Romance Clichés With: Vil Schoenheit
Cliché: The Airport (Dark Mirror?) Confession
Others: Leona ; Azul ; Kalim ; Idia ; Jamil ; Riddle
Vil had told you last week about his upcoming movie shoot in another country. He’d casually mentioned he'd be gone for a little while, which you’d taken in stride. After all, he was a famous actor—it wasn't like he was leaving forever. At least, that’s what you thought. But Rook had other ideas.
“Oh, mon ami,” Rook sighed dramatically the day before Vil’s departure, “how brave you are. Truly a testament to love, to be able to bear such a tragic farewell without shedding a single tear! Many would crumble under the thought of not seeing their beloved for years.”
You blinked, pausing mid-bite of your sandwich. “Years?”
Rook nodded, his eyes misting over, clearly lost in some inner poetic monologue. “Oui, it may well be years before we see Roi du Poison’s radiant visage again. Some might say he is embarking on an odyssey, one that will only return him to our shores once he’s ascended to an even greater pinnacle of fame.”
“Y-Years?” you echoed, a pit forming in your stomach.
“Bien sûr!” Rook leaned in, whispering with all the seriousness of a tragic romance novel. “In showbiz, a project could take ages—rewrites, reshoots, promotional tours... Why, he may even settle abroad to cultivate his craft.”
You dropped your sandwich, horror dawning as the words hit you with full force. Your mind went into overdrive. Vil... leaving? Maybe forever? You pictured months, even years of unanswered texts, long-distance video calls, and eventually, just fading away from each other’s lives.
You couldn’t take it! And if he was leaving, you had to make it clear that he’d be leaving someone who would do anything for him.
Which was why, mere minutes before Vil was set to leave, you were charging across campus, heart pounding and absolutely zero plan in mind.
He was standing in front of the Mirror of Darkness, his poise immaculate as always. His entourage surrounded him, but you were zeroed in on only one thing: making sure he knew you would sacrifice anything to keep him.
He was taking a few moments to pose with his usual elegance, utterly unaware that you were barreling toward him with all the grace of a charging rhinoceros.
“Vil!” you yelled, gaining speed as you neared him. He turned, brows raised just slightly before you flung yourself into his arms, nearly sending him toppling over.
“Please,” you blurted, “don’t go!”
Vil’s face softened, and he looked about to speak, but you were already mid-rant, words tumbling out in a fevered rush.
“Vil, I swear, I’ll change my entire skincare routine if you want! Every day, double cleanse, essence, eye cream—I’ll use every serum, sheet mask, and exfoliant you recommend.” You grabbed his hands, clutching them tightly. “And if it’s my diet, I’ll cut out carbs or sugar or whatever you want! I’ll even drink green juice, Vil!”
His eyes widened in something like amusement, but you didn’t give him a chance to interject.
“Please, just don’t leave forever. I don’t care how famous you get or how much international recognition comes your way, or how you’ll become the new face of high fashion—I’ll do anything. I love you, Vil. I’ll do whatever you need me to. Just. Stay."
Vil blinked, clearly stunned, but before you could spiral into another tirade, he leaned in, his lips capturing yours in a soft, breathtaking kiss. It was enough to shut you up instantly, and when he finally pulled back, he looked at you with an exasperated but deeply affectionate smile.
“Darling,” he said, brushing a hand down your cheek with a chuckle, “I’m really only leaving for two weeks.”
“Oh.” You stared up at him, cheeks flushing red as his words sank in.
“Two weeks,” he repeated, laughing softly, and his face lit up in a way you’d never seen before—completely unguarded, genuinely amused, and utterly, hopelessly in love.
Your flustered mumbling was drowned out by his gentle laughter. “So… all that talk about green juice and sheet masks…” His chuckle turned into a full laugh, rich and uninhibited, echoing through the hall as a dozen phones captured the moment.
He gave you a lingering kiss, entirely unconcerned with the crowd, before pressing his forehead to yours. “You really thought I’d leave you forever?” he whispered, a teasing sparkle in his eye. “Oh, my sweet, melodramatic potato.”
You mumbled something unintelligible, hiding your face in his shoulder as your embarrassment finally caught up to you.
By the time he returned two weeks later, it was all anyone on campus could talk about. The candid video of him gazing at you, laugh lines softened, love written all over his face—it had gone viral. Even Vil was taken by surprise at how the internet had swooned over the whole scene, declaring you both the new “It Couple” of NRC.
And if Vil noticed the way his likes had outpaced Neige’s on Magicam, well, he wasn’t above a little bragging.
He’d make a show of it too, asking Mira each morning, “Who’s the most popular couple on Magicam?” And every time, he would grin, smugly satisfied with the answer.
And if anyone dared ask him how he got so much traction on his account lately, he’d just smile, gaze in your direction, and shrug with feigned innocence.

⍣ ೋ after the break up (prt 2)
˚ · . kenma kozume, iwaizumi hajime, tsukishima kei, ushijima wakatoshi & atsumu miya (prt 1.)
KENMA KOZUME — he feels really stupid. kenma does a lot after the breakup in order to distract himself. he buys more games, staying up until it's almost dawn. all of his attention goes into his video games and other devices that he completely stops taking care of himself subconsciously. it's only when he's lost almost 10 pounds is when he realizes how neglected he's become. it happened so fast it confuses him. why didn't you remind him to eat? or shower? oh.. right, it's because you broke up with him in the first place. still, he tries to forget. it's one night playing a game when he's dissociating randomly thinking about you does it all hit.
Super Mario Bro's plays in the background of his room. for once, his fingers are still but his eyes are locked on the pixilated screen in front of him. his eyes are red and dialted due to the bright screen contrasting to the dark dead of night. this game was very expensive, vintage and one of a kind—yet he's subconsciously stuck thinking about you.
did you know he thought about you so frequently? did you think the same of him? he drops the console, fishing his phone out from below him. his fingers tap on the keyboard, searching up your name into his contacts. he notices the last time you texted him was over a month ago. oh–, right. you broke up with him. right. kenma drops his phone back down, laying his face down into the same giant kirby plushie you bought him a long time ago.
a soft sniffle escapes through the thick material, mixing in with the almost taunting upbeat cartoon music.
IWAIZUMI HAJIME — your breakup was done on good terms. he was moving to the U.S., you were staying in Japan. neither of you knew the relationship wouldn't withstand such a long distance relationship so the relationship came to an end. the two of you still call and text over random things, but it's not like how things were before. time passes, and the two of you have less and less contact. iwaizumi is doing his weekly stalking of your Instagram when he realizes you've posted a photo of yourself.. but you aren't alone.
iwaizumi sighs with content when he's finally allowed to sit down, his legs sore from harsh muscle training. as always, he checks his phone. once he's finished going through his messages, ignoring almost everyone except his mom, he comes across your contact. the last you spoke with him was almost a year ago. he frowns, he wishes the two of you kept in contact, but you both were just so busy.
curiously, he indulges in his guilty pleasure and opens up instagram. as if on autopilot, he searches for your online handle. you both follow each other, but of course, never speak. he mindlessly scrolls through your highlights and posts, ending up on your most recent one. it's you. his heart flutters at the sight of you once more. even through a screen, you're still as beautiful as always. you're glowing and radiant as always.
his childish smile soon disappears when he realizes someone has their arm wrapped around you. a guy. a guy who is looking at you with the same loving look iwaizumi would give you long, long, ago. iwaizumi uninstalls the app shortly afterwards.
TSUKISHIMA KEI — he avoids you. he pretends you don't exist altogether. his heart cringes whenever he hears you around, regretting immensely when the two of you arranged your classes together in the previous year. it's childish. no, he's childish. especially because the breakup was more of his fault. still, he hides the fact that his heart is broken. he treats you like everybody else with such hate and bitterness, and only realizes how stupid he's being when it's too late.
"hey kei." you say, walking along aside the tall blonde. "do you want to work on the project together? sensei said that–," "i don't want to work with you." he says coldly. tsukishima doesn't even look to acknowledge you, staring straight forward as he walks. "o-oh, well i just y'know—" you stutter embarrassingly, "i just thought that because—" tsukishima finally stops in his tracks, swiftly turning to you, looking at you through clouded lenses.
"why do you keep on pestering me." his tone leaves you shocked. you can't even think of words to say, only able to let out incoherent stutters and mumbles. "all you do is stutter, it's annoying." tsukishima says nonchalantly, still looking at you with distain.
that seems to shut you up for now. tsukishima is relived when you do, if you talked to him anymore he probably would've accidentally spilled how he missed you. his relief is short lived when he sees the tears roll down your face and out of embarrassment, you quickly walk away from him. he's left standing still, gazing down at the floor. heart heavy and regretting.
USHIJIMA WAKATOSHI — he thinks he's alright but he doesn't realize he's distraught. he continues on with his life like normal, seemingly at peace and happy with whatever he's doing. but, he does have to admit, he's been feeling a bit more.. confused? more like agitated. outside of his calm demeanor to untrained eyes, he seems perfectly normal. but, to those who are close with them, they can see what's actually going on in that seemingly perfect head of his.
hazel eyes watch closely as you walk past. ushijima awaits for you to come up to him like normal, talk to him and pester him with a million questions once more. he hated when you pestered him, he wished you were more quiet and reserved... or did he? he's not sure. because now you are walking away from him, not saying a single word. hell, you barely acknowledge his presence. how do you not? he's everything you said catches your eye, tall and muscular build, with a handsome perfect face.
"y/l/n." he rumbles out. the boom of his voice finally catches your attention, finally spinning around to acknowledge him. you seem defensive, like a cornered cat, a single eyebrow quirking up at his call. "..ushijima-san?" his heart, for some reason, sinks into his gut with the formality use of his name. what happened to toshi? for once, his words are stuck in his throat and he struggles to come up with something to say.
seeing that he's yet to say anything, you hurry out of his presence, trying to be released from the gaze of the man you are forbidden to love. meanwhile, ushijima is realizing for the first time, that maybe he lost someone who he isn't fine with leaving.
MIYA ATSUMU — he's like a pitiful dog. he plays off the break up like it's nothing, even to your face, he just shrugged his shoulders and mumbled something under his breath and walked away. despite the two of you dating for a year, going through so many things together, hell, he even lost his virginity to you, but he still acts like it was nothing.. but everyone can tell it's not. much to his annoyance, even his twin brother tells him to take it easy following the break up. but he's fine. it was nothing. he definitely doesn't search for you in the crowd during his games, nor does he get the random pang of forgetfullness after school as if he should be waiting for you. he's fine.
a girl comes up to atsumu after his game, batting her long eyelashes and pouting her lips. "can i get your number?" she asks, making her voice as smooth as possible. atsumu blinks at her with a blank face before turning his back to her, ignoring her entirely. he ignores her whines and curses of embarrassment, his eyes scanning the emptying crowd.
"shes not here, 'tsumu." he hears a familiar voice say. atsumu snaps his head back to the direction of the voice, seeing osamu standing there with his hands in his pockets, eyes low and unamused. atsumu scoffs at his brother, "yah i know." the two of them wait in silence, but for what? what is he waiting for? suddenly, his ears perk up at a familar body frame, eyes darting to the source only to be severally disappointed with the sight of a person who looks like you, but isn't you.
"let's go home, 'tsumu." osamu says, walking past the blonde haired man. atsumu waits a couple more seconds, taking another quick scan of the crowd before he's hestiantly following his brother, shoulders low and eyes to the ground.

~𝖕𝖙 𝟜~
Things I say may not resonate with you as everyone’s birth chart is very different and impacts them in different ways. I am not a professional astrologer, these are just some observations I’ve made over the years dealing with different placements. Hope you enjoy!
✩ Gemini moons are full of contradictions! They tend to always contradict what they say because their minds can be so crowded and overwhelmed. They also like to learn many things and their tendency to overthink/the multiple different perspectives they see can lead them to change their minds often. However, this isn’t always a bad thing because it allows them to be very open minded and always willing to listen to others ideas.
✩ When a Scorpio mars gets mad, it can feel as though all hell might break loose. The anger these natives bottle up inside of them and eventually release can be very scary.
✩ Having Libra and Cancer placements can make natives the biggest people pleasers and it can be very distressing for them. Saying ‘no’ isn’t going to end the world and it won’t make people hate you, I promise. You are more than enough! Have a bit more confidence in yourself, people are very drawn to your loving nature and there is so much good in your heart. Don’t let yourself get taken advantage of when people try to prey on your weakness, you’re better than that.
✩ Leo Venus nativesmay love theater and art. They like to express themselves and they shine while doing so! Their passion is radiant and they have beautiful souls. They are capable of so much love and they channel that into their art.
✩ Cancer mars can be a difficult placement to have. They feel emotions very deeply and intensely. They have a tendency to be natural caregivers; very empathetic souls. This can cause them to be in fear of hurting other peoples feelings and have their emotions bottled up until one day it all pours out. This can be very cathartic for them but also distressing. Strong feelings of jealousy and yearning can be seen with this placement. To all the cancer mars out there, just know we appreciate how tender your nature is! Don’t be so scared of things, you will be fine! (Side note, cancer mars reminds me a lot of mitski songs)
✩ Pluto in the second house can have deep self esteem issues. They may place their worth on their possessions as they feel they aren’t enough and due to the transformation powers of this placement, their income may be unstable. This leads an internal struggle between trying to fulfill the soul and placing less worth on what they have around them.
✩ Prominent virgo placements can sometimes be super overbearing. These people may need to double check everything and have a hard time relaxing. They can struggle with anxiety and can have control issues. In turn this can also make the native unhealthily retreat into their own minds as an escape from what they feel is chaos. Virgos, you’re doing great. Sometimes it’s good to take a deep breath and live in the moment.
✩ Aquarius placements (especially Sun and Venus) as well as Cancer placements are very good gift givers. Aquarius placements always come up with creative ideas that the person receiving usually loves! On the other hand, cancer placements value sentimental gifts. They may look for something that will touch you emotionally or it may be something they would cherish if they were the one receiving the gift.
✩ Capricorn risings really like to take the initiative! They can be the one in group projects to assign everyone roles and make outlines for the group. They like to seem responsible and dependable and they very much are!

