things that should be added/changed in Fight Forever, so far.
1: There are certain skills that should REALLY be permanent. All "Action" skills and MOST "Passive" skills should be permanent unlocks, same with signature and finisher slots. Strength, momentum, and movement speed upgrades can all be reset. It's INSANE that every other wrestler has permanent skills but your custom wrestler has to start from scratch in every RTE campaign.
2: Related to the above: add some form of indication for what skills/upgrade levels you have previously unlocked. I FULLY intend to play until I've maxed out my custom wrestler , but it's hard to do that when I don't know what I'm missing without checking in Wrestler Info, which requires me to exit RTE.
3: When I set a difficulty, do not fucking change it. I KNOW you're changing it. At the very least, don't try and be sneaky, just state outright that a certain match is more difficult for story reasons. That would be fine.
4: Make it easier to swap wrestlers' attires. I shouldn't have to google how to access DLC I've purchased. when new attire is purchased it should be immediately usable, instead of making me go and add a new preset to switch to, manually.
5: Visual HP indicator. Somewhere. Why bother having a secret HP stat that affects gameplay, but can't be monitored?
6: At the start of a RTE campaign, an option to choose between a single, tag team, or mixed run would be GREAT. Tag matches are a clunky nightmare and I hate having a 50/50 chance of being forced into a tagteam storyline.
7: Unique dialogue for the story blocks that have interchangeable participants. Having Eddie Kingston and MJF give the exact same dialogue in the tag team story is fucking weird. HIRE ME TO WRITE IT, I'LL DO IT. I WILL WRITE YOU EVERY VERSION OF THOSE SCENES FOR EVERY WRESTLER. OR EVEN BETTER: HAVE THEM WRITE IT THEMSELVES.
8: VOICEOVERS. VOICEOVERS. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD VOICEOVERS. WHY IS IT SO QUIET. NOT EVEN GENERIC VOICE FOR THE CUSTOM CHARACTER? COME ON.
9: 12 different story blocks aint much. I think I've already hit most of them. I really really really r e a l l y hope there's more in the future.
10: SORTING OPTIONS WHILE CHOOSING MOVES. Sort by move type and trigger position!!!!!! Please!!!!!
11: Don't be a coward. Make all clothing unisex. If you're gonna let me have a gay romance with Brodie Lee then let me wear a bunny suit too.
I've left out things that will probably be DLC in the future, like customization shit, more wrestlers, etc.

RTE also didn't air it in Ireland, so it's not like Irish people saw it either. Sky broadcast it two years later, with this bit cut.
It would be interesting to ask the relevant executives from all three broadcasters why they made that decision (if they are still around - it was 34 years ago). I would guess the active bombing campaign by IRA, the ongoing sectarian violence, and a general desire not to inflame matters through a TV show intended purely for entertainment all played a part.

"The Committee said on Tuesday that its newly-published report is the first output from a series of meetings exploring what a united Ireland would mean and examines the current economic relationship between the jurisdictions on the island and the potential of the all-island economy.
The report, the Committee said, goes on to examine the cost of a united Ireland and makes the case for planning and preparation for a united Ireland to begin."

