I say a good example to help understand is Don Bluth’s A Troll in Central Park’s villains. The king is more laidback and grounded to help contrast his loud mouth evil queen of a wife. Both are a comedic couple.

The red king highly respects her, more than anyone in wonderland. He does genuinely love her, but knows when to but in to help keep her from going over the edge, which is rare since he also finds entertainment in people’s reactions when they ticked off his royal wife. But still, he will take action for the better of his people, but usually acts closer to how Kinger acts. Does he fear her? Not one bit, only reacts in surprise as anyone would when being yelled at.

The Red Queen also loves her husband dearly. Even if she also yells and does some slapstick with him. She actually loves how he is so unafraid her, a nice change of respect in a healthy relationship. And it’s this that when anything harms him, she’ll be going at the harasser like a raging Red Bull. No one, and I mean, NO ONE, Hurts her lovely honeycomb.

They’re in love and they are an absolute comical bunch.

doi 🌻: - heart of the group. sensitive to others' emotions and empathic to the core. he may not have the right words to express what he's thinking, but know whatever he's feeling, he's feeling very deeply. - certified pasta fiend. the others have learned to stop asking him what he wants for dinner because chances are the answer will be spaghetti. every. time. (though if there were already plans to make it, redd will end up asking him anyway so they can pretend like he got to decide what the household ate for the night. he ends up happy, everyone smiles and nods. it's a win-win.) - always seems to be lost in his own little world; drawing, humming, daydreaming, etc. don't mistake this for him not listening though, because if you do, you might end up hearing him parakeet something you didn't exactly want him to hear... - his name isn't "doi." in fact, no one actually knows what it's supposed to be. when sketch first opened his file and looked under the name section, they couldn't make out what was a letter from a number, or if roy's handwriting was just that bad. thus they resorted to using the only three consecutive letters they could make out: "D-O-I." but he doesn't mind. he likes it !

duck 🦆: - a grumpy, old soul who still carries around the belief that he should be the one in charge because he's the oldest of the three, so obviously that means he's also the wisest. duh, shouldn't you know that by know, stupid ? aren't you stupid... - has taken on the onus of decorating the house with various old knickknacks and hunting paraphernalia. if there's any way to get on his good side, ask him about history. just be sure to grab a chair while you're at it, you'll be stuck listening for an hour (or two). - yes, the feathers get everywhere. no, he's not embarrassed about it. deal with it. - owns an extensive tie collection. all of them coming in different colors, patterns, and textures. he's not exactly fond of them being touched (and despite the massive number of them, he very much knows when one has gone missing), but on the rare occasions he's feeling generous, he'll allow redd to take one to work so long as he comes back to report how many compliments he got on it.

redd 🧣: - considerably less emotive and more reserved than the other two, but definitely not emotionless. redd has a lot of complex feelings about the situation he's in, yet doesn't know when or how to get them out... or who or what might be watching him when he does. - sort of a sickly fellow. anemia, anxiety, and insomnia keeping him on a constant mental and physical edge, mixed with a pesky smoking habit doesn't really make him the healthiest guy around. but he swears he's going to quit one of these days. he will ! yeah... eventually. - does not like owls. thinks they're creepy. the way they swivel their heads around to make sure you're in full view of their large, bulbous eyes and sound like they're repeating "who ? who ? who ?" over and over again. who what ? he doesn't know. stop asking him questions. it's freaking him out. - while the eyes on his hat do move, if you mention something about it, he'll act like he doesn't know what you're talking about.

Out of all the outfits we’ve seen in Descendants: The Rise of Red so far, which one is your favorite?

I really love Uma's updated look. It reminds me of her D2 look turned up to eleven. It's so Isle maximalist and I'm glad she hasn't been worn down style wise by Auradon.

I also love Red's studded hoodie look we see in the teaser trailer. And the Queen of Heart's outfits are so over the top and I love all of them we've seen so far!

Wait shouldn't Robbie have red eyes since he's a Sheikah??

I gave him blue eyes because in his concept art in Creating a Champion he has blue eyes! There's also Sheikah in Age of Calamity that look like they have gray eyes. Impa and Paya also have amber eyes instead of red in BotW and AoC.