NEFERASKINGDOM
Summary : After a painful breakup, Y/N receives an unexpected drunk phone call from Carlos following the Mexican Grand Prix, igniting a whirlwind of emotions as he grapples with his feelings for her.
CARLOS SAINZ MASTERLIST | MAIN MASTERLIST
Y/N sat curled up on her couch, the lights of the Mexican Grand Prix flickering across the screen. The roar of engines echoed in her living room, mingling with her racing thoughts. It was torturous yet exhilarating—watching Carlos race was like watching her heart dance on a tightrope. She had tried to turn away from the screen, to distance herself from the man who once filled her life with laughter and love, but she couldn’t.
“Come on, Carlos!” she shouted at the TV, hands gripping the edges of the couch as she leaned forward. Every time he swerved past another competitor, adrenaline surged through her veins, both pride and heartache battling within her. She couldn’t help but cheer for him, her heart swelling at the sight of him in that red Ferrari. But just as quickly as that pride built, it crumbled at the sight of Rachel, his new girlfriend, who flashed her bright smile at the camera, waving like she belonged there beside him.
Y/N’s stomach twisted painfully. It felt like a punch to the gut. How could he have moved on so easily? It was as if the relationship they’d shared had never existed at all. The memories of laughter, stolen kisses, and lazy Sunday mornings flooded her mind, leaving her gasping for air.
“Why am I doing this to myself?” she muttered, blinking back the tears that threatened to spill. It was like she was torturing herself, choosing to witness his success while knowing she was no longer a part of it. She had promised herself she wouldn’t watch, but the draw of his presence on the track was impossible to resist.
As the race progressed, her heart leaped when Carlos took the lead. “Yes! That’s my boy!” she exclaimed, but then the camera panned to Rachel again, who hugged him tightly after he crossed the finish line. Y/N’s heart shattered at that moment, watching him with her was like a physical blow. She let out a choked sob, pressing her hand to her mouth. “I shouldn’t be watching this, why do I keep doing this to myself?” she whispered, the weight of her emotions crashing down on her.
The voices of the commentators faded into background noise, just as the memories of her life before had. It felt like ages since she’d found comfort in those moments, the excitement of races shared with Carlos, his laughter mingling with the roar of engines.
But that was a lifetime ago—before the breakup that had shattered everything.
Carlos had told her he needed to focus on his career, that the demands of racing were too much to handle alongside a relationship. They had fought that night, voices raised, tears shed, but in the end, he had made his choice. She remembered the way his eyes had looked, resolute yet filled with regret as he walked out the door, leaving her standing there, heartbroken and lost.
In the weeks that followed, Y/N had found herself spiraling. She tried to move on, to fill the void he left behind, but nothing seemed to work. The world around her felt muted, the colors faded. She buried herself in work, diving into projects that usually excited her, but her heart wasn’t in it. Every time her phone buzzed with updates from social media, she found herself torturing herself further by clicking on Carlos’s posts.
His face smiled back at her in photographs, celebrating podiums with his new girlfriend, Rachel, who looked radiant and perfect beside him. They were at glamorous events, her arm draped over his shoulder. Each picture was a reminder of what she had lost, of the love that had once seemed unbreakable.
Y/N spent hours scrolling, heart racing with jealousy and pain, every interaction between Carlos and Rachel a fresh wound. How could he move on so quickly? She felt betrayed and heartbroken, trapped in a cycle of longing and sorrow. She couldn’t understand how he could go from loving her to appearing so happy with someone else, and every time she saw him smiling, it felt like a slap in the face.
Sometimes, they’d cross paths at mutual friends' gatherings, and each awkward interaction was like walking on glass. Carlos would greet her with that same charming smile, and for a fleeting moment, it would feel like nothing had changed, only for the reality to crash back down when she saw Rachel’s hand on his arm, the easy affection they shared.
Y/N’s friends tried to cheer her up, encouraging her to go out and meet new people, but all she could think about was Carlos. She could still hear the echoes of his laughter, the way he would wrap his arms around her, pulling her close when the world felt overwhelming. She missed him deeply, but the hurt ran too deep to just reach out.
She went to bed after finishing an entire bottle of wine all by herself. She was curled up in her blanket trying not to cry again when her phone buzzed to life. The contact name lit up the screen: Carlos. Her heart raced—fear, excitement, and a flicker of hope all rolled into one. She hesitated for a moment, remembering the last time they had spoken, the hurt that had echoed in his voice, and the way he had chosen his career over them. But she couldn’t resist; she answered, her breath hitching as she pressed the phone to her ear.
“Y/N! Oh my god, I can’t believe it’s you!” His voice was loud and slurred, a mixture of laughter and something heavier beneath the surface. She could hear loud music blasting in the background.
“Carlos?” she asked, concern washing over her. “Are you drunk?”
“Maybe a little too much,” he chuckled, but it was clear he didn’t care. “I just won, you know! Like, first place! In Mexico! This is insane!”
She couldn’t help but smile at his enthusiasm, but the happiness quickly faded as she remembered Rachel. “That’s great, Carlos. I’m happy for you.”
“Did you watch me? You should be here! I wanted to celebrate with you, mi amor!” He slurred the term of endearment making her heart ache.
“I… I saw it on TV,” she replied, trying to keep her voice steady. “But you have Rachel to celebrate with.”
“Ugh, don’t even get me started on her!” he groaned, the sound punctuated by a loud cheer from the crowd around him. “She’s just a PR stunt. I don’t care about her, Y/N! You know that!”
The admission made her heart race, but doubt crept in. “Then why are you with her?”
“Because I thought I could move on,” he admitted, his voice dropping lower, laced with regret. “But every time I see her, all I think about is you. You’re the one I want to celebrate with, the only one I ever wanted.”
Y/N’s heart twisted painfully, caught between hope and heartache. “You broke up with me, Carlos. You said it was for your career, that you needed to focus on racing.”
“I thought I could do it, but I was wrong!” he insisted, the desperation rising in his tone. “You’re everything to me, Y/N! I miss you so much it hurts! I can’t get you out of my mind!”
Tears welled up in her eyes as she fought against the emotions threatening to spill over. “You can’t just call me and say all this after everything. You don’t get to tell me you miss me when you’re with someone else!”
“Please, just listen!” he pleaded, his voice thick with emotion. “I’m a mess without you. I thought this would help, but it’s only made it worse. I wish you were here, celebrating with me. You’re the only one who gets me!”
“Carlos…” she began, her heart racing at the implications of his words, but she struggled to find her voice. “You’re drunk, and I can’t trust what you’re saying right now. You need to be honest with yourself first.”
“I’m telling you the truth!” he exclaimed, a mix of anger and desperation spilling into his tone. “You think I want to share this moment with her? No! I want to share it with you! Every trophy, every victory, it all means nothing without you by my side!”
His words stirred something deep within her, a longing that felt like a wound reopening. “But you chose your career over me, Carlos! You said it was for your future, and now you’re telling me you want me back?”
“Because I thought I could handle it, but I can’t!” he confessed, voice breaking. “I want to fight for us! I never wanted to lose you. You were my everything, Y/N! I can’t live without you!”
A sob escaped her lips, her heart heavy with the weight of his confession. “You broke my heart, Carlos. I don’t know if I can survive you breaking it again. I love you, it's ruining my life!”
“I’m sorry, I’m so sorry!” he cried, the words tumbling out in a rush. “I didn’t know what I was doing. I thought I could handle it, but I’m lost without you! You’re the only one I’ve ever loved, the only one I will ever love!”
The sincerity in his voice shattered her defenses, leaving her vulnerable and aching for the connection they once shared. “You have Rachel, though. You need to make a choice. I can’t be your second option.”
“She’s nothing compared to you!” he exclaimed, desperation lacing his words. “I promise, once this triple header is over, I’ll end things with her. I’ll make it right! I’ll come back for you, I swear!”
His words felt like a lifeline thrown into the storm of her heart, but uncertainty still loomed like a shadow. “What if this is just the alcohol talking? What if you wake up tomorrow and forget all this?”
“I won’t forget!” he insisted fiercely. “I want you to be the person I see first thing in the morning and last thing at night, I want to go back to cuddling on the couch with you and making you pancakes in the morning. I want to fight for you, for us! I can’t imagine my life without you, Y/N. You’re my heart, mi vida.”
The tenderness in his voice made her heart swell and ache at the same time. “You don’t know how much it hurts to hear you say that after everything,” she whispered, the tears spilling down her cheeks.
“I know it’s complicated, but please don’t give up on me,” he said softly. “I need you to hold on, just a little longer. I’ll come back for you, and I’ll make things right. You’re my home, Y/N, and I’ll do whatever it takes to prove it.”
As the call ended, Y/N sat in the silence of her apartment, heart racing with conflicting emotions. The conversation had been a whirlwind of pain, and uncertainty, leaving her breathless. She didn’t know what the future held, but for the first time in a long time, she felt a flicker of hope.
Maybe, just maybe, they could find their way back to each other. She wrapped her arms around herself, imagining Carlos holding her close, the warmth of his embrace filling the empty spaces in her heart. As the night wore on, she clung to the possibility of being held in his arms again, even as the shadows of doubt lingered. In the depths of her heart, she knew one thing: she loved him fiercely, and despite the pain, she would wait for him to come back, hoping they could mend the pieces of their shattered love.

It all started at a Set || KMG Pt.1
Pairing: Actor-Idol Mingyu x Actress-Idol Reader Genre: Fluff, Idol romance Summary: This story is a heartwarming slow-burn romance between Mingyu and Y/N, a senior idol. It begins with them being cast as co-stars in a drama where their contrasting personalities—Mingyu’s vibrant, outgoing nature and Y/N’s reserved, composed demeanor—become the catalyst for an unexpected connection. Throughout their journey, they face professional challenges, emotional conflicts, and growing feelings for one another. Author's Note: This is the second story of my series, "It All Started..." As I was writing, the story evolved into something much bigger than I initially imagined, so I decided to divide it into three parts to give it the attention and depth it deserves. To everyone who has supported my series so far, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your encouragement and feedback have been a driving force behind my writing, and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on this part of the story. Stay tuned, because there’s so much more to come, and I promise the journey will only get more exciting from here. Thank you for being part of this adventure with me—I hope you enjoy this chapter as much as I enjoyed creating it! Part one _ Part two _ Part three
If you have any requests for any member or any other groups feel free to do so
Mingyu wasn’t sure what prompted him to accept the role this time. At first, it seemed like any other offer—another chance to showcase a different side of himself. But something about the script resonated with him on a deeper level. The character's struggle to balance vulnerability and strength mirrored his own challenges in navigating fame. He felt an unspoken connection to the story, as if it was calling him to confront parts of himself, he had kept hidden. Perhaps that’s why, despite his initial doubts, he agreed to take the leap. Maybe it was the persistent urging of his members, maybe it was his own curiosity, or maybe, just maybe, it was the script that had managed to tug at something deep within him. Either way, he found himself on the set of "Between Us," his first lead role in a drama, both nervous and excited.
The buzz around the project had been immediate, not just because of Mingyu but because of his co-star. Y/N, a senior idol, had been cast as the female lead. She was a name that carried weight in the industry—the leader of her group, a revered idol with an aura of mystery. Known for her icy demeanor and guarded nature, she seemed to embody mystery and restraint, creating an intriguing contrast to Mingyu’s radiant, extroverted charm. While her reserved nature drew admiration, it also set the stage for a fascinating interplay with Mingyu’s infectious energy, sparking curiosity about how their opposite temperaments might evolve together. It was a pairing that intrigued fans and critics alike.
When they met for the first table read, Mingyu was struck by how composed she was. She greeted him with a polite nod, her expression unreadable. Mingyu, ever the extrovert, tried to break the ice with a joke.
“Looks like we’re going to be spending a lot of time together,” he said, his signature grin in place. “I hope you’re ready for my bad jokes.”
Y/N raised an eyebrow, the faintest hint of a smile playing at her lips. “I’ll brace myself,” she replied coolly before turning her attention to the script.
From that moment on, their interactions were polite but distant. On set, Mingyu would try to engage her in conversation, but Y/N kept her responses short. It wasn’t that she was rude; she just seemed... guarded. Mingyu couldn’t help but be intrigued. What was she hiding behind that composed facade?
As the weeks went by, they began filming scenes that required emotional depth and vulnerability. The plot of "Between Us" revolved around two people who initially clashed but slowly fell in love as they unraveled each other’s secrets. The parallels between the characters and their real-life dynamics didn’t escape Mingyu.
One evening, after a particularly intense scene, Mingyu found Y/N sitting alone by the set, her gaze fixed on the horizon. The sun was setting, casting a warm glow over the scene.
“Hey,” Mingyu said, approaching cautiously. “You okay?”
Y/N glanced at him, her expression softening slightly. “I’m fine. Just... thinking.”
Mingyu sat down beside her, leaving a respectful distance between them. “You were amazing in that scene,” he said sincerely. “I felt like I was watching your character come to life.”
She looked at him, surprise flickering in her eyes. “Thank you. You did well too.”
It was the first time she’d offered him a genuine compliment, and Mingyu felt a small thrill of accomplishment. They sat in silence for a while, watching the sky change colors.
“Do you ever get tired?” Y/N asked suddenly. “Of being... this?”
Mingyu frowned. “What do you mean?”
“Of always being expected to be perfect. To smile, to perform, to never let your guard down,” she explained, her voice barely above a whisper.
Mingyu thought for a moment before replying. “Sometimes. But I think it’s okay to not be perfect. People connect with us because of our flaws, not despite them.”
Y/N looked at him, her expression unreadable once more. But something shifted that day. She began to open up, little by little. Mingyu learned that behind her icy exterior was someone who cared deeply about her members, someone who carried the weight of leadership with grace but also with a heavy heart.
The rest of the cast and crew began to notice the change in their dynamic. During breaks, they often saw Mingyu and Y/N sharing quiet conversations or laughing at inside jokes. One day, a crew member walked in on Mingyu patiently teaching Y/N a card game to pass the time, his enthusiasm contagious as Y/N, known for her reserved nature, playfully accused him of cheating.