Howcumzit?: Kin
How come Frank's minder hears him burble drunkenly on about 'going away', and sees him going to church, and reaches any conclusion other than 'this man who recently had a heart attack is dying'?
-
How come the priest can sit through Frank comparing him to a Japanese holdout without immediately replying 'alright Littlefinger, if in your analogy we, the side of Mary and Joseph and the wee donkey too, have lost this war, who exactly do you think has won? Enjoy your drug money and dysfunctional family, ya t'ick ye'.
The fact the priest falls back on lazy platitudes ('I'll pray for you') suggests RTE's top men are less qualified to write Roman Catholic churchmen than I am as someone as culturally Protestant as the Archbishop of Canterbury.
-
How come Eric doesn't just rabbit when he sees someone after him with a gun, instead of waiting for the deus ex machina of the gun jamming? His whole thing is being - to be polite - a physical instrument, him standing there waiting to be shot just seems...well, all told I'm mainly angry about the deus ex machine.
-
How come the Turkish drug lord-ess can go directly from 'you killed my brother, I want revenge' to 'thank you for helping me kill my other brother'? There is the context that the other brother's making a power play, but honestly Amanda actually managing to talk her into this would surely have been more interesting than seeing it play out.
-
How come Amanda offers the Turks a deal 'in perpetuity', then swans off after saying 'ooh, but I want a baby, everything might change'? Granted this incredible flightiness seems to be a staple of many of the world's most public-facing industrialists and businessmen, but you'd imagine drug dealers take it a bit more seriously than Elon and Donald.
-
How come there's about half a dozen plotlines set up that are yet to go anywhere? I guess what I'm really asking is 'how come they're so sure of being recommissioned'. Well, I guess it's more 'how come they're letting their confidence of being recommissioned turn it into Melrose Place'.
-
How come Jimmy already looks like Always Sunny Mac, and then they give him some intentionally unconvincing lines about how he's going to fuck a lot of women? I mean, look at this shit:
Tumblr media
-
How come anyone in this crime family - and, more broadly speaking, the show itself - can be so unworldly when it comes to the da's sexually predatory nature? They've already touched on church attendance dropping, they should know why that's particularly the case for Catholicism.
(Jimmy had no idea why his mother and sister abandoned the family, but apparently 'always wondered'.)
In particular, Michael's quasi-estranged daughter Anna sits through Bren's creepy attentions like she's been hit in the head, or more realistically like she's been written about ten years younger than she is, because this girl is in her mid-teens, and has grown up in inner city Dublin. We've seen her hanging around the canal drinking white cider, she would have heard the word 'nonce'. Fully one hundred years ago, James Joyce wrote a pair of Dublin schoolboys who didn't have the advantage of living through endless scare campaigns but did pick up something was off about the older man who'd approached them and started rambling about flagellation.
The show nearly goes into incredibly queasy but narratively interesting territory when it has Anna say of Bren 'he wants me!' - only to retreat from this jaw-dropping entendre/Freudian slip, into her just meaning 'he wants me to be part of the family'. Maybe RTE doesn't quite have the guts to write a teenage girl trying to sexually manipulate auld grandda the gangster (and this presumably going horrifyingly wrong), but by Christ, it'd at least be fresher territory than Bren's clumsily wrought grooming and the rest of the family dancing around the subject like the word would actually burn their lips. Why even bring up the idea if you're going to play it off as a joke?
-
How come, on the hooky recordings I watched, you could actually hear the RTE people coming back into the studio during the indentations to set it running again?
Mainly I'm curious to know whether this is standard at RTE, and if they've done it during their Fisher-Price go at making a HBO crime drama I'm guessing it is. NB I'm not complaining about this at all, I think it shows a great deal more fumbling charm than the UK terrestrial channels being able to competently move between programs.

Factors Drives the Lecithin and Phospholipids Market
By 2027, the global lecithin and phospholipids market is anticipated to have grown from its value of $5.5 billion in 2022 to $7.5 billion, expanding at a compound annual growth rate of 6.3%. The Asia Pacific region is predicted to hold the biggest market share globally in 2022. Lecithin is being used more frequently in bakery and confectionery, convenience meals, and feed products as a result of the growing desire for natural ingredients. The demand for lecithin as a food additive in the food and beverage sector appears to be driven by the rising number of eating establishments and foodservice businesses.
Tumblr media
Download PDF Brochure:  https://www.marketsandmarkets.com/pdfdownloadNew.asp?id=259514839
The global lecithin and phospholipids industry is driven by shifting consumer preferences to convenience food, changing work culture, and expansion of the retail industry globally. However, health issues associated with the consumption of genetically modified (GM) products are expected to restrain the market growth.
The market for lecithin and phospholipids is expected to grow in the coming years, driven by increasing demand for natural and healthy food ingredients, rising popularity of functional food and dietary supplements, and growing awareness about the health benefits of phospholipids. These ingredients are used in a variety of applications such as functional foods, infant formula, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and animal feed. The Asia-Pacific region is projected to be the largest market for lecithin and phospholipids, due to the growing demand from countries such as China and India.
Opportunities: Emerging markets and changing consumer lifestyles
The trend of consumer preference for low-fat products is rapidly rising, and marketing campaigns are planned around highlighting their use and health benefit claims. Cargill (US) produces lecithin that functions as a low-fat dressing, gaining the attention of those who aim to produce low-fat food products.
The demand for low-fat products may be driven by the increase in processed food production and innovation in almost all segments, such as meat products, dairy, and bakery & confectionery products. However, the demand for the usage of lecithin is expected to grow continually in early adopting countries such as Japan, and exponential growth is projected in new and emerging markets such as Australia and other Asia Pacific countries.
In addition, Asia provides a cost advantage in terms of production and processing. High demand, coupled with low cost of production, is a key feature, which would aid lecithin suppliers.
By nature, GMO is the largest segment in lecithin market in 2021
The GMO segment is estimated to dominate the lecithin market in 2022. GM oilseeds such as soybean, sunflower, and rapeseed are used for extracting lecithin, a natural emulsifier utilized in various industries. Today, 90% of commercially available lecithin is extracted from soy and sunflower. Lecithin has a dual function in food as an emulsifier and healthy ingredient. Because of its lipid-friendly and hydrophilic properties, lecithin is used in many foods and other areas of the industry.

