibuya-kei was mostly done by the late 90s, a hip trend taken to its logical dead-end with the number of copy-cat groups and zero-sum looting of obscure musical samples that rendered obsolete the special "insider's knowledge" of bragging rights that made the genre so fun. I can also see how some might think Yasuharu Konishi, the main writer, producer and one half of P5, with Maki Nomiya on vocals, was running out of ideas.
Certainly, the music on Playboy & Playgirl is some of their most commercial yet, tending towards a more standard J-pop sound with singles like "WEEKEND" and the title track "PLAYBOY PLAYGIRL." It's certainly some of their most lush, with the orchestral hints on previous album ROMANTIQUE '96 now making way for full string quartets and roiling brass popping up throughout the album like Burt Bacharach on caffeine. Along with the iconic jacket art, it's a very cinematic sound, the fulmination of Konishi's entire aesthetic now in its full, no-cost-spared production. It's absolutely gorgeous, and the fact that the focus shifted from showing off Konishi's esoteric musical influences to crafting actual masterpieces only made the music better and stronger on its own. Sure, you might be a more sophisticated listener for being able to name the James Taylor, Herb Pilhofer, and Richard de Bordeaux & Daniel Beretta samples, but even if you didn't recognize them, you could still enjoy the songs.
I don't want to ignore Maki Nomiya -- she may not have been the ultimate mastermind like Konishi, but you can hardly imagine P5's entire aesthetic without her. Besides being the face of the group, she has one of my favorite voices in Japanese music history. While she may not have the bold, endless range and gymnastic ability of what people in the West associate with great vocalists, like Christina Aguilera or Mariah Carey, say, she has what I consider quintessential 90s J-pop vocals: light but steady, clipped and precise, smooth, and impeccably articulated. There's nothing immediately recognizable about it in the context of her J-pop contemporaries, but her voice is absolutely perfect for the type of music P5 did, and her essential presence enhances the warmth of their sound.
the international playboy & playgirl record was released in many different versions, and since this is my favorite P5 record, I finally own all of them. It was first released in Japan on the group's own Readymade label under Nippon Columbia in a slim DVD-sized cardboard box, as well as on 12" vinyl that included selections from the album, rather than the record in its entirety. It was also distributed on the indie label Matador in the US, which came in a digipak with a booklet featuring various photos, and the lyrics printed in the original romaji next to English translations. Many of the song titles are close or close-enough adaptations of the original Japanese titles, although the Matador version swaps out a track called "THE INTERNATIONAL PIZZICATO FIVE MANSION" for a track that doesn't appear on the original Japanese release, called "La Règle du jeu." This is most likely due to the fact that the former is a track composed almost entirely of inconsequential "background music" set to Japanese dialogue. "La Règle du jeu" was originally released in 1998 as a stand-alone single with "Atarashii Uta," or "New Song." Matador also released this album on 12" vinyl, featuring different cover art than the original Japanese vinyl version (which are all different from the CD version), as well as a slightly different song selection (it also includes the missing track “THE INTERNATIONAL PIZZICATO FIVE MANSION” not found on the Matador CD).
There are a lot of Pizzicato Five songs and albums that I really like, but for me, this album really captures the essence of the group at their most commercial, and therefore, most inclusive, best. ROMANTIQUE '96 and HAPPY END OF THE WORLD might have cooler samples, but it also rendered them a bit more exclusive and closed off to anyone without the requisite hours spent in the stacks memorizing long-forgotten jazz riffs of the 1960s. Playboy & Playgirl took the snobbery out of Shibuya-kei in a way that made anyone capable of appreciating its ornate Copperplate flourishes. That’s what makes pop music so great, and while that might have contributed to the genre’s and group’s eventual dissolution, I will never pass on the opportunity to hear a sound made more accessible by appealing to more common-denominator foundations, rather than less, as long as it's done respectfully and successfully. P5 made both approaches work, and here, still managed to retain their signature sound without succumbing to a loss of what made them so unique.
Happy 25th anniversary to the international playboy & playgirl record, one of the greatest albums of time.

When Richard had his French friend visit and the French guy asked Lorelai if she knows any French then she mentioned that Christina Aguilera song “Vous voulez coucher avec moi ce soir” as the only French she knows, did she just know it was French or did she actually know the meaning of it?
Because I feel like even Lorelai wouldn’t be lewd like that to guests and to her parents but at the same time she must have known it was an Christina Aguilera song from hearing it so many times and Christina Aguilera is known for that kind of lyrics so I guess maybe she really intended to make that joke even though she knows her parents never laugh at her jokes (like the Nazi joke from the funeral for a cat episode).

Natalie Clark presents: Nothing Left To Lose
Calm and peacefull music for your soul
Tumblr media
L.A. based Scottish singer/songwriter, Natalie Clark, is set to release the 3rd single from her upcoming debut album on DVG Records - October 25th.
Nothing Left to Lose is the 3rd song from Clark’s forthcoming album which she wrote and also co-produced with L.A. based producer Todd Spadafore (Wu-Tang Clan, Little Big Town, DJ Khalid). The song re-visits her acoustic roots and is a departure from the full productions of Clark’s last two releases. With the main focus being the vulnerability and honesty of the lyrics, Clark leaned on stripped back vocals and harmonies to tell the story.
instagram
Clark says of the song, “it’s for anyone who’s experienced fear and anxiety, whether in social situations or with facing your dreams and hopes, or feeling it’s too late..... it’s never too late. It IS possible to face those fears head on and go ALL IN. Now is the time!”
BIO:
SCOTTISH SCHOOL TEACHER LANDS RECORD DEAL IN L.A - Natalie Clark's journey from classroom to stage began with a spontaneous singing request from Sir Richard Branson! Her blossoming music career was set in motion, leading her from Scotland to Los Angeles where she has just signed a recording contract for her debut album.
Scottish school teacher Natalie Clark learned the power of taking the bull by the horns when her life took a dramatic u-turn one fateful day while attending a BBC Radio 1 Academy event hosted by Nick Grimshaw. Guest speaker Richard Branson spontaneously invited Clark to sing onstage, and, accepting his challenge, she charged her powerhouse vocals and stunned everyone with her original song Weakness.
“That was absolutely and utterly stunning,” Branson proclaimed.”No backing band, no musicians, no forewarning.”
This lesson in carpe diem - and the resulting headlines in the UK - at last set the ball in motion for Natalie Clark’s music career. She left teaching and her hometown in Scotland, and headed to sunny Los Angeles to pursue her musical dreams.
Since moving to the States, Natalie has opened festivals, toured the country, and was selected as a Mercedes Benz KTLA "Artist to Watch”. Natalie was featured in the Mercedes Benz commercial campaign which included performances at the famous Roxy on Sunset, and The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. She was handpicked to open for the Grammy award winning Indigo Girls tour and has received acclaim from multi-platinum artists such as Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton. Natalie was named a ‘Hot 100 Live Artist’ in Music Connection Magazine and her music is featured in several Netflix shows and on the soundtrack of a feature film. Natalie’s song 'Ready to Roll' won 'BEST ORIGINAL SONG' at the Austin Under the Stars Film Festival. Richard Branson even wrote a series of articles about her music and journey since their magical encounter.
Having landed a record deal, Natalie’s debut album is set for release, with her first single, ‘A Place Called Home’ coming out this summer on DVG Records.
For this Scottish firebrand, life is an adventure, and she invites you along for the ride!
