Anyway this is my reimagination (ha!) of Figment the Dragon from the classic Epcot dark ride Journey into (Your) Imagination (With Figment) as a minimum wage employee in Orlando after Disney inevitably re-themes his ride to Inside Out and refuses to acknowledge that he ever existed (outside of easter eggs and small references to make Real Epcotheads point and smile [and probably purchase something]).

Listen, focusing on a person's relationships/friendships with a bunch of people and their very strong relationship with a particular person are not mutually exclusive things. It is true there is a focus on bonds and the main character's relationship with multiple people as there is a very clear focus on their relationship with one particular person.

I think it says a lot about me as a person now that that the easiest way to make me cry as a child (and still now. Ya know, I started tagging my explicit fic with "transmasculine author" so that people would think twice about being shitty about "doing trans rep wrong" but maybe I should tag all my gen stuff that way too. Since people who think it's normal to say that trans people don't belong in DV shelters because they might creep out cis women apparently feel comfortable engaging with my (ironic, this) fandom trumps hate gift fics that I thought were pretty clearly about the trans ND experience.