“Cheating? Me?” Mingyu feigned shock, placing a hand on his chest. “I’m wounded, Y/N. Truly.”
“Wounded or not, you’re still losing,” Y/N shot back with a rare grin.
Another time, during a particularly chilly outdoor shoot, a makeup artist caught Mingyu draping his jacket over Y/N’s shoulders without a word, brushing off her protests with a casual, “You’ll catch a cold.”
The director, amused by their growing rapport, once joked, “If you two don’t win Best Couple at the year-end awards, I’ll be writing to the network myself.”
Even the extras started to notice their synergy, with one commenting during lunch, “Their chemistry isn’t just acting—it’s real.” Mingyu’s consistent warmth and Y/N’s subtle but significant thawing became a favorite topic of conversation among the crew, adding a special layer of excitement to the production. The once distant co-stars were now sharing inside jokes, supporting each other through difficult scenes, and even eating meals together during breaks. Mingyu’s patience and warmth had managed to crack Y/N’s walls, and she, in turn, became a grounding presence for him.
The turning point came during a particularly grueling shoot. It was a night scene set in the rain, with both leads expected to deliver emotionally charged performances. As Y/N sprinted down the wet pavement for a pivotal chase sequence, her ankle twisted, sending her collapsing onto the ground mid-scene. The crew froze, and for a moment, the only sound was the rain hammering down. Mingyu, standing nearby, dropped his prop and sprinted to her side.
“Cut!” the director shouted, but Mingyu was already kneeling beside Y/N, his voice tinged with panic. “Are you okay? Does it hurt a lot?”
Y/N tried to sit up, brushing off the mud on her hands. “I’m fine,” she said through gritted teeth, though the pain was evident in her eyes.
“No, you’re not,” Mingyu said firmly, his worry overriding his usual easygoing demeanor. He gestured for the on-set medic, his brows furrowed in concern. “You need to rest. This isn’t something to push through.”
Despite her protests, Mingyu carefully helped her to a nearby chair, his hand steady on her arm. His genuine concern was clear, and the crew exchanged knowing glances, murmuring about how protective he had become of her. In that moment, something shifted—not just between their characters, but in their real relationship as well.
The injury had forced Y/N to take it slow, and Mingyu took it upon himself to help her. He’d show up to set early to make sure the path was clear for her crutches, brought her snacks during breaks, and even offered to rehearse lines with her to save her unnecessary movement.
“You’re going to spoil me,” Y/N said one day, watching as Mingyu carefully adjusted her chair.
“Maybe,” Mingyu replied with a grin. “But I don’t mind.”
As “Between us” progressed, the romantic tension between Mingyu and Y/N on-screen began to mirror their growing connection off-screen. Their characters, who started out as strangers, gradually developed a deep emotional bond, with Mingyu’s warmth gradually melting Y/N’s cool exterior.
One evening, during a late-night shoot, the scene called for a quiet, intimate moment at the café. Mingyu’s character, Jae-min, had just confessed his feelings to Y/N’s character, Seo-yeon. The air was thick with tension as their eyes met, both characters hesitant yet longing.
“Are you sure you want this?” Jae-min asked, his voice barely above a whisper, as he reached out to gently touch Seo-yeon’s hand.
Y/N, as Seo-yeon, looked at him, her expression unreadable, before slowly nodding. “I don’t know, but I’m willing to try.”
In the next moment, Jae-min leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips, a gentle but tender kiss filled with the promise of something new. The director yelled “Cut!” immediately after the kiss, but both actors were left momentarily frozen, caught in the vulnerability of the moment.
Mingyu quickly stepped back, awkwardly scratching his head. “Uh, sorry, was that too much?”
Y/N, for the first time in a while, let out a soft laugh, something that startled Mingyu. “No, it was good,” she said quietly, her cheeks flushed. “You just… surprised me, I guess.”
That night, as they wrapped up filming, Mingyu couldn’t stop thinking about how natural the kiss had felt—how it wasn’t just an act but something real that he had experienced with her. Y/N, despite her usually cool demeanor, had shown a glimmer of warmth, and it left Mingyu wondering if the lines between their characters were blurring.
The next scene that stood out was a pivotal moment in the drama, where Jae-min (Mingyu’s character) confesses his love for Seo-yeon (Y/N’s character) during a stormy night. They were supposed to be alone in the café, the rain tapping against the window as Jae-min, drenched from the downpour, walked in to find Seo-yeon sitting by the window, gazing out at the rain.
“Seo-yeon,” Jae-min said, his voice shaking with emotion. “I’ve loved you from the moment I saw you. You’re the only one who sees me for who I really am.”
Seo-yeon turned to him, her eyes softening but still guarded. “But you know I’m not the person you think I am, right?”
The tension in the room was palpable as Jae-min walked toward her, his every step determined. “I don’t care,” he whispered, his face inches from hers. “I love you.”
The kiss that followed was more passionate, a moment of release for both characters. The scene was so intense that even the crew stayed silent as they filmed. When the director yelled “Cut,” both Mingyu and Y/N stood frozen in their positions, the chemistry between them undeniable.
During a break, Y/N walked off to the side, away from the set, clearly trying to collect herself after the emotional intensity of the kiss. Mingyu, sensing her discomfort, followed her quietly.
“Are you okay?” Mingyu asked softly, standing a few feet away.
Y/N paused, looking at him for a moment before nodding. “Yeah, just… it’s a lot sometimes, you know?” She shrugged. “This role is… difficult for me.”
Mingyu gave her a gentle smile. “You’re doing amazing. I can tell. I know acting can be hard, but you make it look effortless.”
Y/N looked at him, her walls slowly starting to crack. “Thanks, Mingyu,” she said quietly, her tone sincere.
As she turned back to the set, Mingyu watched her, his heart unexpectedly racing. They might have started out as strangers, but something was beginning to stir between them, something neither of them had anticipated.
One of the final scenes in the drama was another intimate moment between Jae-min and Seo-yeon. The two characters had gone through their fair share of struggles, and in this scene, they finally gave in to their feelings for one another. The script called for a tender, lingering kiss under the moonlight, where Jae-min pulls Seo-yeon into his arms as they both acknowledge their deep connection.
As the cameras rolled, the chemistry between Mingyu and Y/N was undeniable. The kiss was gentle at first, with both characters hesitant, but as the scene progressed, their passion deepened. Their lips met in a slow, sweet kiss that was both vulnerable and full of longing, capturing the emotional weight of everything their characters had been through.
When the director finally called “Cut,” the entire set seemed to hold its breath. Y/N, who had usually kept a distance from Mingyu, seemed to soften in his arms, the connection between them palpable even off-camera.
During the next break, Mingyu found himself sitting next to Y/N, who had become noticeably more relaxed around him since their first interactions. They were both exhausted from the intense filming, but the mood between them was no longer cold.
“I didn’t know acting could be like this,” Mingyu admitted, his voice low. “It’s… more than just saying lines. It feels real.”
Y/N looked at him thoughtfully. “Yeah, it’s like… you let yourself be vulnerable for a moment.” She paused, then added, “You’re a good actor, Mingyu.”
Her words caught him off guard. He smiled, not able to hide his feelings anymore. “Thank you. That means a lot coming from you.”
There was a comfortable silence between them, and for the first time, Mingyu felt a genuine sense of connection to Y/N—not just as his co-star, but as someone who understood the depth of their roles and the emotions they had shared through their characters.
One memorable day, they filmed a scene where their characters shared their first kiss under a canopy of stars. The setup was breathtaking—fairy lights hanging from the trees, a gentle breeze rustling the leaves, and the soft strumming of a guitar playing in the background.
Between takes, Mingyu leaned over with a grin. “They really went all out for this, huh?”
Y/N glanced around, her lips twitching into a rare smile. “It’s beautiful. Almost makes you forget we’ve been here for hours.”
The scene required them to hold hands, exchange lingering gazes, and lean into a kiss that felt as natural as breathing. When the director finally called, “Cut!” he looked up from the monitor and clapped. “That was perfect! The chemistry was off the charts.”
Another day, they filmed a playful sequence where their characters spent an afternoon at a seaside carnival. From riding the Ferris wheel to playing ring toss, the scenes were filled with laughter and lighthearted moments. While filming a shot where Mingyu’s character won a giant stuffed bear for Y/N’s character, he jokingly handed it to her and said, “This is the closest you’ll get to me spoiling you in real life.”
Y/N rolled her eyes but couldn’t hide her smile. “I’ll cherish it forever,” she quipped, hugging the bear dramatically.
The most challenging yet rewarding scene to film came toward the end of the drama, where their characters finally confessed their feelings after a heated argument. The emotions ran high, and even the crew found themselves holding their breath as Mingyu and Y/N brought the raw vulnerability of their characters to life. By the time the director called cut, there was a moment of stunned silence before the set erupted into applause.
“You really outdid yourselves,” the director said, visibly moved. “This is the kind of performance that stays with people.”
Through these scenes, their bond grew stronger. Whether it was the stolen glances that felt too real or the way they naturally gravitated toward each other during breaks, it was clear to everyone that something special was blooming between them.

Word Count: 2.8k
TW: Yelling, intentional hurt, Jack being mean lol
Year Six: Jack’s Question
The gentle hum of the air conditioner filled the cozy living room as you and Jack sat together on the couch, surrounded by an array of colorful crafting supplies scattered across the coffee table. Glue sticks, markers, and construction paper formed a creative mess as the two of you worked on a project together, a rare moment of tranquility in the chaotic life of an FBI agent's family.
As you guided Jack through the steps of creating a handmade card for his grandmother's birthday, you couldn't help but notice the way he looked up at you with a mixture of admiration and affection. His small hands moved with determination, mirroring your own movements as you carefully cut out paper hearts and glued them onto the card letting him guide how he wanted the card to turn out.
"Y/N?" Jack's voice broke through the soft hum of conversation, tentative and uncertain. He shifted back and forth on the couch letting whatever was on his mind eat away at him for the time being.
As Jack's voice broke through the soft hum of the television on, you turned your attention back to him. He looked so nervous that you could only put the supplies down and focus solely on him. "Yeah, Jack?" you replied, your voice soft and encouraging.
Jack shifted nervously beside you, his brow furrowing as he wrestled with his words. You could see the uncertainty flickering in his eyes, the weight of his question heavy on his young shoulders.
"Can I... can I call you Mom?" His voice was barely above a whisper, filled with hesitation and longing.
Your breath caught in your throat at his words, your heart soaring with joy and disbelief. It was a moment you had dreamed of, hoped for, but never dared to expect. Not so soon anyway. You and Aaron had been seeing each other for just over a year. And yet, here it was, unfolding before you in the most unexpected of moments.
Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes as you gazed at Jack, overwhelmed by the depth of emotion welling up inside you. You wanted to gather him into your arms, to hold him close and never let him go, to shower him with all the love and affection he deserved. But you also knew that this moment was about him, about his courage in voicing his feelings, his desire to forge a deeper connection with you. And so, you swallowed past the lump in your throat, your smile widening with genuine warmth and love.
"Of course, you can, sweetheart," you whispered, your voice trembling with emotion. "I would be honored."
As the words left your lips, a weight seemed to lift from Jack's shoulders, his face breaking into a radiant smile that mirrored your own. In that moment, surrounded by the remnants of your crafting adventure, you felt a profound connection form between you, one that transcended blood ties and was forged by love and mutual respect.
Jack let out a sigh of relief, his smile widening as he leaned into your embrace. "Good, Daddy said I could," he explained, his voice filled with a mix of excitement and validation.
Your heart swelled with warmth at his words, grateful for Aaron's support and understanding. It meant the world to you that he had encouraged Jack to express his feelings, to embrace the bond that had grown between you. "Your daddy is a smart man," you replied, your voice tinged with affection as you ruffled Jack's hair affectionately. "And he's right. You can call me mom whenever you want. You can also call me Y/N. Whatever you want kiddo."
Jack beamed up at you, his eyes sparkling with happiness as he settled back into his seat, a sense of contentment settling over him like a comforting blanket. In that moment, it felt as though the world had shifted, the connection between you and Jack deepening with each passing second. And as you returned to your crafting project, your hearts overflowing with love and gratitude, you knew that this was just the beginning of a beautiful journey together.
Year Fifteen: Teenage Turmoil
The soft glow of the lamp illuminated Aaron Hotchner's cluttered desk as he typed away on his laptop, the faint clicking of keys the only sound in the otherwise quiet house. It was Friday night, the end of a long week, but for Aaron, the work was far from over. His eyes flickered to the clock, noting the late hour. Jack should have been home by now, safely tucked into bed. Anxiety gnawed at him as he tried Jack's number once more, only to be met with the unwelcome sound of voicemail. He would give it until 12:30 then he was going to be calling Penelope to locate his young son. He didn’t want to be overbearing but he couldn’t help it. Not with what he’s seen, what he’s had to deal with.
In the living room, you paced back and forth, your heart pounding with worry. Each passing minute felt like an eternity. With every unanswered call, your concern grew tenfold. The clock on the wall mocked you, its hands moving relentlessly towards midnight. You too knew how dangerous it was out there. But you couldn’t lock the kid in. He’d resent the both of you for the rest of his days if you did that.
Finally, the creak of the front door announced Jack's return. Relief flooded through you, quickly replaced by a surge of frustration as you caught sight of his nonchalant expression. "Jack, do you have any idea what time it is?" you exclaimed, unable to keep the edge from your voice.
Jack's eyes flickered to you, irritation flashing in their depths before he masked it with a careless shrug. "Relax, I lost track of time," he retorted, tossing his jacket aside without any regard for how stressed both you and his father were.
Your temper flared. "You were supposed to be home over an hour ago! Do you have any idea how worried we were?" As Aaron remained in his office, you and Jack were left to confront each other alone, the tension between you palpable.
He shrugged again before attempting to make a break for his room.
"Jack, please," you implored, your voice trembling with concern. "We need to talk about what happened tonight. It's not just about breaking curfew; it's about communication and respect."