By region, Asia Pacific is projected to grow at the highest CAGR during the forecast period
Asia Pacific accounted for 33.9% of the lecithin market in 2021. In the Asia Pacific region, lecithin is gaining popularity due to busy lifestyles, urging consumers to opt for on-the-go and RTE products. The demand for lecithin is expected to increase in the coming years due to the growing population and increasing per-capita income of consumers, based on a World Bank report. Moreover, export opportunities of non-GMO lecithin from countries such as India to the European market are expected to drive the lecithin market in the region.

Sampling shows the limited impact of the Danish Listeria campaign#Sampling #shows #limited #impact #Danish #Listeria #campaign
A Danish campaign to tackle Listeria after a large outbreak doesn’t appear to have worked, based on the recently released findings of a study. However, the study showed the prevalence of Listeria monocytogenes in high-risk RTE facilities was largely unchanged between 2016 and 2020. Also, cases of listeriosis went…

Hillary welcomed today Emma deSouza, a girl from Northern Ireland who is striving to acquire the Irish nationality. There is a news report about it and a photo on RTE News. It’s interesting that the girl visited members of Congress and Ambassadors and Hillary no? She is becoming an important asset for Northern Ireland but where does that leave Bill who partook in the Good Friday agreement?
Tumblr media
A Derry woman who is challenging a requirement that she renounce her British citizenship before she can legally identify as Irish has met former US secretary of state Hillary Clinton.
Emma DeSouza took her citizenship campaign to the United States to highlight what she describes as the British government's failure to give domestic legal effect to the birthright provisions of the Good Friday Agreement.
Ms DeSouza is challenging being automatically determined to be a British citizen under UK law rather than having a choice of Irish citizenship.
At the end of a week-long visit to the US, Emma DeSouza met Mrs Clinton to discuss her case.
"We held a lengthy discussion on the importance of protecting the identity and citizenship provisions of the Good Friday Agreement and ensuring that the Good Friday Agreement is adhered to in domestic UK policy and practice," Ms DeSouza said.
Last week she met members of the US Congress on Capitol Hill, including Congressman Richard Neal, chair of the powerful Ways and Means Committee, Congressman Brendan Boyle, and Republican Congressman Peter King.
While in Washington, Ms DeSouza also met the Irish Ambassador to the US Dan Mulhall and members of the Ad Hoc Committee to Protect the Good Friday Agreement.
"The response from Congressional leaders and Irish America serves as a reminder of the enduring support of the United States for the peace process," she said.