I also made him half Hylian, so he gets his blue eyes from his dad.

I have a whole lore thing about Sheikah with blue eyes, but it's kind of a lot.

Im so curious about how red sons personality is compared to his usual prideful self. Also, I noticed on the relationship chart with the other champions, he and nezha are practicall inseperable? Is it similar to wukong and mk's relationship? ( I know we saw a moment in red sons oneshot, but im still so curious about the fire duo.)

The two of them have a big-bro-lil-bro relationship. Kinda hard to separate them if the two of them have quite a few similarities to talk about. :D

I LOVE your dazai with braces. Do you ever think hed get different colors at all? And would chuuya make fun of the colors that hed get his braces bands for?? I can imagine dazai feels more confident with one color of bands and chuuya runs the idea of that color over and immediately regrets getting that color for his braces

i think that initially dazai would stick to black bands coz he didn't want to think too much about colors and chuuya would run it to the ground (black again? you're gonna start looking like an old 80s picture one of these days) so out of spite dazai would exclusively get red bands coz it's technically chuuya's signature color and chuuya will definitely sizzle in his outrage coz FUCK why does red kinda suit him?????

Does Keya have a favorite food?

Well...

She does actually...

At new Year before the spiders minions being released to the city, the time Redson was just heating up the stoves while DBK was still on his way heading toward where his 'son' is (which is in a food atand he just prepared)

Mrs. Xing and the other caretakers are taking all the orphan to watch the new year parade and fireworks.

All the kids get to buy one thing each, and it's can be a meal or something else as long as it cheap.

It was Keya turn to pick things for her to bought, and Mrs. Xing were the one that accompanying her, as they stumbled upon Red food spicy food stand, and Keya ask Mrs. Xing if she can buy that.

Although Mrs. Xing is a bit hesitate at first on seeing the level of the food, but Keya have always been a spicy food lover so she bought her a bowl of inferno level spicy noodle (Keya pick that level) as the noodles was the cheapest menu there.

And well she took a bite, and immediately take another bite till she finished her bowl, even though she knows Red was the one that attack the city long time ago, she decided to thank him (cuz he's been acting nicely at them) and say that his food is so yummy that she actually wanted more but can't.

Red who's surprised seeing a 'mortal' child manage to finish a bowl of his inferno level noodles and thinks it's impressive, he also love the praise the child gave him, although seeing the child sad face cuz she can't have more, he decided to gave away a kebab sticks and a fried chicken (both on inferno level) to her for free.

So both Keya and Mrs. Xing thanks him before heading back toward the group while she ate her spicy meal happily.

He didn't tell his father anything about that customer of his.

And so...

After that day he often stumbled on the same 'mortal' child as she keeps on thanking him and praising his cooking, and start to intentionally appears near her with some spicy foods...

The traffic lights trio was just hang out after season three before chapter one of lotus and butterfly even started :

Mei : "hey Redboy what's that on your jacket?"

MK : appear behind red and looking at something that a bit pointed out from his jacket pocket

Red : "oh that's..." realizing something "OH... OH I forgot I have to do something for a bit!"

Immediately teleport with his flames

Mei : "what's up with him?"

MK : shrugged "dunno maybe he left something on his garage or something..."

On a different part of the city...

Keya : running away from kidnappers again her cloak flattering by the wind.

Red : suddenly appears way front of her while holding an inferno levels beef kebab on his hand.

Keya : ran past through him while also grabbing the beef kebab from his hand while saying thank you along the way, and continue running while eating it, and didn't even flinch from how spicy it is.

Keya : "Thanks again the Demon Bull Prince Redson!"

Red : "I'm only doing this cuz you're my loyal customer! And I told you to just call me by my name mortal!"

He's actually giving it to her for free...

Keya : "Got it! Sorry! Have a nice day!"

She keeps on running even while saying that not while eating the kebab.

He teleport back with his flames toward where MK and Mei was slurping their boba and act like nothing ever happened, he didn't even bother to help the girl with the kidnapper problem she's currently facing nor even saying 'you're welcome' back at the child.
