'I have informed his majesty about your wishes. He greets back and sends best wishes to Lord Grantham'

Thomas: 'What..?'

Phyllis *dryly*: 'Told you he‘s gonna do it for real.'

Ok so, I'm a little late to the party but I just finished watching Downton Abbey a couple of weeks ago (tv series and movies) and from the moment Ms Baxter showed up on the screen I fell in love with her voice and then with her character. After watching some interviews on youtube, I also fell in love with the actress herself, Raquel Cassidy. Not only she's gorgeous but she also seems to be such a sweet person. Then I watched The Worst Witch, which is a kid's show but I didn't care, I loved her character and again... her vooooice! In my head (and apparently I'm not alone in this) her character is obviously a lesbian and in love with her long time friend, so I read every fanfic I could find of them being happy together. AND THEN, looking through her filmography, I found out she did not only one but TWO movies where her character is in a sapphic relationship and I just died. That's it, Raquel Cassidy killed me.

Mrs. Hughes : Thomas said I was his second favorite person, and I was bummed, but then he said Ms. Baxter is third. He has no favorite person. He's holding the position open.