Jack's eyes narrowed, his arms crossing defensively over his chest. "I don't need a lecture, Y/N. I'm not a kid anymore."
Your heart sank at his dismissive tone, but you refused to back down. "I know you're growing up, but that doesn't mean you can disregard the rules we've set. They're there for a reason, Jack. We worry about you when you're out late, especially when we can't reach you."
He scoffed, rolling his eyes. "You worry too much. I can take care of myself."
Your frustration bubbled to the surface. Your voice tinged with emotion. "It's not just about taking care of yourself, Jack. There are awful people out there and…”
Jack's demeanor shifted, his expression hardening with defiance. "You're not my mom, Y/N. You don't get to tell me what to do."
His words cut deep, a pang of hurt flashing across your features. "I know I'm not your biological mother, but I love you like you're my own," you admitted, your voice wavering with emotion certainly not expecting the conversation to take such a turn so quickly.
Jack's jaw clenched, his anger simmering beneath the surface. "Yeah, right. You're just trying to control me like everyone else. Well, news flash, it's not gonna work."
Your heart shattered at his harsh words, the weight of his rejection crushing you. "I'm not trying to control you, Jack. I just want what's best for you," you pleaded, tears welling in your eyes despite your best efforts to push them away.
But Jack's frustration boiled over, his voice rising with each word. "Stop pretending like you know what's best for me! You're not my freaking mom! You can't tell me what to do!"
As Jack's explosive words hung in the air, a heavy silence descended upon the room, filling the space with tension and uncertainty. Your heart felt as though it had been squeezed tight in your chest, the sting of Jack's rejection still raw.
A gasp came from your mouth as you tried to form any sort of coherent sentence. "Oh, I'm... I..." you began, your voice faltering as you struggled to find the right words. But your mind was a whirlwind of emotions, and you found yourself at a loss.
Jack's eyes widened, a flicker of realization crossing his features as he took in the impact of his own words. For a moment, he seemed unsure, caught between his anger and the weight of what he had just said. And then, as if sensing the weight of the moment, Aaron appeared in the doorway. His expression a mix of concern and disappointment. His presence seemed to ground the room, his steady gaze sweeping over you and Jack.
"What's going on here?" Aaron's voice was calm but firm, his eyes never leaving yours. He saw the watery tears that threatened to spill over at any second. He heard the tail end of the conversation and knew exactly why you were so devastated. You saw Jack as your own child and for him to say something so deeply hurtful left you reeling.
You struggled to compose yourself, the turmoil of emotions threatening to overwhelm you. "Jack... he... I don’t… I need to go," you managed to say, your voice barely above a whisper. Without waiting for a response, you turned and fled towards the kitchen, unable to even look at your stepson or Aaron in that moment. You felt utterly embarrassed. Like you hadn’t been loving that child for the last ten years of his life. Did he really feel like that or was he just lashing out?
In the living room, Aaron's expression darkened, his jaw clenched with restrained anger as he watched you leave. The weight of Jack's hurtful words hung heavy in the air, casting a shadow over their father-son relationship.
Jack shifted uncomfortably; his eyes fixed on the ground as guilt gnawed at him. "Dad, I didn't mean..."
But Aaron's patience had worn thin with his moody son. "Not now, Jack," he interrupted, his tone stern. "Right now, I need you to think about what you said and why it was completely unacceptable."
Jack swallowed hard, the gravity of his actions sinking in as he met his father's unwavering gaze. "I know, Dad. I messed up," he admitted, his voice tinged with remorse.
Aaron's frustration boiled over, his voice taking on the commanding tone he used when interrogating suspects. "You think you can just say whatever you want and there won't be consequences? You hurt her, Jack. You hurt someone who cares about you deeply, and I won't stand for it."
Jack's eyes widened, the full weight of his actions crashing down on him as he met his father's intense gaze. "I-I'm sorry, Dad. I didn't mean to..."
But Aaron cut him off with a sharp gesture. "Apologies won't cut it this time, Jack. You need to understand the gravity of your words and the impact they have on people." As Aaron continued to reprimand his son, he couldn't shake the worry gnawing at him. He knew he had to find you, to make sure you were alright. With a final stern look at Jack, he turned on his heel and headed towards the kitchen, his footsteps heavy with concern.
As he entered the kitchen, his heart sank at the sight before him. There you were, hunched over on the floor, your shoulders shaking with sobs. Without hesitation, Aaron crossed the room and knelt beside you, gathering you into his arms.
"Hey, hey, it's okay," he murmured softly, his voice a soothing balm against the storm raging within you. "You're alright, I've got you." Aaron felt a pang of anguish as he held you, his heart breaking at the depth of your pain. Gently, he lifted your chin, guiding your tear-filled eyes to meet his own.
"Honey," he whispered, his voice filled with tenderness. "Listen to me. You may not be Jack's biological mother, but you are his mom in every sense of the word."
You shook your head weakly, unable to comprehend his words through the haze of your despair. "But I-I..."
"No buts," Aaron interrupted, his tone firm but gentle. "Every day, in every action, every moment of love and care you've shown him, you've proven yourself to be his mother. You've been there for him, supported him, loved him unconditionally. That's what a mom does. That’s what you are, sweetheart.”
Tears welled in your eyes as his words washed over you, a glimmer of hope piercing through the darkness of your despair. "But Jack said..."
Aaron's expression softened, his thumb gently wiping away your tears. "Jack was angry and confused. He didn't mean what he said. And even if he did, it doesn't change the truth. You are his mother, my love, in every way that matters."
As his words sank in, a sense of warmth enveloped you, the weight of your anguish easing with each beat of your heart. In Aaron's arms, you found solace, reassurance, and a renewed sense of purpose. You leaned against Aaron's chest, letting the last of your tears fall, a sense of peace washed over you. His comforting presence wrapped you up in his warm embrace, grounding you in the certainty that together you’d be just fine. “Thank you.” You whispered as he held you in his embrace.
Aaron held you close, his hold on you a silent promise of unwavering support and love. "Anytime, honey," he murmured, his voice a soothing melody in the midst of chaos. "We'll get through this together."
Just then, the sound of footsteps echoed in the kitchen, and you looked up to see Jack standing in the doorway, tears glistening in his eyes. His expression was wrought with guilt and remorse as he hesitated, unsure of how to approach you.
"Y/N," he began, his voice choked with emotion. "I-I'm so sorry. I didn't mean what I said. I just wanted to hurt you, but I didn't mean it. I didn’t mean it at all, I promise. I need you! You are my mom! Please don't leave me." His words came out quickly as he wiped away his own tears.
Your heart shattered at Jack's raw confession, the depth of his pain washing over you like a tidal wave. Without hesitation, you opened your arms, inviting him into the embrace. Aaron backed off letting the situation between the two most important people in his life play out.
Jack rushed over and threw his larger frame right into your arms You wrapped him up tightly as he let his own cries out. The weight of his own words crashing down on him in the instant he saw how much he had hurt you. He was just a kid, of course you could forgive him. "It's okay, Jack," you whispered, your voice breaking with emotion. "I know you didn't mean it. I love you so much. I'm not going anywhere."
“I can’t lose you too.” He let out a whimpered cry breaking your heart even further.
Tears streamed down your own cheeks as you held Jack close, the weight of his words settling over you. "You’ll never lose me, Jackie," you reassured him, using his old nickname, a sign of the deep love you two shared for each other. "I'm here for you, always. Always and forever kiddo."
Jack's sobs began to subside as he clung to you, finding exactly what he needed in your embrace. "I love you. I’m so sorry." he whispered again. His voice filled with sincerity.
A small smile tugged at the corners of your lips as you gently pulled away to look into his eyes. "I love you too, Jack. It’s okay. I forgive you." You said again, reassuring him.
He nodded, relief flooding his features as he buried his face in your arms once more, the weight of guilt slowly lifting from his shoulders. "You are one of the best things that's ever happened to me," you continued, your voice filled with warmth and affection. "Other than your father," you added with a playful grin, feeling Jack's chuckle rumble against your side. He gave you one more squeeze before pulling away. The remorse still heavy on his face. Carefully, you brushed the stray tears away from his face showing him the love that the both of you needed.
As Aaron joined you both in the kitchen, his presence a reassuring anchor, you shared a smile, knowing that no matter what life threw your way, you would be okay. For truly these two were the best things that had ever happened to you.

(Sun in a groom persona chart represents his core identity, ego, and how he presents himself as a husband. It is symbolic of his willpower, leadership qualities, self-expression, and the life force that he brings into the marital relationship. The position of the Sun in the signs shows what kind of energy he carries, how he would handle responsibilities, and what role he would play in the union.)
Sun in Aries
In the groom pc, having Sun in Aries attracts bold, energetic, and passionate spouse. Most likely, he would be the head or the dominant in the relation. It makes him very adventurous, enthusiastic to try everything new in this marriage, but his individuality could overpower him and cause impatience or dominance. He is the protector of his woman, even taking on the role of "hero" when it comes to his girlfriend or wife. He is independent and may require a partner who can appreciate their energetic vibes while maintaining emotional equilibrium. His leadership can be inspiring, yet it should also be modulated to include his partner's needs.
{Spouse likely has a sharp, angular face with prominent features and a high forehead, exuding confidence and energy.}
Sun in Taurus
The Sun in Taurus makes the groom a practical and reliable person as he values stability. He feels good if his environment is comfortable and secure, and he works hard to make his partner feel valued. Taurus Suns are sensual and base a lot of their marital satisfaction on physical connection and comfort. They can be resistant to change and love routine and tradition. They are loyal partners but at times can be possessive. The beauty, luxury, and finer things in life are truly appreciated by this groom, and he often strives to create a beautiful home.
{Spouse may have a round or oval face with soft, symmetrical features and a pleasant, earthy charm.}
Sun in Gemini
He is curious, communicative, and versatile. He brings intellectual excitement and humor into the relationship, never a dull moment. Versatile and sociable, he likes to share ideas and enjoy lively discussions with his mate. His restless nature may at times make him appear inconsistent, absent-minded, and so on. He needs a partner who can appreciate his lively mind and understand his varied interests. This groom does well in relationships with good lines of communication and shared curiosity.

Nothing’s scary when I'm with you
The moment the car pulled up to the glittering red carpet, the world outside the tinted windows turned into a kaleidoscope of flashing cameras and excited screams. Yn could hear it all—fans chanting her name, photographers yelling instructions at each other to get the best angles, and the low hum of chatter from the crowd behind the barricades. Despite having dreamed of this moment for years, it was a little overwhelming.
“Are you ready, love?” Charles’s warm voice pulled her out of her thoughts.
She turned to him, her heart skipping a beat at the sight of his soft smile. He was impeccably dressed, as always, in a perfectly tailored black tuxedo that hugged his frame just right. His tie matched the deep gold accents of her dress—a little detail he insisted on, saying, "I want to match you, mon amour. You're my star tonight."
“Ready as I’ll ever be,” Yn replied, her voice steady but laced with nerves.
Charles reached for her hand, his thumb brushing over her knuckles in a soothing motion. “You’re going to be amazing out there. You always are. And remember, I’m right here.”
She nodded, feeling the familiar wave of comfort that only Charles could bring. The driver opened the door, and the screams hit a higher pitch. Charles stepped out first, immediately greeted by the chaos of the cameras. He ignored it all, extending his hand to help Yn out of the car.
As soon as she stepped out, the energy of the crowd shifted. The cheers turned deafening, and the photographers’ yells grew frantic.
“Yn! Over here!”
“Yn, you look stunning!”
“Charles, look this way!”
“Yn, how does it feel to star in Gladiator?”
Charles stayed rooted beside her, his hand never leaving hers. The way he looked at her as she stepped into the spotlight was enough to melt her nerves. His gaze was full of pride and admiration, like she was the only person in the world.
“You’ve got this,” he whispered into her ear, his voice low and reassuring.
Yn smiled at him, squeezing his hand before turning her attention to the cameras. She posed gracefully, her confidence growing with each step forward. Her gown shimmered under the bright lights, the intricate gold embroidery catching everyone’s attention.
Charles stayed close, letting her shine but never taking his eyes off her. He wasn’t interested in the cameras or the reporters yelling his name. His entire focus was on Yn—her radiant smile, the way she carried herself with poise, and the soft laugh she let out when he cracked a quiet joke just for her.
“You’re stealing the show,” he teased, leaning closer as they made their way down the carpet.
She chuckled, her eyes sparkling. “I think that’s the point, isn’t it?”
“True,” he agreed, his voice full of playful warmth. “But don’t tell anyone I said this—I think you might be the most beautiful gladiator in history.”
Yn laughed, the sound drawing even more attention from the crowd. The cameras captured the moment perfectly—her genuine laughter and Charles looking at her like she was his whole world.
“Yn, Charles, over here!” one of the photographers shouted. “Can we get a shot of you together?”
Charles raised an eyebrow at Yn, silently asking if she was okay with it. She nodded, and he stepped closer, wrapping an arm around her waist.
“You’re the star,” he murmured as they faced the cameras.
“Not without you,” she replied softly, her words meant only for him.
The flashbulbs went wild as they posed together, Charles standing slightly behind her as if to emphasize that this was her night. But his adoring gaze didn’t go unnoticed—fans on social media were already going crazy over the way he looked at her.
One of the reporters managed to get close enough to ask a question. “Yn, how does it feel to have your big moment here at the premiere of Gladiator?”
“It’s surreal,” Yn admitted, her voice calm despite the overwhelming attention. “This film was such a passion project for everyone involved, and to see it come to life like this is incredible.”
“And Charles,” the reporter turned to him, “how proud are you of Yn tonight?”
Charles’s eyes lit up, his smile widening. “I don’t even have words to describe how proud I am. She worked so hard for this, and seeing everyone recognize that is amazing. She deserves all of it.”
Yn felt a blush creep up her cheeks, and she tilted her head to look at him. “You’re making me sound too good.”
“Impossible,” he replied, his tone earnest.
The fans behind the barricades were eating it up, their screams reaching new heights every time Charles and Yn exchanged a glance or shared a laugh.
“Yn, you’re a goddess!” one fan yelled.
“Charles, you’re the luckiest man alive!” another shouted.
