I want to talk about something to kinda raise awareness about this. But when I was seven I had been sexually harassed by a boy a year younger than me. He did show himself to me and all that fucking shit. But that doesn't even bother me, what bothers me is that when the school found out they didn't inform my mother. A school councilor or a teacher, I'm not sure which took me into their office and talked to me, asked me questions and stuff and they just sent me off and I never saw the kid again. Yes, they dealt with the kid, probably expelled him, but they still didn't say shit to my mom and my mom didn't find out till I was thirteen and she questioned me about the smut in my room. There is nothing okay about this and I am so fucking concerned, and it's made me wonder how many other kids were never supported after sexual harassment/abuse/assault because the school wanted to protect its own ass. So, just so you know. If you are being harassed or abused sexually or physically don't just tell the school, tell someone else. Cause 8/10 the school won't do shit. And I'm fucking angry that this is a reality, and I really hope that this shit is stopped. Just thought I'd share that. Idfk know what to even tag this.
