Very good idea! If I may add:
Psyllium Husk
Inulin (not Insulin)
Gum Arabic/ Acacia Senegal
I’ve had some pretty problematic texture aversion to a lot of foods for my entire life, particularly fruits and vegetables. I manage to still eat healthy with supplements. Micronutrients are very easy, basic stuff like a one-a-day multivitamin really is all I need. Harder to find is something to replace the bulk plant material that a healthy adult Primate digestive system needs to function optimally.
I have found that these three substances are both relatively cheap and fairly palatable in a smoothie or shake. Additionally, they go a long way towards replacing that bulk plant material that you’re missing out on if you’re like me or OP and find it difficult to eat enough greens.
I’m not getting paid to say any of this. But I wish I could tell more people what a massive quality of life adjustment it is, going from being chronically starved of proper plant fiber to having my digestive system finally working properly. My fingernails are thicker. I have more energy. I’m less angry. It’s really nice.
(Caveat, it makes you a bit gassy. Turns out we’re supposed to be hindgut ruminants! I never knew)
Thinking today about how as someone with major texture issues around most fruits and vegetables, it would have helped so much if someone had come to me years ago and said
Hey:
Make it tiny
Mix it with something Good Texture that you like
"Eat healthy!" they say, and then they show you pictures of a smiling woman digging a fork into half a butternut squash or eyeing a bowl of whole blueberries like a ravening wolf and your spine wants to crawl out through your skull at the thought of that Texture in your mouth.
But you know what I can do? Cut zucchini into paper-thin slices and cook it with noodles and marinara. Chop that spinach fine and scramble it with eggs and cheese. If I'm having a day where the thought of a grape popping in my mouth makes me nauseous, I can cut it in half. My chinese takeout gets diced into tiny pieces and mixed into the rice. It doesn't work with everything - seeds are still a Major Problem - but the number of fruits and veg and even world cuisines that I can eat has expanded SO MUCH since I discovered this. YMMV, but it's such a stupidly simple thing to do, and nobody ever told me.

I need to get some psyllium husk in me.
Which is easiest with acidic, pulpy fruit juice to mask the flavor and texture of wallpaper paste.
We are out of any and all fruit juice, because my galaxy brained self forgot I bought it in the eventuality of needing it for this and enjoyed it across the weekend as pleasant treat with a hint of vitamin.
The only way to get more juice is to have the gelatinizing sawdust with just water, like a cardboard box flavored smoothie.
Yes, I will be a huge baby about it the entire time it's happening.

You might choose supplements that come in convenient forms, such capsules or ready-to-drink smoothies, if you are constantly on the go.
#5: Read Customer Reviews and Feedback
Reading other people's reviews of a health product is one of the finest ways to determine its efficacy. Consumer reviews can reveal information about a product's flavor, effectiveness, and potential negative effects. Reviews can also provide you with information on the company's return policy and customer service experience, which is helpful if you are testing out a new product.
#6: Consult with Healthcare Professionals
See a healthcare provider before introducing any new supplements into your regimen, particularly something specialized like a women's support supplement. They can offer tailored guidance depending on your medical background and ongoing prescriptions. This is especially crucial to avoid any possible conflicts between prescription drugs and supplements.
#7: Trial and Evaluate
Finally, following your investigation and speaking with a medical professional, you may want to test a product to determine whether it suits your needs. Since not every product works the same for everyone, it's critical to keep an eye on how your body reacts to it and determine whether to keep taking it depending on the outcomes. Never be afraid to try a different brand or formulation if a product doesn't live up to your expectations.
You can use these guidelines to help you make more educated decisions regarding what products you use for health and wellness. Recall that the objective is to locate goods that will enable you to feel your best every day by supporting your health needs in a safe and efficient manner. Whether you choose women's support supplements, cleanse detox pills, or any other wellness product, careful thought and investigation will lead you to the greatest choices for your health path.