Charles laughed at that, turning to Yn with a playful grin. “They’re not wrong, you know.”
“Stop it,” Yn said, nudging him gently, though she couldn’t hide her smile.
As they continued down the carpet, Charles remained attentive to her every need. He adjusted her dress when the train got caught, whispered jokes to make her laugh when the cameras became too overwhelming, and even blocked a particularly aggressive photographer from getting too close.
“I’ve got you,” he said firmly, his hand steady on her lower back.
Yn leaned into his touch, her earlier nerves completely gone. With Charles by her side, she felt invincible.
When they reached the main backdrop for photos, the energy reached its peak. The photographers shouted instructions, fans screamed her name, and the lights flashed nonstop. But in the middle of it all, it was just Yn and Charles.
“Smile for the cameras, love,” Charles teased, his voice low enough for only her to hear.
“I am smiling,” she shot back, her lips curving into a grin.
“Good, because you’re stealing everyone’s hearts,” he said, his tone soft but teasing.
The photos from that moment would dominate the internet for weeks—Yn standing confidently in her stunning gown while Charles stood beside her, his gaze full of love and admiration.
When they finally finished the red carpet walk and made it inside, Yn let out a breath she didn’t realize she’d been holding.
“You okay?” Charles asked, his hand finding hers again.
She nodded, turning to him with a grateful smile. “Yeah. Thanks to you.”
“Always,” he said simply, pressing a kiss to her temple.
The premiere went off without a hitch, with the audience giving a standing ovation at the end of the film. But for Charles, the highlight of the night wasn’t the movie or the applause—it was watching Yn bask in the recognition she deserved, knowing he’d been there to support her every step of the way.
As they left the theater hand in hand, Yn leaned her head against his shoulder, a content smile on her lips.
“Thank you for being here,” she said softly.
“There’s nowhere else I’d rather be,” he replied, his voice full of sincerity.
And as the cameras flashed once more to capture their exit, it was clear to everyone watching—Yn and Charles weren’t just Hollywood’s newest power couple. They were each other’s home.

Can I request Bakugou x reader where he has a long lasting unrequited love for her
ღBakugou with unrequited love
ʚCont: Bakugou x gn! reader, unrequited love, one sided love, swearing, a little angst
⤑Back to navigation
a/n how we feeling about this
Why? Why? Why? The one and only time Bakugou falls for someone, and he can´t even have them. Why? He hates it. Hates you. No, he could never hate you. And that´s what pisses him off most. No matter what, no matter how heartbroken you make him feel, he can never have it in himself to hate you. Why? Because he´s so utterly in love with you.
From the moment you first walked in, looking so fucking pretty with that radiant smile, he knew he was fucked. He avoided you at all costs, but the universe had other plans for him. It was when you were paired up for a project that he finally came to the conclusion that he couldn´t avoid you forever. Even if he wanted to.
You're an absolute sweetheart. To everyone including him, even if he acts like he hates you. You know he doesn't. Damn you, why can you read him so well? During the time you worked on the project, he came to respect your hardworking behavior, which softened his edges. Just a little bit, and only for you.
He respects you, he convinced himself. Nothing more, nothing less. But, if he just respects you, then why does he feel green with envy every time someone that wasn´t him made you laugh? Deep down he knew the answer. Of course he knew, there was no other explanation for it. Yet his pride was never gonna let him admit it, at least for now.
These feelings became harder to ignore the more you talked. The more he learned about you. The things you like, the things you dislike. Your favorite restaurant and your go to coffee order. He accepted that he had feelings for you when, after a fun little hang out, you hugged him good night. He was sure you could hear the pounding of his heart against his ribcage. If you did notice, you didn´t point it out, saving him the humiliation.
From that moment onwards, the already softened edges became a mere puddle, just for you. He´d save you a seat, order an extra coffee, help you with homework. Things he would never ever be caught doing for anyone else. At one point, he grew suspicious that maybe you had feelings too. He grew hopeful. And hope is a dangerous thing to feel. It grows like a seed, it´s roots emerging from the depth of his heart until it sprouts like a tree, growing and growing until it slipped out of control. Until it blinded his judgement and clouded his rational thoughts. And when that hope is crushed, it feels like a wildfire, burning up every last root until it reaches the heart and crushes it.
He hates it. Hates the hope that swarms his chest when you walk just a tad bit closer to him. When your hands brush, a small taste of what could be. He hates his imagination, for running wild in the moments he least wants it too. Hates the yearning in his soul to feel your body laying beside the empty space in his bed. Or the desire he feels to touch you, to taste your lips and trace every crevice of your body.
But he can´t. He never will. Not when someone else´s hands trace the curves of your body. Not when someone else´s lips get a taste of yours. He never believed in right person, wrong time. Now? He wasn´t so sure what to believe. He really really hopes, never a good thing, that his eyes are decieving him. That at last he has to wear his glasses. Who is he kidding? He could be blind and still know it´s you. He knows that´s you wrapping your arms around someone who´s not him. He knows it´s you kissing him back. His heart aches because when you pull away and smile like you had the world in your hands, it´s not him who´s making you smile.
All those times he hoped your small interactions meant something, meant nothing. At least to you. You´ll always just be friends. Nothing more, nothing less. Hope is such an ugly little thing that has tore his heart apart. And now reality has slapped him in the face. The universe his looking down on him, holding both middle fingers up because hope blinded him from the truth. Just friends, nothing more, nothing less. That´s all it has been. That´s all it´s ever going to be.

His, only his - Yunho
KINKTOBER DAY 28, REQ. BY @musiclovingfairy
~"Yunho x fem reader. Possessiveness, almost animalistic? Like he comes from work in the evening and the reader doesn't feel well and they cuddle. Kind of a dom/sub in a way. Can you write it so that he is super possessive and protective and she gets into a deep sub space like a trance almost, but not degradation, more praise. It's smut but nothing crazy, like he makes her feel really small and protected and wants to make her his. With feelings. You know what i mean? 😅"
pairing: yunho x fem!reader
genre: 18+, soft filth
summary: Yunho's praises overwhelm you in a... rather exciting manner, for him, especially.
wc: 5.3k
warnings: love, multiple orgasms, yunho is really possessive but kind in a way, he really loves reader but rather in an aggressive possessive way, mentions of insecurities (body, academic insecurities), pussy eating, cum eating slightly, marking, unprotected (wrap up irl!), dacryphilia, definitely praise kink (reader), completely consensual, for sure forgot something.
Author's Note: I am BACK everyone 🧍♀️ it took me fucking ages to find even 10 minutes to write these days but guess what!? SCHOOL IS OVER UNT 8TH JANUARY !!! everyone shout yupi 😭💀 I can't wait to finish every single project I've had in mind until now 🤗 Sweetheart I hope the fic is to your liking, ilysm my bestie 🙈💖 (i also had some problems witj tumblr, it deleted two of my drafts.. had to rewrite them from scratch 💀)
Disclaimer: This is a work of fiction and does not represent the reality of the member in any way.
The clock on the wall ticked its incessant rhythm, marking the minutes slipping away. You sat at your desk, staring at your laptop screen, your eyes blurring over the rows of text on a document that you’d been working on for hours. The pile of assignments beside you seemed to mock you with its weight, reminding you of the deadlines you could barely keep up with. Your phone buzzed on the desk, the screen lighting up with a flurry of messages from the group chat you shared with your friends.
*“We’re heading out to the new café tonight! Come with us, Y/N! 💕”*
You bit your lip, hesitation clawing at your resolve. Your heart ached to join them, to feel like a part of their carefree world even for just a few hours, but the reality of your workload was a chain wrapped tightly around your chest. That chain grew heavier with every comparison you made—between yourself and them, their radiant smiles, perfect bodies, and seemingly endless energy to balance everything in their lives.
Your gaze drifted to the mirror hanging on the opposite wall, the image reflecting back felt like an enemy tonight. The way your body curved felt wrong. Your face looked dull compared to their glowing complexions, and no matter how much effort you put in, it never seemed to be enough.
"It’s just a moment," you whispered to yourself. "It’ll pass."
But the intrusive thoughts came unbidden, cruel whispers of insecurity growing louder as the night stretched on. You tried to focus, to drown yourself in your work, but it wasn’t long before the tears began to pool in your eyes, blurring the screen. You scrubbed at your cheeks with the back of your hand, but it was no use. The dam had broken.
You didn’t hear the sound of the door opening, nor the soft, purposeful steps approaching behind you.
"Baby," came a deep, familiar voice, warm and laced with concern.
Your breath hitched, your head snapping up in surprise to see Yunho standing in the doorway. His tall frame was bathed in the warm light spilling from the hallway, his broad shoulders tense as he took in the scene before him—your tear-streaked face, the cluttered desk, the weariness etched into every inch of your body.
"Yunho," you croaked, quickly wiping at your face to hide the evidence of your crying.
But he wasn’t having it. In an instant, he was beside you, kneeling down so that his face was level with yours. His hands cupped your cheeks, his touch both firm and tender as he tilted your face up to meet his gaze. His dark eyes were sharp, almost dangerous in their intensity, as they scanned your face.
"Who did this to you?" he demanded, his voice low and brimming with possessiveness.
Your lips parted, confusion mingling with the lingering sadness in your chest. "No one—"
"Don’t lie to me," he cut you off, his thumb brushing away a stray tear from your cheek. His jaw was clenched, the protective edge in his voice only growing stronger. "I don’t care if it’s someone at school, your so-called friends, or even a stranger. Tell me what happened."
You hesitated, unsure of how to explain that this storm inside you wasn’t caused by anyone else—it was your own mind tearing you apart. But Yunho wasn’t the type to let things slide, especially when it came to you. He leaned in closer, his forehead nearly touching yours as he whispered, "Talk to me, baby. You don’t get to keep this from me."
His words cracked the fragile wall you’d built around your emotions, and suddenly, it all came tumbling out. You told him about the mounting stress of school, the endless comparison to your friends, and the insecurities that had been festering in your mind for weeks. By the time you finished, your voice was trembling, and fresh tears threatened to spill down your cheeks.
Yunho listened in silence, his expression unreadable, but the fierce protectiveness in his eyes never wavered. When you finally stopped speaking, he let out a slow, measured breath.
"You’re wrong," he said, his voice steady but tinged with a possessive edge that sent a shiver down your spine.
You blinked, startled by the certainty in his tone. "What?"
"Every single word you just said about yourself—it’s wrong," he growled, his hands tightening their grip on your face. "Do you have any idea how perfect you are? How much I crave every inch of you, every second of the day?"
Your breath hitched at the raw intensity in his voice. Yunho’s gaze darkened, his eyes flicking down to your lips before meeting your eyes again.
"Those so-called friends of yours?" he continued, his tone turning almost predatory. "They don’t hold a candle to you. They might be pretty, sure, but they’ll never have what you do. They’ll never have my attention, my love, my obsession."
Your cheeks burned at his words, your heart racing as his praise wrapped around you like a warm embrace. "Yunho…"
"No, baby, listen to me," he cut you off, his hands sliding down to your shoulders as he pulled you closer. "You’re the most beautiful, maddening, addictive thing in my life. And if I have to spend every day reminding you of that, I will."
Your mind was spinning, overwhelmed by the intensity of his words and the way his touch ignited a fire under your skin. Yunho’s hands moved again, one sliding down to your waist while the other cupped the back of your neck, pulling you flush against him.
"Do you understand me?" he murmured, his lips brushing against the shell of your ear.
You could only nod, your voice caught in your throat.
"Good," he said, his tone softening just enough to make your heart ache. He leaned back just enough to look into your eyes again, his thumb tracing a slow, deliberate path along your jawline. "Because I’m not going to let you talk about yourself like that ever again. You’re mine, Y/N. And I’ll be damned if I let you forget how much you mean to me."
A shiver ran down your spine at the possessiveness in his voice, heat pooling low in your stomach as his words sank in. Yunho’s gaze flickered to your lips again, and this time, he didn’t hesitate. He closed the distance between you, capturing your lips in a kiss that was as much a claim as it was an expression of love.
The kiss started slow, almost tender, but it quickly deepened as Yunho’s hand tightened its grip on your waist, pulling you even closer. His tongue teased the seam of your lips, and you parted them without a second thought, allowing him to take control.
A soft whimper escaped your throat, and Yunho groaned in response, the sound vibrating against your lips. His possessive nature shone through in every movement, the way his lips moved against yours, the way his hand slid down to grip your thigh, anchoring you to him.
"Yunho," you gasped when he finally pulled away, his forehead resting against yours as you both caught your breath.
"You feel that, baby?" he murmured, his voice low and rough with desire. He looked down at his cock straining against his pants, rubbing against your thigh as he leaned down on you. "That’s how much I want you. Every second, every minute of the day. And it’s all for you—only you."
Your cheeks burned, your body trembling as his words sent a rush of heat coursing through you. Yunho’s lips brushed against yours again, softer this time, but no less possessive.
"I’ll always remind you," he whispered, his voice like a promise. "You’re mine, Y/N. Never forget that."
Yunho didn’t give you a moment to retreat into your thoughts again. His hand moved to cup the back of your neck, his thumb tracing soothing circles as he looked at you with a gaze that felt like it could pierce your soul. The intensity of his eyes left you rooted to the spot, your breath hitching as he tilted his head, studying you like you were a puzzle he needed to solve.
"Look at you," he murmured, his voice low, reverent, and possessive. "So beautiful, even when you’re crying. Even when you’re doubting yourself. Do you know how lucky I am to have you?"
You opened your mouth to respond, but the words wouldn’t come. Heat bloomed in your cheeks as his hand slid from your neck to your jaw, tilting your face up just slightly so you couldn’t avoid his gaze.
"No, don’t look away," he commanded softly, his tone leaving no room for argument. "You’re going to listen to me, baby. Because every word I’m about to say is the truth, and I won’t let you brush it off like it doesn’t matter."
His other hand found your waist, his fingers splaying possessively against your side. You shivered at the contact, acutely aware of the heat radiating from his body, the strength of his grip as if he was anchoring you in place.