Questioning and Reflections on Educating Gen Z and Gen Alpha: Changing systems, Structures and Interactions.
Tumblr media
Who are the Gen Z?
Gen Z are those individuals who are born between 1995 and 2012.
Who are the Gen Alpha?
Gen Alpha are those individuals who are born between 2012 and 2025.
This article does not cater only to the privileged, to those who can afford schooling and to those without disabilities. I’m going to consciously try and cover how and why our system needs to change for the present generations in the schooling system and the next set of them.
A global pandemic was enough to provoke me into thinking what we really need to start changing in the way we deliver information and how we do it.
Our present system consists of educational boards for the so called normal functioning child. For those children with sensory impairments, specially-abled, gifted, and intellectually challenged, our educational and service providers have a set of activities, fundraising campaigns, trainings and vocational opportunities which only help in functioning to a certain extent so as to make one independent. Have we really invested resources to enable inclusivity into understanding what a person with a certain challenge could be going through in a global crises, has there been a deeper understanding and research as to what a person with emotional and physical challenge needs in order to fight a battle such as this. What does it mean to be self sufficient and independent then?
The “real” question everyone asks ‘what are we preparing our children for?’
And the “real” answer that is often given is “We are preparing them for life”. While we are in a middle of a crises our education system caters only to a handful of people who go into becoming experts in scientific research and solution finding. While we ace in being heavily populated we are definitely falling far behind in providing opportunities for the masses in order to help the masses in turn.
While we constantly emphasize on the fact that children are the future, then how come none of the children are finding any meaning in the system of our education? What future can they possibly even dream of when opportunities are only for some and not others?
The two generations after the millennial’s are the one’s that we need to focus on, in order to save lives and add meaning and not just prepare them for life.
The RTE Act, the rule of having a special needs child in a mainstream school is not what we should be proud of, we can only be proud when inclusion is achieved as an unsaid law and prepares children into inculcating basic qualities and values such as helping, empathic understanding which can then be utilized in a progressive manner where children are encouraged to think and reflect critically. By this I mean using some useful core values and applying the knowledge base towards a healthy and meaningful lifestyle.
Our present structure consists of teacher-student, facilitator-student, guide-student and so on. The role of the “knowledge” provider remains in a position of someone who is experienced and in a place to educate. When a structure based on hierarchy and power exists there is a passive killer that is constantly being built within the psyche of the child which is DOUBT.
As adults most of us have ideas and novel plans on bringing about change in our own ways, but why is it that only a small percentage of us can actually execute it? It’s mostly because we are dependent on an authority for approval and validation on whether it’s right or wrong. But then the reality lies in the fact that risks are involved either way, then why not follow our instincts? And this self doubt mostly occurs because the system in which we are taught and raised makes one doubt themselves FIRST even before standing up to speak and express. Although I do want to emphasize that there is a thin line between thinking twice and expressing, which should also be role modeled at a very young age.
Research in child psychology has shown and proved that children at the age of three onwards have the capacity to absorb any information that is exposed to them repeatedly or instructed. In my work with children of that age group I have observed firsthand, the levels intelligence and their capability to reason and resolve conflicts with their own age groups and even with adults given the freedom to express and listen. If we do have such a wonderful opportunity, then why not expose children to an environment that is real, authentic and free of self-doubt.
The brain of a gen z and a gen alpha child is much more hyper stimulated due to the changing lifestyles of adults and exposure to increased levels of screen time radiation. Where our educational structure and interaction is based on books and exams the ever evolving brain thirsts for something more meaningful. When there is no rationale and logic behind some of the most relevant questions that children constantly ponder over and ask, a bigger passive killer is built within the psyche of the child which is loss of interest. It can arguably be said that children are curious by nature, I do not disagree, but what does concern me and should concern all of us is that they begin to get curious about things that don’t hold any meaning and purpose.
Here I give you some of the questions that children between the age of 6-13 have asked me.
¡    Why do we need exams?
¡    What is the point of carrying so many books every day?
¡    Why do we have such limited classed of PE?
·    Why don’t we have an option to exercise choice in how we want to learn and study?
¡  Why should we study so much and some of us have to sit at home after marriage?
Honestly I wish I’d told them that it’s all a money making racket and a business idea to run schools, and that no one really cares about what they do or who they become after a given point. But again I’m one of the passive culprit who was also put into the system from the age of 3.
Although to most things I told them that I do not have a definite answer and that I’m still in the process of figuring it out.
In our ways of interaction with children of the gen z and the gen alpha, (I mean all children irrespective of any medical or psychological condition) our education system and training facilities have a long way to go in their ways of interaction which can only start by not repairing the roots but by growing new roots.
Soon after the pandemic hit every country, some of the schools in India were converted into hospitals and shelter for those who need to be quarantined, some institutions have gone out of their way to help students and provide classes online, then again the online classes in India only caters to a handful of them and here again, we do need to question if that’s what education means and if that’s what is important as opposed to providing mental health and physical health services for every child.
I posed this question to a few children in the present schooling system and here’s what they had to say.
 Question:
How do you think your education system could have prepared you to battle a global pandemic?
Washing our hands , putting our elbows front while sneezing and all other safety precautions should not only be told when such pandemic arrives it should be mainly put in education curriculum because if we learn this from childhood then itself we can apply it strictly when such pandemic arrives.
It should be taught each and every citizen of the country should strictly follow the rules put up by the respected country (during lock down some people were unnecessarily out without any reason)
Education system should also be prepared for online classes before itself so that studies will not be disturbed.
Education system should bring awareness in the schools of rural areas to help them build up their immune system.
Lasya – 8th grade (Bangalore-India)
______________________________________________________________
Our education system should have some practical experiments in the lab showing the importance of washing hands and being hygienic, and the explanation of it and the consequences and result could have made us aware of all the diseases. The education system should have seminars regarding self hygiene, and how these viruses spread and become a global pandemic affecting people. They should have at least had soaps in the washrooms so that children have some impact on cleanliness. Though there are some chapters in the children’s books but not much importance is being given to hygiene. Our system should teach children basics about viruses and bacteria. The higher grade students know much about it and they are aware of things and it has helped them to stay safe.
 Aina- 10th grade (Bangalore-India)
 ______________________________________________________________
I think the education system should have emphasized how viruses and illnesses spread and how important it is to stay home and take precautions against it. I feel like there are people in my school and community who do not understand the seriousness of the coronavirus pandemic and think it’s ok to keep going out unnecessarily.
We should have been taught about previous outbreaks in the past and how we as students can help slow/stop the spread of viruses.
As for what my school and education system has done as an effect of the coronavirus, I think they are doing the best they can. Our school district quickly implemented an online learning system for us so that we can still hopefully graduate on time. Although many school events got cancelled, the teachers, principal and counsellors at my school often offer support for students during this time. Many of my teachers and even the school principal are very understanding.
Our school district even gave away the districts laptops to students who don’t have their computers at home and offer WIFI hotspots. There are a lot of things that are unknown at this time such as whether or not my class will even have a graduation and whether or not we will ever go back to school again, but I certainly feel that my school has done the best they can despite the circumstances.
However, we should have been educated on what to do and how not to panic during a pandemic, which my school is also trying to do through online classes.
Prarthana 12th grade (USA-Texas)

