Relic Castle is down 😭😭😭

I know and my heart is broken </3 For those unaware, here's a tweet. Relic Castle, the forum site where many fandevs shared their projects, has been taken offline. The Discord is still up if you're a dev or community member, but if you're only interested in playing games you're not gonna find any links or promotions there. The Relic Castle Community was a home for me for the last 10 years, and I don't know what's going to happen now. As for any game links on this blog, I reccomend using the Wayback Machine untill I can figure out alternatives and see how the community moves next.

I'm not one to judge what Pokemon someone uses on their team, but watching two separate people sweep through the latter half of my X/Y hack with Aegislash hurts my soul a little...

Ended up making Diantha lead when a TWave/Swagger/Spikes/Foul Play Klefki (changing Wikstrom's lead to an Eviolite Doublade) because I realized that the E4+Champ in my X/Y hack was a fair amount weaker than that of my OR/AS hack, and I put a disclaimer on the hack's PokeCommunity page, essentially saying "hey, I didn't nerf Aegislash in this hack, so I would probably avoid using it if you want any sort of challenge"

Does anyone know where the pokemon fangame community is living these days?

The pokecommunity forums still seem to be a central place for rom hack discussion, at least. As for RPGmaker, I was under the impression that Relic Castle was the main hub for those kinds of fangames, but I just learned that it shut down earlier this year.

Are there any other places I'm missing? Those are the only ones that I know. I haven't exactly been keeping up with the community over the years, and I feel like that's a problem if I want to know where the newest fangames are being hosted and discussed. I hope it's all not just happening on isolated discord servers