"You’re everything to me, Y/N," he said, his voice dropping lower, almost a growl. "Every curve, every soft line of your body—it's mine to adore, mine to protect. You’re perfect, baby. And it kills me that you can’t see it."
The praise was overwhelming, each word sinking into your skin and leaving a burning trail in its wake. You felt flustered, your heart pounding in your chest as Yunho’s thumb brushed over your lower lip. His touch was gentle, but the intensity behind it left you breathless.
"Do you feel this?" he asked, his thumb lingering on your lip before tracing a slow path down to your jawline. "The way your skin reacts to me? It’s like your body knows, even when your mind doesn’t. You’re made for me, baby. Every inch of you."
"Yunho…" you whispered, your voice barely audible as you felt your body responding to his words. A warm, tingling sensation spread through you, pooling low in your stomach, and you shifted slightly in your seat, unable to ignore the way his possessive tone sent your mind spinning.
But Yunho noticed everything. He always did. His eyes darkened as his gaze flickered down to where your thighs pressed together, a knowing smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.
"Ah," he murmured, his voice laced with amusement and something darker. "There it is."
You froze, your eyes widening in embarrassment as you realized what he meant. But before you could stammer out a response, Yunho leaned in, his lips brushing against your ear as he whispered, "Don’t be shy, baby. That’s my effect on you, isn’t it?"
The heat in your cheeks spread down your neck, and you bit your lip, unable to meet his gaze. Yunho chuckled softly, the sound low and rich as his hand slid down to rest on your thigh.
"You’re so perfect," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "Even when you’re flustered, even when you’re doubting yourself, your body tells me the truth. It tells me how much you need me. How much you’re mine."
Your breath hitched as his hand moved slightly, his fingers brushing against the hem of your shirt. He took his time, his touch slow and deliberate, as if savoring every second.
"Can I show you?" he murmured, his lips ghosting over your jawline as he spoke. "Can I show you how beautiful you are?"
You nodded, your voice caught in your throat as Yunho’s hand slipped beneath your shirt, his fingers tracing the curve of your waist. His touch was both gentle and possessive, his thumb brushing over your skin in a way that left you trembling.
His other hand found the hem of your shirt, and he tugged it upward slowly, giving you plenty of time to stop him. But you didn’t. You couldn’t. You were too caught up in the way his words made you feel, the way his touch ignited a fire beneath your skin.
As the shirt slipped over your head, Yunho’s eyes roamed over your body, his gaze heated and possessive. He let out a soft, almost animalistic growl, his hands finding your waist again as he pulled you closer.
"Perfect," he murmured, his voice thick with emotion. "So damn perfect."
His hands slid up to your arms, his thumbs brushing over your skin as if he couldn’t get enough of touching you. His lips found yours again, capturing them in a kiss that was both tender and consuming, leaving you dizzy and clinging to him for support.
When he finally pulled away, his forehead rested against yours, and he let out a shaky breath. "Do you see it now?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper. "Do you see how much I need you? How much I love every part of you?"
You nodded, your voice failing you as tears welled up in your eyes again—not from sadness, but from the overwhelming feeling of being so completely seen, so completely loved.
Yunho smiled softly, his thumb brushing away a stray tear as he whispered, "Good. Because I’m not going anywhere, baby. You’re stuck with me. And I’ll remind you of this every single day, for as long as it takes."
And in that moment, the storm of insecurities that had been raging in your mind was nothing but a distant memory, drowned out by the strength of Yunho’s love and the possessive way he held you, as if letting you go was simply not an option.
Yunho’s silence was almost deafening, his dark, heavy gaze taking in every inch of your exposed body. The air between you was thick with tension, and you could feel the heat radiating from him as he stood there, rooted in place, his chest rising and falling with barely contained restraint.
His thumb brushed over your skin, but there was nothing gentle about his touch. It was firm, claiming, as though he was reminding you that you belonged to him and no one else. The possessiveness in his eyes sent a shiver through you, and you felt your breath hitch when his gaze dropped, lingering on the last piece of fabric still separating you from him.
Yunho’s tongue darted out to wet his lips as he looked back up at you, his jaw tight with restraint. "May I?" he asked, nodding toward your panties.
You swallowed hard, your body trembling as you nodded, barely able to get the word out. "Yes."
That was all he needed. His hands moved quickly, gripping the waistband and pulling it down with enough force to leave no room for hesitation. The fabric slid down your legs in one swift motion, the roughness of his movements leaving you breathless. He tossed the garment aside carelessly, his focus entirely on you as his hands found your thighs, his fingers digging into your skin just enough to make you gasp.
"Mine," he muttered, his voice thick with a possessiveness that sent heat pooling low in your stomach. "Every inch of you is mine."
His hands slid up your legs, his touch both commanding and reverent as he pulled you closer. There was no space left between you, no room for doubt as Yunho’s eyes locked onto yours. The hunger in his gaze was undeniable, but it was tempered by something deeper—something that made your heart race and your body ache with the need to be closer to him.
"You don’t get to hide from me," he said, his voice low and rough as his hands gripped your hips. "Not when you look like this. Not when you’re mine."
You felt your face heat under his intense gaze, your body trembling as Yunho’s fingers traced slow, deliberate patterns against your skin. His lips found your neck, and you gasped as he bit down gently, his teeth scraping against the sensitive skin before he soothed it with his tongue.
"Perfect," he muttered against your neck, his voice thick with need. "And all mine."
His hands slid up to cup your face, tilting your head up so you had no choice but to meet his eyes. The intensity in his gaze left you breathless, your heart pounding in your chest as Yunho’s lips curved into a possessive smirk.
"You’ll let me show you, won’t you?" he murmured, his voice dropping even lower as he leaned in, his lips brushing against yours. "Let me remind you who you belong to."
Before you could respond, his mouth was on yours, the kiss deep and consuming as his hands roamed over your body with a kind of controlled urgency. Every touch, every kiss, every movement was a claim, a reminder that you were his and no one else’s.
And in that moment, with Yunho’s possessive gaze and commanding touch leaving you breathless, every doubt, every insecurity, every negative thought faded away, replaced by the undeniable truth that you were his—and he wouldn’t let you forget it.
Yunho didn’t waste a second. His lips moved from your mouth to your jaw, then down the delicate column of your neck. His kisses were possessive, his teeth grazing your skin just enough to send jolts of heat coursing through your body. He wasn’t gentle—he didn’t need to be. Every press of his lips, every bite and kiss, was a declaration: you were his, and he wanted the world to know.
"You look so good like this," he murmured against your skin, his voice rough and filled with need. "Marked by me. Remember this, baby. Every time you see these marks, you’ll remember who you belong to."
He worked his way down, his mouth leaving a heated trail along your collarbone, down to the curve of your breasts. His hands slid up your sides, firm and commanding, holding you in place as if he couldn’t bear the thought of you slipping away. You felt his breath against your skin as he kissed and nipped, his tongue soothing the small marks he left in his wake.
Your body trembled beneath him, your chest rising and falling with shallow breaths as his lips continued their journey. When he finally pulled back to look at you, his gaze was heavy, filled with hunger and adoration. He stood, towering over you as his hands went to the waistband of his pants.
Yunho’s movements were swift but purposeful as he undid his belt, the sound of the leather sliding through the loops sending a fresh wave of anticipation through you. His pants hit the floor, and your eyes darted to the straining bulge in his briefs. The sight made your breath hitch, your thighs pressing together involuntarily as a tingling sensation spread through you.
He noticed instantly. A low, satisfied chuckle escaped his lips as he stepped out of his pants and kicked them aside. "Feeling shy now, baby?" he teased, his voice laced with amusement and something darker. "After all the ways you’ve let me touch you, you’re still so innocent. God, I love it."
Your cheeks burned, and you averted your gaze, but Yunho wasn’t having it. He crouched in front of you, his hands gripping your knees as he gently but firmly guided your legs apart. "Don’t hide from me," he said, his voice softening just slightly. "I want to see all of you."
You swallowed hard, your body trembling as Yunho stood again, his fingers hooking into the waistband of his briefs. He tugged them down, freeing his cock, and you couldn’t help but gasp softly at the sight of him. His cock stood hard and thick, the sheer size of it making your pulse race.
Yunho smirked at your reaction, his hand wrapping around his length for a moment as he took you in. "You see what you do to me, baby?" he said, his voice low and full of heat. "This is all for you. Only for you."
He moved closer, his hands sliding up your thighs as he leaned over you. The heat of his body was overwhelming, his presence so commanding that you felt yourself melting beneath him. As he positioned himself between your legs, his cock brushing against your inner thigh, you couldn’t help but let out a soft, trembling sigh.
"Relax for me," Yunho murmured, his voice gentle but firm. One of his hands slid up to cup your cheek, his thumb brushing over your skin as his gaze locked onto yours. "I’ve got you, baby. Just let me take care of you."
Your heart pounded in your chest as Yunho leaned in, his lips capturing yours in a kiss that was both possessive and tender. His other hand moved to guide himself, lining up with you as his forehead rested against yours.
Just as you braced yourself for him, Yunho suddenly paused, pulling back slightly. His forehead still rested against yours, and his breathing was heavy, ragged. He stared into your eyes for a moment, and the corner of his mouth quirked up in a devilish smirk.
"Not yet," he murmured, his voice low and teasing. "I’m not done with you, baby. Not even close."
You blinked in confusion, your body already trembling with anticipation. But Yunho wasn’t in a rush. He shifted his weight, his large hands sliding from your waist to grip your hips, holding you steady as he leaned down.
"Lie back for me," he instructed, his voice rough but gentle. His hands guided you until you were fully reclined on the bed where you were initially sitting on, his body following yours as he pressed soft, teasing kisses down your chest, past your stomach, and toward your hips.
He stopped there, his lips brushing against the sensitive skin just above your lower belly.. The warmth of his breath sent shivers through your body, and you couldn’t stop the way your thighs pressed together slightly. Yunho’s hands were there immediately, his grip firm as he gently pushed your legs apart again.
"Don’t hide from me," he said, his voice almost a growl. "You don’t get to do that. Not when you look like this. Not when you’re mine."
Starting at your knees, Yunho began trailing kisses along your skin, moving painfully slowly up the length of your legs. His lips were soft but deliberate, each kiss leaving behind a tingling heat that made your body ache for more. When he reached your inner thigh, he paused, his mouth hovering just above the sensitive skin.
"Look at you," he murmured, his voice filled with a possessive hunger. His lips brushed against your inner thigh, his teeth grazing the delicate flesh before he pressed a firmer kiss there. "Already trembling for me. So soft, so perfect."
You whimpered softly, your hips shifting slightly as the ache between your legs grew unbearable. Yunho noticed—he always noticed. His smirk deepened, and the sound of his low chuckle made your heart race.
"Do you have any idea how much I need you right now?" he muttered, his voice rough and thick with want. "How hard it is to take my time when you look like this?"
His kisses moved closer and closer to your cunt, his breath warm against your bare skin. Your thighs trembled under his touch, your body responding to him in ways you couldn’t control. Yunho groaned softly as his lips brushed the sensitive flesh at the very top of your thigh, his hands gripping your hips tighter as if to keep himself steady.
"Stay still for me, baby," he murmured, his voice low and commanding. "Let me take my time with you."
His lips finally found your cunt, dripping wet on the linen, and the sudden contact made you gasp. Yunho groaned in response, his hands tightening their hold on you as he pressed a soft, lingering kiss to your sensitive skin.
"God, you taste so good," he muttered against you, his voice filled with raw hunger. "So sweet. So perfect. All mine."
Yunho didn’t hold back. His lips and tongue worked against you with deliberate skill, dragging soft cries and whines from your lips as his hands gripped your thighs tightly. His fingers dug into your skin, holding you firmly in place as if he couldn’t bear the thought of you moving away.
The heat of his mouth and the intensity of his focus had your body trembling uncontrollably. Each stroke of his tongue sent waves of pleasure crashing through you, and the firm pressure of his grip grounded you in the overwhelming sensations.
"Yunho," you cried out, your hands reaching down to tangle in his hair. He groaned against you at the sound of his name on your lips, his grip on your thighs tightening as he redoubled his efforts.
"You’re so responsive," he murmured between kisses, his voice low and rough. "So perfect for me."
Your back arched off the bed, your thighs trembling as the pleasure built to an unbearable peak. His tongue circled and teased, his movements relentless as he drew you closer and closer to the edge. The sounds that spilled from your lips were uncontrollable—moans, gasps, and whimpers that only seemed to spur him on.
"That’s it, baby," he muttered, his voice vibrating against your sensitive skin. "Let go for me. I want to feel you fall apart."
And fall apart you did. With a loud cry, your body tensed and then shattered, waves of pleasure washing over you in a blinding rush. Yunho didn’t stop, his tongue and lips coaxing you through the intensity of your orgasm until you were left gasping and trembling beneath him.
As you came down from your high, Yunho pulled back, his lips and chin glistening as he looked up at you. His expression was one of pure satisfaction, his eyes dark and possessive as he took in the sight of you—flushed, panting, and completely undone.
"You’re incredible," he said, his voice soft but filled with raw emotion. He reached up to cup your cheek, his thumb brushing away a tear that had slipped down your face during the intensity of the moment. "So beautiful when you come for me. So perfect."
You barely had time to catch your breath before Yunho shifted again, his body aligning with yours as he climbed back over you. His cock pressed against your entrance, the sheer heat and size of it making your breath hitch.
"Ready for me, baby?" he asked softly, his forehead resting against yours. His hands slid to your waist, holding you steady as he lined himself up.
You nodded, your hands resting on his shoulders as you gazed up at him. The love and intensity in his eyes were overwhelming, and you couldn’t stop the small smile that tugged at your lips despite your trembling body.
With a low groan, Yunho began to push in, taking his time as he filled you inch by inch. The stretch was slow and deliberate, and he paused often to let you adjust, his forehead pressed against yours as he watched your every reaction.
"You feel so good," he muttered, his voice thick with emotion and restraint. "So perfect for me, baby. You were made for me."
His movements were unhurried, each thrust, a deliberate act of love and devotion. Yunho’s hand slid up to cradle your face, his thumb brushing against your cheeks as he pressed soft kisses to your lips, your jaw, and your forehead.