We Must Act Now. M50 Videos.
(Photo is of my sister Donna Fox, the picture not deemed sensational enough for a Remembrance event two months after her death in cycling road collision 2016.)
My heart goes out to the family and friends of Jackie Griffin who was tragically killed in a road collision on Dublin's M50 last month. They are very much in my thoughts and prayers at this time. I think I speak on behalf of all of us bereaved through road collisions in saying we are in solidarity with Jackie's loved ones. The Irish Road Victims Association are a great contact for anyone affected.
It's my view that we must act now on this, on ensuring that such vile actions are made a crime. Blaming social media giants takes away from the personal responsibility involved. While, there definitely is an onus on these organizations to act as best they can, the reality is people chose to do this. They took the time to post and send and send and send again such graphic images. This is wrong obviously morally but it's my stance that legislation needs to be implemented Europe wide on this, to criminalize such repugnant behaviour.
Unfortunately Jackie's death was disrespected in the worse possible manner in my view. Fellow human beings felt it was okay to photograph and video the crash scene and show complete inhumane instincts in publishing pictures of the deceased lady.
Unless serious consequences are put in place at the nearest convenience, we are facing a psunami of such behaviour and with that a terrible normalizing of this desensitizing conduct. I believe that all who share such images should be prosecuted, and that a jail sentence should be in place for those who video or photograph and publish such images. As a society we must question how we have got to this point, yes, but more practically we must get legislation in place to deal with it and to stop others doing what was done to Jackie Griffin.
My sister was killed in a road collision in September 2016, Donna was cycling to work when a lorry hit her, killing her instantly. People rushed to my sister, tried to help in every way they could. This is the humanity we honour and in truth expect. It horrifies me, that people at the scene on the M50, chose to denigrate the humanity of someone by filming them instead of attempting to help in some way.
It angers me to think people who received these images chose to send them on to others. What sort of person does this? We can not blame social media for this. This happened by human agency. This was conscious action.
There has rightly been national outrage over this. But still we must soberly reflect on fact hundreds of people also shared these unforgivable images. Reflect and act! I believe it's more than a national issue, it is global and needs facing up to,we can't ignore this.
I have spoke on radio shows in the Republic and also Northern Ireland in the last week on this and on RTE Claire Byrne Live Show. I felt compelled to speak out. This can not be seeing as acceptable or a new norm. It is wrong in every way.
Eight weeks after Donna my sister was killed, I was invited to a packed event at which two large screens showed photographs of my sister's crash site. The photo was taken while Donna's body was still there, albeit covered by a tent. The distress that caused me was incredible. I don't think I have ever felt anger like it before. There was zero regard for my feelings and my sister's humanity. It horrified me at the time. The fact the organizers thought this was acceptable behaviour appalled me. I made an official complaint. At no stage had I been told to expect such images beamed. I had given a normal photo of my beautiful sister as requested but clearly it was not deemed sensational enough. The person responsible and others made out that it was an irrational reaction of grief that I found this behaviour unacceptable. Thankfully those over them apologized unreservedly.
When Donna died within an hour people were giving out about cyclists and delays her death was causing online. Is this social media organizations fault?
Absolutely not
Personal responsibility. Lately huge criticism has been laid at campaigners for road safety, Deputy Mattie Mc Grath's personalized attack on Mr Clancy was a new low. All we are trying to do is prevent others going through what we have. We want to save lives not demonize anyone. Our work is much needed as last month proved in such a cruel way. We must show the humanity. These people who are killed are not statistics, they are our loved ones. They could be your sister, daughter, boyfriend, friend, colleague , neighbour.
I call on our Government but not only here but Europe wide to act now. We must not allow for another incident like last month. We are accountable, let us not be found lacking.
I did not know Jackie Griffin. But I hope Jackie's memory will be honored in making new laws to prevent this happening again.
I beg people to contact their local TDs on this issue, don't shy away from it, we must seek action.