"I love you," he whispered, his voice rough with sincerity. "Every part of you. I need you to know that."
As he moved within you, his touch and his words combined into something overwhelming, leaving you breathless and completely consumed by him. There was no rush, no urgency—only the deep, unwavering connection between the two of you as Yunho made love to you with a tenderness that left no room for doubt.
Yunho moved with a rhythm that was slow and deliberate, each thrust a testament to how deeply he cherished you. His hands stayed on your body, one resting on your hip to anchor you to him and the other brushing up to cup your face. His eyes never left yours, dark and filled with emotion that left you trembling beneath him.
"You feel so good," he murmured, his voice rough with restraint, as if he was holding himself back for your sake. "You take me so perfectly, baby. Always so perfect for me."
You whimpered softly at his words, your body arching into his touch. Every inch of you was tuned to him, the way he filled you so completely, the way his lips found yours between breaths, the way his fingers caressed and gripped your skin. It was overwhelming, but it was also everything you needed—everything you didn’t know you craved.
His thrusts deepened, each one slow but powerful, sending jolts of pleasure through you. The sound of your soft cries filled the room, mingling with Yunho’s low groans. He pressed his forehead to yours, his breath warm and ragged against your lips.
"I love you," he said again, his voice rough and filled with conviction. "I love every part of you, baby. Your body, your mind, your heart—all of it belongs to me."
You couldn’t form words, your body too overwhelmed by the slow, unrelenting waves of pleasure he was pulling from you. Instead, you cupped his face, your fingers brushing through his hair as you pulled him down into a kiss. It was messy, desperate, filled with every ounce of love and need you felt for him.
Yunho groaned against your lips, his hips pressing deeper, and the intensity of the moment made your head spin. He moved as if there was no one else in the world but you, as if nothing else mattered but the way your body responded to his.
"You’re mine," he whispered against your lips, his voice low and possessive. His hand slid up to intertwine with yours, pinning it above your head as his movements grew more deliberate. "Every single part of you is mine, baby. Don’t you ever forget that."
Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes, not from sadness but from the overwhelming emotion of it all. Yunho noticed immediately, his lips brushing against your cheek as his thrusts slowed slightly.
"You okay?" he asked softly, his voice gentle despite the tension in his body. "Is it too much?"
You shook your head, your breath hitching as you wrapped your legs around his waist, pulling him closer. "I love you," you whispered, your voice trembling. "I love you so much, Yunho."
He smiled at your words, his forehead pressing to yours as his hips moved again, deeper and more purposeful as you locked him in. The pleasure built steadily, a slow burn that left you breathless and clinging to him as he guided you toward the edge.
"Let go for me, baby," he murmured, his lips brushing against yours. "I want to feel you come for me. Let me take you there."
His words, his touch, the way he thrusted in you—it was too much. Your body tensed, the pleasure reaching its peak as you cried out his name, your orgssm crashing over you in waves. Yunho followed shortly after, a low, guttural groan escaping his lips as he buried himself fully, his body shuddering against yours as he also came, filling you up.
For a moment, the world seemed to stop. All you could hear was the sound of your ragged breaths mingling with his, your body still trembling as he held you close. Yunho pressed soft kisses to your face—your cheeks, your forehead, your lips—his hands stroking your skin soothingly.
"I love you," he whispered again, his voice soft and full of warmth. "Always."
You smiled softly, your body relaxing beneath his as you whispered back, "I love you too."
He pulled you into his arms, cradling you against his chest as the two of you stayed there, wrapped in each other’s warmth and love. The world outside didn’t matter—all that mattered was the way you fit perfectly in his arms, completely his.

Apollo/Hyacinthus and the god - mortal power imbalance (and how they have little to none of it)
A common argument against god/mortal relationships in Greek mythology is the uncomfortable power dynamic, that the god will always have a glaring power leverage over the mortal. Even if the god is fond of their lover, just one wrong move and still put the mortal in danger, intentionally or not. And I don't discard that.
Zeus and Poseidon's conquests didn't always consider the consent of the women they bedded. Aphrodite threatened her lover Anchises that if he were to reveal her as the mother of his son, he would be punished. Circe was fond of Odysseus, but their coupling was very coercive and Odysseus didn't feel safe around her; and if you're still adamant that Odysseus willingly became Calypso's bedmate, I will assume you're projecting your CNC fetish to the myth. Even Apollo, the god we'll be talking about, had intentionally or unintentionally had his lover Coronis killed in a fit of jealous rage.
And now we have Apollo and Hyacinthus, an Olympian god and a Spartan prince in a relationship with pederastic nature. Right off the bat, it's easy to call them problematic because of the age gap and power balance like the previous couples, and I've written a debunking post about the age gap allegation before. Now I want to talk a bit about the power imbalance between them.
While we didn't really know if all of Zeus and Poseidon's mortal love loved them back and knew for sure that Odysseus was terrified of the goddesses that held him captive, it was recorded that Hyacinthus was just as in love and openly chose Apollo:
Zeus himself told Eros that Hyacinthus was fond of Apollo.
Then why are Branchus and Hyacinth so fond of Apollo? (Dialogues of the Gods 6, Lucian)
Hyacinthus was also admired by Zephyrus, but he turned the god away for Apollo.
He [Zephyrus] had long been in love with Hyakinthos, though Hyakinthos would have nothing to say to him. (Dialogues of the Gods 16, Lucian)
Hyacinthus rejoiced at Apollo's sweet promises of love and companionship.
The son of Leto for love of the youth promises to give him all he possesses for permission to associate with him [...] The youth keeps his eyes steadfastly on the ground, and they are very thoughtful, for he rejoices at what he hears and tempers with modesty the confidence that is yet to come. (Imagines 14, Philostratus the Younger)
In the same scene in Philostratus' book, after giving the promises, it was also suggested that Apollo waited for Hyacinthus to answer. For all we know, Apollo could have just taken Hyacinthus away for his own pleasure, but no, he still gave him a choice.
Here is the god, painted as usual with unshorn locks; he lifts a radiant forehead above eyes that shine like rays of light, and with a sweet smile he encourages Hyakinthos, extending his right hand with the same purpose. (Imagines 14, Philostratus the Younger)
Remember the previous excerpt were Hyacinthus rejoiced at Apollo's promises? He was also filled with confidence when facing the god. Even though he's a powerful deity, Apollo didn't make Hyacinthus feel fear or inferior.
For comparison, this is how Hyacinthus behaved when he was with Apollo...
[Hyacinthus] stands there [...] and he supports his right hand on a spear, the hip being thrown forward and the right side exposed to view, and this bare arm permits us to describe what is visible [...] his neck is moderately erect [...] (Imagines 14, Philostratus the Younger)
Then, when the youth and Phoebus were well stripped, and gleaming with rich olive oil, they tried a friendly contest with the discus. [...] Heedless of danger Hyacinthus rushed for eager glory of the game, resolved to get the discus. (Metamorphoses 10, Ovid)
... and this is how Odysseus behaved when he was with Circe (quotes were taken from the Odysseus post)
[...] just approaching the halls of Circe, my heart a heaving storm at every step, paused at her doors, the nymph with lovely braids— I stood and shouted to her there. She heard my voice, she opened the gleaming doors at once and stepped forth, inviting me in, and in I went, all anguish now… (The Odyssey 10, Homer)
[...] but I went up to that luxurious bed of Circe, hugged her by the knees and the goddess heard my winging supplication: "Circe, now make good a promise you gave me once— it’s time to help me home [...]" (The Odyssey 10, Homer)
While Odysseus was frightful when approaching Circe and had to beg her for favors, Hyacinthus was seen to be very open when he was around Apollo. Although I don't know why Hyacinthus was depicted to be holding his spear when talking with Apollo, I don't think he was being defensive against him. I interpreted it as Hyacinthus feeling comfortable enough with Apollo that he didn't feel the need to discard his weapon and grovel at the god's presence, he can keep it as he like because Apollo wouldn't mind his attitude.
Aside from the mutual attraction and consent, Apollo also humbled himself for Hyacinthus and not minding in displaying acts of service even as a god (though to be fair, he took care and spoiled a lot of his lovers in the same way)
And the love my father had for you was deeper than he felt for others. Delphi center of the world, had no presiding guardian, while the God frequented the Eurotas and the land of Sparta, never fortified with walls. His zither and his bow no longer fill his eager mind and now without a thought of dignity, he carried nets and held the dogs in leash, and did not hesitate to go with Hyacinthus on the rough, steep mountain ridges; and by all of such associations, his love was increased. (Metamorphoses 10, Ovid)
Another addition I'd like to add is the fragments of a supposedly lost work that described Apollo placing his bow or lyre at Hyacinthus' feet as a suppliant, which you can check out its post here.
In conclusion, despite being a god/mortal couple with a pederastic relationship, the myths had shown that Apollo and Hyacinthus had insignificant power imbalance in their dynamic. There's no denying that they both loved and respected each other very much, trying to make things work despite the difference in nature between them. And now you understand why I'm so not normal about this OTP.
Thank you for reading, and you can go home now.

Highschool au! Aventurine was walking around the school taking photos (you can choose the reason) when he accidentally caught reader smiling with their friends in his camera/phone's camera and his heart skipped a beat. He took the photo while smiling fondly
Basically developing feelings
“When I Picture You” | Part 1
Summary: In a high school setting, Aventurine is tasked with capturing joyful moments for the yearbook. While taking photos, he unexpectedly catches your smile on camera, and, in that instant, his heart skips a beat.
Tags: High School AU, Photography, Fluff, Aventurine x Reader, Developing Crush, Slow Burn, Unexpected Feelings, Yearbook
A/N: Reading this request remind me of Picture You by Chappell Roan 😪and I had to... Also funny thing, I was planning to do a high school au with Aventurine and Sunday because of a fanart but you beat me to it, anon :')
(Part 2)
It was a bright, late afternoon at Penacony High, and the air felt light with the buzz of chatter and laughter echoing through the hallways. Students gathered in small clusters, sharing stories, stressing over exams, and enjoying the last few minutes before the final bell. Aventurine—otherwise known as Kakavasha to a select few—found himself with his camera in hand, wandering the halls with a purpose. The school had trusted him with a photography project for the yearbook, capturing “Moments Of Joy” across the campus, and he’d taken to the task with an enthusiasm that surprised even him.
Aventurine wasn’t usually the sentimental type. In fact, if anyone knew him well, they’d know he often kept to himself, his charismatic charm balanced by a hint of mystery and a clever smile. But something about seeing others in their natural, happy moments sparked a strange warmth he couldn't shake.
“Just a couple more shots...” he muttered to himself, adjusting the focus on his camera, framing a lively group of students laughing near the lockers.
But then his eye caught someone else—a familiar figure standing off to the side, their head thrown back in laughter. It was you, surrounded by your friends, your eyes sparkling in the golden afternoon light. Aventurine’s breath caught, a sense of wonder blooming unexpectedly as he lifted his camera, trying to steady his hands.
Click.
He’d snapped the picture before he even realized it, the sound loud in his ears. Aventurine felt his heart skip a beat, his lips quirking into a soft, almost unconscious smile. There you were, frozen in a moment of pure joy, your warmth and vibrancy practically radiating from the photograph.
“Why… does it feel like this?” he whispered, lowering the camera, a strange mix of embarrassment and excitement fluttering in his chest. He’d been the one assigned to capture these “Moments Of Joy” around campus, yet here he was, feeling it himself.
Watching you with that easygoing smile and the way your friends gravitated toward you, he felt a pang of curiosity he couldn’t ignore. He’d seen you around campus before, exchanged glances in class, maybe a few quick greetings in passing. But he’d never truly noticed you—until now.
As you turned, catching sight of him with the camera in hand, Aventurine straightened, feigning composure.
"Hey, are you taking pictures for the yearbook?" you asked, curiosity lighting up your expression.
He nodded, maintaining his usual confidence, though his heart pounded. “Yes, capturing ‘Moments Of Joy’ for the school to remember. Lucky I caught such a radiant one just now.”
You blinked, taken aback by his sudden compliment, and laughed softly. “Well, I guess I’ll have to smile my best from now on if I see you around.”
He smirked, feeling his confidence return, though he was well aware of the flush creeping up his neck. “I’ll keep my camera ready then.”
As you walked back to your friends, Aventurine found himself watching you go, a rare, genuine fondness spreading through him. For a man who usually planned every move, calculated every step, and saw the world as a game of risks and rewards, the thought of seeing you again without knowing exactly what would happen… felt like the start of something new. Something he might be willing to gamble on.
And from that day on, he found himself seeking out the warmth of your laughter, the brightness of your presence, as if each moment he captured with his camera might reveal the answer to the feeling stirring in his heart.
Let me know if you want a part 2 🤭 I honestly loved this

There will be two prompts per day: a quote from the books that represents an aesthetic of the ship + a word/sentence prompt. Do one, do both, combine them—it doesn't matter as long as you have fun!
AUs and genderswaps are more than welcome!
𝕲𝖚𝖎𝖉𝖊𝖑𝖎𝖓𝖊𝖘
Submissions can include fic, art, meta, headcanons, graphics, playlists, crafts, whatever!
Submissions must focus on a romantic and/or sensual element of the ship. It is ship fest, after all!

Wonwoo first noticed Y/N in primary school, when they were just children sitting in the same classroom. It was something small at first—maybe the way she focused during lessons or how her laughter was bright and genuine. He didn’t know why, but even back then, something about her presence stayed with him.
Through middle school, Wonwoo kept his distance, content with admiring her from afar. He wasn’t the kind of boy to chase someone’s attention. In fact, he often found himself tucked in corners of the classroom, quietly reading while the others played during recess. Y/N was popular—not in the loud or flashy way—but in the way everyone naturally gravitated toward her. She was kind, easygoing, and always surrounded by friends. Wonwoo’s heart quietly thrived in that space of unspoken affection, never daring to break the surface.
High school came and went. Y/N was the star student—good grades, captain of the debate team, and still as radiant as ever. Meanwhile, Wonwoo was in the background, still the quiet boy who excelled in his own way but never sought the limelight. He had accepted by then that his love for her was something that would likely never be returned. It was easier that way. They barely shared more than polite smiles, a handful of group projects, and casual greetings.
His heart, however, had a way of betraying his thoughts. No matter how much he tried to push it down, his feelings for Y/N only grew. The longing became a constant companion—a soft ache he carried silently, never acting on it. He told himself he was okay with just admiring her from the sidelines.
They ended up attending the same university. It was a coincidence that almost felt like fate, though Wonwoo never allowed himself to believe in something as whimsical as that. University was different—they shared classes again, the same building, and occasionally ran into each other at the campus café. Those run-ins were his favorite part of the week. Sometimes they exchanged a few words, just small talk, but it was enough to keep his quiet hope alive.
During their final year, there was a group assignment, and for the first time, Wonwoo found himself working closely with Y/N. It was the most interaction they’d ever had, and for once, he allowed himself to believe they were becoming friends. His heart soared every time she asked for his help or when she smiled and thanked him for something small.
Graduation came quickly after that. Wonwoo had prepared himself for a life where their paths would finally diverge. He’d never confessed his feelings, and he told himself it was for the best. She was going to move on to bigger, brighter things, and he’d be left to move on as well, as he always had.
But life had other plans.
Three months after graduation, Wonwoo found himself at a sleek new office, ready to start his first job as a data analyst. The office was large and modern, a corporate hub buzzing with young professionals. He’d only been there a week when he saw her—Y/N, walking through the glass doors as if it were completely normal that they’d end up in the same place once again. His heart skipped a beat, then two, as she caught sight of him, smiling warmly.
“Wonwoo! I didn’t know you’d be working here too,” she said, her eyes crinkling at the corners in that familiar way.
He froze for a moment, fumbling for words, before managing a soft, “Yeah, I started last week.”
From that day on, they crossed paths daily—at meetings, during lunch breaks, in the shared spaces of the office. And every time they did, Wonwoo’s heart fluttered with the same nervous energy as it had back in school. Yet, despite all the opportunities, he still couldn’t find the courage to tell her how he felt.
Then, one afternoon, a project landed on their desks. It required collaboration between departments, and to his utter shock, Wonwoo found himself paired with Y/N. They would be working closely for the next two weeks. His mind spun at the thought of spending so much time with her, but he played it cool, nodding in agreement as if his heart wasn’t racing a mile a minute.
The first meeting was nerve-wracking. Y/N sat beside him, their elbows almost touching, and all Wonwoo could focus on was the warmth radiating from her. She asked him questions about the project, listened intently to his suggestions, and for the first time, he felt like she truly saw him—not just as a classmate or colleague, but as someone important.
By the end of the project, they had spent more time together than ever before, and Wonwoo’s heart was in overdrive. Every moment felt surreal, like a dream he didn’t want to wake from. The day they submitted their final report, Y/N turned to him with a smile that nearly made his knees buckle.
“We make a pretty good team,” she said, lightly nudging his arm.
“Yeah,” he mumbled, feeling his face heat up. “We do.”
That evening, back at his shared apartment, Wonwoo couldn’t contain his excitement. His roommates were lounging in the living room when he burst in, practically glowing.
“You won’t believe what happened,” he blurted out, pacing back and forth.
Mingyu, sitting on the couch with a game controller in hand, raised an eyebrow. “What’s got you all worked up?”
Wonwoo could hardly stand still as he recounted every small detail—how they’d worked together, how close they’d sat, and how Y/N had smiled at him like that. His friends listened with amused grins, teasing him about his schoolboy crush.
“You’re so whipped,” Seungcheol teased, laughing.
Wonwoo didn’t care. He was giddy, like a teenager all over again. For the first time in years, he felt like maybe, just maybe, something could happen between them. The hope he’d kept buried for so long was starting to bloom, and though he didn’t know where things would lead, he was finally ready to see where this journey would take him.
For now, that smile was enough to keep his heart racing.
The next few days at work were a blur of nervous energy for Wonwoo. Every time he saw Y/N in the office, his heart would leap, and his mind would start racing with all the possibilities. He couldn’t shake the memory of their project, the casual touches, and the way she looked at him. Every moment replayed in his head, keeping him awake at night, wondering if she saw him the same way he saw her.
Despite the rush of excitement he felt inside, outwardly, he was still the same Wonwoo—quiet, reserved, and shy. He wanted to keep things normal, professional even, but his friends had other ideas.
“You’re really going to let this chance slip away?” Mingyu asked one night after work, tossing a pillow at him. “Dude, you’ve liked her since forever! Now you’re practically working together every day, and you’re just gonna stay quiet?”
Wonwoo sighed, sinking deeper into the couch. “It’s not that easy, Gyu. What if she doesn’t see me that way? I don’t want to ruin everything.”
Seungcheol, who had been scrolling through his phone, chimed in. “You don’t have to confess your love out of nowhere, man. Just… get closer to her. Be her friend. See where things go.”
“I don’t even know how to do that,” Wonwoo admitted, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. “I’ve been in love with her from a distance for so long. Actually being around her now feels like… I don’t know, like I’m going to mess it up.”
Mingyu rolled his eyes, but a grin tugged at the corner of his lips. “You’re overthinking this, as usual. Just talk to her. You work in the same office, it’s the perfect excuse.”
As much as Wonwoo hated to admit it, his friends were right. He couldn’t keep waiting for things to happen by chance. He needed to take a step forward. But how?
The opportunity presented itself the next morning.
Wonwoo was sitting at his desk, reviewing some reports, when Y/N approached him with a hesitant smile. “Hey, Wonwoo. Do you have a moment? I could really use your help with something.”
His heart skipped a beat, but he kept his expression calm. “Sure, what do you need?”
Y/N explained that she was working on a new proposal but had hit a roadblock with the data analysis. “I know you’re great with numbers, and I’m kind of struggling,” she admitted with a small laugh. “Do you think you could take a look?”
For a moment, Wonwoo couldn’t believe she was asking for his help again. His mind raced, but he nodded, trying to play it cool. “Yeah, I can take a look. Let’s go over it together.”
They ended up spending the next hour in one of the meeting rooms, poring over spreadsheets and brainstorming ideas. Wonwoo found himself relaxing as they worked, focusing more on the task at hand and less on the nervous energy buzzing inside him. Y/N was thoughtful and sharp, always open to his suggestions, and the way she engaged with him made his chest swell with a quiet pride.
As they wrapped up, Y/N turned to him with a grateful smile. “You’re seriously a lifesaver. I don’t know how I’d get through this without your help.”
Wonwoo’s face heated up, and he looked down at the table, a small smile tugging at his lips. “It’s nothing. You could’ve figured it out.”
She laughed softly. “I don’t know about that. But seriously, thank you. You’ve been great to work with.”
Before he could respond, their phones buzzed simultaneously—lunchtime. Y/N glanced at her watch and then back at him, hesitating for a second. “Hey, do you want to grab lunch together? It’s been a while since we’ve really talked outside of work.”
Wonwoo’s mind went blank. Lunch? With her? It wasn’t the first time they’d shared a meal, but it felt different now. This was just the two of them, and he didn’t want to overthink it. He swallowed hard and nodded. “Yeah, that sounds great.”
They ended up at a cozy little café near the office, sitting across from each other with steaming cups of coffee and sandwiches. It was the most casual setting they’d been in together in years, and for the first time, Wonwoo allowed himself to relax.
“So,” Y/N started, stirring her coffee absentmindedly, “how’s it been for you, working here? It’s kind of funny that we ended up in the same place after all these years.”
Wonwoo smiled softly. “Yeah, I didn’t expect it either. It’s been good. Different from school, but… in a good way.”
Y/N nodded. “Same here. I was nervous at first, but seeing familiar faces like yours makes it a lot easier.”
His heart flipped at the mention of him making things easier for her, but he tried to keep his cool. They talked more about work, shared memories from university, and slowly, Wonwoo realized how natural it felt being around her. She wasn’t just the girl he’d admired from afar anymore; she was someone he could talk to, laugh with, and maybe even get closer to.
That evening, back at the apartment, he couldn’t contain his excitement once again. His roommates were already waiting for the update as soon as he walked through the door.
“So? How’d it go?” Mingyu asked, leaning forward with a grin.
Wonwoo tried to keep his expression neutral, but the smile that broke through was unstoppable. “We had lunch together.”
Seungcheol sat up straighter. “Lunch? Just the two of you?”
Wonwoo nodded, the warmth spreading through him as he remembered their conversation. “Yeah. It was… it was nice. Really nice.”
Mingyu chuckled, shaking his head. “Look at you, getting all giddy over lunch. You’ve got it bad, man.”
“I know,” Wonwoo admitted, laughing softly. “But… I think I’m finally starting to see things move forward.”
And for the first time in years, that hope he’d held onto so tightly felt within reach.
As the days passed, the lunch with Y/N became a new routine. They started meeting up more often, sometimes in the office cafeteria, other times at the same cozy café nearby. It wasn’t anything special on the surface—just two colleagues grabbing a bite together—but to Wonwoo, it was everything. Every conversation, every shared laugh, every accidental brush of their hands felt like another step closer to something he had never let himself imagine before.
His roommates, of course, continued to tease him about it at every chance they got.
“So, any big developments?” Seungcheol asked one night, casually flipping through the channels on TV. “Did you hold hands yet?”
Wonwoo groaned, throwing a pillow at him from across the room. “No, we’re just… talking. It’s not like that.”
Mingyu, sprawled out on the couch, shot him a knowing look. “Not yet, maybe. But come on, man. You’re basically going on mini-dates every day. When are you going to make a move?”
“I’m not,” Wonwoo said quickly, though the idea of making a move had crossed his mind more times than he cared to admit. “We’re just friends. She probably doesn’t even see me that way.”
Seungcheol snorted. “You’re dense, dude. She’s spending all this time with you for a reason. No one’s that nice unless they want to be around you.”
Wonwoo frowned, unsure of what to believe. The thought that Y/N might feel something for him seemed too good to be true. He didn’t want to get his hopes up, only to have them crushed. But then again, the way she smiled at him, the way her eyes lingered just a little longer than necessary—it made him wonder. Maybe… just maybe…
The next week, everything changed.
They were working late one evening, finishing up a project that was due the next day. The office was quiet, most of the employees already gone, and it was just the two of them in the meeting room, typing away on their laptops. Wonwoo was focused on the task at hand, trying to wrap things up as quickly as possible, when Y/N suddenly broke the silence.
“Wonwoo, can I ask you something?”
His fingers paused on the keyboard, and he looked up to find her staring at him with an expression he couldn’t quite read. “Sure. What’s up?”
She hesitated for a moment, biting her lip like she was gathering her thoughts. “Do you… ever think about what things could’ve been like if we’d been closer back in school? Like, if we’d been better friends or… something more?”
Wonwoo’s heart slammed in his chest. Her words were casual, almost uncertain, but there was a vulnerability in them that made his pulse race. He didn’t know how to respond—didn’t know what she was really asking—but he couldn’t lie to her. Not now.
“I’ve thought about it a lot,” he admitted softly, his voice barely above a whisper. “Probably more than I should.”
Y/N’s eyes softened, and she leaned back in her chair, exhaling a small laugh. “I always wondered about you, you know. You were so quiet, so reserved. But you were always… there. I noticed.”
Wonwoo blinked in surprise. “You did?”
“Of course I did,” she said, smiling. “I mean, you were always one of the smartest in the class, but you never tried to stand out. I thought that was interesting. You seemed… different.”
He swallowed hard, trying to process her words. All this time, he thought he’d been invisible to her, just a background character in her life. But now, sitting here with her, he realized that she’d been paying attention too.
“I always wanted to get to know you better,” Y/N continued, her voice quiet but sincere. “But I didn’t know how. You were so hard to approach.”
Wonwoo felt a lump form in his throat. He’d been so afraid of getting close to her, so afraid of rejection, that he never gave her a chance to know him. And now, here they were, years later, finally sitting across from each other, finally talking about the things that had been left unsaid for so long.
“I was… scared,” Wonwoo admitted, his voice trembling slightly. “I didn’t think you’d ever be interested in someone like me.”
Y/N tilted her head, her gaze softening even more. “Why would you think that?”
He laughed nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. “You were always so… perfect. Smart, popular, surrounded by people. I didn’t think I had a chance.”
Y/N shook her head, smiling gently. “You’ve always had a chance, Wonwoo.”
The words hit him like a tidal wave, and he felt his heart swell with emotion. He didn’t know what to say, didn’t know how to respond to something he’d dreamed of hearing for so long. But before he could find the words, Y/N reached across the table, her fingers brushing lightly against his.
“I know we’ve never been close,” she said softly, her eyes searching his. “But I’d like to change that. If you’re open to it.”
Wonwoo stared at her, his mind spinning. Was this really happening? Was she really giving him the chance he’d always wanted?
“I’d like that too,” he finally whispered, his voice thick with emotion.
Y/N’s smile widened, and for the first time, Wonwoo felt like maybe—just maybe—everything he’d hoped for was within reach. They sat there for a few moments in silence, the warmth of her hand lingering on his, and for the first time in years, Wonwoo allowed himself to believe in the possibility of something more.
That night, when he returned to the apartment, his friends didn’t even need to ask.
“You’re smiling like an idiot,” Mingyu teased, grinning from ear to ear. “What happened?”
Wonwoo dropped onto the couch, unable to stop the smile from spreading across his face. “We talked. Really talked.”
Seungcheol raised an eyebrow. “And?”
“And…” Wonwoo paused, still trying to wrap his head around it all. “She said I’ve always had a chance.”
The room went silent for a moment, and then Mingyu let out a loud whoop, throwing a pillow at him. “Finally! Took you long enough!”
Seungcheol laughed, clapping him on the back. “Looks like things are finally falling into place.”
Wonwoo couldn’t help but laugh along with them, his heart feeling lighter than it had in years. For the first time, he felt like the walls he’d built around his heart were starting to come down, and with Y/N on the other side, maybe—just maybe—his story was only just beginning.
